The sun was shining in the sky on Jura forest as Rimuru was walking along the path that was made of stone and brick Rimuru breathed in the fresh air and exhaled feeling relaxed
"This feels nice...fresh air...finished with the building process of Rimuru city...what could be better than this" Rimuru said as he stretched
"There is..." Rapheal said suddenly breaking the peaceful silence "agh...you shouldn't startle me like that...what is it Rapheal" Rimuru asked his system
"Two groups of travelers is coming into town one of them is causing trouble for the other" Rapheal said making Rimuru sigh "I'll go see" Rimuru said using shadow movement
Rimuru had arrived and saw a bunch of beastmen surrounding the second group of travelers "good grief this is a nuisance" Souei said walking up beside Rimuru
"Souei what caused this?" Rimuru asked as Veldora walked up out of nowhere "apparently the beastman smelled the female pheromones of a beastwoman and that's why it ended up like this" Veldora said with a shake of his head
Said female Noir Kingscholar was traveling with her brother Kyle Kingscholar and her cousin Topaz "how did this happen again" Kyle said with a groan
"No offense Noir but it would be nice if your pheromones weren't overpowering" Topaz said making Noir sigh visibly "not my fault this always happens" Noir said crossing her arms
Veldora spotted the white lion ears on Noir's head and looked at his soulmark which happened to be a white lioness and the tail curled around his wrist
"Veldora could you..." Rimuru turned to face Veldora who was already heading towards Noir "...break it up?" Rimuru said suddenly confused
Noir sighed 'this is starting to annoy me...always getting surrounded by beastmen' Noir thought to herself Topaz and Kyle saw the annoyed look on her face
"Hey can you all ju..." before Noir could finish her sentence a hand covered her mouth and pulled her into a broad chest and an intimidating aura appeared
Veldora felt his aura grow "if you dare to touch...my mate...I will end you" Veldora growled making the beastmen disperse around them
Noir felt her soulmark pulse looking down to see the dragon soulmark on her wrist then she caught sight of the White Lioness soulmark on Veldora's wrist
"No way" Kyle said feeling a bit shocked "congrats Noir you found your soulmate" Topaz said as she clapped her hands only to fall backwards
"Woah careful there..." Rimuru said holding her up Rimuru felt his wrist pulse "congrats you found your soulmate" Rapheal said
'Did you just say soulmate!' Rimuru thought to himself Topaz looked at Rimuru and looked away blushing slightly 'I didn't know I had a soulmate!' Rimuru thought in shock
"technically everyone has a soulmate, yours and Veldora's soulmates just happen to be Goddesses" Rapheal said making Rimuru stare at Topaz
Topaz blushed harder "w.what?" Topaz said flustered making Rimuru look away his cheeks flushed 'how can someone so cute be a goddess' Rimuru thought to himself
Meanwhile Veldora was still holding Noir to his chest "you can let me go now" Noir said making Veldora snap out of his intimidating aura
"Oh pardon me" Veldora said and let Noir go Noir dusted herself off while Veldora took a chance to look her up and down
Noir had Silver white hair and very stunning blue eyes atop her head was Lion ears along with a tail at the back which made Veldora want to swoon
"Are you going to keep staring at my sister or are you going to talk" Kyle who had been silent spoke up making Veldora look at the similar looks minus the silver hair that Noir had
"Sorry about the commotion" Rimuru said as he spoke up "right" Noir said as Topaz was obviously smitten with Rimuru...
"What brings you here to Rimuru city?" Rimuru asked making Noir clear her throat "about that...my name is Noir Kingscholar me and my brother Kyle want to invite all the habitants of Rimuru city to a coronation" Noir said
"A coronation!" Rimuru said shocked 'Rapheal a coronation is the crowning of a new king or queen right?' Rimuru asked in his head "yes" was the response Rapheal gave
