Chapter 72 Injustice 10

At the Regime base the members were gathered and they saw footage of Supergirl with the group.
"Kara is with the enemy." Diana said.
Superman was shocked and he goes to sit alone.
"So that's how they were able to get through so much." Hal said.
"I've done everything for Kara, looked and shielded her, but was it enough?"Superman then got mad."No, she joined the rebels like a selfish child, it's time that we took care of them."He got up.
Flash got worried to what he's planning.
With Batman's group
Scorpion returns. "I have brought someone."
Batman and the others looked before Huntress came. "Dad? It's me Helena." She smiles.
"Helena?" Batman questions in surprise before he quickly hugs her. "I'm glad you're alive."
She smiles and hugs him back. "I've been in hiding ever since what Damian did."
Batman sighs.
"I failed with him. Maybe I didn't do enough of a good job as his father." He admits. "Maybe if I was better he wouldn't have killed Dick."
"He made his choice." She then noticed Jason. "Jason."
He looks away. "Hey."
She goes up to him and hugs him.
"Missed you brother." She said.
He got surprised by her reaction.
"Oh don't give me that. We lost three brothers already. Now is the time to be a family and united more than ever." Helena said referring to Nightwing and Red Robin's deaths and Damian's fall.
He frowns as Damian will pay.
"Well we had a run in with Shazam and Hawkgirl, I managed to get Steel's soul." Ghost said.
"Steel? He was a good man." Batman said.
"Yeah, he wanted to help."
Batman nods at this.
"But the problem we have Superman is planning to invade the city to go after us." Hibiki said.
Batman frowns at this as he thinks up plans to stop him.
"Wait, I must see the amazons." Diana said.
"That might not be a good idea but if we can get them on our side we'll have more numbers on our side." Batman said.
"I cannot let that evil me corrupt my sisters. Even if it's a different world the heart of a true Amazon is still inside of them." Diana said.
"Fine but not by yourself." Batman said. "If your counterpart is there with others you'll need help."
"I'll go with her." Fire said.
Batman nods.
"Kara should go with you as well." Batman said.
"Alright." Kara said as they went out.
"Shun you might want to follow after them in stealth mode." Batman said. "Just in case."
He nodded.
"And this goes without saying. Be careful." Batman said.
Ghost flies off after them.
"They better be careful." Hibiki said.
"Yes, with a war coming we'll need as much as we can get." Sub Zero said.
"We should be ready when they come." Raiden said.
Hibiki thinks what to do after what they heard. Ghost is busy dealing with Wonder Woman so they have to be careful.
"It's best to be ready." Scorpion goes to train.
"Well now we have to deal with those wankers." Boomerang said.
"What did you expect, with Superman getting mad he'll no doubt do it." Deadshot said.
Sub Zero looks at Hibiki. "I have an idea."
He gives him a item and Hibiki looks. "The Eye of Invisibility."
"I had it when I tried to get Shinnok amulet before we first met. I kept it in case something happened and you can use it for the battle." Sub Zero explained.
"Well thanks." Hibiki said.
Raiden thinks. "Maybe if we could bring a certain weapon."
"Which one?" Hibiki asked.
"The Swords of Ilkan."
"I thought they were lost." Hibiki said.
"Yes, but I can detect they're presence and with the portal we can bring them." Raiden explained.
"Well okay, it's better than nothing." Hibiki said.
Batman let them use the machine and Hibiki activates it with Raiden's coordinates and it activated. They waited before a pair of swords came out.
"Yes." Hibiki said.
He picks them up and could feel they're power.
"With the swords we will have a better chance against Superman." Raiden said.
Hibiki nodded but he has this bad feeling something terrible will happen later on. So he should be careful in case something happens.
'I know a new danger will come, and we will have to be ready.'
Hibiki swings the swords around testing them and getting a feel for them.
He can tell the power they have can be useful, they were also known to be able to create a portal between the realms before the gates were made.
"Now with the swords we will have a better chance. I could not think of anyone but you Hiro to wield them." Raiden said.
"Thank you lord Raiden." Hibiki said.
The two went back as Hibiki went to train using the swords better for the battle to come since Superman is a threat that he was preparing to face all this time.
He slashes many of the targets getting better with the swords as he moves around the training zone. This is something he cannot be too easy as Superman is a powerful enemy they must defeat no matter what.
He slashes a dummy in two. "Superman, you better ready, as we will be. Me, Shun and the others will get our allies and get stronger to defeat you and free this world."
