Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: Alright from here it's going to match the dialog now, as the rest of the story is finished from here. So this is going to cover the aftermath to Past And Present. And the following portion the end of Need. Only in Daniel's point of view, so here's the rest of the storyline now, from here. As this portion covers the opening of the beginning of the book, before they arrested the quartet and McKenzie and the next is on Need.
But if anyone noticed here in the continued references to the movie script of Sphere, the story is going to follow some of it, but changes in other areas. And this story on Sphere, is going to be book 3 of the 6 part series I'm creating. Basing it from now, to end of Season 5, and instead of dead, Daniel's going to be training to be a Q. And like season 6 showed, only 3 of the 22 episodes, has him with the trio, the others.
He's there at the SGA, Daniel's clone, turned twin brother ascended and Daniel is at the SGA, making his powers stronger. As the last episode unlocked his potential completely, though by doing that, everything that came with it. Starts coming out in visions, till they reach my other story, of the Past and Present series. Till the final shot results now here in the 5 years he spent, on board the enterprise, there in Antarctica.
With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one side of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.
The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.
This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.
As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.
This chapter will finish off this portion of the story-line, as the next two chapters and forward, cover chapter 2, going by the name. And of The Glory Of Tantulus, which covers things, from his going to the races and Tok'ra creation of the treaty. And his return to Shyla, before the following Chapters cover the the breakdowns of the trio and Carter, who's lost her ability to function mentally, out of desperation now.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 183: New Futures And Fresh Starts VI: Time's Arrow and Recovery VI
"Yeah triple whammy there, I knew you know better on that at the moment baby." Henderson said sternly to that and Daniel nodded in agreement. "Yeah exactly, we maybe the same rank, but you, Dr. Patterson. And mom are parental age, to my age group, so parent and as I would have said here. As my age group, barring unforeseen consequences here, was more polite, and she's being beyond rude." he said sternly to that and the quartet nodded and she went white.
And in fear at that. "You know for a Captain and being around the next age group up, you got a lousy attitude for a flyboy. Didn't you want to join NASA, in order to do that, you have to train in 0-grav climates, hence why we're down here. But if you can't handle the mental and physical rigors of life under water here. And you're never going to survive on a spaceship, and suffering space dementia." Henderson said sternly to her.
And she paled, realizing that's why she was there, to test her in the rigors of living in a habitat, the way it would like living in space on board a shapeship. "Daniel has been doing this so long, he can handle it, but we told you, again and again. He's never coming and you and the little bastard still won't drop it, but push me. And I will destroy your career, after you got arrested for reckless endangerment." Barnes said to and then said it then.
"But for someone who's worried about oxygen, you sure are using it up." he said sternly to her and she froze. "I know you're not with O.S.S.A, you're doing a good job of pretending, turning dials. And flipping switches, but you don't know one end of a rudder from the other. We're all counting on you like you know something about how to get us back safely, or even care." she said to him then and he said it with a stern tone,
"I know enough not to get killed down here, young lady, but do you." he said sternly to her then and she said it. "Good for you." she said and Barnes gives her a hard look. "Samantha, let me ask you a question, what exactly are your qualifications for being here?" he asked and she froze. "Guess." she said to him then. "Well, I mean Brandon chose Eric: a genius kid from the slums of L.A., in six years he had a Ph.D now."
"Brandon chose Ted: a whiz kid astrophysicist, he chose Danny: a whiz kid carrying 3 PH.D's in three different sciences necessary to handle work with our alien guest. He chosen Karen: a marine biologist carrying in an minor advanced medical training. There's me, I'm the safety officer, making sure everything's working correctly, every position is filled, which makes me wonder here." he said and she started shaking then.
Realizing she got caught, she came to try and talk him into coming back, but he was still refusing right now. "Why are you here? Are you the most qualified in your field, Carson must have thought so. Then again, the report's a few years old, maybe things have changed, are you the most qualified in your field, why you come here exactly." he said and she promptly left the room. "Got you." he said with a stern smile then and they smiled.
