Vaccine Woman did not want to get out of the bed she was laying in. Not because it was warm and comfortable Not because it was still early in the morning. And certainly not because everyone from her waist down hurt.
She didn't want to get out of bed...because she was enjoying Saitama's arms around her as he held her from behind.
'This is nice.' Vaccine Woman thought as she basked in the warmth of her and Saitama's shared body heat. She smiled more when she felt Saitama pull her closer and laid his chin on her shoulder, signaling that he was awake as well. 'I could just lay here forever.' she thought with a smile.
"Morning, Vaccine Woman." Saitama said with a yawn after he finally woke up.
"Good morning." she said as she turned over and they held each other before she gently kissed him. They separated and got out of bed, or at least Saitama did. Vaccine Woman, however, looked to be struggling. "Uh...Saitama? A little help, please?"
"What's wrong?" he asked.
"I...can't really feel my legs." she said with a nervous laugh. "Or anything else from the waist down."
"Oh...That might've been my fault." Saitama admitted while looking away.
"Try 'definitely.'" she chuckled as she tried to get up again, only to flop onto the bed. "I can't get out of the bed. Help."
"What do you want me to do?" he asked as he got his clothes on.
"Carry me?" she asked while holding her arms out towards him.
"You're kidding, right?" he asked with a bland look. She answered by showing him big eyes and pouting.
"Please?" she whined.
Saitama was now carrying a fully clothed Vaccine Woman, princess style, through the streets towards the apartments, all while she smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I remember you being able to fly. How come you're not doing that?" he asked.
"I use energy to fly, and I'm still out." she answered. "You took it all out of me when you were giving it to me last night."
"You're the one who kept begging for it." he countered.
"True." she said before chuckling. "I'm glad I went around all day yesterday and got that boost before I decided to confess."
"Boost?" the bald hero asked in confusion before looking at her. "Come to think of it, you look like you did when we first met. Before you became small."
"And whose fault was it that I became small?" she asked with a smirk. "But yeah. I finally managed to regain my full strength."
"That's great." Saitama said with a smile. "So, does that mean you don't need to absorb more pollution?"
"Actually, I can still absorb more and become stronger than I was before." she answered. "I don't know if I can ever get enough to match your strength."
"Too bad. Then I can someone to properly spar with." Saitama said with a sigh.
"Yeah." she nodded before smiling. "But hey, there is one other upside."
"What's that?" he asked.
"The more pollution I absorb, the better my better gets." she answered as she held tighter onto him, her breasts pushing into his chest. "And the better my body gets, the more fun you can have with it later~"
Saitama blushed at that, making her laugh at his expression.
"You're so fun to tease." she said. "Oh, I almost forgot. Don't tell Genos."
"I'm not gonna tell him what we did last night." Saitama huffed.
"I meant don't tell him that I'm back at full power." she clarified. "The deal we made was that I stay until then, so he'll probably try to force me to leave." She then made a stoic glare. "You have fulfilled your agreement. Now you must leave so that Master Saitama can be stared at by me while I record how he folds his underwear."
Saitama had to stop walking to keep himself from dropping her as he tried not to laugh.
"That was pretty good." he chuckled. "Sadly, you're a little off."
"Really? I thought that'd be something he'd do." Vaccine Woman said in surprise.
"No." Saitama said before he looked away. "He can't write it down because he folds my underwear himself."
Vaccine Woman burst into laughter at with, with Saitama chuckling along. The chuckling slowly died down when he heard some explosions going off in the distance.
"What's that?" Saitama asked.
"Meh. Probably Genos losing his mind trying to figure out where you are." Vaccine Woman answered before they saw Kogane sprinting down the street up ahead. "Must be doing those daily runs." Vaccine Woman guessed. A moment later, they saw Genos flying through the streets in the same direction towards Kogane, his arms blasting towards her as he went.
"Genos?!"
Kogane was running at full speed through the empty streets of the Ghost Town in her desperate attempts to keep away from a murderous Genos, who was firing at her at random intervals.
