Crash!

"Whoa, be careful!" Present Mic exclaimed.

"Sorry! You got these boxes so filled up I was worried I'd drop something!" Shelby responded, clutching the box tightly in her arms.

"Yeah, that's my bad, I guess. Still, that's expensive equipment. I'm not made of money, you know?"

"Do you really think it's a good idea to set up a satellite radio station here? Won't the noise bother everyone else?"

"Well, since I'm essentially juggling three jobs, I thought it would be easier on me to try and combine spaces."

"Again, aren't you a late-night radio host living in a faculty dorm?"

"Which I went ahead and bought the essentials-" as he rummaged through the three boxes in front of him on the floor, he suddenly froze in place after looking through the third box, "I forgot to buy acoustic foam."

"S-Seriously?!"

With the Oki Mariner docked in Suruga Bay along Shizuoka's commercial marina, "Shark Bait!" Shouted Selkie, stomping on the deck of his ship, "Shark Bait, where are you?! I don't see you working!"

Bassam cruised between the waves of the bay underneath the Oki Mariner, examining the ocean floor while running his hand through the sand and digging up small creatures and shells, watching them float in the water beneath his toned, muscular body. He wasn't alone; however, he could sense through his electroreceptors a familiar movement pattern near him, and his instincts began to accelerate. The hunt was on.

"I-I only turned my back for one second the next thing I know, he's dove off the starboard!" Sirius wearily attempted to explain.

"Honestly, I picked that boy because he seemed like he had good discipline; had I known he was going to be a hassle, I would've backed down and let Gang Orca have him!"

From the bow of the boat, the heavy commotion caused an interruption between the crew mates as Bassam emerged with a Pacific Bluefin Tuna weakly flopping between his strong jaw; the sheer size and weight of the fish encapsulated the young man's mass.

"W-What have you done?! Put that back!" Demanded Selkie.

"Wait, hold on, sir! A fish this size could feed an entire village!" Mick contested, pronouncing the fish's entirety.

"At least let us take this to the nearest fishery. This could easily be worth thousands, maybe more!" Cried out another crew mate, following the same motion as the other member.

"They're not going to accept something that's already gotten a bite taken out of!"

"-Sorry." Bassam meekly apologized; while speaking, the tuna dropped from his mouth and collapsed on top of the two sailors, tossing them onto the deck flat on their stomachs.

Selkie sighed, "This is going to be a long week..."

"I hope you don't feel like you had to force yourself to pick me. I know you would've been much better suited at being Best Jeanist's understudy." Edgeshot hesitantly confessed as he walked alongside Omar on the city's sidewalk.

"Nonsense, I made sure to do as much in-depth research as possible to choose the most compatible Pro Hero, and although Best Jeanist was my number one choice, our quirks aren't much different. I'm more than honored to be working with Japan's number four hero."

He sighed, "That's a relief to hear, honestly. I'll admit, I was feeling nervous about taking in a foreign student because I was worried I'd say something distasteful, but you're making things go more smoothly, hah. Your maturity is as considerable as your height...your height...how are you already so tall?" Kamihara suddenly lamented, hunched over with his hands resting on his knees while he wallowed in their significant difference.

"I-I'm not sure how to respond. I've always been taller than my peers and some adults?" Though nine inches didn't seem problematic to Omar, he felt he was becoming more aware of his stature by the day.

"C'mon, you have legs, don't ya'?! Get a move on it, old man!" Estelle teased loudly, gliding along her diamond surface through an empty ally with her mentor struggling to keep up.

"Now I know you did not just call me old man!" Rock Lock shouted as he used his quirk to parkour on buildings and walls in hopes of catching up with his flashy trainee.

"Are you sure you'll be able to handle working with me, young lady? The training regimes I put my beastly apprentices through are as feral as their animal ancestors!" Growled the ferocious Pro Hero, her arms folded tightly over her chest while gazing downwards menacingly.

"Sí, Señorita Mangle! I know I'm not the loudest or the fastest, but by the end of this internship, I'll prove to you I'm the fiercest Mojave rattlesnake to come out of Mexico! Graauu!" With a toothless grimace and tame, clawed hand gestures, Ximena showed that she could seamlessly blend in with the monitor lizard's hero bank.

"Haha, I got to say, kid, you're going to get pretty far in life! If not with that quirk of yours, you'll end up a world-class comedian- I swear!" Hardily laughed Tiger, holding onto his abdomen with both hands.

"Paw-don me for being fur-ward, but I'd be more than glad to be a radi-claw member of Wild, Wild Pussycats!" Cheered Mickey, striking a cat-tactic pose.

"You've got to be kitten me..."

