Ch.18: Invasion, part. 1
As the crowds began to grow and push further towards the docks, the group of teens was also pushed further by the crowds while the many guards tried to disengage the crowd. The four of them tried to push against the swarm but nearly got swept away from one other in the rush! Luckily for them and many other people, the attention of the greater crowd was drawn up to the sky. Many people called out while pointing to the air, and many heads turned upwards. It was only when somebody called out Tachibana's name that all heads looked skyward, and all legs stopped moving.
The Dark God flew through the air at a breakneck pace, gaining every set of eyes as he flew past. Seeing their leader move towards the oncoming ships, the many residents finally got the message and began to disperse and move away from the docks, leaving the four teens to regroup and move away with them.
Once regrouped and walking away, Kirishima asked, "Do you think Tachibana will be able to handle this?"
"Peacefully or violently?", Shinso asks.
Izuku sighs while looking back at the sea, watching the great god fly off, and tells his new friends, "I may have only known Lord Tachibana for less than a week, but I can tell you that he has a silver tongue and his power is second to none. Whatever happens, I know he can handle it."
Several Seconds Later
Tachibana's six wings beat against one another, carrying him briskly through the air. His eyes were hard and focused on the Japanese naval vessel entering his water. He had previously flown over his town and saw many faces and people looking up and calling out to him. Among them, he saw Izuku and Eri, which filled in with the soul's determination to do whatever it took to ensure things did not go sour. He hoped that whatever the Japanese wanted it wouldn't end in violence. He took a calming breath before psyching himself up and flying even harder towards the ships.
Meanwhile, out on the open water, the naval ship was reading several smaller boats for heroes and soldiers alike to enter. The anchor had been cast, and the ship was firmly planted onto the ocean, knowing that the shoreline was far too shallow for the ships to enter. Several heroes and over four dozen armed soldiers from the Japanese naval department dotted the weather deck of the ship, all waiting to be boarded into a smaller boat that would take them to the mainland.
Among the many heroes was the number one hero of Japan, All Might, who looked particularly ticked off. The Great hero wanted nothing more than to jump off the railing of the ship, land right on the mainland, and start punching everything. But even he knew he couldn't act that irrationally. Things had to be done in a certain meticulous way. And one of those ways was tracking down the leader of this island. Luckily for them, he just so decided to show up in front of them.
One of the people on the ship called out to the oncoming Dark God, and everyone on the ship prepared themselves for a fight! The ship tried to point its weapons at the oncoming person; Buddy was far too quick for the slow-moving machines to aim. Before even a strategy could be thought up and orders could be shouted, Tachibana landed on the bow of the ship, All six of his wings fluttering lightly to stabilize himself. The heroes and soldiers all glared up at the man as he glared down at them, although his expression was masked over with a one-of-a-kind smile.
"Good afternoon bitches, bros, and non-binary hoes. Welcome to the country of Drageria, for I am its leader. You may call me Tachibana. I see from the looks of you folks that you aren't here to immigrate, are you?", Tachibana introduced himself with a bow before questioning them.
"NO!" All Might said calmly yet firmly as if trying to contain his anger.
"Oh, then pray tell why are you here?", Tachibana curiously and coyly inquired.
All Might, who seemed to be holding everything in for a while, exploded into a scream! Yelling at the winded man with a prosecuted finger, "WE KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE!"
Tachibana put a hand to his mouth, gasping in surprise, eyes wide and full of panic as he spouted, "You knew I was cheating!", He drew it out for suspense, suddenly following up with, "On my diet!? Don't tell Arete! She'll kill me!"
All Might looked at him weirdly before shaking his head and exclaiming, "NO, NOT THAT!"
Tachibana wipes away his horrified expression of being found out and cordially asks, "Oh. Then what?"
"WE ARE HERE TO RETRIEVE THE PEOPLE YOU ABDUCTED FROM JAPAN!", All Might exploded on him, grabbing him by his collar and pulling him off the railing.
Tachibana looked at him with an expression crossed between incredulous and shock as he shot back, "Abducted? I believe you're mistaking kidnapping for leaving on their own accord.", All Might growled at his response. And Tachibana saw this wasn't going to go anywhere. So he forcefully yanked All Might's hand off his clothing and stated, "Now look. I'm sure tensions are high amongst you all. Especially you.", He said while pointing to an extremely infuriated All Might. "But I'm sure that we can all just take a step back and talk this out without the need for-.", Tachibana never got to finish that statement as All Might released his arm back as he talked and punched him with such force that it sent him flying right out of his shoes!
