A/N: Warning! Lemon! Have a good day!
Reptera sighed as she wandered the streets of the Ghost Town.
"No Saitama. No Saitama's home. No nothing!" she grumbled. "If I go back with nothing, I'm dead! Maybe I can bunk with my sister?...No. Not ready to be up with humans. What does she see in him?" she pondered before she saw Abysstalon, Super Mouse, Manako, Little Splitter and Great Food Tub approaching her.
"Reptera? Where have you been?" Abysstalon asked.
"Ran into my sister, had some quality bonding time with her, then tried to find Saitama. No luck on that last part." Reptera answered. "You?"
"Well, we found Saitama's home." Manako answered. "And we learned some interesting things along the way."
"Like what?" Reptera asked, earning a headshake from Super Mouse.
"You had to be there." the mouse monster answered before Great Food Tub's stomach growled.
"Let's go already!" she whined as she rubbed her empty stomach. "I'm gonna start wasting away!"
"She's right. Let's go home." Splitter ordered as she changed to her male disguise. The others, including Reptera, quickly traveled to one of the entrances to the Monster Association and delved into it's depths, the scent of blood and death hitting their nostrils.
"Ah, such a nostalgic scent." Super Mouse said with a smile as they walked nonstop to Gyoro Gyoro's chambers, where they saw Rhino Wrestler, Electric Catfish Man, Maiko Plasma and another disguised Little Splitter giving their report.
"-and after hearing about King being in the area, we felt it was too risky to continue looking for Saitama and came back here." Rhino Wrestler finished.
"So Sludge Jellyfish has been lost, and we're no closer to learning the location of Saitama's home." Gyoro Gyoro said as the gravity in the room began to increase, making the other monsters stumble. "I'm getting very tired of constant failure." he said before his eye looked up at the group that had just arrived, all of them struggling to stay on their feet. "Perhaps you lot can give me something useful? Otherwise, I believe I have Lord Orochi's next meal coming up."
"We...We found...Saitama's home!" Super Mouse got out. She suddenly breathed a little easier when the gravity returned to normal while the single Splitter ran over to the other one.
"You found it? Was King up there? He was in the area and-" she ranted before the other one reached over and sucked her in through her hand.
"Shut up. You'll know soon enough." the other Splitter huffed before changing to her real form and facing Gyoro Gyoro. "And yeah, we found it."
"Are you going to share it's location with me? Or has Saitama scared you into keep your mouth shut?" Gyoro Gyoro asked with a slight glare.
"Nah. We'll tell you. He's living in relatively untouched building in the Ghost Town, along with the monsters that live up there." Splitter answered. "I can show you on a map later."
"Good. At least some of you made some progress." GG said as he glanced at the earlier group, making them either scowl on look down in fear. "Did you learn anything else?" he asked as he looked at the late arrivals.
"A few things. One is that his disciple, Genos, has been kicked out until further notice." Super Mouse spoke up. "Seems he was at his limit with having monsters around his master. Nearly killed Kogane and Vaccine Woman for either betraying or corrupting Saitama."
"Betraying and corrupting?" GG parroted.
"Kogane was being forced by Nyan to lead her to find Saitama. That's the betrayal part. The corrupting?" Super Mouse answered before giggling with a smirk. "I can only assume that to be from Saitama and Vaccine Woman's little tryst last night."
The other monsters all looked at her with wide eyes after that. Even Gyoro Gyoro's eye shot open.
"You mean a hero and a monster..." Splitter got out before forming a loop with two fingers and sticking another finger through it.
"Uh huh." Super Mouse said with a nod.
"That's...disgusting!" Rhino Wrestler grimaced. "What kind of monster would lie down with a human?!"
"From what Kogane told me, all of them up there would if given the chance." Super Mouse answered.
"Are you serious?!" Great Food Tub blurted out before her stomach growled. "Not now!" she grumbled at it.
"And not just the monster women up there. It seems that the female heroes that visit want a piece of Saitama too." Super Mouse continued.
"Seriously? That dopey looking guy?!" Reptera asked as an image of Saitama's blank expression came to her mind. "How can they fall for a guy that looks like that? How could my sister fall for a guy like that?!"
"There must be an explanation, but that can come later." Gyoro Gyoro spoke up, silencing them. "Is there any other information you can give?"
"Other than he's a gracious host and has the ability to keep powerhouses like Tornado and King from killing us on sight? No." Super Mouse answered.
"...Care to repeat that last part?" said GG.
"I'm serious. We encountered King and thought we were dead, but Saitama somehow convinced him we weren't a threat. Even silenced the King Engine!" Super Mouse exclaimed.
"It's true! We were so close to the man that we could make out every detail of the scars on his face!" Abysstalon confirmed.
The other monsters let that sink in before Rhino Wrestler.
"Okay...I'm slightly impressed." he said.
"As am I." Gyoro Gyoro said. "To quell the bloodlust of a hero of King's magnitude is by no means an easy feat. This hero, Saitama, is becoming more interesting by the minute."
"That's why I left a few of me up there to spy on him." Splitter cut in. "If they get anything, they can send one of me back here to inform me of anything going on."
"Good. Anything else to report? Also, have any of you come into contact with Evil Natural Water? It has gotten lose and I wish to locate and contain it." Gyoro Gyoro asked. When none came forward, Gyoro Gyoro merely dismissed them all. When they left, Little Splitter, in her disguise, Super Mouse, Abysstalon, Manako and Great Food Tub separated themselves from the other monsters. When they felt they were alone...
"Aaaaaahhhh~"
They all sighed as they sagged in relief.
"That...was difficult." Manako groaned.
"I was ready to burst from holding in King's secret." Abysstalon grumbled from where she lay on the floor.
"Me too, and I'm the one who told you all to cork it." Splitter huffed.
"About what?" said the main Splitter as she approached them in her disguise. "Forget it. I'll know in a moment." she said as she grabbed the other Splitter and began pulling her in.
"Brace yourself~" the other Splitter warned with a grin before disappearing into the main Splitter, who's eyes suddenly shot wide open as the information from the other Splitter flowed into her. Her arm fell to her side and she slowly turned to face the others, who all were nodding with grins of their own.
"...I...need to...I'm gonna go now." she said as she walked away, her surprised expression glued to her face.
"I don't blame her." Super Mouse chuckled.
"Okay, I gotta know! What did you guys find out?" Reptera asked.
"Should we tell her?" Abysstalon asked.
"What about Splitter's warning?" Manako asked nervously. "You heard what she said she'd do to us if we tell!"
"Then don't let her find out." Super Mouse answered before leaning towards Reptera. "But if anyone asks, you didn't hear this from us." she said before whispering into Reptera's ear. When she finished, she leaned away to see Reptera staring at nothing, her eye giving an occasional twitch.
"I'm gonna go lie down now." she said before she fainted on the spot.
"I don't blame her." GFT giggled.
"Okay. From here on, we tell nobody the truth. Deal?" said Super Mouse.
"Deal." the other monsters answered before they split, leaving Reptera on the ground.
-Hero Association-
Sitch looked out at the room packed with many criminals that society had labeled as scum, each one wanted for various crimes against humanity. He kept a calm expression, despite being nervous, as he faced them all and cleared his throat.
"Good day to you all! My name is Sitch, leader of the Hero Association Earth Doom Prophecy Response Team! Nice to meet all of you!" he began, gaining everyone's attention. "Let me begin by thanking all of you, the members of the criminal underworld, for being here. As I stated in the invitations, you were not called here to discuss any of your criminal activities or wrongdoings. This is not a trap, and you're free to leave after the meeting is done. The Heroes here are merely for my protection."
"Heroes, huh?"
"Sounds like fun!"
"Where are they? I wanna kill 'em!" the criminals said while many began to chuckle or laugh.
"They will not take any action unless you decide to do something foolish." Sitch assured.
"Oh? Like taking over your little HQ here?" another criminal asked with a grin.
"Assassins, mad scientists, high bounty criminals and the like fill the room." said the Class-A Rank 7 hero, Magic Trick Man. "I don't understand. Why would Sitch invite such foul scum into our sacred headquarters?!"