"Well that's one way to get her to knock it off, this is completely normal to us, but her, she's scared of being trapped in habitat." Levy said smiling sternly and she swallowed hard. "Yeah and now the question is where'd she go exactly." Daniel said and he nodded. "Yeah I know buddy, I know, and she breaks regs now, she's asking for the telling off from heck." he said, and Henderson nodded gently as they knew something was wrong then.
"The report came back in, Uncle Dave, Haden said that the weather was about to be so bad, it's going to be a white out, bordering on hurricane here. So you can't see anything outside right now, so we're back on it, after it dies down out there later." he said and Barnes nodded gently. "So back on it, in 10 days, back to the barracks then, alright, when are they coming to pick us up." he asked and he nodded as he answered him.
"That's 0730, tomorrow morning, so dinner and then a quick rest for the night, before we vacate in the morning and then pick up the research. In a week to 10 days after that right now, we're back at it, in 5 days starting after." he said to him then. "Alright, Queenie, set the clock, evacuation at 0730 tomorrow now, we're still on the diving barracks, but they're expecting a bad blow upstairs for 5 days, before resuming."
"So evacuation and then in 5 to 6 days, we're back on again now." he said and she nodded. "And that's a good reason to be completely irritated, because she just sabotaged our return to the surface, because she's desperate to protect herself. And get you back to the SGC, well if she and O'Neill wants a war over and they're going to get one, but they won't win." Walker said and Parker and Alexander nodded sternly in agreement and she went pale at that.
As Daniel removed his sweater jacket and changed into some pajamas then, as he heard Walker enter the room after a warm shower. "Barnes is wrong, you know." he said and Daniel nodded, as he took off his shoes. "You mean, wrong about the storm?" he asked, and he nodded. "No, about the sphere." he said and Daniel nodded. "What about the sphere?" he asked and he said it. "It's alive." he said and Daniel froze, before he came in through the door.
"Why do you say that, Eric?" he asked and he explained that to him. "There's something inside it." he said and Daniel nodded. "You figured out the way into it and before she can attempt anything, are trying to catch her in the act, if she also figured it out." he said and Eric nodded. "Exactly, but the sphere chooses what it will and won't reflect, and doesn't that seem like the actions of a conscious being to you?" he said to him gently.
"I also figured out the reason the men you saw ended up dead now, and there's the piece that Addams checked into, as they thought we were it ready for this. As it turns out Dustin, Sharon and Sam were right in their portrayal 2 years ago. So it's figuring out a different way to do this, that if I don't and we're all going to die down here, you know." he said gently and Daniel nodded, concerned, as they trained in being Jedi now then.
And now this was part of the training, in creating anything out of their brilliance of their own minds, them, Parker, Henderson, Alexander and Barnes. They could handle this, if all went well they could keep it, but Sam was just too young and irresponsible to handle that type of power now. "What?" he asked, he sat down across from him as they were bunked together, for the next 10 days now. "What?" he said again as he sat on his bed as he looked at him then gently.
"You see, it's curious: Ted did figure it out, time travel and when we get back, we're going to tell everyone, how it's possible, how it's done, what the dangers are. But why 50 years in the future when the spacecraft encounters a black hole does the computer call it an 'Unknown Entry Event.'. Why don't they know, if they don't know it means we never told anyone, and if we never told anyone it means we never made it back.
"Hence…, we die down here, just as a matter of deductive logic, Danny, but damn I know we're taking things slow here, but I wish I could get inside that sphere. But she if does anything stupid, I'm coming in after her, but I'll tell you this much. If she's only using this to scare you back there to the continental USA, to the SGC. I will do whatever it takes to protect you here and prevent it." he said and Daniel nodded gently.
"I know I understand, but hopefully this never follows piece by piece throughout the movie all the way through the trip down here." he said and Walker nodded. "Yeah, but come on, been a long day, we need to get some rest." he said and Daniel nodded, as he took his medicine, and curled up in bed as Walker watched him, concerned. 'Going to be okay baby, you're never going back, I guarantee that.' They heard gently to him then at that.
