Important Author Notes, please Read.
Hello everyone.
I'm back and I have a few things to say before we can begin to get back to the stories.
First of all, thank you to all of you who sent me PMs, Reviews, communicated in Discord or what not, you guys and your kind words helped me a lot while going through my grieve.
I'm still grieving and in pain, I think that's going be my reality for a very long time, but all of you guys and your words helped through it, I felt like I wasn't alone that I had people cheering for me and that gave me the strength to keep getting up in the morning and keep going.
It hard and still very pain, god... I have never hurt like this before, ome days hurt more than others and some day are worse as well, I miss my dad, he was my best friend my confidant.
Now that he's gone, my life has become some sort of gray, if that makes sense, my home is so quiet now, it feels empty and that hurts like hell.
But, I'm doing my best to hang in there and keep going forwards, for my sake and my father's, who no doubt, is watching over me, I want him to rest in peace and not to worry, so I have to stay strong.
But you guys are the best, thank you so much for being there for me when I needed someone to help me when I needed it the most, it meant the world to me and I will never forget this kindness guys.
Now, for an update of what's going on.
I now have my father's ashes with me, I'll be keeping them for a while but soon, I'll be planting a tree with his ashes, my dad didn't want to get buried, in his words "I don't want to be worm food" so instead, his ashes will bring life to a tree, one I can visit and watch grow.
I'm in the red now and I'll be in that financial situation for quite a while, but I refused to let my father stay in the Medical Examiner's for too long, so I hauled ass and tried to get the money I needed.
It was expensive, so I had to swallow my pried and ask my family for help, it hurt and it was hard, but if it was for my dad, I could take it.
It worked out in the end and I was able to get everything ready, but now I have to try and pay my family their money back as soon as possible, so my check is mostly going for that.
I can pull it off, but I will be tight and sometimes I might be short for my week and food, but thats just how it is and have to dea ll with it, I'm headed to some very hard times, but anything for my dad.
Right now I'm okay, hanging in there and have begun to write again, slowly but I'm getting back in my groove, I'll try to update at least twice a week, every three to four days, but if I'm a day late, I hope you guys don't mind.
This week it might take me a bit longer, I got sick last week, nasty cold that took me down, so I missed three days of work, I'm better but i'm still sick, so some days might be to hard for me to write until I get fully better.

Chapter 75.
Gangrel darkly laughed in glee as he watched Chrom and Robin begin to make their way towards him, however, his laughter was suddenly cut off, when both Chrom and Robin suddenly blurred out of sight, making the Mad King wildly look around for them.
He failed to find them however, that is until a group of Enhanced Risen in front of his castle, were suddenly cut to pieces, Gangrel immediately took a look but once again failed to see either Chrom or Robin, which only served to make him nervous.
More and more Enhanced Risen began to be cut down in a matter of seconds, but Gangrel was unable to see anything or anyone attacking his undead forces, all he caught sight off, is the Enhanced Risen dropping to the ground and bursting into pitch black smoke.
Each group taken down was closer and closer to the wall he was standing on and that made the Mad King finally panic, to him, the fact that he was unable to see Robin or Chrom move and take down his forces, became a point of panic to him.
He had seen that the Shepherds had become even more powerful, he still didn't know why nor how, but the Shepherds had become an even more powerful force and at first, he was pissed off about it.
But now that he was sitting duck, he was beginning to realized one thing, the Shepherds weren't here to play, or to humor him, no, they were here to for his head and when both Chrom and Robin blurred right in front of him, he unconsciously took a step back in both shock and fear.
He expected Chrom to try and stab Falchion into his gut, or for Robin to fry him with a Lightning Spell, instead, Chrom and Robin put away their swords and then stared at him with a cold and cruel looking stare.
Chrom suddenly raised his hands in front of him and began to cracked his fingers, "Robin, let's do that thing Rean told us about".
Robin smiled and he began to take off his gloves, "you mean Jump Gangrel? I believed Rean described it as 'giving someone and asskicking with a friend, right?".
