The Rangers and Alpha trekked through the Deserts of this strange new world they had landed on, forced to leave behind the now destroyed Power Chamber and Megazord to their sandy burial, They trekked for what felt like Hours under the Blazing Suns.
"God…" Carlos groaned. ""This place is torture already… The heat is getting to me."
"Already?" Ashley asked. "We've haven't even gone that far."
"Hey you try trekking across a desert with three Sons." Carlos protested.
"What is this place Alpha?" Justin asked.
The robotic advisor just glitched a bit before answering. "I'm not sure, BUt we're definitely somewhere far far away.
"You mean this is another planet?" Asked Ashley.
"We could be in another Galaxy altogether for all we know." Said Cassie.
Just then, T.J. spotted something approaching them in the distance. "What's that?" He asked.
As the object, (Or rather Objects.) got closer, The Ranger started to get a better look.
They were a group of rough looking individuals, Most of them barely even Human, and they all rode on what looked like Bikes without wheels, and moving on propulsion engines, The supposed roughian's then surrounded the Rangers, all howling and cackling with delight.
"Well, Well." Said the Leader, a large brown alien creature called a Weequay. "A Curious group of stragglers."
"What happened to your ship?" Asked Another Weequay.
"We didn't come on a ship." Said T.J. "We don't even know where we are."
The thugs all laughed at the Rangers confusion.
"Heh, Heh, The Sun must have gotten to their brains." Said a Rodian in his native Dialect. "They don't seem to know poddo."
"Probably what they want us to think." Said a Voice, and from out among the goons, stepped a man, A rough looking man, adorned in a Black trenchcoat, Brown Leather Boots, and his eyes were covered by a Visor resembling sunglasses, which complimented his graying hair.
"If I didn't know any better." Said the Man, smoking on what looked like Cigar. "I'd say these clowns were lost, Left to die here?"
"Not exactly." Said Ashley.
"Ah, So escaped slaves then." Said the Man. "And here we are, huntin for Banthas…"
The Rangers all shared apprehensive looks, as if they had a feeling about where this was going.
"Now." Said the Man. "Why don't you come with us? We could use more hands back home."
"You'll take us to the next town?" Asked Carlos.
"Oh yes." The Man said. "And you're Droid there could fetch a nice price.
Before the Rangers could react, one of the goons fired a shot at them and hit Ashley, rendering her unconscious, The Rangers quickly jumped into fighting stances, only to be incapacitated as well.
"Oh no!" Cried Alpha 6. "What are you-?!"
He was then cut off once a Garn shot him with a neural disruptor, sending toppling wordless to the ground.
"So what do we do with them, Captain Neg?" Asked a Klatoonian.
"We take them back to Mos Espa with us." Replied the Captain. "Watto could catch a fair price for the rust bucket, and the brats?"
He let out a dark chuckle. "What's a few more Slaves to keep the joint running."
Meanwhile,
Gunray and Haako were back on their Flagship, conversing with Darth Sidious via Hologram.
"Destroy all high ranking officials." The Sith Lord Ordered. "And Queen Amidala, has she signed the treaty?"
The Viceroy gulped. "She has… disappeared, my lord… One Naboo cruiser got past the blockade, we think it is hers."
Sidious was outraged. "Find her! I want that treaty signed!"
"My Lord, It's impossible to locate the ship!" Gunray pleaded. "It's out of our Range."
"Not for the Sith." Sidious purred, and from behind him, emerged another figure, this one also cloaked and hooded. He had a tattooed face and glowing yellow eyes visible on his face that sent shivers to the Nemodians spines.
"This is my apprentice, Darth Maul." Introduced Sidious. "He will find your lost ship."
And with that, The Projection disappeared.
"This is getting out of hand!" Gunray said in alarm. "Now there are two of them!"
"We should not have made this Bargain." Haako whimpered.
"And you want to back out of it now?" Nute asked, shaking his head. "We're in too deep now, And I don't want to end up like Hath Monchar."
Meanwhile,
Back on Earth, Divatox and her minions were back in their base, still stewing about what happened.
"Can someone tell me what that was?!" Divatox demanded. "One minute we're going to finally beat the Rangers and Destroy the Power Rangers, and then suddenly they're all, "POOF" Gone!"
"We're uh, Still analyzing the ray of light that whisked them away." Porto explained nervously. "We're still not sure what it was, But it certainly wasn't of Eltarian Origin."
"Well then what was it?!" Divatox demanded. "If the Power Rangers-"
"Divatox Ma'am." Rygogg said, cutting her off mid rant. "We've got a message coming in."
Divatox huffed, then turned to the Monitor to reveal Darth Sidious.
"Oh it's you again." Divatox sighed. "So what do you want now? The Power Chamber and the Rangers are gone now, So there's nothing left on Earth for us."
"And that is precisely why." Sidious stated. "That you are now free to do what I say."
"And what do you want from me exactly?" Asked Divatox.
"The United Alliance of Evil now answers to the Sith." Said Sidious. "We have great plans for the Galaxy, and in the long term, They shall require forces to carry out our will, especially your own."
"Pretty." Said Divatox. "And what do I get if I… "do as you say."
"I can promise you riches, beyond your wildest dreams." Sidious said. "Far more than this backwater world could provide, and I know the perfect planet where you can find them."
This piped up Divatox interest. "Oh? And where is this world?"
The Sith Lord gave a wicked smile. "It is called… Naboo."
Meanwhile,
On the Naboo ship, Qui Gon, Obi Wan, Jar Jar and Panaka stood in attendance to the Queen, along with the dirty and singed astromech that repaired the shields.
"This is a most well put together Droid, your Highness." Panaka said, finishing up his report to the Queen. "Without a doubt, It saved the ship, as well as all our lives."
"It is to be commended." Said the Queen. "What is it's Number?"
The Droid beeped as the Captain brushed dirt off its Label. "R2-D2, Your Highness."
"Thank you R2-D2." Said the Queen. "You have proven your Bravery."
R2 beeped something bashfully as the Queen called for one of her Handmaidens.
"Padme." Said the Queen. "Clean this Droid up as best you can."
"Yes your Highness." Said Padme, as she led the Droid out of the room. "Anything else."
Qui Gon then stepped forward. "Your Highness, with your permission we are headed to a nearby planet called Tatooine, It's in a system far beyond the reach of the Trade Federation, We make repairs and pick up supplies there."
"I do not agree with the Jedi on this matter, Your Highness." Said Captain Panaka. "Tatooine is a world controlled by the Hutt Cartel, A powerful and dangerous crime syndicate."
"You must trust my judgment, Your Highness." Qui Gon insisted.
The Queen exchanged a look with Panaka, before nodding.
"Anyone else dink dings are gettin ominsis?" Jar Jar asked no one in particular, Unless one counted Obi Wan.

And this is where things start to pick up. In the next Chapter, Qui Gon and Co will meet the Ranger and a certain Boy on Tatooine, Sidious has drafted Divatox into the Naboo Occupation, to double the crisis, and now Darth Maul is on the scene.
