Rei ran throughout the temple looking for Jade, but found no traces of him. She looked up into the sky yelling for Phobos and Deimos. The crows took to the sky and flew in the direction of the bus stop. Rei was atop the stairs of the shrine as she saw the 66 Bus drive into a black hole and disappear. A cold chill ran through her body. More people had been taken. She didn't know what she could do, but she knew that Jade would be back soon, and she had every intention of asking him all the questions.

Rei paced. She made sure she had plenty of ofuda on her and waited until she heard Jade back in his room. She never heard his door open or shut, but suddenly, she was able to see his silhouette through his window. Taking a deep breath, she composed herself and walked over to the door of his room and knocked.

"Jade, are you there? I'm not bothering you, am I?" Rei asked innocently. She cringed at herself, knowing that she had never been that friendly towards him.

He opened the door with a surprised smile on his handsome face. "You're never a bother Rei, what can I help you with?"

Unable to hold herself back any longer Rei's face darkened with disgust at the pretty face that smiled back at her. "It was you along, wasn't it? Disrupting my powers and kidnapping all those girls, wasn't it?"

Jade took a step back in surprise. He didn't think that Rei was astute enough without her powers to figure out that he was the culprit behind all the disappearances. But it was of no matter. Her psychic powers couldn't help her, Rei was at his mercy.

Jade scoffed where he stood, crossing his arm in lazy defiance. "Oh, did you finally figure it out? I must say, I'm surprised considering that you can't do anything without asking that fire of yours for every single answer in life."

Rei's blood boiled. How dare he interfere with her powers and talk ill of the great fire. "Where did you take those girls?! I demand that you bring them back!"

"You're in no condition to be making any demands, little girl." Jade retaliated. "I don't think you quite realize the predicament that you're in my dear." Jade laughed a deep dark chuckle, tearing away at this robe revealing a uniform of some sort underneath. "How about you go see for yourself where I've taken all those girls!"

Jade threw his hand out at Rei, who fell into a protective stance. Jade threw back his head and laughed as the ground from underneath Rei fell out and she fell backwards into a black hole disappearing from sight. Jade could only shake his head to himself declaring, "Foolish girl."

Back in the bus, Ami and Makoto were staring daggers at each other trying to figure out what exactly their next move would be. Once through the black hole, the bus seemed to simply drive in a stasis state. Moving, while also going no where.

Then towards the back of the bus a hold opened up and Rei fell through collapsing at the back of the bus. "What the heck? Where am I?!" She yelled.

The Negaverse monster at the driver's seat got up and turned to face Rei from across the the bus. "Oh goodie, one more girlie to give me her life energy. Come to Kiggan sweetie! I need to see if you have a buss pass." Roared the monster.

Kiggan sent a dark green blast towards Rei who had the wherewithal to duck behind one of the bus seats, avoiding the attack. "What the heck was that?!" Exclaimed Rei. Needless to say, she wasn't fully prepared to be attacked by an unknown evil creature.

That was the cue that Ami and Makoto had been waiting for, while Kiggan was distracted, they called out their transformation wands and instantly transformed. Without any preamble, they aimed their attacks at Kiggan.

The blows injured the Nega-monster, but it wasn't quite enough to destroy it. Rei was confused. Who were there girls protecting her? What was that monster attacking her?! She knew of evil spirits and energies, but she had never encountered anything like this before.

A voice rang out to Rei snapping her out of it, "What are you doing Sailor Mars! Transform and finish her!"

Somehow, Rei knew exactly how to follow those instructions. She pulled out the pen that she had found earlier, and yelled out words that were unfamiliar to her, but also felt totally comfortable saying out loud. "Mars-Power! Makeup!"

Kiggan was still staggering from the two attacks that blindsided her, growled at Rei. She reached back to attack Rei again, but before she could even call out her attack Sailor Mars gathered all her rage and let out her fire soul attack. The large ball of fire hurled its way to Kiggan obliterating the Negaverse monster where she stood. Only a stack of ash collapsing from where she stood was left after the attack was done.

"Well done, Sailor Mars," the same voice called out.

Rei looked around looking for the voice. It hadn't come out of either of the two girls who had initially attacked Kiggan. Sailor Mercury turned to greet Sailor Mars, but a voice at the front of the bus interrupted her.

"I see you were able to dispatch of my little helper." Jade stood there with a scowl on his face. He hadn't counted on Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter to be on the bus. He wasn't familiar with this new Sailor Scout, but he was more than capable of dealing with them. "Let me show you what I, general Jadeite of the Negaverse is capable of!"

Jadeite held out his hand where a ball of energy formed. It oozed out dark purple rays that covered the entirety of the bus. The girls on the bus including the Sailor Scouts could feel their energy start to drain from them.

"How do you plan on saving yourselves then, Sailor Scouts?!" He spat at them.

Makoto tried to muster up the energy to send an attack towards Jadeite. She was able to launch her attack, but the orb in his hands was able to suck up her attack.

Panic started to rise in Luna's chest. Was this the end of the Sailor Scouts. Were they going to die here and leave their princess unprotected? She collapsed from almost all of her energy being drained and she was having difficulty keeping her eyes open. No! This couldn't be the end! There was must be something that she could do.

As abruptly as the suction of energy started, it all of a a sudden stopped. The girls that all had fallen to the ground could feel their energy start to recover a little. Luna was able to to lift her head and turn it towards Jadeite, her heart stopped at the vision in front of her.

Standing in front of Jadeite was none other than Sailor Moon. But she looked different than before. Through the haze of her energy being depleted Luna couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she knew that the figure in front of her was more than just Sailor Moon.

"You will not harm my scouts." Was the ethereal voice coming from Sailor Moon.