"AAHHH!" she screamed as she used her hair to launch herself out of the way of another blast. "LEAVE ME ALONE, YOU MANIAC!" she cried as she swung away on her hair before hiding in an alley to catch her breath. "He's...He's crazy!" she panted. "I didn't...want to do it..." she wheezed.
"ROCKET STOMP!"
Kogane had a split-second to dodge before the whole alley was blown away by Genos impacting the ground, sending debris everywhere and launching a screaming Kogane away. She stumbled and rolled a few times before she righted herself and ran again.
"FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! SAITAMA WAS NOWHERE NEAR THIS ANGRY!" she yelled before a series of shots blasted the nearby buildings, causing them to crumbled and fall and block Kogane's path. She turned to see Genos approaching her before she tried to climb up some of the rubble with her hair, only for Genos to blast the spots where her hair attached, causing her to fall back to the ground. After the third try, Kogane, now with severely shortened hair, was slowly crawling away from an irrate Genos. "C-Come on, Genos! This isn't necessary!"
"You dare beg for mercy after what you did?!" Genos growled, his eyes glowing with rage.
"I didn't do it because I wanted to! I did it to protect my sisters!" Kogane defended.
"It matters not. Your actions will not be forgiven. Now, you die." he stated with cold resolution as he aimed his hand at her, power already building. "Incinerate!"
Kogane felt time slow to a crawl as the blast shot from Genos's hand and headed straight for her. She couldn't do anything but close her eyes shield herself with what remained of her hair.
As she waited for the end, one thought ran through her mind.
'Saitama...I'm sorry.'
BOOM!
The Beast Queen, with Mizuki on her back, was racing through the empty streets on all fours before she heard the last explosion.
"That way!" Mizuki called out while pointing at the tower of smoke.
"I know!" Beast Queen answered before making a sharp turn down a street towards the smoke.
"Please be okay!" Mizuki ranted on a loop before they saw Genos in the distance, hand still outstretched towards the smoke. "KOGANE!" Mizuki yelled when she didn't see her friend.
"Mizuki! Beast Queen!" Midori called out as she and the rest of the monsters all arrived. She then saw the smoke and gasped before holding onto a terrified Nori. None of them could say anything as they waited to see the fate of their friend. The smoke gradually began to dissipate until it cleared, shocking everyone.
Kogane was still curled in on herself, waiting for the blast. When she realized she was still alive, she slowly opened her eyes and looked around before stopping at a figure, who's back was turned towards her.
"...Saitama?" she whispered as she stared at his back, his arms spread as if acting as a shield.
"Master? Why are you defending her?" Genos asked before his eye widened. "I see. You have no doubt heard of Kogane's betrayal and now wish to enact justice on her with your own hand-"
"GENOS, WHAT IN THE WORLD WERE YOU DOING?!" Saitama yelled, startling everyone. He then continued in a softer tone. "Why are you trying to kill Kogane?!"
"She has betrayed you, Master Saitama." Genos answered as he glared at a shivering Kogane. "She admitted to it moments ago."
"Kogane?" Saitama said while looking over his shoulder at her. She bit her lip and rubbed her arm before looking back at him.
"I...I couldn't keep it to myself anymore. I told the others." she admitted as Mizuki helped her to her feet. "I knew they would be upset, but I didn't think Genos would go nuts and try to kill me on the spot."
"You deserve death for betraying Master Saitama, after all that he has done for you." Genos stated.
"She told us that she didn't have a choice, Senpai! That Nyan monster said she'd tell that elephant monster's brother if Kogane didn't guide her to Saitama!" Mizuki said in Kogane's defense. "It was to save her sisters!"
"That does not matter." Genos said, shocking them all with his cold words.
"How can you say that?!" Mizuki asked in disbelief. "Aren't they your friends?"
"No, they are not." Genos bluntly answered, stunning them all. "You speak as if they are yours."
"Of course they are! Especially Kogane and the Beast Queen!" Mizuki snapped. "Why do you think we work out together?!"
"To appease Master Saitama by following his training program to become stronger." Genos answered, making Mizuki groan in frustration.