"And that ends that chapter, and now comes the big one, before we have the side effects landing on the table next. But we all meant it, you're not going back, you never going back, she's never going to win this war over you." Alexander said and the rest of the team nodded in agreement. "Just how stupid does she think we are here, that the first to crack it, has to be the one to head off jumping into it now." Parker said and Henderson and Barnes nodded in agreement then.
"Yeah there we go, we're making an alteration or two, but you knew my powers have some side effects, least of all when I'm ticked. So with that, pushed passed anger, in us Jedi. Is our powers cause something to jump off the floor, get thrown across the room. Disengages the intars safety switch, causing them to go off, or causes a body of water to explode now." Daniel said and they nodded in agreement, knowing that was a dangerous side effect in their eyes to their powers.
"I think that's what the Ninjetti powers cause, pushed passed the point of anger, our eye color get darker, because said spirit animal took control and it's their remarks in our voices. As they tend to possess things, and till something gets launched across the room here." Frank said and he nodded. "Exactly, and with that here in mind, knowing David is a wolf, he's a werewolf now, that the nickname is appropriate at the moment." he said and Amy chuckled as Yost smiled.
As he looked down with a gentle smile and she hugged him. "In which case we finally understand in what Ninjor and the woman playing Dulcea finally meant now. But without our animals we have no powers, without us, they turn into fully flesh and blood animals now. That it's a symbiotic relationship, everything we feel, they feel and vice versa here now. But as they taught us, to those that possess this power, anything is possible." Frank said and he nodded.
"At least you kept updated things and once you're retired, you can spend a summer training, and before Austin, Thuy, Nakia and Walter activate themselves, so there's the first comic." he said and they nodded. "And like I said to whoever created a robot pretending to be me now, you may look like me, but unless you have a master morpher, you ain't nothing, but a cheap copy. But you'll never be me, because it's not about power, it's about heart." he said to this then.
"And you proved it, 'I want to listen to my own heart talking, I need to count on myself instead', Amy is your heart, but you guys, are one mind, heart and soul now, and in two bodies now. When together you guys are like one, soulmates, she's your everything, and you to her." he said and he nodded smiling. "Like we said the Greatest Of All Time, that's us in a nutshell and frankly here, you're too much like me as it is, just 8 years older." he said and Daniel nodded gently.
"Well nobody could defeat me before, that why are they bothering to keep this up exactly, when drugged I can come up with 4 good ideas in an hour. But thinking straight, just stay out of my way, before I throw everything in my mental arsenal at you now." he said and he and Yost nodded, smiling. "Thanks for the update though, we really needed that, but knowing we're the exact look alike to your cousin and his friends, now it made sense." Austin said to him then.
"Yeah and in total honesty is after I graduated from the academy myself, I never saw one of you without the other, you're inseparable, but still you, just 8 years older." he said and they nodded smiling then at the news at that. "In which case for those of you that possess psychic powers control your temper, or you're going to throw something across the room. Or just destroy something when nobody got near it." Henderson said and the quintet nodded to the orders then.
"There's the reason everyone else uses stun weapons only now, just so no one gets hurt, if we lose our tempers enough to have them go off now. Our powers, out of loss of temper, get dangerous and our NFS peers know that." Nathan said and they nodded in agreement. "Yes that we knew about, and we knew when to keep you and the others calm, so you never. Now, destroy anything by accident now." Pulaski said and Will and Beverly nodded in agreement then.
"That should do it, we have the main guest starring members of this episode now, and that's the 5 of us, Queenie and Teenie now, Carter as the sole SGC officer involved. And the subject of the day in alien technology is the sphere, and this one is going to end on her jumping into it. Eric following her in, and closes on my announcement now, that we just had things switch out. And we're there for the duration, till the weather dies down upstairs now, as a result, as to that."
"Alright the episode is solely you focused, but the cover episode has Karen, Eric and me standing right behind you, with the sphere image of the habitat right below us. The ones you're closest to in the team are the trio and Queenie now, you have a close bond. And with the guys and Teeny now as well, and you see Rose, Dave and Derek as family, like I'm your uncle. You see them as an adopted mother and uncles as well, so that's all of us, just why exactly here."