With her hands gently pressing against the student's cheeks, "-Oh, I just know you're going to make me proud, darling!" Midnight beamed before walking away.

"Yemi, what are you doing here?" Yaoyoruza asked as she came into the room with Tokage at her heels, "Wouldn't you have been better off interning with a Pro Hero with an electric or magnetic quirk?"

"O-Oh, well um, you see- even though Shelby is the leader of Suit As Sugar, a-as her second in command, I should be able to take over that role if needed, but I'm not as um, motivating, as her. S-So that's why I thought Midnight's agency would be a better choice..!" Motivation wasn't the only skill Yemi lacked; lying wasn't a strong suit of hers, either.

"-I see. Although I don't see you having any issues being charismatic, I'm more than happy I get to work with you formally!" Yaoyoruza giggled.

"The more, the merrier; we're going to crush this internship!" Tokage delighted alongside Yaoyoruza.

"Madame Treize, excusez moi, but your hero agency is a lot more- glamorous than I imagined," Fatima noted while observing her surroundings.

Thirteen sighed, "Mirage, I have to be honest with you. I may have led you astray for the time being, but I swear I only did so because I was begged to."

"I don't understand?"

Suddenly, a delightful cry emitted from in front of them and burst forth from seemingly nowhere came Uwabami, "Thirteen, you're an angel, an absolute angel!" She embraced her warmly.

"I had to get you to stop calling me. You were driving me nuts!"

"Miss Mirage," Uwabami mused, doting on Fatima's hero costume, "your beauty has truly inspired me; the skill and elegance in your make-up application is the passion I want to use to promote my brand new make-up line!"

"M-Me? A face model?!"

"That's right, every digital billboard and internet ad in Japan will have your face in lights! Come along, come along now; we have plenty of work to do if you want the ads out by the end of the week! Allons-y!" The Pro Hero took the student's hand and began leading her deeper into the building.

"O-Oh, u-um, I-"

"Don't think you can hog her for the entire week, Uwabami!" Thirteen shouted.

"It'll be so nice to work with Ryukyu again," Uraraka eagerly elated to Asui, "ever since the abroad students came here, I've been feeling more pumped to train!"

Asui nodded, "I can imagine that's part of what they had in mind- to keep us energized."

"-Wait, is that who I think it is...?!"

"Y-Yeah, I think it is!"

"Abracadabra!" They exclaimed simultaneously.

Standing in front of Ryukyu's agency, minding her own business, "Hey there, cuties! How's it going?" Chelsea greeted the two girls with a friendly wave and grin.

"I can't believe it's really you. Did you choose Ryukyu's agency for your internship?" Merrily questioned Asui.

"We're huge fans of yours- err, sorry, is that weird for me to say?" Stammered Uraraka.

"Oh no, not at all. I'm flattered, and yeah, of course, how could I not? Working under a Pro Hero with a dragon quirk? My friends back home will be sooo jealous!"

"Chelseeeeeeeaaaa-!" Cried out a voice from the opposite direction, prompting the three of them to turn towards the sound of the voice curiously.

"Chelseeeeeeeaaaa~!" Swiftly barreling towards them was Nejire with her arms and legs straight out, showing no signs of slowing down or stopping.

Chelsea thought quickly on her feet and brought out her top hat, pushing out of the topper with a low, arched movement and ultimately scooping up Nejire's body that disappeared from their sights; Uraraka and Asui gasped in dazzlement as Nejire giggled from inside the top hat. As she placed the hat gently on the ground and slowly lifted the formal wear, she appeared in a tuxedo bunny outfit and, unwavering by the costume change, leaped onto Chelsea and threw her arms around her neck.

"Chelsea!"

"Oy vey, what am I going to do with you?"

Uraraka and Asui shared a speculating glance as Ryukyu opened the door from the inside, "Ah, you're finally all here, good! Come on in, and we'll get started right away."

"I'm curious if Endeavor chooses any of the abroad students to intern- that is if he's still picky about who he has worked for his agency. What do you think, Todoroki?...Todoroki?" While deciding to walk to Endeavor's agency, Midoriya took it upon himself to fill the silence between him, Todoroki, and Bakugo, but Todoroki appeared to be lost in thought.

"Hmm? Oh, sorry, Midoriya, I was thinking about that myself. Since I don't know how much Endeavor has changed, I'm dreading the thought of him making an embarrassment out of himself trying to impress or intimidate any foreign students."

"You don't think he'd go as far as to do something like that, do you?"

"If he does anything stupid, I'm leaving." Bakugo promptly grumbled.

"We'll see."

"H-Hey! Hey, you guys!" Standing a few feet ahead of them was Javier, who was trying to get their attention by waving his hand widely from side to side, his standard, large, bright smile flashing toward them.