"I do like it when Saitama sees that we're sticking to the training, but it's also because we have fun doing it together." Mizuki explained.
"You mean you are not just tolerating their presence?" Genos asked in confusion.
"What?! No! Wait! Is that what you've been doing all this time?!" Mizuki asked.
"Correct." Genos answered without hesitation, making them all gape in shock.
"Are you telling me that after all that's happened, you don't care about any of us?!" the Beast Queen growled.
"Indeed. Because Master Saitama tolerated your presence, I allowed you all to stay and kept silent." he said before glaring at Kogane again. "But after hearing about Kogane's betrayal, I can no longer stomach any of you being here."
"I cannot believe what I'm hearing!" Ki yelled. "Kogane didn't betray Saitama because she wanted to! She blabbed because she was terrified of what would happen to us!"
"And what if others found out about Master Saitama hoarding monsters? What if the general public were to know of this?" Genos asked.
"I know the possible consequences, but I couldn't help myself. I couldn't stand the thought of them going through what happened to me!" Kogane said in her defense.
"So you stab Master Saitama in the back, despite all he has done for you?!" Genos yelled.
"Ease up, Genos. Kogane told me everything already. I was upset, but I understood why." Saitama told him. "She was miserable and felt guilty about it all. I already forgave. Move on already."
"But Master, what if her actions had caused others to know about you hoarding monsters?" Genos asked in concern.
"It's been days since it happened. If anything or anyone was going to show up, they'd have shown up already." Saitama stated. "Plus, I'm not hoarding monsters. They can come and go if they want to."
"Then they should leave and never come back." Genos stated.
"Why are you being so mean?!" Nori asked with a hurt expression.
"I am not being mean. Aside from Captain Mizuki, the rest of you are nothing but monsters that Master Saitama has taken pity on." said Genos.
"It's not pity. I just don't find the need to kill them if they don't kill humans." said Saitama.
"Master, I do no believe you have grasped the severity of the situation." Genos began before his glare returned at Kogane. "If she betrayed you once to save herself, she may do it again. And the other monsters may do so as well."
"Now that's not fair! People don't think straight when facing their traumas!" Midori huffed. "And you should know about Kogane's! You saw her being eaten alive!"
"Not to mention that he was the one who turned on the vaccuum cleaner that sent her running days ago." the Deep Sea Queen reminded them all.
"I was cleaning Master Saitama's home. As his top disciple, it is my duty to ensure that Master Saitama-"
"ENOUGH ALREADY!" Ki yelled, shutting the cyborg up. "Saitama this! Saitama that! All we ever hear from you is Saitama Saitama Saitama! You're acting less like a disciple and more like an overzealous fanboy!"
"Are you saying that Saitama is not worthy of admiration?" Genos growled. "He is an unrivaled hero that has done more good for anyone, and has allowed you all to live!"
"I know all that! But just because the rest of us love Saitama doesn't mean we jabber on and on about him like a broken record!" Ki blurted out before clamping her hands over her mouth. "...I said that out loud, didn't I?"
The wide eyes and red faces of the women said yes. Vaccine Woman merely snickered while Saitama looked like a deer caught in the headlights.
"Uh...wait, what?" he finally said before looking at the other women. "Is that true?" he asked them. They all blushed and looked away, awkward smiles on their faces.
"Is it that hard to believer?" Vaccine Woman asked. "After all you've done for us, how could any of us not fall for you?"
"I...I don't know what to say." the bald hero admitted.
"I do." Genos spoke up. "I find it ridiculous and disgusting."
"Watch it, Genos!" the Beast Queen growled. "Just because we're monsters doesn't mean we can't feel love."
"Even so, you are all fools if you believe Master Saitama would return these feelings." Genos stated.
"Oh yeah?" Vaccine Woman asked before grabbing Saitama's arm. "If that's true, then how come Saitama and I spent a night together?"
The women gaped or smiled.
"A night doing what?" Genos asked, making them all stare at him.
"Are you really that dense?" Vaccine Woman deadpanned. "I'm gonna say it once, so listen up. Saitama and I had sex!"