"I don't care why he did, but hearing all these dirtbags laughing is seriously pissing me off!" Class-A Rank 5 hero, Heavy Tank Loincloth, growled.
"They try anything funny, I'll burn them to a crisp." Class-A Rank 6, Blue Fire, promised.
'I have three Class-A heroes as protection, each with Class-S combat skills. With them here, I doubt anyone would be stupid enough to try anything.' Sitch thought as he glanced at the heroes before addressing the criminals again. "Okay then! Let us begin the meeting-"
"Hold it." came a voice from the crowd, silencing Sitch and causing everyone to look around for the voice. "Where is the hero called Saitama? Doesn't he live in this building with the other heroes?"
"Hmm? Who might you be? Anyway, please save all unrelated topics for after the meeting. What I have to say is important." Sitch answered.
"He's not here? Then I'm leaving." the man said.
"You think you can just leave after coming here?! You came, so you'll stay for the duration! Got it?!" Blue Fire ordered.
"'Occurrences of Tiger level threats and above are increasing in frequency.'" the man read off form a stack of papers in his hand. "'This month, levels are six times the average of the past three years. This could indicated the Earth Doom Prophecy of the Great Seer, Shibabawa, is soon approaching. Or perhaps it has already begun.'" they continued as the screen behind Sitch changes images to the late Madame Shibabawa. "'If this rate continues, our heroes will become exhausted and overwhelmed. The prophecy says an unprecedented disaster will befall the Earth within six months. Current conditions make it clear that the threat remains a possibility. We've even started to send out Class-S Heroes for such terrorizations, but there are simply too many of these instances to handle them all.'" The man suddenly threw the papers into the air, allowing them to flutter about and land amongst the room of criminals. "It's clear that this situation will only escalate in our fight to protect all of humanity. Despite your character issues, we ask the able among you to assist us in our efforts.'" the man, Sonic, finished, earning laughter from some of the criminals. "So that's why you called us here? Forget it."
'What in the-?! I hadn't passed those out yet! How did he...?!' Sitch thought in a panic.
"The mere thought of being forced to pal around and help you goody goodies is so sickening, I might just throw up." Sonic said before he strolled out the door. "Goodbye." he said before the doors shut. Sitch looked upset...
"IS THIS TRUE?!"
But he was nowhere near the lividity of Blue Fire.
"HOW CAN YOU ASK THESE MISCREANTS FOR HELP?! THERE'S NO WAY THE ASSOCIATION APPROVED OF THIS!"
"BUT THEY HAVE! WE'RE IN A CRISIS! ONE THAT MANKIND CANNOT OVERCOME UNLESS WE BAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT AS ONE! OUR HEROES COMPRISED OF 390 CLASS-C'S, 101 CLASS-B'S, 33 CLASS-A'S AND THE 17 OF CLASS-S IS CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH! AS MEMBERS OF THE UNDERWORLD, YOUR STRENGTH RIVALS THAT OF OUR HEROES! WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO DO THIS FOR FREE! FOR EVERY MONSTER YOU DEFEAT, YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED!"
"Forget it, Director Sitch. That's a waste of money. You can't expect any of these walking piles of trash to be able to stand up and fight when the time comes." Loincloth scoffed, earning glares from the villains while one young man jumped onto the stage and pointed a knife at the hero.
"Hey, old man! I ain't letting a comment like that slip! I've killed far more people than you've met! Care to try me?" the punk asked before Loincloth smashed him into the stage with a light swing of his fist.
"These punks have no heart." Loincloth huffed.
"Listen, we can't-"
"Well well well. What do we have here?" another voice in the crowd cut in. "Now this sounds interesting. She's good. This prophecy of hers is spot on. She predicted a threat level of God and it's gonna come true, thanks to yours truly. After all, the only one of us here walking out on our own is me."
"Huh? Tell me, who are you?" Sitch asked the man in question. The man wore an outfit similar to Silverfang and had silver hair that split into two large prongs, giving him the appearance of a young wolf.
"My name's Garou. I'm a dojo wrecker and I have a thing for monsters." the man introduced. "Now that we're all here, why don't we have some fun?" he asked as he gestured at everyone to come at him. "Come on, I'll take down everyone in this room. Don't be shy. Step up."
"That's enough. I didn't call everyone hear to engage in such nonsense."
"Nonsense?"
"We don't need you. Get out of here." Sitch ordered.
"Now, is that any way to treat a guest, Mr. Big-Shot-of-Justice?" Garou asked. "Let me show you how it's done. Get ready, everyone. You've all been invited...to a little Slaughter Party!"
"I've got a job for you heroes. Toss this freak out!" Sitch ordered.
"With pleasure!" Magic Trick Man replied before he charged at Garou, only to be violently strangled by the man.
"TANK CANNON PUNCH!" Loincloth roared as he threw a massive punch, smashing a hole into the ground where Garou was and getting the punk to release Magic Trick Man. Loincloth then blinked and looked at his right arm, the appendage now violently broken in various spots.
"Whoops! It's broken, gramps. Didn't put enough 'heart' into it?" Garou asked from where he was crouching before the hero. "All that matters is that the strong...ARE STRONG!" he yelled as he socked the hero with a single punch to the face. "Sweet dreams, grandpa!" Garou called out as Loincloth laid unconscious at Blue Fire's feet, the other Class-A hero glaring at Garou as the villains in the room began to whoop and cheer for Garou.
"Alright! Way to stick it to that dumbass!"
"Nice hit, kid!"
"Show those heroes who's da boss!"
"And just why are you little shits cheering for me?" Garou asked as he turned to them all with a blank glare. "You're all next."
"Say what?!"
"You little bastard!"
"Aren't you on our side?!"
"Nope. Listen well. Heroes always show up late to the party. Monsters, however, take the initiative and strike first. Bottom line? You're all on the human side, while I'm on the monster side." Garou informed them all with a smirk.
"A human claiming to be a monster? You're a fool." Blue Fire scoffed. "However, I will agree that you're not human. You're scum! And I, Blue Fire, will burn you to ash!" he declared before rapidly moving his hands, then thrust his right hand forward, a jet of azure flames speeding towards Garou.
Slice!
The attack suddenly ended as a few drops of blood splashed onto Blue Fire's face.
"You know, I really like tricks like this." Garou said as he stood before a few burning bodies while messing with Blue Fire's severed hand, pulling a tiny flamethrower out of it's sleeve. "At least until I figure out how it's done. Then it's boring."
'M-My arm!' Blue Fire thought in anger and panic as Garou dropped his arm and gave a slasher smile to the others in the room while Sitch hid behind the podium.
"This is Central Hall of the 7th Floor, HQ building! Send every hero we have in the vicinity to my area, along with a medic! Yes, all of them!" he quietly ordered.
"FUCKING PUNK!"
"GET HIM!"
"SMASH HIS HEAD IN!"
Everyone in the room began to charge at Garou, who kept his grin up as he raised his hands.
Sonic was calmly walking down the road away from Hero Association Headquarters before he heard the other criminals roar and start fighting.
"Tsk. Didn't take long for them to start rioting. Oh well. Not my problem." he said as he continued walking. "It was a good chance to slip into Hero Association HQ and find any info that had on Saitama, but they didn't have anything useful. Just his name, face, and that he's currently Class-B Rank 33. Nothing on the secret of his strength. Either they don't know it, or they're keeping it more tightly guarded. Either way, I'll find it and surpass your speed. Then, you'll regret making a food of Speed o' Sound Sonic twice! Just you wait, Saitama!" he growled as he kept on walking. He took a few more steps before stopping, his eyes narrowing.
"Thought you'd be here, Sonic."
Sonic slowly looked over his shoulder to see a familiar face standing a good distance away, eyes honed in on him.
"Flashy Flash." Sonic said in response as he turned to his fellow ninja.
"Guess my hunch that you'd be invited too was correct." Flash said. "Leaving so soon?"
"Why stay? Nothing here interests me." Sonic answered before smirking. "But since you're here, maybe I'll take your head to cool off."
