It was almost over. The IVL had already won, locking the Power Titans in the city limits of Los Andreas. Armin had to formulate a plot to win, but he did not want to risk innocent lives.
"Guys, there is only one thing left to do. That is surrender to the IVL." Armin told the group.
"Hell no!" Annie protested. "No way we are surrendering."
"Fighting on could cost too many innocent lives, so surrendering peacefully could shorten the war by a large margin, but we would have a chance to win." Armin gathered the group into their Rolls Royce Phantom, while Annie and her team took the Titan Truck. They headed to the Los Andreas City Hall where the villains were residing. When they entered the hall, there was a room with a wall of TV screens with a table in front of the screens. Mogul appeared on camera.
"Good, my lovelies." Mogul snarked. "Surrender all your gadgets on that table over there and get in the truck outside." Everyone surrendered their gadgets and got in the truck. The truck led to the shores which led to a boat that led to Mogul's private island. It was a tropical island with palm trees bearing tree fruits, monkeys that swung from the trees, and his own private estate built into a volcano. The volcano had not erupted for 50,000 years, but it could snap out of its sleep. There was a hot spring surrounding the volcano with hot, boiling water headed from the underground lava. Armin and the Power Titans began to cross the bridge.
"We do this quickly and quietly. No sudden movements." Armin was leading everyone across the bridge, when suddenly a huge sea serpent jumped from the water.
"SEA SERPENT!" Kelly screamed.
"Quiet!" Armin suggested. "Someone could hear us!" They continued into the volcano mansion and saw Mogul in his fabulous volcano estate, sitting on a leather chair fit for a king. He was sipping on his wine, watching his wall of TV screens with Queen Glasgow and Dante.
"Well, look who decided to show up." Dante laughed. "You're unarmed, unequipped, unmatched, so let me see you for who you truly are." Before he could do that, a motorcycle came crashing through the room. On it was a masked woman wearing a helmet with cat ears. The woman dressed in her black bodysuit took off her helmet, and it was the notorious thief known as Lyra Morgan. She pulled out her kunai and chain and strangled Dante.
"Bark like a dog, vile demon!" She said to Dante. "You're mine!" She choked Dante until his tongue turned black, killing him.
"Why don't we fight girl on girl?" Queen Glasgow requested. Levi came in for assistance.
"How about I join the party, eh?" Levi announced. Glasgow pulled out her scepter-sword, while Lyra wielded her knife and chain. They clashed sword to chain. Glasgow swung at Lyra vertically. Lyra blocked the attack. She rolled and high heel-kicked Glasgow in the face.
"Feisty, are we?" Glasgow taunted. "Take this!" Glasgow pulled out her golden SMG to fire at Lyra, but she disarmed Glasgow with her chain whip. Glasgow took out her scepter sword and broke Lyra's chain whip apart. She kicked Lyra down to the ground and took the knife from the chain.
"Get up, Lyra!" Annie told Lyra. Glasgow was repeatedly stabbing Lyra with the knife until Levi stepped in and used his laser eye gadget to turn Glasgow into ashes. He helped Lyra up.
"Get up." He lifted the injured Lyra on her two feet. When it all came down to Mogul, a familiar face appeared on the wall of screens.
"Mogul, I trusted you, and you let two of your comrades die?" The face on the screen was Gabi, who was wearing a black cloak with purple trim, as she was behind everything this whole time.
"GABI!" Armin was shocked. "You were behind this the entire time!"
"Exactly!" Gabi laughed. "Mogul was my puppet, same with Glasgow and Dante. They were people I gathered from Arcadia to form my evil alliance to continue what I started with Sasha, so Marley could grow inside Arcadia and we will have our revenge for the Rumbling."
"This was your plan?" Mogul gasped. He pulled out his gun and began to take the easy way out.
"I want no part in it. Goodbye!" He shot himself because had he not did that, he would have been killed for deserting Gabi or worse, killed by Lyra or Levi when he was left vulnerable.
"So guys?" Lyra explained. "Blow the base or keep it for us?"
"We keep it." Armin suggested. "We could harvest weapons and resources from it, exactly what we need to beat Gabi."
"I say Armin is right." Annie agreed. "We need all the help we can get. This is revenge for Sasha." The Power Titans decided unanimously to convert Mogul's old hideout into a Power Titans Stronghold. The final battle against Gabi awaits our heroes, and they must prepare for it.