"Hey!" Saitama yelped in embarrassment before sighing and nodding. "But...yeah. We spent last night together."
"Details later." Ki whispered the demand into Vaccine Woman's ear.
"How dare you!" Genos said, his systems powering up. "To think that you monsters would sink so low as to seduce my master to commit something so horrible!"
"Nothing horrible about last night." Vaccine Woman boasted before she suddenly found herself slammed into a building, her fingers fighting against the grip Genos had on her throat. "What...What are...you doing?!" she got out as the others stared in shock.
"I will not allow you or any of these monsters to corrupt Master Saitama!" Genos declared. "INCINER-"
SKRONCH!
Genos's eyes widened in shock as the arm holding Vaccine Woman was suddenly ripped from it's socket, causing him to drop the monster to the ground. He turned his gaze to see an irked Saitama standing next to him and holding the severed arm in his hand.
"That's enough, Genos!" Saitama told him.
"But, Master-"
"But nothing!" the baldy snapped as he pushed him back with his free hand. "I don't know what's gotten into you Genos, but you're way out of line!" he told him before throwing Genos's arm towards the cyborg, who got it with his remaining hand. Saitama then helped Vaccine Woman to her feet before throwing a glare at Genos. "Take your arm and get it reattached. Then I want you to think about how much of an ass you've been and apologize to everyone here. And until you do, the only one I'll recognize as a disciple is Captain Mizuki! Understand?!"
"I-" Genos tried to protest before Saitama leveled a glare at him, telling him he wasn't taking no for an answer. "...yes, master." Genos obeyed. Saitama nodded before he and the women left, with all the females throwing him angry looks as they walked past him.
The usual training was lackluster for Kogane, Mizuki and the Beast Queen, their minds going back to Genos's words and attitude. It hit them hard, but Kogane took it the worst.
The largest Kombu sister was sitting on a piece of rubble, her gaze hidden under a waterfall of her hair. The Beast Queen and Mizuki just looked at their friend in concern before Mizuki approached her.
"Kogane? You okay?" the athletic hero asked in a soft voice.
"No." Kogane answered with a shake of her head.
"Is it because of what Genos said?" Beast Queen asked, earning a nod from Kogane. "Well don't let it bother you too much. He's always been a total hardass."
"I know...but he's a hardass who was right." Kogane answered. "If I hadn't of caved, Nyan wouldn't know where Saitama lives."
"And if you hadn't, Nyan would've told that elephant bastard." Beast Queen countered before she sat down next to her. "Look, don't beat yourself up about this. She knew you were scared and used it against you. And Saitama understood that you were protecting your sisters. Sure, Saitama can smear them across the land if they mess with him, but he's one person. He can't be everywhere at once."
"She's right." Mizuki said in agreement. "And when Genos-senpai understands that, I believe he'll apologize."
"He better." Beast Queen growled.
"Guys...I know you're trying to cheer me up, and I appreciate it. But right now, I just want to be alone." Kogane sighed. The two of them looked at each other before giving her kind smiles.
"Alright. But if you ever want to talk, we'll listen." Mizuki responded before she and the Beast Queen walked away, leaving their kombu friend alone. Kogane didn't budge for a while before slowly moving off the rubble she was sitting on and sat on the ground, hugging her knees and feeling like utter shit. She didn't know how much time had passed, but it seemed like years had gone by when she felt a presence. She looked up to see the monster called Super Mouse standing in front of her. Neither monster said anything for a while before Kogane spoke.
"Super Mouse of the Monster Association, right?" Kogane asked.
"Yep. And you're Kogane, the tallest of the Kombu sisters?" Super Mouse asked back.
"Yep." Kogane answered before standing up, causing her tower over the smaller monster. "Why are you up here? Come to try to destroy Saitama?"
"I'm no fool. I know I'm no match for him." the mouse monster answered. "No, I'm actually up here for a different reason."
"And that reason is...?" Kogane asked.
"Gyoro Gyoro, the Monster Association's advisor, wants us to get information without resorting to violence." Super Mouse explained. "And this time, he wants us to...be nice."
"Define 'nice.'" said Kogane.