Chrom grinned and nodded, "yeah, that! let's do that to Gangrel, the bastard deserves more than just getting killed in one strike... he has to pay for kidnapping Em".
Robin nodded and put his gloves inside one of the many pockets of his coat, "yes, the Mad King must be taught a lesson in humility, before we kill him off and free both Plegia and Ylisse from his dumb and toxic Madness".
Gangrel began to growl in anger, not only because he was made to feel afraid, but because they were making fun of him right to his face and that just pissed him off, "your the ones who look pathetic! clinging to each other won't save you maggots when the boot falls!".
Chrom actually chuckled finding Gangrel's words amusing, "your the one who's pathetic, always spewing your hate filled words and madness, but never noticing how much your affecting Plegia with your nonsense".
Robin nodded, "yes, your so pathetic, that even your forces are abandoning you, they rather betray their king, than having to fight a meaningless war.
You can call it whatever you want, but you started this war because of greed! and for that greed, you almost killed Emmeryn and for that, you will pay!".
Gangrel scowled in rage and madness at Robin, his eyes stared into Chrom's and Robin's with nothing but hate and bloodlust now, until he suddenly howled and launched himself at Robin, while swinging his Levin Sword towards the Grandmaster looking to kill him.
The Levin Sword sparked with Lighting as it swung down towards Robin, but he just calmly watched the magical Sword come down towards him and as the Levin Sword reached him, Robin suddenly and quickly slapped the blade to the side with his barehand.
The whole thing was so fast and abrupt, that Gangrel lost his balance and struggled not to fall to the ground face first, as he kept moving forward and to Robin's side, the unexpected parry, completely took Gangrel by surprise and he had no way to recover.
Though, it didn't matter, since Robin quickly grabbed the Mad King by the nape of his cape and pulled him towards him, Gangrel gasped in surprise and pain from his neck being choked.
However the pain he was feeling on his neck, was replaced by a worse pain, a pain caused by Robin suddenly elbowing his spine, Gangrel cried out in pain, only to be cut off by Chrom who suddenly punched him hard on the chin.
Gangrel's head whipped to the side with a grunt, Robin took advantage of the Mad King's unbalanced stance and grabbed his sword holding arm, the Grandmaster wasted not time in twisting it and breaking Gangrel's arm, forcing him to drop his Levin Sword.
Gangrel howled in pain and walked back while holding his destroyed arm, but Chrom didn't let him move away from them, the Great Lord pounced forward and dug his knee into Gangrel's gut, folding the Mad King over his knee.
Gangrel's eyes bulged as he gagged in pain, Robin twirled around Chorm and then jabbed an open palm strike towards the side of Gangrel's face, the Mad King found his head whipping to the side again, blood suddenly splattered from his ear.
Robin's open palm strike rapture his Eardrum, but the Mad King was shown no mercy nor a chance to catch his breath, for Chrom quickly spun around and lashed out with a spinning thrust kick to his chest, sending a screaming Gangrel flying away from Robin and Chrom.
The Mad King flew over the barrier on the high wall he was standing and then dropped all the way down the big wall of his castle with a loud and meaty thud and a horrible cracking sound echoed throughout the area soon after Gangrel collided back first onto the ground below.
Both Chrom and Robin looked down from the wall and stared at Gangrel as he layed on the ground with both legs twisted and barely breathing, he looked completely beat up from all the hits both the Grandmaster and Great Lord had given him.
Chrom glared down at the still alive Gangrel and then spoke up, "that actually felt fantastic, I have wanted to punch Gangrel in the face for so long now, especially after what almost happened to Em".
Robin nodded as he also glared at Gangrel, "me too, all of his words and the way he would laugh like a loon would always piss me off, I think everyone wanted to punch him at least once".
Chrom tighten his fist and gave Robin a nod of agreement, "yeah, but let go end this, I'm done with him and I rather not have to continue seeing his face anymore, just listening to his voice and nonsense made me sick".
Robin nodded and then quickly walked over to Gangrel's dropped Levin Sword and picked it up, "this might come in handy, or at least, it would prove to be a decent gift for Rean later".