"Would you leave this, you're married, and an expecting father at the moment, you have a job you love and you never felt stronger or more alive again. We been watching you, and the gentle smile in your eyes, that says you never felt better or stronger. You grew up in the sunlight and you're not a subterranean mole, you're a desert and water baby. You belong on the open water, not 30 floors underground." Henderson said and Daniel nodded in agreement and she paled.
"Issues in the job and what 11 months does to you, that while you been acting like my father. I have the quartet always at my side when it's our shift downstairs at the moment. We been doing this so often and I realized that I preferred this to being up top and water is better. Then being trapped 38 floors underground, at least here you can see the marine life now. Swimming by the windows here now, that how could I possibly go back to being stuck in that rat hole now."
"But once again, they refuse to accept my feelings, only their safety matters now." he said and Finnegan nodded. "Well if they want to protect themselves here, actually pay attention, but you want to know who is who, then they do the cataloguing, your job is getting cultural results. On the various country culture backgrounds we encounter, it's not to alert them here. They're about to be drugged, but they want that Intel, they do it." he said and she swallowed hard at remark.
"That's just the problem, they're convinced that why should they have to be the ones to catalogue her planets, easier and quicker, is the best way to go. But what's this say to you exactly Eric, Liam?" he asked and Finnegan nodded. "That says they've gone to the darkside in everyway you can say it, baby brother, so your opinion is exact. They see that actually doing this themselves is too hard, and want to use the quick and easy and hold you hostage to do it."
"But forget it, to us she's the enemy, the exact opposite to what we are right now, she's a Dark Jedi, bordering on Sith, we're Jedi, and see that the harder the training is, the risk. And the more our souls are protected here now." Walker said to him gently and she went white in fear, now realizing they're refusing to do it themselves. That to take time and effort to look into it was too hard and take the quick and easy, which was basically selling their souls to the devil for it.
"Less then a month with you guys, I never felt stronger or more clear headed, but if this is what Obi-wan felt like, when around you, his mentors, he was thinking straight here. That's the way I feel, so though you're training Nathan and Eric has me, Billy, and Jake right now. It's better this way, in order to control our tempers, we through everything we have into sparring now. Before meditation now." he said and Finnegan nodded, as Jake looked up at him and Walker then.
"Look baby, you're a Cub, and I'm 17 trapped in my adult body here, so trust me, in order to do this is don't hold it in, and we spar till every ounce of angered grief is drained." he said and the preteen nodded, as he hugged Daniel and he tightened his arms around him. And Nathan chuckled at that. "Love you too baby, but I'm never leaving you, I promise." he said and the boy nodded smiling, as he pressed his forehead to his and they closed their eyes and they smiled.
"There's wisdom far beyond your years and you're right son, the more you hold it in, the more damage it does, so just say what you really feel here." MacGregor said gently to him and Henderson nodded. "And that's just the problem, I could never say it, knowing she was quick to blame Shyla and the sarcophagus, so once you came to spring me. With your father's help, I could now unload everything I was thinking here, and they're now realizing the resentment."
"I felt towards them, by that I mean this now." he said and turning on the last exchange, before Hammond arrived and Daniel threw his new students to the SGC wolves. "Daniel, I. . . . Um, look, what I said on the planet, I didn't mean those things. I…" they heard Jack voice say to him, and he stepped in. "Didn't you, Jack?" Daniel interrupted, his voice tight. "You sounded pretty sincere to me." he said with a growl and he swallowed hard at that remark.
"No. I was angry, on edge. I don't know why, I just was, I'm sorry I said those things, Daniel, I wish I could take them all back, but I can't. I know you think that I don't respect you, but I do, I don't want you to leave SG-1, we need you on the team. You're too valuable for us to lose." he said and Daniel finally turned around to look at Jack and what he saw in the archeologist's eyes made his heart sink like a stone, as he answered him then.