"From the few reports he's gotten, he's noticed something that the company Saitama keeps is mostly made up of women, both human and monster." Super Mouse explained. Kogane stared at her before a smirk wormed it's way onto her face.
"I'm gonna go out on a limb and ask how many other female monsters came up here with you." the kombu monster said, making Super Mouse chuckle.
"You catch on fast. Aside from me, there are a few other females." Super Mouse answered.
"And Gyoro Gyoro wants you all to seduce him?" Kogane asked.
"If we can, yes. If not, at least see if we survive being in his presence." said the mouse monster. "Is there some kind of trick to not being killed by him? Does he ask for...favors in exchange for your life?"
Kogane choked back a laugh at that.
"Are you kidding me?! It took us forever to finally get him to notice us in that way!" she answered.
"So he does see monster women that way as well?" Super Mouse asked.
"If last night was any indication? Yes." Kogane answered.
"Last night?" Super Mouse said with wide eyes before grinning. "This intrigues me. Tell me more!"
Raptora was elated to see her sister, Reptera, the two of them hugging each other.
"I'm so glad to see you!" Raptora exclaimed. "How have you been?"
"I've been good. The..." Reptera began before looking around and whispering. "The Monster Assocation's been treating us monsters well."
"I'm glad to hear that." said Raptora.
"You know, there's still plenty of room for you and the other monsters up here." Reptera offered.
"Tempting, but no thanks. I like it up here with the the others...and Saitama." Raptora answered with a blush.
"...You've got to be kidding me." Reptera said before running her hands down her face. "Please tell me that you don't actually like him like that!"
"I would, but that would be a lie." Raptora answered. Reptera merely groaned before sighing.
"Forget it. Not gonna talk about it." she said before looking at her sister. "So...what have you been up to up here?"
"Meh. Just keeping to myself, mostly." the younger twin answered. "In fact, I was on my way to a little project I'm working on. Want to see?"
"Sure." the older twin said with a shrug.
"Great! This way!" Raptora answered before grabbing her sister's wrist and ran, pulling her older twin behind her.
"Hey! I can run by myself, you know!" Reptera yelped as she found her footing and followed her ecstatic sister. The two ran into a random building before taking a staircase down into a basement. "Where are we going?!" Reptera demanded.
"It's up here!" Raptora answered before they stopped at a door. Raptora released her sister's wrist and turned the doorknob. "Welcome...to my little piece of Heaven!" she said before opening the door, letting her wide eyed sister walk inside.
What had once been an underground storage room had been transformed into a gamer's paradise. A large flat screen TV hung from the wall, a few bean bag chairs a good distance away from it. Between them? A variety of gaming consoles, some looking a bit patched up. To the left was a computer station, with what looked like a hand built computer resting on it. Next to it looked like a little work station full of junk and half finished robotic projects. And on the right was a little cooking area, complete with a fridge.
Reptera stepped in and looked around with wide eyes before looking back at her smiling sister.
"So? What do you think?" Raptora asked. Her sister just kept staring before she chuckled, then started to laugh.
"Even as a monster, you still haven't changed!" she laughed before putting her little sister in a headlock and noogied her. "Still the geeky little gamer, aren't you!?" she asked with a grin.
"Owowow! Let go!" Raptora yelled, though she was still smiling. After being released, she rubbed her scalp where her sister ground her fist against. "That hurt."
"My bad." Reptera replied before looking around again. "Where did you get all this stuff?"
"You'd be amazed at what the humans left behind when they abandoned this area." Raptora answered as she sat down on a bean bag chair. "I've been collecting scrap and bringing it here to work on in my spare time. And I've got a lot of spare time nowadays."
"Well it's not like you can get a job." Reptera giggled as she sat in the bean bag next to her sister. "Still, I'm glad you're doing alright."
"And I'm glad you're okay, too." Ratpora replied before holding a game controller towards her sister. "Wanna play like old times?"
"I don't know. You always beat me." Reptera answered.
"C'mon. It'll be fun. I might let you win this time." Raptora coaxed.
"Alright. But only one game." Reptera agreed.