Tachibana sailed through the air like a shooting star, creating a trail behind him as he exited and then reentered the atmosphere! People in town saw the strange object hurtling through the air and admired it with awe. However, that same intrigue turned into full panic as the object curved down and began a one-way nose dive toward the earth! People screamed in terror as they ran, and the object got closer and closer with every passing moment until…KABOOM!
Tachibana landed and exploded into the town streets, causing chunks of stone and dust to fly everywhere and even breaking the town fountain! When the dust settled, there was a huge creator with Tachibana lying inside of it in a contorted form! His entire chest had imploded, and his head had been snapped and bent all the way to his back!
People began to crowd, and guards started to try to hold them back as raised voices of concern and fright reverberated throughout the people seeing their leader like this.
But then the Dark God surprised them once again as his body went from twitching to full-blown normal movements, causing a stir of panic and surprise to jump around the people! Tachibana climbed his way out of the hole and did his best to walk and stand up straight before his subjects, though it was hard due to everything looking upside down. Once his body had healed, it was time for his head.
He found his equilibrium and said, reaching behind his back, "So it's gonna be like that, eh?"
Tachibana tried to grab at his horns but quickly saw that one was missing, so he grabbed the other one despite his frustration. The moment he grabbed his other horn, something followed not too far behind Tachibana's trail of flight, and something else fell from the sky in a moment! It landed in a much smaller dust explosion a second later, making people run back even further! Landing just several yards from where Tachibana was fixing himself, it quickly showed itself to be the number one hero of Japan: All Might! In all his furious glory!
No longer did the shining smile of joy and hope emanate from his smiling face. Now, that smile turned into a frown and a furious scowl! His muscular body was tender like a raging storm, ready to burst! His figure was imposing instead of comforting! And his smile was a threat to all who looked upon it! Even his catchphrase didn't hold the same peaceful and hopeful tune it usually intended.
"I AM HERE!", All Might spoke in a tone like a snarling animal.
Tachibana finally grabbed his horn and yanked his head back into the position where he adjusted out all the kinks and stood before All Might. All Might stood up from his hero-landing pose and stood off against him.
Tachibana's rainbow-colored eyes flared up as he stared down the huge man and complained, "Well, that's fine with me!"
Before anyone could blink, the two of them were at each other! All Might throw a punch with all his strength, and Tachibana counters equally! All Might scowled at the God as he glared right back at him! The ground broke from the pressure they exerted off one another, sending a shock wave coursing through the area that sent debris and people flying! As soon as they clashed, the people nearby tried their best to run for their lives, only to be caught up in the blast! Guards did their best to fight, cover the civilians, or assist Tachibana but were blown away without anything else!
Eventually, they broke from their stalemate, where All Might attacked with a flurry of punches! Followed by Tachibana, who mimicked him blow for blow and speed! They stood there, the ground breaking apart, and they flew away as everyone attempted to run further away! Even our group of teenagers, who oddly enough weren't separated, were running away from the brawl instead of watching from afar! It was like every cell in their body was telling them to run for their lives If they wanted to live!
As they ran, they emphasized the scene that just happened moments ago. Kirishima yelled to his friends, "Dude! Is that All Might?!"
"It sure looked like him!", Shinso quipped sarcastically in a rhetorical tone.
"I've never seen him make a face like that before!", Momo shivered with fear and discussed the thought.
Shinso said, looking over his shoulder, "Well, the symbol of peace sure isn't looking too peaceful."
"Who cares? Just run!", Izuku yelled at all three of them as he held onto Eri with all his power.
As Izuku ran, his breathing was hard, his heart throbbing, but his mind clear. Small flickers of his memories darted in and out of his mind. Memories of his childhood and seeing All Might as the nie immortal god, the perfect being, the number one among all! Then, his more recent memories flickered in. The rooftop, All Might's true face, his true intentions and beliefs, those things he told him. Then, the events that had just transpired, and only one thing crossed his mind as he ran, angry, disappointed, with tears in his eyes.
'All Might. You really aren't anything like the man I envisioned.'
Meanwhile, back with All Might and Tachibana's brawl. The two hyper-powerful humans were at one another's throats! Going all out in displays of strength! Neck and neck for everything they were!...well, at least All Might be. The huge blond pseudo-American was turning red in the face from how hard he was glaring and going at it, all without breathing! Tachibana, on the other hand, was still as calm and plain-faced as ever. His pale skin had only just started to get dusted with a small blush of strain.
