Scáthach stood in the middle of her training grounds, the morning sun casting a golden glow on her as she practiced with her spear. Her movements were fluid and precise, each strike hitting its mark with deadly accuracy. She was completely focused, her mind in perfect harmony with her body as she honed her skills.
Suddenly, the sound of footsteps broke her concentration, and she turned to see her mischievous wife, Medb, skipping towards her with a mischievous glint in her eye. Before Scáthach could react, Medb jumped in front of her, waving her hands in the air like a playful child.
"Look at me, Scáthach! I'm a warrior too!" Medb exclaimed, twirling around in a ridiculous attempt to mimic her wife's graceful movements.
Scáthach couldn't help but chuckle at Medb's antics, but she knew better than to let her guard down. Unfortunately, her warning came too late as Medb spun right into the path of Scáthach's spear, the sharp point lightly grazing her side.
In a comically slow motion, Medb let out a dramatic gasp, clutching her side as she stumbled backwards. She fell to the ground with a flourish, her hair splayed out behind her like a tragic heroine in a Korean drama. The cameras seemed to multiply, capturing every angle of Medb's exaggerated fall as if it were the climax of a blockbuster film.
As Medb lay on the ground, arms outstretched and eyes closed in mock agony, the opening notes of "You Are My Everything" by Gummy began to play, adding to the absurdity of the scene. Scáthach couldn't help but burst into laughter at her wife's over-the-top theatrics, shaking her head in exasperation even as tears of mirth streamed down her face.
Medb slowly opened her eyes and let out a melodramatic sigh, reaching out a trembling hand towards Scáthach. "My love, I fear this may be my final moment. Please, tell our children that I died in battle, a hero to the end," she whispered dramatically.
Scáthach rolled her eyes, unable to contain her laughter any longer. She reached out a hand to help Medb up, still chuckling at her wife's flair for the dramatic. As the song continued to play in the background, the two of them shared a moment of lightheartedness amidst the chaos of their daily lives. And although Medb may have been prone to theatrics, Scáthach knew that she wouldn't trade her mischievous wife for anything in the world.