"I'd have taken yours by now, but you actually have something I wish to know." Flash replied.
"And what's that? Where have I been hiding? How'd I get faster than you?" Sonic asked in a taunting tone.
"How well do you know Saitama?" Flash asked, catching the other ninja off guard.
"What's it to you?" Sonic demanded with a frown. "You know him? If you do, I'll have you spill all you know about him."
"I know that he's strong. Stronger than anyone I've ever faced...and faster than me." Flash reluctantly admitted.
"Heh. Guess you've been skipping out on training." Sonic chuckled.
"This coming from a man who's had his ass handed to him by Saitama on multiple accounts?" Flash asked, making Sonic growl. "Calm down, Sonic. As it stands, the two of us have a common goal. The both of us wish to know how Saitama got as powerful as he is."
"What? You want us to work together?" Sonic asked.
"No. I came to give you a warning. Stay away from Saitama." Flash ordered. "I have plans for him."
"You want me to back off my prey? Not happening. I owe that bastard, and nobody's stopping me." Sonic answered as he grabbed the hilt of his sword, with Flash doing the same. Silence...
And then they moved.
Sitch could only sit in terror as one of villains flew past him before smashing into the wall, a bloody smear left as they slid down to the floor.
"Well, that takes care of that. I'd stick around, but fighting multiple Class-S heroes might be too much for me as I am now." Garou said as she stood up and dusted his bloody hands off before turning towards Sitch. "Well, I believe I've made my point. Great debut, huh? And this is just the beginning. In six months, I'll be stronger than ever, and I'll come back through the front door." he warned with a grin as he walked to the door. It opened a moment later, allowing light to filter in and illuminate the room covered in broken and bleeding bodies. "See ya." Garou waved goodbye, leaving Sitch to cower in fear.
Sonic and Flash both skid to a halt after exchanging blade strikes, neither of them gaining or losing ground.
"It seems that you've kept up with your training." Flash stated.
"Of course. In the village, and throughout my life, I've always trained harder than anyone!" Sonic boasted.
"If that were true, I wouldn't be slowing down to match your speed." Flash droned, making veins of anger appear on Sonic's temples.
"You think that's my best? I'm not even trying!" Sonic roared as he lunged at Flash again, the two exchanging 100 strikes in the span of a second before parting again.
"Then how about we get serious?" Flash asked as he got into a stance, his blade readied for another round.
"Fine by me! I had planned to save this for my fight with Saitama, but I'll use it here and finish you off!" Sonic declared as he got ready to attack, his mad grin returning.
"You and that bad habit of yours." Flash sighed.
"Laugh it up, Flash!" Sonic yelled as he was about to attack before stopping, a scowl coming to him at the sight of a line of vehicles heading straight towards the two of them. "Tch. Looks like the Hero Association's gotten wind of us."
"Ignore them. I'll finish you before they arrive." Flash promised.
"Hmph. I'm no longer in the mood for this." Sonic huffed. "I need to prepare to take Saitama's life anyway."
"Do you think I'll just let you leave?" Flash asked.
"Not like you have a choice." Sonic stated before he began hurling a few dozen shurikens at Flash, who effortlessly dodged them all.
"Your aim is sloppy." Flash scoffed.
"Is it?" Sonic smirked. Flash was confused for a moment before his eyes widened and he grimaced. With an extra burst of speed, he ran towards the shurikens that were flying towards the approaching vehicles, slashing them all in half long before they could get near the cards. His eyes widened in surprise as he shielded his face when all of the destroyed shurikens suddenly released large clouds of smoke, obscuring his vision and causing the cars to screech to a stop, resulting in quite a few rear ends and fender benders. After a few moments, the smoke cleared away and the workers and armed soldiers of the Hero Association disembarked their vehicles to either secure the area or to help those who were a little worse for wear from the crashes.
"Flashy Flash! We heard reports that there was a fight here! Was it a monster?!" a soldier asked.
"No." Flash answered as he stared where he last saw Sonic before turning to the soldier. "I do not see any heroes out here. Don't a few Class-A heroes live here to protect Headquarters?"
"They do, but they were all called to another room! A massive riot broke out and Director Sitch called for backup!" the soldier answered. "Speaking of, why didn't you answer-" the soldier began before Flash suddenly disappeared.
Sitch was joined by a few other executives as they watched the criminals being carted away by various medical personnel.
"What happened in here?" Flash asked as he walked up to them, startling the executives.
"Flashy Flash! Where have you been?!" one executive yelled.
"I was taking care of something." Flash answered as he eyed the aftermath of the brawl. "Did these fools start fighting each other?"
"No." Sitch answered. "A single man did all this. He called himself Garou."
"I see. And where is this Garou now?" Flash questioned.
"He already left out through one of the tunnels we had these criminals use to privately come in." Sitch answered. "He's long gone by now."
"Why weren't you here at this meeting?! If you had been here, none of this would've happened! Three of our best Class-A heroes are in need of severe medical treatment! Blue Fire will need a cybernetic arm!" another executive stated.
"I wasn't asked to be in this room for this meeting. As for what happened here, this carnage is on your heads. You shouldn't have tried to recruit these thugs in the first place." Flash told them before turning and walking towards the door.
"They may be criminals, but we need all the manpower we can get if we're to overcome the prophecy Madame Shibabawa gave before she died." Sitch lamented.
"We of Class-S will be more than enough to handle whatever this threat is." Flash boasted as he walked out of the room. "Us, and him." he finished just as the doors closed.
"Him?" Sitch parroted in confusion.
"ULTIMATE JET STRAIGHT!" Jet Nice Girl roared as she delivered a powerful punch that tore a hole through a man-sized komodo dragon monster. The monster dropped dead while more komodo dragon monsters stepped over it's corpse, with a much larger one in the back giving orders.
"HAHAHA! Nice shot, you robot...human...whatever you are! But it matters not! The death of one of my army won't stop me, the Komodo King, from destroying this city before we move on to the rest of the world!" the leader laughed. "ATTACK! RIP HER TO PIECES!" he ordered, causing his army to roar as they charged her. She held up her fists and grit her teeth-
"Incinerate!"
-before jumping back as the whole army was torched to charcoal a split second later. When the dust cleared, the scene showed a group of charred monsters as they crumbled to dust. She blinked before looking in the direction the attack came from to see Genos standing there, arm still outstretched from delivering his attack before letting it drop.
"Genos?" JNG muttered before the crowd started to cheer and sing Genos's praises, thanking him for stopping the monsters. The cyborg was silent as he simply turned and walked away. "Genos! Hey, wait a second!" the Class-B cyborg yelled as she ran towards him.
"If you are here to complain about me eliminating your opponents, then I apologize. Now leave me alone." he ordered with a harsh glare.
"What's with you?" JNG asked. "The Hero Association do something to Saitama again?"
"No. Master Saitama has told me to stay away until I apologize for my actions." Genos answered.
"Apologize? What'd you do?" Jet Nice Girl asked.
"Not in public." Genos said in a lower tone of voice. Jet Nice Girl could only think of two reasons for the sudden secrecy. Either it had to do with the Hero Association...or the monsters in the Ghost Town.
The two cyborgs walked until they came to a park bench and sat down.
"So...what happened?" Jet Nice Girl asked again.
"I attempted to destroy Kogane and Vaccine Woman." Genos answered.
"What?! Why?! Aren't they your friends?!" Jet Nice Girl yelled.
"No. I merely tolerated their presence because of Master Saitama. However, after their recent actions, I could no longer stomach them being near Master Saitama any longer." Genos answered.
'What did I miss all this time?' she thought. "Well, I get why you'd be angry at Kogane. She was leading a monster to Saitama. But what did Vaccine Woman do?"
"Vaccine Woman somehow convinced Master Saitama to have sex with her." Genos answered.
"...say what now?"
"Master Saitama and Vaccine Woman engaged in sexual intercourse-"
"I KNOW WHAT YOU SAID!" Jet Nice Girl yelped, her cheeks turning red. "It's just...I'm shocked. I knew that they were friendly, but I didn't think they were that friendly."