Chrom smiled and watched as Robin then put the Levin Sword into one of the many pockets of his robes, pockets that had been Enchanted by Rean to have their own pocket expansion Enchantments.
With that done, Robin walked back to Chrom and then, both him and the Great Lord jumped down the castle wall to finally end Gangrel and put a stop to this meaningless war.
Gangrel found himself in a world of pain, never in his life did he thought, that he would be defeated like this, being beaten like a common thug was not the way the Mad King saw his end, nor did he think that he would be defeated so easily either.
Now, he found himself on the ground in front one of his Castle's wall and on the ground, broken and beaten, the Mad King looked up as he struggled to breath, the pain and the fact that his ribs were most likely broken, made it very difficult to breath.
As he looked up, he couldn't help but to glare at both Chrom and Robin, who had jumped down and somehow slowed their fall, allowing them both to land on the ground besides him, Gangrel would love nothing more than to curse them out, to yell all sorts of insults at both the Great Lord and Grandmaster.
But all that came out of his mouth, was a wet gurgle, Chrom looked down at the broke and defeated Mad King and shook his head in disappointment, "you know, we spent so long training and getting ready to fight you.
That now that I see you all broken and defeated on the ground, I can't help but be disappointed at how easy this was".
Robin nodded and then looked around the battlefield, "yes, looks like we over prepared, but then again, Rean wanted to make sure we were ready for whatever plan or plot you might had waiting for us.
Looks like in your arrogance, you really thought you could win against us and failed to fully prepare... did you believe that the Enhanced and Dragonoid Risen were enough to get you a victory?".
Gangrel could only glare and growled at Robin, who just rolled his eyes and then looked down towards him, "we gave you too much credit, your just a sad and pathetic man full of hate and greed.
A King who does not care about his people, who would betrayed them and treat them like cattle, to the point that your very men refused to fight for you and left you in the middle of war...".
Chrom nodded in agreement and took out Falchion as he looked down at Gangrel, "but this ends now, this war, your madness and your foolishness, peace will arrive to both Plegia and Ylisse, and there's nothing you can do about it, but lay there and die full of hatred".
Gangrel widen his eyes as he watched Chrom raised Falchion, he panicked and tired to move his body, but his injuries and the fact that his spine was shattered into so many pieces, meant, that he wasn't going anywhere.
So the Mad King could do nothing but to watch as Chrom stabbed Falchion down into his chest and as the blade dug all the way through his body, Gangrel could only glare at Chrom with all the hate he could muster, at least until he coughed up blood and then died.
Thus died that Mad King of Plegia, weak, broken and completely at the mercy of the young Prince, now Exalt of Ylisse and his Grandmaster.
Chrom pulled Falchion out of Gangrel's chest and then swung it to the side, cleaning off the blood from his blade, the Great Lord then turned his head towards Robin and gave him a grin, "well, that's that".
Robin smiled at Chrom and then gave him a thumbs up, "yeah, all that we have to do now, is clear up all these Risen before they spread out and cause more damage".
Chrom nodded and began to walk away from the dead body of the Mad King, "yeah, it's best we get rid of them, we need to rally with the others, have the Armies move out and create a permiter around the battlefield, we can't allowed any of these Risen to leave here still moving".
Before Robin could even answer, another voice suddenly piped up, "you don't have to worry about the Risen young Prince, my master has a another plan for them, one that I'm sure, you will find entertaining!".
Chrom and Robin widen their eyes and immediately turned around, only to see Aversa stabbed a pitch black needle, right into Gangrel's neck.
Both Chrom and Robin tried to rush towards Aversa and try to stop whatever she was doing, but they were stopped when Gangrel's body suddenly twitched and then burst out a massive pillar of darkness.
A massive shockwave spread out from Gangrel's body, forcing both Chrom and Robin to brace themselves, as they stared at the Pillar of Darkness rise up to the clouds.
Chrom frowned as he noticed Aversa waved at him as she sunk into the shadows and disappeared, "... that evil woman! just what did she do!?".