Eventually, the two of them came to yet another stalemate where they were pushed against one another by their indomitable wills to break hold over the other! After a lot of back and forth, it finally came at an even pushback, with both men sent flying back a few feet! All Might took advantage of this brief rest.
He exhaled and took in a deep breath before clenching his butt cheeks and charging forward with another punch! Shouting out the name of a State from the USA with an attack behind it, he aimed it straight at Tachibana's cool, expressionless face. But the Dark God simply slapped the blow away, causing All Might to be redirected into the ground!
He quickly pulled his arm up from the stone street and jumped back before getting into a defensive stance to face off against Tachibana. Tachibana was still standing motionless and staring down All Might with an expression of judgment or assessment instead of the neutral one he carried throughout the first half of this brawl.
He hummed in his throat before stating, "You sure are as strong as they say, All Might."
Letting his guard and anger down momentarily, All Might looked at the winged man and asked, "YOU KNOW ME?"
As Tachibana assessed what to do next, his missing horn grew back. He smiled as he thought of something, redirecting their conversation to something else. Tachibana told the hero, "But let you and I play somewhere a bit….safer." Without hesitation, Tachibana was upon All Might in a flash, and with no warning, he kicked the huge man square in the jaw!
Sending him flying off through the air, much like he did before. Tachibana opened his wings and took off after the flying man! All Might fly fast and hard through the air! Flying well over the town, Tachibana's mountain castle, and right into the dense forest far behind it! Just like he had before, All Might plunged into the earth fast and hard, creating a crater and kicking up dust and stones everywhere!
Tachibana landed a few yards from him a few seconds after his impact. He breathed deeply while looking around and stated, "Ah, much better."
Without warning or any build-up, All Might sprang from his hole and dashed towards Tachibana! But the man simply sidestepped and let the huge man fly right past him. All Might punched a tree in his path so hard that it was reduced to splinter!
Tachibana made a humph in his throat and said, "As fast as you are strong. I certainly hope all that muscle isn't just in your body; otherwise, this'll be a short fight."
All Might swiveled around, glaring daggers at him, and exclaimed, "I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!"
The two of them engaged in a long-winded game of cat and mouse; All Might flying at full speed and punching with equal enthusiasm at Tachibana, who did nothing more but move slightly out of the way from each one. There was a side step and another one, and All Might looked like he was slacking off from a third-person view! Consistently seemingly unable to land a blow. The few times he did connect with the Dark Gods'' body, Tachibana would simply teleport, change into smoke, become an immovable object, change sizes, or erect some kind of wall. Through their fight, All Might's attack had not only managed to break at the ground and destroy trees but also complete the level and clear out huge sections of the forest with little effort! Though their fight lasted only a few minutes, their battlefield had gone from a magical and pristine forest to an open barren plain with dirt and a few dotted stumps.
Seeing what he had allowed to unfold quickly, Tachibana quickly became irritated by this and All Might's over-the-top pursuit of him. Seeing the uncooperative red-faced man keep trying to shill out as much damage on him as possible, roaring a battle cry like an animal, and assaulting him despite his previous offer for peace turned up his anger scale! So, with one quick flick of his wrist, he shot out a small sonic impact attack at All Might! The attack did not do any major damage, but it did stop his assault and send him skidding back a few inches!
Once he had stopped long enough for Tachibana to speak, he scolded the man with a yell, "Will you calm down already? Sheesh! Just because the plant life around here can be grown back in minutes doesn't mean you should!"
"WHY DON'T YOU STAY STILL!", All Might retorted back while dashing forward again, ready to strike!
As the punch looked like it was going to hit, Tachibana slammed his hands on the ground and erected a wall made up of pink crystals. He laughed at seeing the hero take his hand back and shake it in pain. "Oh, but where's the fun in-?", he began to gloatingly say until All Might pulled a fast one on him.
Since the wall was only designed to cover an attack from the immediate front, All Might swooped around the wall and blindsided Tachibana with a punch so strong it caused him to splatter across his defense! The only thing left of his body was his feet.
"HA GOTCHA!", All Might victoriously cheer!
"You'd think that, wouldn't you?", Tachibana's voice called out from behind the leaving man.
All Might froze in place and turned his head around enough to see a pair of eyes and a smiling mouth forming in the crystal wall's goo. The goo then slid off the structure and emerged around the feet, reshaping and reforming right back into the completed body of Tachibana.