"Javier! Hey! How come you're just standing here?" Inquired Midoriya.

"Are you lost?" Todoroki followed up.

"Lost? Oh no, I'm not lost. It's just that I um- well, you see, normally I wouldn't have an issue going into a Pro Hero's agency, but you know, with the circumstances' n everything, it's not like I can just walk in there, and-"As Javier continued to stall, the three boys looked past him to see Endeavor's agency was less than a mile away from where they currently stood.

Midoriya hesitantly interrupted him, "U-Um, Javier, are you trying to say you don't want to go into Endeavor's agency by yourself?"

"Ghh...Y-Yeah."

"I don't blame you, honestly." Justified Todoroki.

"So then it's true? I guess I shouldn't be too surprised since magma is hotter than fire, and even lava is capable of smothering fires. A powerful quirk like yours is right up Endeavor's wheelhouse." Midoriya gleefully speculated.

"You think so? I-I wasn't sure about picking Endeavor, with everything I heard about him, but if all of you are going to be there, then maybe it won't be so bad-"

"Quit screwing around! We're already late!" Chided Bakugo, grabbing Javier by the shoulder and dragging him along as he continued walking.

"K-Kacchan, don't manhandle him like that! He's nervous enough as it is!"

"Don't care!"

Todoroki tentatively stood there as Midoriya, Bakugo, and Javier trotted ahead, then burst forward to catch up with the rest of them.

"So his agency should be somewhere around, yeah?" Keali'i asked, motioning his hand-size bag of chips towards Tokoyami.

"I've never seen it in person, but I heard it's not hard to miss." Responded Tokoyami, taking a few chips from the bag.

"Uh, you mean like that?" The building in question not only had his name plastered on the front but was in the shape of the hero as well.

"Y-Yeah, just like that."

The walk across the street was as mundane as expected, but the arrival of the other internees was where the surprises started to take effect.

"Tokoyami?" Kirishima stupefyingly inquired.

"Arjan?" Keali'i angrily queried.

"What are you doing here?" They synchronously questioned.

Tokoyami started, "Oh, well, I-"

"Sorry to interrupt you, but could you give me a second? This is important." Politely interjected Keali'i through gritted teeth, grabbing Arjan by his jean jacket and pulling him forward.

"-Ah, sure."

"W-Wait, Keali'i! I can explain!" Arjan pleaded.

As Keali'i and Arjan moved over to one side to speak in private, Tokoyami joined Kirishima and Tetsutetsu, where they stood on the opposite side.

"So what are you guys doing at Fat Gum's, anyways? Keali'i, I might be able to understand, but you seem totally out of place." Kirishima contended, his hands resting comfortably in his pockets.

"Keali'i invited me to work with him, actually." Informed Tokoyami.

"Kirishima asked me if I wanted to!" Apprehensively claimed Arjan.

"What? Why?" Keali'i asked.

"I don't know, 'cause I saw that he was having trouble picking an agency, and I thought that maybe Fat Gum's would be a good choice for him!" Continued Kirishima.

"But Arjan's quirk isn't like yours or Fat Gum's, so I'm a bit confused why he'd agree to go with you." Tokoyami wondered.

"W-Well, you know I have trouble saying no to people!" Arjan stammered.

"That may be true, but I don't believe you're telling the whole story-"

"Yeah, he wasn't too sure about it at first, but then I told him how awesome Fat Gum was and about what happened last year and I'd totally won him over!" Confidentially quipped Kirishima.

"Tamaki? That Tamaki?" Glowered Keali'i.

Arjan couldn't find the words to respond; once he'd let his tongue slip, he knew he was in trouble.

"I can't believe you- oh wait. Actually, I can because you would be the type of person to screw yourself over just to get some dick!"

"Shh- shut up, keep your voice down; it's not like that at all, I swear- and what do you mean I'm that type of person?! Yemi's doing the same thing with Yaoyoruza!"

"-That'd better be a joke."

"Ask her yourself, but it's the truth!"

"You guys are unbelievable. This isn't being on our best behavior!"

"Aw, you just don't get it-"

"That doesn't-!" In a fit of irritation, Keali'i grabbed the hood strings of Arjan's jacket and pulled them out and down, forcing his head down as he struggled to break free.

"I don't even know why you're bothering trying to relate to those guys." Groaned Tetsutetsu.

"C'mon bro, they're not so bad," Kirishima avered. "Sure, they're weird, but they're pretty cool!"

"Those aren't the words I'd use, but I agree with his sentiment."

"My apologies," Keali'i came in, tossing Arjan over to the other side by his hood, "I didn't mean to be so rude, but I needed to sort this out right away."