-1 hour later-
WINNER! PLAYER ONE!
"HAHAHA! I WIN AGAIN!" Raptora cheered
"OH, COME ON!" Reptera yelled after losing again. "THAT'S THE 47TH TIME! HOW CAN I NOT BEAT YOU AT THIS?!"
"What can I say? I'm the best!" the younger twin boasted. "You couldn't beat me then and you can't beat me now! Wanna go for another round? Maybe 48 is your lucky number~" Raptora sang.
"Rrrrgh!" Reptera growled before sighing. "Forget it. I came up here to do something else anyway."
"You mean trying to get close to Saitama?" Raptora asked.
"Yeah. As much as I don't want to." Reptera grumbled. "But, the orders were clear. Come up here, try to seduce Saitama, get friendly and find anything to use as a weakness."
"Why are you telling me all that?" her younger twin asked.
"Because as much as I don't like you being with humans, you're still my sister and I love you." Reptera answered, earning a hug from Raptora. "Yeah yeah. So, any advice?"
"Don't push yourself onto him. Be natural and gradual. Don't attack him or other humans to stay on his good side." Raptora listed off.
"What about physical advances?" Reptera asked before looking down at herself, her focus on her bust. "I'd like to make use of these things since they won't go away."
"I was wondering about those." Raptora said as she stared at her sister's enlarged tits. "I guess the effects of the kombu are permanent?"
"Well they haven't shrunken down." Reptera sighed before smirking. "Still, that might be a good thing. If Saitama's into monsters, I can use these on him."
"Careful. He might be a lot more than you can handle." Raptora warned.
"Relax. Have you forgotten who I am?" Reptera asked before giving a flip of her hair. "If humans and monsters were treated the same, I'd be having men coming after me just like in high school."
"Saitama isn't much for the outside until he gets to know the inside." Raptora warned. "So if you want him to come after you, you'll need to actually get to know him."
"Bleh. I don't have time to hang out with humans. Besides, he doesn't look like much." Reptera huffed.
"That's because you haven't seen him like I have." her younger twin said with a dreamy smile. "If you got to know him, you'd know what I meant."
"I don't wanna!" her older sister childishly whined. "I need quick results!"
"Trust me. Trying to force anything with anyone here is a bad idea. Especially with that cyborg bastard around." Raptora said, her voice carrying venom at the last bit.
"You mean that Class-S Hero, Genos?" Reptera asked, earning a scowl from her sister. "What's up?"
"He...nothing." Raptora answered before turning away. Neither of them said anything before Reptera walked towards her sister.
"Well, I gotta get going. Join the others. Make plans and all that." the older twin said before smiling and giving her sister a small kiss on the side of her head. "See you around, Rappy."
"...See you." Raptora answered, her scowl fading as Reptera walked out the door. She kept walking until she was back out in the sunlight.
"I hope the others are having better luck than I am." Reptera said to herself.
Saitama, in his hero outfit, was walking through the streets of the Ghost Town, ready to head out on patrol. His footsteps were slow, but his mind was going a million miles an hour after all that happened.
Having sex with Vaccine Woman. Genos telling them all he doesn't care for the monsters. All the women...
He stopped walking when he remembered Ki's confession. Not just for herself, but for all the other women present.
'All of them actually feel that way about me? I had no idea. I thought it was only Vaccine Woman.' he thought. 'What do I do? How do I handle so many women wanting me?'
"Excuse me!"
Saitama was broken out of his thoughts at the sound of woman's voice.
"Hey, bald guy!"
Saitama's eyes narrowed at being called out on his lack of hair. He turned to yell at whomever said it, only to find nobody there.
"Down here."
Saitama looked down at a small monster. She had a white face, black eyes and black body that looked more like a skin tight suit. She also had an antenna on her head that ended in a small sphere.
"Are you Saitama?" the small monster asked.
"Yeah. Who are you?" Saitama asked. All the monster did was smile.
A/N: Bet nobody saw that! LET YOUR MINDS EXPLODE AS YOU TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT! (evil laughter) Also, I made a tiny edit in chapter 44. See you all next time!