"REGENERATION!", All Might exclaimed in surprise as the nearly reformed face of the Dark God Vexingly smiled at him. All Might growled at him, pointing a finger and announcing, "HEAR ME, VILE FIEND! YOUR REIGN OF TYRANNY IS OVER! WE WILL TAKE BACK THE PEOPLE OF JAPAN YOU ABDUCTED AND ALL OTHERS!"
As All Might went off on a tandem of his hero monologue, Tachibana's vexing expression turned to exasperation as he rolled his eyes and made a mocking duck mouth with his hand. Once All Might finished his declaration, he replied with a groan, "Oh my God! How many times do I have to say it before it gets through your thick blond head!? I DIDN'T ABDUCT ANYONE! I gave them an offer, and they came of their own free will. That's all."
"STOP LYING THROUGH YOUR FORKED TONGUE, DEVIL!", All Might proclaimed again, pointing a convicting finger at him before taking up his fists.
Tachibana slapped his face and shook his head with the hand still covering it. He sighed out a groan and told him, "Geeze. Why does everyone call me a devil? Is it the horns? I think they make me look cool.", he huffed like a pouting little girl before following up with more complaints, saying, "And why does everyone say I have a forked tongue? Only my kids have those…..well…..four of them do.", he drew out the last part before a snake tongue flickered out from between his lips.
All Might got into a ready stance, and before taking off against him in another assault, he shouted, "ENOUGH CHATTER! TAKE ME SERIOUSLY!"
All Might once again dashed forward, but this time, Tachibana was damaged for real and launched himself into the air! All Might was initially shocked by this until Tachibana took wing and flew around the man from the air, taking aim and shooting all kinds of projectiles at him! Some were energy beams, orbs, and lasers. Some were natural projectiles like scales, quills, teeth, and sharp roots! Then, some of his limbs stretched out or divided into several parts or even gained in size when they attempted to strike back against the hero! All Might be just as quick to dodge and weave as Tachibana did, and now he made him look slow!
All Might jumped, ducked, and slid out of the way from the flurry of attacks he was given, but he outpaced them every time! Regarding the multi-limbed attacks, All Might took these by punching back with equal force and velocity, even with two hands! Even the giant limbs punched and stomped looked weak by how easily All Might countered them! Though this was part of his plan.
When one of the smaller limbs tried to sneak up and hit him as he was distracted by the bigger ones, he grabbed it and harshly whipped it so it would be sent to Tachibana! It did, and the Dark God was sent hurtling towards the ground with a CRASH! Without giving him a chance to breathe, all Might pulled the long limb toward him, and the Dark Gods' body was sent off from the hole on a collision course with his fist as he shouted in some state with another onamonapia! But Tachibana was still awake and positioned himself on the flight course with the punch! With pristine and fluid movements, he arched himself around the blow and grabbed hold of his arm!
From there, he spun around his back, still holding the arm, and pulled it back, using his momentum against him! To which All Might be thrown off balance, and his feet and he was thrown up and above the winged man's head! Tachibana intended to slam the man to the ground, which was now covered in sharp metal spikes, but All Might countered back! In a moment of quick thinking, the blond man used his opposite arm to slam down another punch right on top of the horned man's head! Tachibana made a painful expression, and just before taking the full brunt of it, he blasted apart into a swarm of rats!
The rodents scattered about, and All Might retook his footing. From there, he ran around as fast as he could, splatting rats everywhere! Splatting them by the dozen! The rats changed direction and morphed into birds, where they flew away and changed back into Tachibana. All Might rush the man, but he related quickly by slapping his hands together and causing a powerful shock wave that stopped the hero in his tracks! Taking a brief pause on his part, Tachibana started sucking in the air and blowing it out to keep the man at bay.
While All Might slowly began to slide back from the opposing air pressure, Tachibana switched strategies, and his jaw clicked. From there, the air he blew out turned green, and All Might took notice of how the air turned the ground soft on contact. All Might then uses all his strength to fight against the air pressure and produce a sonic hand clap of wind himself! The opposing winds fought and canceled one another out, causing a back draft of air that sent both men stumbling off their feet! Once grounded, Tachibana stuck his hand into the ground, and jagged spikes appeared all around the number one hero! But as always, All Might dodged it with ease and smiled gloatingly at him, only to receive an uncomfortable smile back.
Confused by this, he didn't notice he had fallen into Tachibana's trap, where several huge vines burst from the ground and ensnared the huge man! Right after they trapped him, several flowers grew off the vines and began to fill up with something. All Might knew something was up, but he also saw Tachibana charging up some kind of mouth beam while on all fours. All Might had to find a way to counter or dodge both attacks, and he knew exactly how to do that. With his strength, he ripped out the vines from the ground, ripping out huge boulders they were attached to in the process. He then swung the vine around a few times before sending them hurtling towards the Dark God!