"It is not just Vaccine Woman. The other monsters have stated that they have similar feelings for Master Saitama. Even Captain Mizuki feels the same." Genos continued before turning to face her. "What about you? Do you feel the same?"
"In that order. Holy crap. She does? And no! I like him, but not that much." Jet Nice Girl answered. "And even if I did, I couldn't do anything. This body was designed to battle monsters." She shook her head and turned back to him. "But let's get back to earlier. Why would Kogane rat out Saitama?"
-One horrible Genos Brand Explanation Later-
Jet Nice Girl was on the verge of ripping her ears off before noticing that Genos had stopped talking. She sighed in relief before noticing an old woman slowly driving by on her scooter in front of them.
"Hello." she greeted with a wave as she drove on, the two cyborgs watching her leave. When she was a good distance away...
"As I was saying, Kogane's actions were unforgivable and-"
"I GET IT ALREADY!" JNG screeched. She was panting for a bit before glaring at him. "You have been repeating yourself for over 10 minutes! Kogane was forced to lead Nyan to Saitama. I know. I was there. As for Vaccine Woman, that's...a little out there, true. But then again, nothing about what's been happening in the Ghost Town makes any sense, yet it is. Why are you so opposed to this?"
"Dr. Kuseno believes that my recent actions and behavior are due to wanting Master Saitama to train me more, but he has less time for that if he is with the others." Genos answered.
"Is that why you're upset and attacked them? That's silly." Jet Nice Girl laughed.
"You find it funny that Master Saitama cannot train me to become strong enough to destroy the rampaging cyborg?!" Genos growled.
"No. I just find it funny that you keep acting like a jealous fanboy." she answered.
"That is what the others called me. I am not a fanboy. I am Master Saitama's disciple." Genos stated.
"I know, I know. What I'm saying is that you're hogging Saitama to yourself. They're all his friends and they want to hang out with Saitama." said JNG.
"But as Master Saitama's disciple, it is my duty to learn under him-"
"Okay! Stop right there!" JNG interrupted. "You keep on saying that you have to do this and that as Saitama's disciple. Did he ask you to do that?"
"No." Genos answered.
"Then why do you keep doing it? Do you think that's what disciples do?" she asked.
"Is it not?" Genos asked, making her facepalm.
"Why don't you...I don't know! Go ask other disciples if they act this way to their masters?" she suggested.
"Hmm. You may be right. Observing and learning from others may help me to become a better disciple." he said before standing up from the bench. "I will seek them out. Thank you for your advice." With that, he walked away, leaving her on the park bench.
"Not what I had in mind, but hopefully it'll help him out." she said to herself as she stood up and headed in the other direction, then stopped and gaped at nothing. "Wait a second! I forgot to ask about his doctor upgrading me! GENOS! COME BACK!" she yelled as she ran after him.
Kogane was silent as she sat curled up in the corner of her room, her hair covering her face. Her sisters, Nori and Ki, gazed at her with sad expressions as they sat next to her.
"It's okay, Kogane." Ki said as she gently hugged her taller sister. "The hungry lizard's gone and Pig God's nowhere near here. You're safe."
"Maybe...but is everyone else?" Kogane asked, her head still resting on her knees.
"What do you mean?" Nori asked.
"First, Nyan threatened to bring you guys to Vacuuma's brother if I didn't lead her here. Then, Super Mouse and I ran here because I thought Pig God had come, exposing where we all live to an outsider. I love Saitama, but I keep doing this to him!" Kogane lamented as she looked up at her sisters, tears in her eyes as she sniffled before continuing. "Maybe Genos was right! I'm nothing but a filthy monster that's only good for hurting Saitama-"
SLAP!
Kogane blinked a few times before registering the stinging pain in her cheek. She placed her hand on it and looked at her sisters to see Nori looking shocked and Ki looking outraged.
"No more of that!" Ki yelled. "You ever say something like that again, I'll smack your head off your shoulders!"
"B-But what Genos said is true! I kept bringing monsters here without permission! I could've blown the whole lid on this place because I was too terrified that they'd go after you guys!" Kogane replied.
"Big deal! I would've done the same if I was in your position!" Ki admitted, making Kogane's eyes widen in shock.
"You...You would?" she whispered. Ki's face softened before she hugged Kogane.
"You're my sister, dummy. You, Nori and Midori always come first. Not even Saitama can break that." Ki said in a gentle voice. Kogane's lip trembled before she hugged her sister back. A moment later, she wrapped her arm around Nori when she felt her join the hug too. They stayed that way for 10 minutes before separating. "Feel better?"
"Much. Thanks." Kogane answered as she rubbed her eyes.
"Good. And in the future, don't let that metal moron, Genos, get you down. Okay?" Ki asked.
"Yeah. I'll try." Kogane nodded before they heard a knock at the door.
"I wonder who that is?" Nori muttered as she went and answered the door. "Oh, hi Saitama! Come on in!"
"Hey, Nori." Saitama greeted as he walked in and removed his shoes.
"What are you doing here, Saitama?" Ki asked.
"I came to see how Kogane was doing." Saitama answered before looking at the monster in question. "You okay?"
"Yeah. I just...this has been a very bad day, and it's not even noon yet." Kogane sighed.
"Well, that lizard monster, Great Tub of Food or something, is gone. You don't have to worry about her." Saitama told them.
"That's good. I've had enough of everyone trying to eat me for one day." Kogane sighed in relief. "Was there anything else?"
"Well, I just finished my daily training and was going to take a walk. I wanted to know if you wanted to come along." Saitama answered.
"You mean...just us?" Kogane asked.
"Yeah, if you're interested." Saitama nodded.
"I...am, but...I don't know." Kogane sighed in misery.
"One second!" Ki said before she quickly pushed Saitama out the door. "Don't go away!" she said before she closed the door, then ran over to her sister. "Kogane, are you nuts?! You're going to turn down a chance to have some alone time with Saitama?!"
"Believe me, I'm ecstatic he wants to hang out. It's just...this has been one really bad morning, and I just want to stay here, where it's safe." Kogane answered.
"You're kidding, right? You think being in here is safer than being within armslength of Saitama, the guy who's stronger than anything in the world?" Ki asked.
"Of course not. It's just-
"Kogane."
Both sisters looked at Nori, who had a rare, serious expression on her face.
"Go out with Saitama." Nori told her.
"Wait, what?" Kogane asked.
"Chances to be with Saitama are slim! And...And I don't want to see you mess up your chances like I did! I kept being too scared or kept asking at the wrong times!" Nori ranted before calming down. "Even though there were rough parts...going out with Saitama turned into an amazing day. I even met and made a new friend in Zenko." A smile came to Nori's face as she hugged Kogane again. "Maybe bad things might happen. But sometimes, it's worth the risk."
Kogane was silent for a moment before a smile slowly came to her face. She hugged Nori back before she sat up and walked over to the door. She peeked out to see Saitama standing there and looking up at her.
"Give me 10 minutes."
Saitama and Kogane were walking through the streets of City-Z and enjoying the sunny day. Saitama was in his hero suit while Kogane had donned a white top that showed her wait, red jacket, red hat, small shorts that exposed her legs up to her upper thighs and socks and shoes. Her long hair was currently tucked into her jacket to conceal it from others who could discover that it was kombu and not human hair.
Despite that, the tallest Kombu sister could feel the stares of people as they walked by.
"They're all staring at me." Kogane muttered to Saitama.
"Well, you're the tallest one around. Plus, that outfit you're wearing is showing off a lot. Especially those legs." Saitama commented as he eyed her long legs before looking forward.
"Ki helped me with the outfit, and Nori found this jacket while she was out looking for shirts and fabrics to fiddle with." Kogane answered before they walked by a reflective window, allowing her to examine herself. "And, to tell the truth, I really like it."
"It looks good on you." Saitama complimented, making her smile.
"LOOK OUT! A MONSTER!"
Both of them jumped a little before Kogane looked around nervously, her hands on her head.
