Chapter 8:
Dr. Animo's mutants were getting closer to Max and Gwen. Ben was trying to get his watch going. The watch is then ready, and Ben turns to Heatblast and makes a flame that scares the mutants away. Ben then turns back to normal.
"Great," says Gwen, "now we gotta take down Animo..."
"What's the point," asks Ben, "this was all my fault. You were right."
"Ben, I'm glad to hear you say that," says Gwen, "but right now we need you?"
"To do what," asks Ben, "mess up again?"
"Ben, everyone makes mistakes," says Max, "the most important thing is to learn from them!"
"Everyone lets it go to their heads," says Gwen, "it's only normal."
"We don't even know where Animo is," says Ben.
"No, but I know how to track him," says Max.
...
They were in the RV. "Grandpa, why do you have a way to track down people like Animo," asks Gwen.
"That's... not important," says Max.
...
Dr. Animo was at the institute that laughed at him. Everyone was freaking out because of the big fiery bat thing. "Is that Heatblast," asks a man.
"Looks more like Heatblast as a vampire," says another man.
...
Animo and Heatbat enter. "Who are you and what is that?"
"You mean you don't recognize Dr. Animo?"
"Animo?"
"It has been years," says Animo.
"What is that thing with you?"
"Say hello to my pet," says Animo, "Heatbat, burn them!"

Outside, Kevin was eating a hotdog when he sees the Tennysons arrive. They run in. Kevin decides to take a look...