Tachibana saw this and tried to release his attack before all Might made his move! But it was too late, as, by the time the attack finished charging, it was only useful for basting the oncoming boulders, which it did. A dust cloud formed from the destroyed rocks, and Tachibana hoped that there was enough cover for him to cool down from such an attack. Unfortunately, though….he was wrong. All Might didn't believe his bluff and barreled through the dust cloud! Tachibana appeared to panic at the moment, and since he couldn't move, he sprouted extra arms with long claws, a scorpion tail, and body armor that looked like it was made from muscle, crystal, and metal. All Might saw this and assumed he finally had him!
Though, like Tachibana before him, he was very wrong. Tachibana smiled at All Might's victorious expression and revealed it as he watched the huge man suddenly get suspended in mid-air, and a look of utter flabbergasting stretched across his face. All Might thought it was some kind of telekinesis, but even then, he could've still used his limbs since only his body would be suspended. He moved around and felt what was holding him as something sticky but strong. By this point, Tachibana had cooled down from his previous attack and was back on his feet in his normal form. He snapped his fingers, and a spider web appeared before his eyes, alongside several stone pillars that had all been turned invisible.
Seeing what he was trapped in now, all Might knew was he could break free! He thought that until Tachibana raised a hand, water appeared from the ground, immersing his body in an orb as the stone pillars turned to sand. The Dark God quickly touched the water sphere, which froze solid! All Might breathed out a chilly breath after the freezing process before straining to break free! And it actually started to work….for a few seconds, which by then the winged man placed his hand back on the orb and changed the compound of the ice.
Even though it hasn't changed sizes, it gained many layers, up to the point the different colors could be seen from the outside. At this point, All Might paused momentarily and looked defeated, but then his head shot up again, and he wiggled it around in a desperate and pitiful attempt to break free! Tachibana just sighed while rolling his eyes and quickly stopped his struggle. He spat up a glob of poison right at the side of his face, missing it and making the man freeze up not to touch it as it bubbled and hissed!
"Oh, just stop it already!" Tachibana yells at him. I have so many layers of ice on you that you'd have to be strong enough to leave a good-sized iceberg to break free!" He then leaned over, his elbow resting on the ice, and said to All Might's face while tapping his nose, "And I know even you aren't that strong."
All Might looked like he wanted to say something back but was quickly cut off by Tachibana, who put a hand to his chin and asked while looking up, "Now, what was it you said before? Take you seriously? Well, let me inform you of something, Blondey. If I were to take you seriously, then you'd be dead."
"THEN WHY-!", All Might began to speak with a deep shiver and chattering of his teeth. "HAVEN'T YOU!", he continued as he noticed cracks forming in the ice from where the poison was. "ARE YOU-!", All Might continues, trying to keep him distracted. "MAKING FUN-!", He asked through his shiver as more small cracks began to form. "OF ME!?", He demanded as larger cracks formed and luckily made no noise.
Tachibana rolls his eyes at the question and replies, "I'm a God, not a child, All Might. I have no reason to tease you. And besides that, I need you alive."
All Might stopped his escape plan and looked at the Dark God strangely, asking him confused, "WHAT?"
"If you die, then One for All goes with you! And I need you to pass on your quirk so that there's still a chance that All for One finally gets put in the ground! Had you already done that, well…..", Tachibana droned out, looking off to the side as if trying to find the words. Then, telling him with a sinister glint in his eyes, "Let's just say I'd be punching your clock prematurely."
All Might's eyes went wide with shock, and his mind almost went blank at hearing what he had just said! Keeping his composure, he shouted, "HOW DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL!? TALK DEMON!"
Tachibana pulls himself off the ice ball, rolling his eyes before looking down on him and saying, like it was an obvious thing, "I've been around for a long, long time. I've learned things. Many things. Things that were common knowledge before they became hidden from the public." He then places his chin in the crux of his finger and thumb before opening his eyes and saying with an impish smile, "8th holder: Toshinori Yagi."
"WHAT?", All Might almost felt his brain slide out of his head at hearing his name, babbling out that one phrase as a response.
Tachibana smiles at his reaction and continues, divulging to him, "Prodigy of the 7th holder: Nana Shimura. Trained under Gran Torino and currently in the process of finding the new 9th holder. After a nasty run-in with All for One which left you and him in a crippled state. You've had your eye on that Mirio boy, haven't you? The one that was recommended by none other than your old sidekick, and if the rumors are anything to go by, ex-lover, Sir Nighteye.", he finished off with a toothless smile.
