In this one, Rocket has a bad cold and hiding it includibg Rockevsaying bless you when he's been sneezing which is super adorable, plus he goes to Poppa Marshmallow's house but his pops gets him to lie down on the couch knowing he has a bad cold. Also he and Juilet Lennon have a very sweet friendship going on, which makes John feel awkward around him like Rocket feels awkward around Juilet which Poppa Marshmallow explaibs to her why which she gets but Rocket does call her thecM word feverishly as Juilet feels bad he doesn't have a mom.

I love where this story is going.

"Bless you brother but you feeling okay. Plus John seems okay with you sleeping on the bed." Rocke said seeing Rocket nod.

"Yeah, just a lil sniffly, I'm still good, I'm still good. Don't worry buddy-" Rocket said sneezing.

"Bless you again, Rocket. Those sneezes are adorable but happening more." Rocke replied.

It was moonrise and John, Rocke and Rocket had just gotten up, but getting ready for the night like peeing and brushing their fangs with John and Rocke getting dressed while he was going downstairs feeling off shivering as the Lennon house was cold now it was Winter but wondered if famps and fampcoons got flubshots this time of year so could ask his das as he planbed to visit him while Rocke was visiting Piper and John was doing Groot knows what but had rested Nebula telling her what was going on with him and she accepted him since RJ was one. "Rocket honey you okay, you seem a lil off plus you've been sneezing and Rocke's been blessing you." Juilet asked him.

"Yeah I think I'm okay Jules, just sniffly you know." Rocket told her drinking coffee but picking at black pudding as his tummy was full of rocks but his snout hurt and mucus was starting to leak blowing into a scented tissue making Juliet's mom instincts go off knowing Rocke and John saw her as a mom so could ask a certain big, fluffy raccoon male about this later sensing he dould tell her why Rocket felt awkward around her like calling her Jules or Juilet seeing Rocket transform into his bat form flying off heading to his dad's house on the grounds of Xaviers making her get it.

"I hope he's okay, and not getting sick because he's been sleeping on the floor." Rocke mumbled surprising Juilet.

"I know you three have to share a room and shenigans happen between siblings, but nobody should sleep on the floor." Juilet said glaring at John. "I came up with a compromise, mommy and he sleeps on the bed in his blanket." Rocke told her making her smile at him. "You're such a sweet bit honey pkus I'm stepping out for a lil bit." Juilet told them as she was turning into her bat form flying off as Rocke smirked knowing she was going to see Rocket Senior because theybwere becoming friends knowing Rocket was probably there hoping he was okay.

"Rocke I'm going flying for a bit, but will be back soon, don't leave okay." John said making Rocke nod.

"Would you like some coffee or tea, Jules as it's nice you came over. Rocket's kinda asleep on the couch and think he's coming down with something, Jules." Rocket Senior said.

"Tea please Poppa Marshmallow and yes, he's been sneezing a lot at home, plus Rocke's been blessing him everytime he sneezed and he didn't eat black pudding after waking up only he wouldn't tell me but did he tell you." Juilet said seeing him nodding.

"Yep, I could hear it in his voice plus he's running a temperature but I told him to rest." Rocket Senior repkied hearing the kettle whistle meaning the tea was ready pouring into cups surprising her he'd used her recipe making him blush. "Rocket showed me when I was at your house the other night but John seems… a lil awkward about me being around you. He knows we're just friends right." he told her.

"Yes we're friends but you know fledglings, they get curious. Only why does Rocket feel awkward around me." Juilet told him making RocketvSenior sighing.

"My wife Roxy disappeared but Rocket like me holds out hope, that she'll come back but my boy Logan fills that void for me. We can talk to him about this." he told Juilet

She nodded feeling bad for Rocket he didn't have a mom in his life getting why he didn't call her mom which Rocket Senior got as he did feel bad his son didn't have a mom in his life knowingvJuilet was a very loving mother even though she wasn't their species as they were drinking tea and having snacks talking about things like Rocketsgivibg and made her smile at this because she was working on knitting Christmas stockings but was excited about Rocketsgiving asking if his friends would be okay with her, John, Rocke and Rocket being there majing Rocket Senior nodding.

"Uh-huh, Rocket's kinda the leader of the Dynasty and at first, they'd been nervous about Rockus and once they realised he wouldn't hurt them, they accepted him. They're surprised he went to the beauitful and forever sky. It's somethingvRocket told us." Rocket Senior told her.

"I see and that's kind of adorable so should ask him about this." Juilet told him.

A whilec later, Rocket began to stir feverishly surprised that Juilet was here making her and RocketcSenior smile.

"So Poppa Marshmallo explained why you don't want o call me thecamera word, but until Roxy does return, you have me." she told him as Poppa Marshmallow put a cold cloth on his furry head to bring down the fever seeing Rocket nodding and told him he was cool with that relieving Juilet asking him, why he didn't tell her that he'd gotten a bad cold or that he'd been sleeping on the floor. "Because Rocke's importabt to me andTina didn't want him to get sick or in trouble, mom-" he said coughing making her get it and hugged him gently being careful feeling he was red hot, frowning majingvRocket Senior agreeibg. "I guess you and John are family to us now." Rocket Senior told her making her smile at that.

"Mommy, where's Rocket, is he alright." Juilet heard Rocke asking. She'd just gotten home from being with Poppa Marshmallow's house telling him that she'd been at Poppa Marshmallow's house havibg tea and talking plus Rocket having a bad cold so he was staying with Poppa Marshmallow until he felt better making Rocke get it and he hoped John wouldn't be mad if he knew she'd been hanging out with Poppa Marshmallow. "That's none of his business honey." Juilet told him seeing John there and asked their mom how her night had been and where Rocket was. "He's sleeping over at Poppa Marshmallow's until he feels better." Juilet told him as he and Rocke were having a John happy Rocket wasn't sleeping on the bed only Rocke was quiet as he missed Rocket sleeping on their shared bed.

"It's a compromise, John so he doesn't have to sleep on the floor." Rocke mumbled brushing his fangs making John feel bad hoping his brother would feel better making Ricke nodding getting into bed beside John hoping Rocket would feel better seeing Rocket's blanket on the brd so that way, it felt like Rocket was there even though he was at Poppa Marshmalliw's house. "Night Rocket, feel better." Rocke whispered falling asleep.
