The Ghost Rider of Hosu (Ghost Rider x MHA: Izuku Midoriya unlike any other person he knows in the world even his twin sister, Izumi Midoriya. Izuku was Quirkless; meaning he had no superpowers. Even worse his beloved mother Inko Midoriya was just diagnosed with Cancer. The future seemed bleak for the family. One evening after being attacked by a villain he falls unconscious and meets the one who calls himself the devil. He bargains that he not only could save his mother but also grant him the one thing he envies the most, a power for him to call his own. Izuku hesitantly but gratefully accepts the deal with devil and wakes up to find that his idol hero All Might had rescued him. However, after a brief conversation even the No.1 hero does not think that his dream was achievable. As he solemnly walks back home but suddenly gets a call from his sister; their mother's cancer had disappeared, it was a miracle! The wonderful news both made Izuku brighten up in amazement and also made his blood ran cold at the same time. If his mother's cancer was gone did that mean- the honk from a car was all Izuku heard before everything went black.
Izuku Midoriya was declared dead, having got killed by a reckless driver. His spirit however was not gone and as part of the deal Izuku got his end of the bargain. A power to call his own, the power of the Spirit of Vengeance. The "Devil" bonded his soul with the demonic spirit Zaratos and is now forced to become an agent of the Devil. He is to roam the face of the Earth to enact horrendous vengeance of the sinful. He is to judge and execute all those that do wrong in the night whether Izuku is willing or not is irrelevant.