All Might felt like he wanted to step back from this man in panic and fear but couldn't. So he stayed there and babbled out nervously, "HOW….HOW DO YOU KNOW SO MUCH?"
This time Tachibana laughed instead of rolling his eyes at the repeated question and reiterated, "As I said before, I've been around for a long time! And I've known every single holder from first to the current. And you know, All for One didn't always kill the previous holders of One for All.", All Might shot up his eyebrow at this question as he continued saying, "On that note, I gotta say, number 5, SURE WAS DELICIOUS!", he spoke the last part in a demonic tone, watching as his face contorted to match it.
"YOU'RE….YOU'RE BLUFFING!", All Might nervously tried to call him out but failed to sound convincing.
Tachibana's face and voice returned to normal as he inquired, "You don't sound so sure. Would you like some proof?" He then bent over and made a straining noise before several black tendrils emerged from all over his body! All Might's eyes went wide as Tachibana's demonic face and voice returned, asking him, "HOW ABOUT NOW?"
All Might had never gotten much info from Nana about her past or even the 6th. The only thing he was told is that her master's master, the 5th, was killed a long time ago and right in front of the 6th. The event had scarred him for life and made training much harder, which is why he passed it on so quickly and asked Gran Torino to train Nana. All Might's rage quickly grew once more; his fists tightened under the ice, and his blue eyes bled through the shadows on his face! The ice around his shoulder began to crack and spread quickly! Tachibana knew what was happening and jumped away while readying himself! Creating two different colored energy orbs in each hand.
All Might ripped his arm out first and screamed a war cry while yelling, "I'LL TAKE YOU DOWN!
"You can't.", Tachibana sassed back.
"I'LL AVENGE THE 5TH!", he yelled while using his freed arm to free his other one.
"You won't.", Tachibana shot back casually.
All Might use both hands to break the rest of his body and legs free, shivering once out. He then struck a heroic pose and proclaimed, "I'LL KEEP YOU HERE LONG ENOUGH FOR THE PEOPLE OF JAPAN TO BE RETRIEVED AND BROKEN OUT OF YOUR SICK MIND GAMES!"
Tachibana quickly dropped his prepared attack, an expression of sudden realization strung across his neutral face. Eyes wide and mouth sealed closed in a long straight line. He sighed a breath, and he thanked the hero, "Oh right, I almost forgot about that. Thank you for reminding me that there are forces other than you that can disturb the sanctity and security of my country and people.", he then turned around, cupping his hands around his mouth as it turned into some kind of living bullhorn, and yelled loud enough to be heard from the opposite side of the mountain, "OPEN THE GATES OF DRAKES!"
All Might tried to take this opportunity to distract him and attack him from behind. Still, thanks to his hyper perception, Tachibana anticipated this and shot out a furry black tail that whacked All Might in his guts and sent him flying into the dirt!
After the words left his lips, several seconds of silence went by before another noise was heard. A very very very large horn blared from the front side of the mountain! The horn was then joined by a quintet of five other very large and loud horns, all sounding off with the first! They all sounded off with the same note for several seconds before repeating it twice, then stopping again for a second and blaring back at full power in a short song. When the tune ended, the sound of stones moving could be heard. Like large stones being rolled and slid along a surface.
When the sliding sounded haunted with the stoney sound coming to a stopping crash, the sound of six unique and distinct roars could be heard from the front of the mountain. From their sight, six large creatures began to fly through the air in different styles, all of them releasing some kind of elemental breath from their mouths and screaming before heading down to where the town was.
On seeing this unfold, All Might picks himself up from the dirt, holding his stomach, and asks in weak demand, "WHAT…DID YOU DO?"
Tachibana turned around toward the man, his colored eyes having a cloudy texture, making him appear hollow and uncaring. He told him in a neutral yet evil tone, "Completely squashed your whole little invasion. You'll live, but everyone else you brought here will die in vain."
All Might ground his teeth and shouted, "YOU MONSTER!"
Tachibana shook his head and replied nonchalantly, "Sticks and stones, All Might. Sticks-and-stones." He then cracked his fingers, shaking them off as he stated in an invitation, "Now then." Suddenly, his body completely morphed before his eyes!
His wings and legs became like those of an insect, his arms turned into bony scythe blades, and his head turned upside down as he asked in his demonic tone, "SHALL WE PLAY?"