Robin shook his head and grunted as the shockwave picked up strength, "I don't know! but it's going to be big Chrom! get ready!".
I narrowed my eyes as I watched a massive pillar of Darkness raise towards the sky and engulf the battlefield in darkness, Both Tiona and Tione walked up to my side and frowned as they watched the Darkness spread out, Tiona then sighed and shook her head, "well, looks like you were right Rean, seems like there was a surprise waiting for us after all".
I nodded to my girlfriend, sure I knew that Grima was going to try something in this battle, I just didn't know what, now that I was seeing what the Fell Dragon prepared for the Shepherds, I can honestly say, that I'm glad that I had everyone train and prepare.
Tione turned her head towards me and then spoke up, "what's the plan?".
I looked down towards the battlefield and watched as all the Enhanced and Dragonoid Risen suddenly roared and turned into wisp of black energy, energy that instantly flew towards the pillar of darkness.
I frowned as the wisp of dark energy, coalesced into the pillar of darkness adding to the already violent and powerful darkness that was spewing into the area, "you both go and help the Armies retreat, this is far beyond them right now.
Also get Mew and Mewtwo to teleport the Plegian Soldiers that stayed here, no point on them becoming fodder for whatever is coming out of that Pillar of darkness, I'll go and help Chrom and Robin".
Tione and Tiona nodded, gave me a quick kiss each and then quickly left to gather the Armies and get them out of here, meanwhile I began to float up and then took off flying towards where Chrom and Robin were.
At the same time, some distance away, the robed green haired woman looked up at the sky, she frowned as she watched the event happen, "this feels like Grima's dark Energy... what is that insane Fell Dragon planning now?".
The robed woman shook her head and sighed in exasperation, she suddenly sensed Rean and immediately looked up towards him, the robed woman smiled as she watched him flying towards the pillar of darkness, "oh! Rean is going to deal with this already, that's great! now I don't have to worry about it and just make my way to him~".
With that said, the robed green haired woman took off running towards the battlefield, with an excited smile on her face.
Chrom and Robin continued to brace themselves, to avoid getting sent flying by the powerful shockwave generated by whatever was happening to the Mad King, suddenly, the pillar of darkness began to shrink on itself and create an Orb of pitch darkness around Gangrel.
Chrom narrowed his eyes at the Orb and couldn't help but grimace as he sensed the energy signature from inside, grow and grow, "this is bad... whatever Aversa did to Gangrel's corpse is creating something very powerful".
Robin grunted as a weight settle in his shoulders, he noticed that Chrom winced as well letting him know that the Great Lord felt the increased weight as well, the Grandmaster however, still gave Chrom a nod, "yes, this feel way worse that the Shadow Dragon.
It's getting as strong as a Floor Boss from the Labyrinth as well, give how the Orb is growing, I bet that whatever emerges from in there will be big as well".
Chrom clicked his tongue in annoyance as he watched the Orb of darkness pulsate as grow, "think we can handle it?".
Robin frowned and thought about their chances against whatever was inside the Orb, "... it's going to be tough, none of us have ever faced a Floor Boss in a small group.
It's always been a entire Shepherds unit sort of thing, with just the two of us, it's going to be very tough, still, I think we can manage it if we fight smart and keep an eye out for anymore surprises".
Chrom nodded and as the pressure and shockwave generated by the Orb of pitch black Darkness dissipated, he raised Falchion up and got into his stance ready to fight, Robin did the same, he reached into one of his cloak pockets and took out the sword that Rean made just for him.
An Enchanted swords forged with some of the feathers of Zapdos and thus, making it a sword capable of increasing the power of all Lighting elemental skills and spells, a sword made specifically for him, he had named this sword, Plasma Surge.
Suddenly, the Orb of pitch black Darkness exploded while something, a tall twelve foot creature, roared towards Chrom and Robin, forcing them to once again brace themselves from the shockwave generated by the creature's roar.
The monster stopped roaring a second later and then flexed its four muscular arms, Chrom looked at the creature created by Gangrel's dead body and whatever that Dark Spine that Aversa used, created.