"Please don't mean me!" she repeated a few times before the sound of something being smashed was heard, making her stop. She looked around to see Saitama standing over a monster's bloody corpse next to a sweet potato cart, the owner blinking in surprise.
"Wh-What in the...?!" the cart owner asked before seeing Saitama in his hero outfit. "Oh! A hero! Thank goodness you stopped that monster! I thought I was done for!"
"You okay?" Saitama asked.
"I'm just fine. Gotta say, I'm actually surprised. You took that monster down with just one punch. Are you a Class-C hero? Or maybe Class-B?"
"I'm in Class-B." Saitama answered.
"I wonder how strong that monster was. Since you're a pro hero, do you happen to know?" the cart owner asked.
"Not at all." Saitama answered.
"Wouldn't matter with your strength." Kogane spoke up as she walked towards them. The sweet potato seller did a double take before craning his neck to look up at Kogane towering over him.
"Whoa!...Dang!" he got out. "Uh...hi?"
"Hi." Kogane greeted before turning to Saitama. "Got another one, huh? You'll be in Class-A before you know it at this rate. At least as long as a certain credit stealing bastard stays away." she muttered the last part under her breath.
"Not that it's any of my business, but do you two know each other?" the seller asked.
"She's a friend of mine. We were out for a walk enjoying the day." Saitama answered before looking up at her again. "You hungry? Roasted sweet potatoes are delicious."
"Oh? Um...sure." she said while looking away with a blush.
"ATTENTION! THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE HERO ASSOCIATION! A MONSTER HAS BEEN SIGHTED IN THE VICINITY OF CITY-Z! THREAT LEVEL: TIGER!" came an announcement over the loudspeakers.
"Another monster?" the stall owner asked as the announcement warned everyone to stay out of the area.
"Guess you better get going, huh?" Kogane asked.
"I'll be right back." Saitama said as he took a step, only to stop when another announcement came, declaring the monster dead. "Already? I was gonna get that one."
"That just means that more heroes are out there doing there job. I say 'the more, the merrier.'" the stall owner chuckled as he handed both of them a roasted sweet potato covered by a wrap. "Here you go. No charge."
"You sure?" Saitama asked.
"My way of saying thanks." the man said before another announcement came over the loudspeakers, warning everyone to evacuate due to a monster with a threat level of Demon appearing. "Demon this time?! You may not want to fight it!"
"Well, I'll head over just in case." Saitama said as he and Kogane walked away.
"Thanks again for the potato!" she called out to him.
The two continued walking through the streets of City-Z as they waited for their sweet potatoes to cool. Kogane took a tiny nibble before pulling it away from her mouth and fanning herself.
"Nope. Still too hot." she said.
"Be patient, Kogane." Saitama chuckled. "If you burn your tastebuds, you won't be able to enjoy it."
"I know." Kogane sighed with a smile as she looked at the sky. "Thanks for inviting me out, Saitama. I really needed this."
"No problem. You've had a pretty crappy day. Thought it'd be good to get away from everything for a bit." Saitama answered.
"I did." Kogane nodded before feeling more eyes on her. "Now I just need these people to quit staring at me. It's starting to give me the chills."
"Huh. You know, I'm getting the chills too." Saitama commented before a gentle wind blew through the area, making Kogane shiver.
"What the heck? Is there a cold front moving in?" she asked as she rubbed her arms.
"HELP! MONSTER!"
Both of them looked to see someone running towards them and shouting about a monster, causing the people to panic and start running. One of the running citizens saw Saitama and immediately approached.
"Hey! You a hero?!"
"Yeah. I'm a hero." Saitama answered. "I'll take care of that monster-"
"Call the Hero Association for a Class-A hero! Or even a Class-S hero! We need someone strong to take that monster down!" the man interrupted.
"Why? Saitama here can handle anything." Kogane told him.
"Saitama? Who's-Never mind! I'm getting out of here!" the man yelled as he ran away.
"You know, I'm really starting to dislike how everyone treats you." Kogane said before releasing a shuddering breath.
"You okay?" Saitama asked.
"I'm f-fine! Let's just find this monster so you can kill it. Then we can g...get out of here!" she shuddered.
"If you say so. Let's go." he said before he took off, with her following behind. The two ran for a bit in the direction the cold winds were coming from before coming to the scene of a battle.
Giant ice formations were scattered about here and there, with three heroes in near identical costumes frozen inside. And standing in the middle was a monster that looked like a withered sprout, a mad grin on his face as cold emanated from his hands.
"Hey!" Saitama called, gaining the monster's attention. "You the one making it cold everywhere?"
"Huh? Uh...AHHH! Don't come near me!" the monster yelped in a cowardly tone, sweat pouring down his body.
"What's with this guy?" Saitama asked.
"Careful, Saitama! Some monsters are stronger than they look!" Kogane called out.
"Oh yeah." Saitama said before he slipped and fell on his back, making the monster's face fall.
'Who is this dumbass? He looks like a hero. I've memorized all Class-A and Class-S faces, but he's not there. Probably a small fry.' Withered Sprout thought as Saitama got back on his feet.
"Phew. That's a relief. Almost lost my potato." Saitama said before looking at WS, making the monster put up a cowardly façade.
"P-Please! Don't hurt me! I'm just a pathetic and weak little monster, and...and...AND I FUCKING LOVE SNEAK ATTACKS!" he yelled as he dropped the act and shot his hands forward, completely encasing Saitama in ice. He smirked at his victory, only to jump when Saitama effortlessly busted out of the ice like it wasn't even there. "W-What the- How'd you do that?!"
"Now you did it." Saitama said as he held up his potato. "My potato's all cold and hard now." he said before looking over his shoulder. "Hey, Kogane. Is your potato-"
He stopped when he saw that Kogane had been completely encased in ice, her hat blown off just above her head and an expression of horror literally frozen on her face.
"Hehehe! Guess your girlfriend wasn't so lucky." Withered Sprout laughed before noticing Kogane's hair. "Wait a second...Is that kelp growing out of her head? Is she a monster?!" A moment passed before his grin returned. "Ohohoho~ A hero dating a monster? That's a new one! What, she could find another monster to date? Or maybe she just likes plain faced baldies like you! HAHAHA-"
Saitama cast a glare over his shoulder at Withered Sprout, his features sharp and a vein of rage appearing on his forehead.
"...eep!" Withered Sprout squeaked before Saitama started walking towards him. "D-DON'T COME NEAR ME! FREEZE! FREEEEEEZE!" he yelled in genuine terror as he kept launching waves of ice at Saitama. The bald hero didn't even slow down until he was right in front of the monster and threw a punch that snapped it in half, killing him instantly. Saitama huffed at the monster before looking at Kogane, his face returning to normal as he approached her.
"Hang on a second." he said as he brought his finger up and flicked the ice prison, making it crack everywhere before shattering into diamond dust and freeing the taller monster. He caught her in his arms and held her trembling form. "You okay?"
"...I...w-w-w-wanna g-g-go home, n-now!" she said through chattering teeth.
"Alright." he said before he zipped away with her in his arms. Five seconds passed before he reappeared at the scene. "Almost forgot." he said before he quickly flicked his finger against the ice encasing the Surly Brothers, then left before they broke.
Some time passed since Saitama had brought a shivering Kogane home. The others had become concerned about her condition, with Mizuki being the most fretful, and offered any help they could.
Nori found her some dry and heavier clothes to change into, Beast Queen brought her a heated blanket, Ki made her a cup of hot tea Saitama brought out a small metal basin that he was filling with hot water for her to soak her feet in.
The combined heat slowly ebbed away at the chill from being stuck in the ice and she found herself relaxing as she took a sip of her tea.
"Thanks guys." she said with a smile.
"Of course. Now...what the heck happened?!" Ki asked.
"Well, we were walking through town and talking, I smashed a monster, we got sweet potatoes, ran into another monster that shot ice everywhere, he froze Kogane, I punch him, broke her out, broke the ice on the other heroes and then brought Kogane home." Saitama summed up. The others were shocked to hear that, but were even more shocked when they heard Kogane start to chuckle.
"Why are you laughing?" Nori asked.
