I received a call from Esme once I reached my apartment from the office in the evening.
I had been receiving texts from everyone, but I didn't feel like talking to anyone...
I didn't even want to think about what happened yesterday...
I've been humiliated more than enough, and I had not strength to go over it all over again!
At least, not right now... I needed some time alone!
But then I continued to receive texts and calls from her, so I just decided to talk to her once.
I knew she was worried for me, just like my parents were.
"I'm so sorry, honey," she said, "I can't even imagine what you must be going through..."
"I'm doing okay," I said.
"I'm really sorry for what my son did... I'm feeling really ashamed," she said, "I'm really mad at both of them... I'm really mad at Masen for everything he has done, and also at Edward! Because he's also not being wiser and he's just... He's just fueling the situation."
I was sure a lot of drama must have happened at their home after the party, but that's none of my business!
"I've been trying to explain both of them, but you know how stubborn they both are... They are acting like kids!" she said.
"I've a feeling they're going to do something stupid and I don't want you to get hurt," she said, "Please stay away from them if you can, please! I don't want any of you to be the subject of gossip, and it's already getting crazy here!" She sighed.
And I felt like crying again...
How could Masen do this to me?
"Masen demanded a simple promise from Edward to stay away from you, and he refused to do that..." She said, "You know how competitive Edward can be when someone challenges him, right? I've a feeling he is going to do something stupid to instigate Masen."

"So if he comes up to you and asks something stupid... Like, ask you out on a date or something... Just ignore him, okay? I don't want you to get hurt in their stupid fight!"
"Bella... I really don't know how you're going to take this... But I want you to know that I really have strong feelings for you," Edward said to me on the phone and I was stunned.
He gotta be kidding me!
How could he do this to me?
"I can't believe this shit... Do I even know you guys?" I said with disbelief, "Esme was so right about you... I'm glad she warned me that you're going to come up with something like this to get back at Masen!"
"Wh-What?" He said, "What are you talking about?"
"You know it really well what I am talking about..." I said.
"No, I don't!" He said.
"Don't you ever dare call me again!" I snapped and disconnected the call, and then I couldn't help my tears.
How could they both play with my feelings like this?
But... Enough!
I was never going to see their faces again!
I was so fucking done with them!
