A few hours later they stopped for camp and it was just Steve and Bucky while the others were asleep.
"You think we'll find him?" Steve asked.
"We will." Bucky said and they looked at each other.
"You may not be the current Bucky, but it's nice seeing at least one of you." Steve said smiling and Bucky smiled back.
"Same to you punk."
"Jerk." Steve said and they smirked.
Then they got closer, turned their heads and kissed.
While they did that they started to take each others clothes off.
They held each other close and groaned quietly not to wake anyone up.
Then they stopped for a second and looked at each other panting.
"You know, in the future gay relationships are legal?" Bucky said.
"Yeah?" Steve said and Bucky nodded and started kissing him again.
While they did that they took turns on who was the top and who was the bottom as quietly as possible.
Steve was the only person that knew Bucky was an up gay person but never told anyone but was happy that in this Bucky's time he could now be just that legally and have someone.
While they did that Sam woke up and looked up to see them but couldn't help but smile to see Bucky finally getting what he had wanted for the last seventy six years but never did. He had admitted to him last month that he was gay and loved Steve and had finally had an all out breakdown when he realized he would never get him because Steve left him.
It was heartbreaking but being a counselor and soldier himself, he knew he could do nothing but comfort him.
Then he shut his eyes and started to fall back asleep smiling.
After a while Steve and Bucky were dressed again and asleep holding each other close.
For the next few weeks the crew were heading to where they had to go with Bucky's lead instead of Steve's for once.
The Commandos had realized that this Bucky was very different than their Bucky. This one was much more mature, experienced, stronger and knew more than anyone about survival skills.
When they finally got to Switzerland and right outside HYDRA base Steve opened his mouth to take charge but Bucky covered his mouth to stop him.
"Keep your mouth, shut." Bucky hissed and Steve nodded and Bucky looked at Sam and nodded.
So Sam hit his wristband unleashing Red Wing.
"What is that?" Morita asked.
"Red Wing. Helpful but also annoying now and then." Bucky whispered. "What've we got Sam?"
"Four agents on top. Guns in hand blocking the door." Sam said and Bucky nodded so Sam looked at him. "What are we doing?"
"We, are going to show them what they are trying to create while Steve and the Commandos get the inside guys done." Bucky said smirking.
"You sure about this?" Sam asked.
"I got this. They won't know what hit them or what Zola is creating." Bucky said and Sam nodded so they got to work.
When they split up Bucky used the Ghost Story in him and appeared out of nowhere with a knife in hand.
"Huh?" the agents said.
"Ты хотел, чтобы меня создали, ну вот я здесь!" Bucky said and they realized this was the Winter Soldier so started shooting but he dodged every shot and ended up getting them both in the shoulder, stomach and chest pulling out the heart.
Then he grabbed one of the guns, checked to see how full it was and ran to meet up with the others.
On his way there he shot and stabbed more and more agents having them realize who and what it was.
Little did he know, Sam was having Red Wing follow him so Sam could watch and he was horrified at what his friend had become so quickly along with the other Commandos watching.
Then they watched him get stabbed in the shoulder but just pull it out and stab it back in the chest of the agent.
"What have they done to him?" Steve whispered.
"To much." Sam said shaking his head.
Then they got back to work themselves.
Soon Bucky caught up to them and saw one HYDRA left so threw the knife at him and got him right in the heart killing them.

"Buck?" Sam said gently and Bucky looked at him. "You with us?"
"Yeah, why?"
"You just spoke in Russian and not English."
"Shit, sorry. Old habits."
"No worries."
"Alright, let's go." Bucky said and headed to the room he was in.
When they got there Bucky punched it opening the door and saw the Cyro freeze right there.
The Commandos stood there in horror of what their teammate was going through.
"Oh my god." Steve said. "Bucky."
"Get him out!" Jones said.
Steve was about to throw his shield but Bucky stopped him, walked up to it and typed in the numbers unlocking the code.
A few seconds later it opened and young Bucky started to fall but future Bucky caught him.
"You're OK." Bucky said and younger Bucky looked at him.
"W-who are you?"
"I'm you from the future. Me and a friend came to stop the future. One bit was you and the other is our punk from almost killing himself."
"Hey!" Steve said and the two Bucky's smiled while the Commandos and Sam chuckled. "Jerks."
"It never changes." Sam said shaking his head smiling.
"Would you rather me call you punk now or something else?" Bucky asked looking at Sam.
"No thank you."
"OK then." Bucky said and looked at his younger self. "Let's get you outa here." Bucky said and they nodded and left.