"Saitama just broke his own '20 word limit' rule." the tallest kombu sister answered.
"Huh? Oh crap, you're right!" Saitama realized before they all started to laugh. After letting it die down, Saitama spoke again. "You gonna be okay?"
"Yeah. I'll be fine after I warm up. But I'm not going back outside. I'm staying in for today." Kogane declared.
"I don't blame you." said the Beast Queen.
"Hey, Saitama. Can I ask a question about the monster that did this?" Ki asked.
"Um, sure? What is it?" he asked.
"Did you make the little bastard suffer?" she asked, a dangerous glint in her eyes.
"No. I'm not a sadist. I did get mad, however, and punched him hard enough that he split in half." Saitama answered.
"Good enough for me." Ki said with a shrug before turning back to Kogane. "You need anything else?"
"Nah. I'm good. Anymore and I'll go from freezing to roasting." Kogane joked.
"Well, shout if you need anything." Ki told her. The others all said their goodbyes before most of them left. The only ones still in the room were three of the Kombu sisters and Vaccine Woman.
"Did you need something?" Ki asked.
"Yeah." Vaccine Woman nodded before going over and gesturing Kogane to lean down. The tallest kombu sister did so, allowing Vaccine Woman to whisper something in her ear. Kogane jerked away and looked at Vaccine Woman in suprise, who merely smiled and winked at her before leaving.
"What'd she say?" Nori asked. Kogane said nothing, her face slowly turning red before she smiled at the floor.
"Hey! Your favorite sister's home!" Midori yelled as she suddenly bust through the door. She took one look at Kogane before her fell face to confusion. "What I miss?"
-Night-
Another day had passed and everyone was getting ready for bed. Saitama was brushing his teeth before he heard a knock on his door.
"Huh? One minute!" he called out before he finished brushing and rinsed before he answered the door to see Kogane standing outside in a simple top and shorts. "Kogane?"
"Uh...hi." she said, soundly unusually meek.
"Hi. Did you need something?" he asked.
"Well, actually...this is so embarrassing." Kogane said to herself.
"What's wrong?" Saitama asked.
"I...Okay, I'm just gonna say it. I'm terrified of sleeping alone. I mean, I have my sisters with me, but you make me feel safer and can take on anything everyone throws at you and oh my gosh I'm rambling like an idiot!" she ranted.
"Are you okay?" Saitama said, snapping her out of it.
"...Can I sleep here?" she asked.
"What?"
"Just for tonight!" she said while clasping her hands together. "I know I'm being pathetic, but I just want to feel safe for tonight!"
"Wait a minute. Back up. What brought all this on?" he asked her. Kogane took a few calming breaths and tried again.
"I'm scared." she said. "I was almost killed by Genos. I was nearly eaten by the Great Food Tub. I was frozen in a block of ice! And all of it on the same day! I'm...I...can't take it anymore!" she said as she fell to her knees and hugged him while crying. Saitama just stood there as she hugged him, his eyes wide in surprise before going to the crying monster. Thinking back on it, she really did have a rough day. Nearly getting killed three times? Not a lot of people could handle that, and it seems to be the same for monsters.
His expression softened as he hugged her back and let her cry. They stayed that way until she calmed down and let him go.
"I'm sorry. I just...You make me feel safe and I couldn't hold that in anymore." she confessed as she rubbed her eyes.
"After the day you had, I don't blame you." Saitama told her. Kogane stopped rubbing her eyes and stared at him a bit before she spoke again.
"I know that I'm being pushy, but can I stay here? Just for one night?" she asked with pleading eyes.
"Hmm." Saitama hummed as he folded his arms and closed his eyes. The longer it went on, the more Kogane looked downtrodden. Eventually, he opened his eyes again. "I can't guarantee you'll be comfy, but I think I can make some room for you to sleep."
The way her eyes lit up, you'd think she was a child celebrating her first Christmas.
It took a bit of time and some furniture movement, but there was now space for Kogane to comfortably sleep for the night.
"Thanks, Saitama." she said with a smile as she laid her futon next to Saitama's.
"Sure thing." he said as he messed with a DVD case.
"What's that?" Kogane asked.
"It's a movie I rented. The clerk at the rental store was going on about it being the greatest movie made to date and such. Don't know if he's right, but I got it out of boredom." Saitama explained as he popped the disc in. "While the previews play, I'll make some popcorn."
"I got it." Kogane said as two strands of hair zipped towards the kitchen. With relative ease, they got a bag of popcorn out, popped it in the microwave and set the timer, all while Kogane remained perfectly still on her futon.
"Wow! That's handy." Saitama complimented.
"Just one of the perks of having long hair." Kogane giggled.
The movie had been on for a while as the two quietly watched it. It had been good so far, despite some of the characters overacting. The only other sound made was the subtle munching of popcorn. Both were quietly enjoying the company.
And then the movie suddenly shifted to uncharted waters.
It had shifted...to romance.
The sudden change was a surprise to the two of them as they hadn't expected this from the cover on the movie case. Kogane looked on confusion while Saitama gained a bored look. Both of their expressions, however, slowly began to morph as the next scenes played out. Neither of them took their eyes off the screen as they both reached for the popcorn, only to jolt and pull away when they suddenly grabbed the other's hand. Their cheeks were turning pink as they tried to keep their eyes on the movie. 'Tried' being the keyword since both of them felt their eyes wander to the other.
Kogane kept casting subtle glances at Saitama, internally glad that he had yet to wear his pajama top. She felt her heart thumping louder the longer she stared at his toned muscles, but always turned away before Saitama could notice her staring. If she hadn't, she'd have seen that his eyes were gazing up and down at her body, with her exposed legs keeping his attention the longest. He'd turn his head away when he saw her gaze start to drift towards him, his cheeks turning a little red. Soon, both of them were looking in the opposite direction, the sound of their heartbeats flooding their ears. The quiet of everything else was beginning to become unbearable before Saitama finally noticed that it was a little too quiet.
"Oh...the movie ended." he said as the screen had gone back to the menu.
"Oh...you're right." said Kogane.
"Well...okay then." Saitama said as he popped the disc out, returned it and shut off the lights and TV. "I guess...goodnight."
"Yeah...goodnight." Kogane answered as they both laid on their futons and got comfy under the sheets, ready to sleep.
-One Hour Later-
The two of them were staring away from the other with wide eyes, sleep far from either of them. Both of them couldn't stop thinking about those movie scenes they saw. The man and woman getting close, the way they stared into each other's eyes. And the kiss? That scene was the most prominent in their minds.
Finally, the silence became too much and one of them spoke.
"Um...Saitama?...You asleep?"
"No. You?"
"No."
"..."
"..."
"Someday this was." Kogane said. "Genos going bonkers...meeting new friends."
"You mean those other monsters that showed up today?" Saitama asked.
"Yeah...I am sorry about that." Kogane apologized again.
"You don't have to keep saying sorry. I already forgave you." Saitama told her.
Kogane smiled as the silenced settled in. It dragged on a little while before...
"Hey, Saitama? Can I...sleep a little closer?" she asked.
"Hmm?"
"I-It's a little...cold." she said before her face scrunched up in annoyance.
"...Sure." he replied, making her eyes widen. She slowly looked over her shoulder at him to see that he was still facing away from her. She was actually glad for that since that means he could see her face light up. She turned away again and gently scooched herself closer to him. She was almost touching his back with hers before she stopped herself, afraid she was getting too close. She laid there and kept a hand over her beating heart, hoping that only she was hearing it beat so loud.
'Keep it together, Kogane. Don't push it. There's only so much you can ask of him. Especially after what you pulled. Just...keep calm and go to-'
In an instant, her mind went blank as she felt something press against her back. She glanced over to see that Saitama had backed up into her, his back now touching hers. She faced forward as her mind finally started again, her heart hammering against her chest.
'Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! He backed up into me! He's touching me! What do I do?!' she thought as she did her best to keep calm. The more she felt Saitama's warmth seep into her back, the more her nerves started to fray. 'What do I do?! What should I do?! I don't-'
'Go for it.'