Jadeite, taken aback from the power emanating from Sailor Moon took several steps back. He was no coward, but he knew when his opponent was stronger than he was. And although he hated to take a loss against the Sailor Scouts, he also knew that a dead general was a useless general. He would pay them back in time.

"You win this time, Sailor Scouts, next time, you will not be so lucky." Jadeite spat as he jumped back into a black portal disappearing from sight.

Sailor Moon turned to her friends. "Are you alright?!"

The scouts, although they were slowly recuperating their energy, were still lethargic and fuzzy headed. Sailor Moon leaned over to pick up Luna, and as she brought Luna up into her arms, Luna could feel energy radiating into her, as if Sailor Moon was siphoning energy into her. Sailor Moon went over to her Scouts and laid a hand on their shoulder also revitalizing them with some extra energy.

When she got to Sailor Mars, she smiled down and put a hand on her shoulder, also giving Sailor Mars some extra energy. "You must be Sailor Mars. Welcome to the Scouts." Sailor Moon said with a smile on her face.

Sailor Mars took the hand that Sailor Moon held out to her and stood up. "Um, thank you. For saving me. For saving us."

"Thank me once we get out this place," Sailor Moon responded to her with a sad smile. "I'm not actually really sure where we are. Sailor Mercury, could you pin point in your computer where we are. Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mars, can you help me see to these girls?"

Mercury and Jupiter leapt at Sailor Moon's words and Sailor Mars also aided them. She clearly understood the power dynamic. Sailor Moon tried to reassure her, "I'm sorry that your welcome into the Scouts had to be through a situation like this, but you have my gratitude for protecting these girls and for helping to deal with that Nega monster."

"I was kind of thrown into the situation, so I'm glad you were able to come to our aid." Mars replied.

Moon smiled back at her. "It looks like these girls will be okay. They were drained of a lot of their energy, but it looks like they still have their pulse. With a little bit of rest, they should be back to normal."

Jupiter looked over and asked, "Any luck in finding out where we are Mercury?"

Mercury had her eyes fixed on her computer. "We're in a pocket dimension. I'm trying to pin point exactly where we are so we can maybe rip through the space pocket."

A thought occurred to Rei, "Are there any signs of the other girls that had gone missing?"

Three heads swiveled towards Sailor Mars. Very carefully Sailor Moon responded, "I don't think we'll be finding any traces of them, Sailor Mars." She sadly looked at the girls around them. "These girls almost died from what that guy did to them. He had no intentions of stopping at them being drained of most of their energy. He was trying to claim it all."

Rei grimaced. She knew that Sailor Moon wasn't wrong, but she didn't want to be the one to voice it out loud. The other girls were gone. They weren't coming back, and there was nothing they could do about it. What they needed to do was rescue the girls that were with them right now. And pray for the souls of the girls that had already been lost.

"I think we can actually drive this bus out of here," Mercury piped up. "If we can tear through the subspace with enough power, we should be able to just drive the bus out of here with everyone on it safely."

"Mercury, do you even know how to drive a bus?" Asked Sailor Moon.

"It's easier than even a racing car game," was the cheeky reply. Sailor Mercury sat her self down in the driver's seat.

"Okay, lets try this then, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mars, we'll attack the point in front of the bus, and hopefully with our powers combined, we'll be able to rip though this subspace pocket."

As they planned their point of attack a bright light suddenly appeared before them. Sailor Moon seeing who was at the other end of that bright light suddenly yelled at Sailor Mercury, "Mercury! Step on it! That's our ride out of here!"

Not needing to be told twice, Mercury stepped hard on the gas and the bus peeled forward leaving the darkness behind them. Once past the frame of darkness they could see that the bus peeled out onto the other side of the road from the original bus stop. Mercury glided the bus to a stop and opened the doors. The girls were finally being roused from their unconscious state and the scouts decided that was a good time to descend from the bus.

"Sailor Moon."

Once she stepped off the bus, she turned to the voice that called to her. Usagi knew immediately who he was, it was Tuxedo Mask. But he wasn't just Tuxedo Mask; it was her Endymion. Just from how he said her alias, she knew that he knew who she was.

"Are you alright? Were you hurt?" Was the deep voice that she was so familiar with.

"Tuxedo Mask, I am unhurt. Thank you for coming to our aid and getting us out of that sub space dimension." She looked up into his eyes, and for a long moment lost herself in the blue spheres that shone like the earth itself.

The look of relief that crossed his face was not lost on any of the Scouts, including Sailor Moon. "I'm glad you're safe." He bowed to her handing her a single red rose; one of his signature roses that he used during his fights. She brought it up to her face, taking in the scent.

He turned to leave jumping up the top of a lamp post and as he was about to leap away, Sailor Moon called out to him, "We should sit down and talk soon, Tuxedo Mask. I feel like there is much we need to catch up on."

He doffed his top hat to her and disappeared out into the night.

"Can he be trusted, Sailor Moon?" Luna asked from behind her. Luna had no memory of Tuxedo Mask from the past and as such she was suspicious of him.

"I know that he can be trusted Luna. He's a very special ally." Was her enigmatic reply. "But first, we need to properly welcome Sailor Mars, get her up to speed on what is happening, and getting these girls to the hospital."

Sailor Moon sent Sailor Jupiter and Mercury back home for the night, seeing as it was a school night, and let Luna take Rei back to Hikawa Shrine to catch her up on what it meant to be a Sailor Scout. Usagi took care of the girls that were left on the bus, and even left a report with the authorities letting them know that, while they were able to save some of the girls, and the ones behind the kidnappings were "taken care of," there was nothing that the Sailor Scouts could do to bring back the girls that had already disappeared. Those girls would not be coming back.

It was a long night, but Usagi was finally able to tie the ends of that particular mystery and headed home to a family that she knew would have been worried mindless about her. Her night wasn't quite over yet.