Tetsutetsu scoffed, "Ugh, whatever. Can we just go in now?" With his hand already on the door handle they crowded into the open doorframe as they were met with the sounds of arguing.

"What's going on?" Quavered Keali'i.

Before the argument could progress further, the sound of glass suddenly breaking prompted everyone to follow the direction of the sound, "Fat Gum!" Kirishima cried out.

When they reached the kitchen, they were shocked to see Fat Gum head-locking another large man who also had him in a head-lock, rolling on the ground in front of a plated slice of a cake-shaped pastry; Tamaki was also in the room, attempting to be completely obviously to the situation by burying his face into the nearest wall.

"Forget it! I'm not letting you have it!" Fat Gum grunted.

"B-But you always eat everything before I do!" Contested the other man.

"That's because, unlike you, I need to eat to use my quirk!"

As they continued to struggle, Taishiro released one arm from his hold and reached his hand out towards the plate, but as soon as his fingers were merely a few centimeters away, the pastry was pierced by a sharp, black spike formed from the hairs on the other man's head. Once the battle was through, the two contenders got up from the floor as the defeated hero watched the other stuff his face with the spoils using the makeshift arms formed by his hair.

"That's not fair, you cheated." Whined Fat Gum.

"What do you think you're doing?" Reprimanded Keali'i.

"Hrrk-!..Ahaha, Keke, when did you get here?" The large man nervously mused with open arms towards Keali'i, who appeared more irritated, growling lowly to keep him back, "Hey c'mon, is that really how you're going to treat me after what- five years? Look at how big you've gotten!"

"Hey Tamaki, are you okay?" Kirishima, unsure of the current conflict, catered to his nervous friend by talking calmly to him with his hand on his shoulder.

"I hate when they get like that." Groaned Tamaki.

In an attempt to decipher the situation, "Why don't we, uh, sit someplace and talk, huh?" Suggested Taishiro.

With Pro Heroes on one side of the table and students on the other, the unacquainted person revealed himself to the curious party, "Right, where are my manners? I'm Makana Kishimoto, Keali'i's cousin! Aloha!"

"Psst, Makana, professionalism." Fat Gum loudly whispered.

"Oh- my bad, what I meant to say was- it is I, Hair Morphing Hero: Lauoho Koa..! Unmasked and out of costume. Oops."

"Yeah, they can see that," Keali'i grumbled.

Kirishima, Tetsutetsu, and Tokoyami gasped and turned their gaze toward Keali'i, "No way, so you two really are related?!" Kirishima spluttered.

Keali'i sighed, "Yes."

"Yup!" Cheerfully reaffirmed Makana, "I'm the oldest, of course, and rather than being here just to study, I live and work in Japan full-time!"

"You work?" Asked Fat Gum.

"Err, well, I may not front the JP Hero Billboard Charts, or have my own agency, or sidekicks- I'm not even formally employed anywhere, but that's why I have my best friend Fat Gum to keep me on my feet!"

"Oh, so that's how it is?"

"I thought the whole point of you moving here was so you would do better?" Sought Keali'i.

"I-I am doing better, and it definitely isn't like how it was back home!"

Kirishima casually diverged his attention towards Tamaki, "Hey, how come you never mentioned anything about Lauoho Koa being here, Tamaki?"

"I, uh, wasn't exactly sure how to explain the situation."

"More importantly," Tokoyami interjected, "Why is it you wanted to work with me? Why am I really here?"

"Huh? Well, it's like what I had Keali'i tell you, yeah? Our quirks aren't so different, and I know I'm the only Pro Hero here who can bring you to your full potential." As Makana spoke confidently, his ponytail began flowing on their own then taking the shape of a Hawaiian hawk that perched elegantly on his shoulder.

"How do you know about my quirk?"

"'Cause I saw you at the U.A. Sports Festival last year, duh! You were so awesome! It's too bad I couldn't take you in before Hawks did, but uh, well, you already know why I couldn't do that, but now, since Keali'i's here, we're totally able to work around that!" Makana's sentient hair fronted their minimalist skills by continuing to transform into such animals as a rat, mongoose, iguana, and snake.

"Hoo-ray."

"And you really think Dark Shadow is capable of doing everything you can do?"

"Are you kidding?! Stick with me, kid, and you'll have criminals pissing themselves at the sound of your hero name before ya' know it!"

"W-Well, I don't know..."Out of the corner of his eye, Tokoyami could see Dark Shadow levitating next to him at the end of the table, looking at him with full vim and gleam, "...Lauoho Koa...I formally accept working under you." He finalized, reaching his hand out over the table for a handshake.

Makana brought up and swung his arm toward the direction of Tokoyami's hand and tightly grasped his smaller appendage with full force, "I promise you won't regret it! Now, let's dance, boys!"