Her eyes snapped open as a voice cut in through her panic attack, her body stiffening as she remembered a certain bit of advice she heard earlier that day.
-Earlier-
"Did you need something?" Ki asked.
"Yeah." Vaccine Woman nodded before going over and gesturing Kogane to lean down. The tallest kombu sister did so, allowing Vaccine Woman to whisper something in her ear.
"Saitama will be alone tonight. Go for it."
Kogane jerked away and looked at Vaccine Woman in surprise, who merely smiled and winked at her before leaving.
"What'd she say?" Nori asked. Kogane said nothing, her face slowly turning red before she smiled at the floor.
-Present-
Kogane bit her lip before taking a deep breath.
"Saitama?" she said in a quiet tone.
"Hmm?"
"Do you...like me?" she asked.
"Yeah."
"...Do you...l...love...me?" she stuttered out.
"..."
She felt the world start to fade as she awaited his answer, the terror in her heart feeling like it could outweigh the fear of his fist smashing her to pieces. Silence...
"...Yeah." he answered as he kept facing away from her, his cheeks turning red again. He kept his gaze forward as his eyes drooped before blinking as a sound hit his ears. It sounded like...crying? He turned himself around to see Kogane facing him, a smile on her face as tears poured from her eyes. "Whoa! Hey, you okay?!" he yelped.
"I'm fine. I'm just...really happy to hear you say that is all!" she sobbed as she covered her eyes.
"Uh...okay?!" he said in confusion as she cried, unable to figure out what to do. 'Oh man. Do all women cry like this when someone says they love them?!' he thought. Unsure of what to do, he did the only thing that came to mind in that moment.
He reached over and gently embraced her.
And she reacted by planting one on his lips.
Saitama's eyes flew open for a second before they slowly shut, the two of them lying there as Kogane slowly moved on top of Saitama. They held each other and kissed for a few more moments before they separated, a trail of saliva on their lips. The two of them were getting lost in each other's eyes before Kogane's widened as she remembered where she was.
"Uh...I...this..." she stuttered out, her everything unable to comprehend what she just pulled. She kept babbling before she felt Saitama's hand gently caress her cheek, making her stop and look down at him. His features were sharp and his eyes bore into her, flooding her with warmth that she couldn't recall ever feeling. She smiled as she gently leaned into his touch, his cheeks dusting pink before she leaned down and they kissed again. They embraced each other as they continued to kiss, with some of Kogane's hair wrapping around Saitama to draw him closer to her. They slithered around his chest and back, feeling his muscles each time they passed.
"Easy with those." he chuckled against her lips.
"Sorry. Force of habit." she said as her hair withdrew back behind her head and replaced them with her own hands. "You just have amazing muscles." she said before squeaking.
"So do you." he said as he ran his left hand down her toned thigh. She moaned as he reached up and ran his hand over her butt while moving lower to kiss her on the side of her neck, sending shivers through her spine from both directions. Her breathing was getting funny before he flipped them over, leaving her under him as he drew light kisses down her collarbone, then making her squirm under him when he gently ran his tongue in the other direction across it. He repeated the process as his hands wandered up to her abs, leaving a trail of goosebumps where he touched. "I don't remember you having abs before. Guess my training's going well, huh?...Kogane?"
"Whuh?" she slurred, making him look up at the dopey expression she had. She shook her head before looking down at him. "Sorry...Didn't expect that to...oh wow your tongue is magic."
"Is it?" he asked before sending her a smirk that both excited and terrified her. "Don't go away." he said before he slipped the covers over both him and up to just under her breasts. She blinked a few times in confusion before her eyes shot open, her hand clamped over her mouth to keep herself from screaming as she felt something wet and slimy slip into her.
Fun fact: It wasn't her hair.
The monster woman kept her hand over her mouth as a stream of incoherent babbling slipped out between fingers, her toes curling as she felt Saitama's tongue work it's magic on her. She writhed under him as her legs squeezed his head, which did nothing to stop the oral assault on her pussy. If anything, it only made him speed up. And with the force he was using whenever he pulled his tongue in and out of her? It may as well have been the real thing with how fiercely it hit her core. Each lap of his tongue was pushing her closer to the edge as he held onto her thighs to keep her steady. As she felt herself being pushed to the edge, one thought entered her mind.
A monster afraid of being eaten was enjoying being eaten out...Ironic.
She bit her thumb to stifle her scream as she finally came, her back arching as her climax hit her hard. She didn't know how long it lasted, but it felt like an eternity. Finally, she slumped down, her body coated in sweat and her breathing going back to normal. She was so out of it, she didn't remember where she was until she felt a hand gently pull her teeth out of her bleeding thumb.
"Careful. If you had bitten any harder, you'd have lost this thumb by now." Saitama told her as he held her hand up for her to see the bleeding appendage.
"S...Sorry. I just...didn't want the others to hear." she wheezed out before wincing as the pain hit. "Ow!"
"I'll get the first aid kit." he said as he tired to stand up, only to stop where she grabbed his arm with her uninjured hand.
"No need." she said as she wrapped her hair around the injury and tied it off before cutting off that part of her hair. "This'll do for now."
"You sure?" he asked in concern. "It looks bad."
"I'm sure." she said as she wrapped her arms around him. "Now...where were we?"
He smiled at her before they kissed again, their tongues slowly exploring the other's mouth. Kogane could taste a faint trace of herself on Saitama's tongue as he pushed her's back. Their make out session ended when they split for air, the two now simply looking each other in the eyes before Saitama gently laid her down.
"You want to?" he asked.
"Yes." she answered without hesitation. The two slid their clothes off before Saitama positioned his dick at her entrance. He looked up at her for permission, which she gave with a nod. She gasped as she felt him slowly pushed into her, breaking through in one thrust when he hit her barrier. Her breathing was rapid as she adjusted to the pain before she calmed down and signaled him to continue. He slowly eased out until just the tip of his dick was in her before pushing back in. He repeated this until he got a good rhythm going, sending pleasure throughout her entire body.
'He's actually doing it. He's...We're...' Kogane thought as tears started to flow down her cheeks.
"H-Hey! You okay?!" he yelped.
"I'm fine. I'm just...I'm just so happy." she said with a watery smile. "Don't stop! Keep going!" He obeyed and kept fucking her, making her moan as she gripped the futon. He increased the amount of force as he continued to drill her, sending shockwaves throughout her body. Her moans got louder as her hair spazzed and thrashed about.
"Wh-Hey! Watch it!" he yelped as he noticed her hair spreading out and knocking things over. He looked down at her to see that she was too out of it to hear him, making him grunt in annoyance. He ignored her whining when he stopped ramming into her to grab her hair and twist the ends around his arms to keep it from destroying anything else. While the action did stop her from accidentally destroying his home, it gave the hair a new target. Saitama blinked as he felt her hair start to wrap around his body, like a puppet tied up on it's own strings. He felt them try to pull him toward her as she whined, her face looking like one a puppy gives when it wants a treat.
"More...please...I want more." she begged in a whisper. Saitama gained a faint smile as he grabbed her hips and started to ram her again, not minding that her hair was still wrapped around him.
'Better me than my apartment.' he thought as he picked up his speed, causing her to nearly scream. The tears continued to flow as they went at it, her heart feeling like it was about to burst from joy.
"S-Saitama! I-I'm...I'm gonna..." Kogane got out, her voice failing her at the moment. Without warning, she latched her long legs around his waist and pulled him, her scream nearly tearing her throat out as her climax hit her like one of Saitama's punches. Saitama wasn't far behind as he felt his dick twitch before he started to unload into her, his hands nearly breaking her hips with how strong his grip on them was. The two stayed that way until their orgasms finally ended, leaving them both a panting mess. Kogane's hair slowly slid off of Saitama's body and laid on the floor as the monster herself released heavy breaths. After a while, her eyes fluttered open and she looked up at Saitama, who was smiling down at her. She sat up and moved her legs, allowing the two to embrace each other.
"I love you." she whispered to him.
"I love you too." he replied, making he blush before they had a light kiss and lied down next to each other.
"Thank you." she said.