Chrom frowned as he stared at the creature and watched it flex its four arms, the creature is tall, it's skin grayish black, it has four muscular arms and had red hair, just like tha mad king, the creature is massive and muscular as well.
Robin sighed as he stared at the creature as well, "great, given how muscular and bulky this thing is, it must be a physical attacker and a tank... were going to have to fight hard Chrom".
Chrom nodded in agreement, "were just going to have to hit him with everything we have".
"You won't have to fight it alone guys, I'll give you a hand against this thing".
Both Chrom and Robin looked up and smiled as they caught sight of Rean floating above them and staring at the creature before them, the Dragon God soon floated down and landed in front of Chrom and Robin.
I watched as the monster before Chrom and Robin flexed it's four arms, it looked a bit confused, as if it was getting used to having four arms or something like that, it was odd, plus this thing felt familiar, "okay, so, someone mind telling what happened? and what that this is?".
Robin stepped forward and then quickly began to explain while the creature was still busy, "belive it or not, that's Gangrel".
I raised an eyebrow as Robin told me who the creature really is, but I still let for Robin to continue explaining in peace, "we don't really understand what happened actually, we had just killed Gangrel and were getting ready to join the others.
When Aversa appeared out of nowhere and stabbed Gangrel's corpse with some sort of Black Spine, Gangrel's body was then engulfed in Dark Energies and began to draw in the Enhanced and Dragonoid Risen around the area and merged with them".
I nodded and looked over to the creature, "yes, I saw that part, I knew something was happening because that black pillar that shot up into the sky, but to think this is what's happening... Aversa huh?...".
If Aversa did this, then it means that Grima is behind this new event, the bastard must have planned this, when he saw that Gangrel's was going to lose the war quickly, the Fell Dragon must have thought to do one last thing to mess with us before cleaning his hands of Gangrel and his plans.
Still, this is new, that creature looks like a Risen but its obviously something far more than just a simple undead, you can feel the power rolling off of it, that thing is at least at a Heavenly Dragon Level, Chrom and Robin have become so much stronger, but even then, they're going to need help against this thing.
The Shepherds focused more on fighting as a unit during their training, it was something that was necessary for them to be able to traverse the Labyrinth, none of them are ready to go at it solo, they might be powerful, but they're still human.
They can't do the things a Supernatural being can, not yet anyways, they still need more preparation and training for each one of them to be able to fight beings of this creature's level on their own, but I'm here, so Robin and Chrom don't have to face this alone.
So I raised my hand and transformed Excalibur, from her Bracelet form, into her Tachi Form, "alright guys, let's the three of us put an end to this creature and this war".
Chrom smiled and nodded, "hah! Me, Rean and Robin fighting together! this thing has no chance against us three! the leaders of the Shepherds!".
Robin chuckled and shook his head in amusement, "ah, well, at the very least we can defeat thing quickly enough if we fight together... now that I think about it, we haven't teamed up against a powerful foe before huh?".
I grinned at both of my friends and then nodded, "that's true, but then again, all three of us ganging up on something and someone, is overkill, not that there's anything wrong with that of course".
Suddenly, the creature stopped flexing its arms and then roared as darkness gathered in its hands, the darkness soon coalesced into four weapons made out of pure pitch black Darkness, on the two lower hands, the creature wields a broad sword and a battle axe, on its upper arms,tit hold two spears, one on each hand.
Over all, it looked ready to face off against anything or anyone, if Chrom and Robin were their Canon selfs, there's was no way they would be able to face off against this monster, but now? both the Grandmaster and the Great Lord stood at my sides, narrowed their eyes and got ready for battle.
It honestly made me feel proud of them, of all the Shepherds, each and everyone of them have truly become strong, not just physically, but spiritually and mentally as well.
With that last thought running in my head, I raised Excalibur and got ready as well, just in time as well, because the creature suddenly rushed forward in a black colored blurr.
