MEMORANDUM

TO THE LOYAL, CHOSEN GUARD:

I trust that your travels through the southern conflict proceeded without major incident. With a coven or army leader located, recruited, and mobilized, now you must pull your hands away from this mission and allow our ally to enact their plans. If you have been abiding by all previous stipulations, you have fulfilled most of your duties of this mission. This next part requires, above all, patience. It also requires you to guide the hand we have selected to act in our stead.

Before our ally departs for the Cullen coven you are to gift them the hybrid and any other members of the guard that you deem useful. While our ally will provide for us an attack they must also receive our support in their defense. I do not desire for Alice Cullen to see what is coming for her, her mate, and her coven. Our ally is to be gifted as many individuals that can be spared.

Of course, as the enforcers of the law for the last two millennia, our mercy stretches farther than our trust. This individual must be given strict instruction. The guard that attends to this mission must be provided adequate means to protect themselves. This balancing act is necessary and will be the last of your crucial decisions for the time-being.

Our ally's mission is simple at its core, as it closely mirrors our main endeavor: eliminate Jasper Whitlock, retrieve Alice Cullen.

There are details and specifics to this goal, as always. If possible, the retrieval of Edward Cullen is encouraged; incentivize our ally by offering further reward for such a feat. The death of Bella Cullen will also be prized highly and rewarded handsomely. It is not required that they kill the rest, but they should do what they must when it comes to the life or death of the four Cullens named above.

Your current objective, besides guiding the hand of our ally and making our conditions clear, is to clean up any messes they might leave in their wake. Whatever discretion they employ in their native lands they must also use where they settle northward.

As long as they are dispatched successfully, consider this task complete. Once they have set out for an assault, I require a written missive, carefully documenting each event that has transpired, as well as an approximation of what we should expect henceforth.

Once I receive word, I will arrange additional assistance to stand ready for the transport of the newest gift, or gifts, retrieved for the guard. When our ally makes their first move against the Cullen coven, and after you have written a recollection of events and sent it off, then you may open your final letter.

The future lies in your hands. Do not let it slip through your fingers.