"You're welcome." he answered. "Feeling better now?"
"Much." Kogane nodded before giggling to herself.
"What's so funny?" he asked.
"I didn't expect this to happen. I honestly just wanted to sleep her to feel safe. Not that I'm complaining." she explained before sighing. "I owe Vaccine Woman big for this."
"Vaccine Woman?" Saitama parroted in confusion.
"She's the one who told me you'd be alone tonight and to 'go for it.' I don't know if she meant this, but I'm not sorry if it wasn't." Kogane elaborated. Silence came up as Saitama just blinked at her before facing up at the ceiling. "Saitama? Something wrong?"
"Not really." he said, a ghost of a smile coming to his lips. "Honestly, I owe Vaccine Woman as well. If not for her, I'd be feeling very guilty about what just happened."
"What do you mean?" Kogane asked as she laid on her side and faced him.
"Well, earlier..." he began.
-Earlier-
Saitama had just returned from his quick trip to King's apartment. After seeing the reactions from the monsters, he had wanted to make sure that the man had gotten home safely. After doing so, and after a few rounds on King's videogames, the bald hero had returned.
"Man, that guy is merciless." Saitama complained as he looked over the game system he had in hand. "Wonder if this one's any fun? It is single player." he said as he walked into his home.
"Welcome back, Master."
Saitama blinked before frowning as he took off his boots and almost stomped in.
"Genos, I told you to-" he began before seeing Vaccine Woman standing there with a grin.
"I have returned to stare at you some more. Shall I do my duties and shine you head?" she said in a tone meant to be Genos before she started to laugh. "Gotcha!"
"Haha. Very funny." he drawled as he started to remove his hero outfit. "But that does make me curious. Has he come back?"
"Nah. I don't think he'll understand that fast." Vaccine Woman answered. "So, have fun at the faker's home?"
"Lay off him. He didn't do what he did on purpose." Saitama huffed as he changed into some regular clothes.
"It still burns me." she said with a frown before she took a breath to calm down and changed the subject. "So, I heard that you rejected the Deep Sea Queen."
"Yeah. I feel bad that I had to do that, but I'm not gonna cheat on you." Saitama answered. "Now I gotta figure out how to let everyone else down gently."
"Actually, I got a better solution that'll make everyone happy." Vaccine Woman piped up as she gave him a cup of fresh brewed tea.
"Really? What is it?" he asked before taking a few swallows from his drink.
"Simple. Let all of us be your girlfriends and/or fuck buddies."
The bald hero's response to that was to spew his tea back into his cup before looking at her with wide eyes.
"Say what now?!" he yelped. "Why would you suggest that?!"
"Why not? I don't mind, and it'll make everyone happy." she answered.
"You what? You don't mind if I'm cheating on you?!" he balked.
"It's not cheating if I'm okay with it." Vaccine Woman chuckled.
"But...I...uh..." Saitama sputtered, unable to wrap his mind around her words. She merely rolled her eyes before she walked over and hugged him.
"When I heard you rejected the Deep Sea Queen, I was overjoyed." she said before pulling away, her arms still holding him. "However, many of us agreed to go this course for a few reasons."
"What reasons?" he asked.
"For starters, you won't have to hurt yourself as you watch everyone's reaction to being said no." she began, making him go back to Deep Sea Queen's well hidden hurt expression he saw earlier. "Another is that, aside from you, who else in the entire world would give monsters a chance of love? After all, society wants us dead since almost every monster outside of those living here want to kill humans."
"Well, yeah. That is true." Saitama agreed. "I mean, all of you hear wanted to do the same before we met."
"Exactly. And the final reason..." she trailed off before sighing and resting herself against him. "I may be on my legs again...but everything still hurts like a bitch." she confessed. "If I, or any of us, try to keep up with you one our own physically, you're gonna destroy us."
"Come on. I didn't fuck you that hard!" he said.
"Ooooh yes you did." she answered with a grin before she started to lean on him some more.
"Uh, Vaccine Woman-"
"I wasn't kidding about the pain. I...need to sit down!" she said before she started to fall, causing Saitama to quickly catch her before helping her sit down on the floor. "I'm gonna feel this tomorrow." she sighed before looking up at him. "I meant every word, Saitama."
"About the pain? Alright, I'll ease up next time." he huffed.
"Not that." she laughed. "I meant with the other women! If they want it, and you want it, then have at it! Just...promise me one thing."
"What's that?" he asked.
"If you do let others into your heart...don't push any of us out. Okay?" she asked, her expression softening. He smiled as he sat down next to her and pulled her into a warm side hug.
"Deal." he said before the two shared a loving kiss.
-Present-
Saitama had finished his tale before looking at Kogane, who simply stared with wide eyes.
"Kogane? You alright?" he asked.
"...I could kiss Vaccine Woman." she whispered.
"You try and she'll probably blow your head off. Or have you forgotten what you and your sisters did when you first met?" Saitama asked with a playful smirk, making Kogane lightly thump his shoulder.
"Don't be mean!" she whined and giggled, making him laugh before he yawned.
"Well, it's getting late. I'm ready for sleep." he said.
"Me too." she said before she yawned as well. She cuddled closer to him, her long limbs draping over his smaller frame. "Goodnight, Saitama."
"Goodnight, Kogane." he whispered before they both drifted off to sleep.
Both of them were happy. Both of them found a peaceful night.
Both had no idea that they were being watched.
Little Splitter had watched the entire scene go down from outside on the veranda, a smile coming to her face as she hopped away to the ground and ran off. She kept on running until she came to an alley, where another Splitter was waiting.
"Gotta any info on how to convince Saitama to let us stay?" they asked.
"I might." she answered as she held out her hand. The other Splitter took it and absorbed her, allowing them to know all they did.
"Hmm." she hummed before a smile/grimace appeared. "I may have to make a few sacrifices to get in...better be worth it."
-Meanwhile-
Sitch was walking through the Hero Association, his mind full of worries and worst-case scenarios about both Garou and Shibabawa's prophecy.
"We need to prepare for anything." he said before remembering Flash's words. Of how he spoke of only needing the Class-S heroes and him. "Who could he be talking about? Does he know of someone powerful enough to turn the tide against this unknown threat? I must remember to ask him about it in more detail tomorrow."
"Director Sitch!"
The executive looked up to see a worker quickly approaching, a thick folder in his hand.
"Forgive me, sir, but our scientists wanted the higher ups to see this!" the worker stated as he handed Sitch the folder. The executive thumbed through it and looked at a few pictures. "It's the investigation report of a monster attack earlier today."
"Hmm...Defeated by an unknown hero...Threat Level raised from Wolf to Tiger...Smile Man wanted a higher threat due to effortlessly defeating him? Rrrgh! If it took down a Class-A hero, a Threat Level of Demon or higher should've been issued!" Sitch grunted as he looked at photos of the defeated monster. He kept scanning the file before he read a DNA test. "What is with these two different results? And why is a sweet potato involved?"
"Well, the hero, Smile Man, said that he was still conscious for a bit while trapped in the ice. He claimed that he saw a figure free someone else who had been trapped before destroying the ice he had been captured in. Before he could fully make sense of it, the unknown hero and the person they rescued were gone." the worker began before becoming nervous. "Sir...both those DNA tests are from monsters."
"I see that. So two monsters were destroyed?" Sitch asked.
"N-No, sir. One of the tests is of the monster dubbed Withered Sprout, who was found dead on the scene." the worker stated before taking the other test result. "This result, however, was collected from a bite mark on one of the sweet potatoes found at the scene."
"So the other monster got away? That's not good. We'll need to send out an alert to everyone to be on the lookout for them." Sitch declared.
"That's...the troubling part, sir." the worker said nervously. "We asked around the area and found a man selling roasted sweet potatoes nearby. He said he remembers selling two to a couple out and about near the area at the time Withered Sprout appeared. A hero, from their description and outfit, and a very tall and athletic looking woman."
Sitch stared at the worker, his mind trying, yet wanting to deny, the conclusion of what he had just heard.
"A hero...and a monster...together?!"