Chrom immediately ran forward and intercepted the four armed monster, the creature saw Chrom approach and immediately lashed out with his pitch black Battle axe, but Chrom dropped to the ground and rolled under the swing, the Battle Axe sailed above Chrom and missed him completely.
Chrom was actually able to both dodge the Battle axe swing and even roll between the monster's legs, while also swinging Falchion and cutting into the creature's massive legs.
The Monster roared in pain and lost its balance, it tried to recover, but Robin quickly clapped his hands together and then spread them open, creating a massive Spear of Lightning, the Grandmaster then raised the elemental construct and quickly threw it with a grunt.
The Lightning Spear sailed through the air with a loud buzzing sound and crashed against the creature's chest, Chrom immediately jumped to side as the creature was sent skidding back from the force behind Robin's Lightning Spear.
The Mgical Attack soon exploded engulfing the creature in an Orb of electricity, but the creature roared and jumped out of the Orb, it immediately rushed forward towards Robin as it landed back on the ground.
The creature reached Robin's location in a split second and stabbed both of his upper arms towards the Grandmaster, Robin jumped back avoiding the pitch black spears, both spears crashed on the spot Robin was standing a second ago.
But the monster immediately thrusted its pitch black sword towards Robin, luckly for Robin I moved quickly and appeared on front of the creature while quickly parrying its sword thrust to the side, sparks flew everywhere as Excalibur's edge was too sharp and strong for the creature's sword.
The weapon soon shattered as the creature was pushed to the side, but the monster immediately recovered and swung it Spear towards me in an attempt to hurt me or make me retreat.
Only for Chrom to blurred behind it with Falchion glowing with Golden Holy light, the creature had no time to move or block Chrom's next attack, so Falchion cut into one of its upper arms and cut it off, sending the arm flying to the side where it dissipated into black smoke before it could even land on the ground.
The creature was about to roar in pain, but Robin didn't let it, the Grandmaster immediately gathered a massive amount of Mana into the palm of his hand and then swung it forwards towards the creature's chest.
A massive green tornado launched from itself from Robin's hand and crashed against the creature full force, sending it flying back while being violently dragged by the magical tornado that was already cutting into its skin with its sharp winds.
The creature soon crashed against the castle walls and destroyed it, causing debris to fall on top of it and burying the creature underneath it, Chrom looked over and narrowed his eyes as he watched for movement, "do you guys think that's enough?".
I immediately shook my hand, "no, not even close, that thing was already healing as it as being dragged by Robin's Wind Spell".
Chrom clicked his tongue and then huffed in annoyance, "damn... it has a healing factor, this is getting very tedious now".
Robin suddenly grinned and then said, "maybe we should have Sumia punch it until it stops moving".
Chrom sweatdropped at Robin's comment and then gave him a dry look, "no one deserves that Robin... or did you forget what she did to that last boss we fought in the Labyrinth?".
Robi began to nervously sweat now, I couldn't help but chuckle in amusement, Tione and Tiona told me about this, apparently, sweet and caring Sumia got frustrated with the last boss that the Shepherds had to face before their training period was over.
According to the twins, the boss was a black tortoise with a high resistance to the elements and physical damage, at some point Sumia kinda snapped and what happened next, was her flipping the boss on the back of its shell and the her jumping on top of it, where she then began to punch the boss in its underbelly until Sumia cracked the shell, broke it and then stabbed her Spear into the boss's belly.
Yeah it was not a pretty sight, that ladies and gentlemen, is the future queen of Ylisse... I hope no one pisses her off, suddenly, the four armed monsters burst out of the debris and roared loudly into the sky.
Chrom, Robin and I, immediately got ready for the last push of this battle, but then, something unexpected happened, a robbed figure suddenly rushed past us and then, in a blink of an eye reached the monster and proceeded to blast it with a beam of Holy Mana.
The creature was not expecting it at all, and was blindsided as the beam engulf it and began to completely disintegrate it, all Robin, Chrom and I could do, was gaped at what had so unexpectedly happened, but inside my heart, something told me that something ridiculous is about to happened next and that was making me nervous as all hell now.
And Done.