"Valuable?" he said in a dangerously quiet, but firm voice then, firmly. "Respect? Was it respect you showed me every time you disregarded my input, ignored what I was saying, and told me to be quiet and do what you told me to. All the times you refused to believe me, refused even to consider what I was telling you, was that respect. Was it respect when you dismissed my claim that I'd been to an alternate reality."
"Thinking instead that I was delusional, were you being respectful when your first reaction to me telling you about the message Sha're sent through the ribbon device was to suggest that I'd imagined the whole thing and let's not forget. The Byrsa, Seth's cult now, where was your trust and respect for me. And then when I told you that I thought there was another way to solve the problem other than blowing it up."
"In the entire Gadmeer civilization to hell, you wouldn't even give me the chance to try, I had to go behind your back. And just about let myself get blown up in the process and then there's that whole situation on Euronda. When you ignored me, in everything I was trying to tell you, not even giving me the common courtesy. And of allowing me to state my concerns, instead, you insulted and belittled me repeatedly."
"Humiliating me and in front of an entire roomful of people, is that your idea of respect?!" he snapped at him then as each word cut through him then to that, of Daniel's bitter, angry words. Said were like lashes from a whip on Jack's soul, leaving raw, bleeding wounds, the last example cut deepest of all. As he started seeing that every action he took to get him incarcerated, only served to further the damage done till Daniel let loose with this.
And for persecuting him like this now, he was still ashamed by his actions on that occasion as not only did he treat Daniel terribly, he also made a colossal error in judgment. And because he was too stubborn and short-sighted to see past his damned military instincts. And look at the situation from Daniel's point of view as Daniel continued, his voice shaking. With repressed tears then angrily at him, as he looked ready to shove him back forcefully then in anger then.
Now seeing how far gone his anger at him really was, Hathor had finally destroyed him forever, the him he knew was gone, if he ever was that man. Had been effectively destroyed by Hathor in Daniel's eyes, and in his place was the man he'd been before Abydos. But to Daniel he wasn't that man at all now. "And what about Machello's little Goa'uld killers, Jack? You didn't even try to find out if there was some external force causing my hallucinations."
"Instead, you just accepted the belief that I was nuts and let McKenzie lock me up in that padded room, abandoning me there, leaving me alone, and scared, and fighting for my sanity. What that respect, Jack? Was that a display of how valuable I am to you?" he shouted at him then and Jack almost cried out from the pain caused by the archeologist's statement, of all the things he'd done to hurt Daniel, leaving his friend.
And in that mental facility had been the worst, for as long as he lived, he would never forgive himself for not pursuing every possible cause. for what was happening to his friend and leaving Daniel alone in that awful place. And what made it even worse was the knowledge that, if their positions had been reversed. Daniel would not have rested until he found out what was causing the illness, he would have instantly believed that something unknown and deadly was the cause.
And he would never have left Jack alone in that place unless he was going off to find the answers, to help his friend. 'Should have seen it coming you little bastard huh, Daniel is sick and tired of your cold hearted remarks here.' Henderson said sternly to that as Daniel went further. "How can you stand there and say that I'm valuable to you when you're rarely willing to accept, my advice or recommendations without acting like you're pissed about it."
"It's become abundantly clear to me that my knowledge and skills are of no value to you except for my ability to kill the enemy." He said and Jack swallowed hard then, now realizing how screwed they all were now, Daniel had been sick of him. And his behavior since Hathor came into the picture, he gave him chance. After chance, to drop it, and he still wouldn't leave it alone, that it was, to everyone else but him and Sam, abundantly clear here now.
In why he decided to leave at the time now, because he wasn't doing a thing for them now. "When I try to explain something to you, you turn a deaf ear, when I attempt to reason things out. That you have no patience to let me work. You'd rather I be a good, obedient soldier who does nothing but follow orders than a thinking, feeling human being who only wants to do what's right!" he snapped at him and he tried to say it quickly.
"Daniel, that's not true! I—" he started to say and he shouted it at him then firmly now "Shut up! Just shut up!" Daniel screamed, his chest heaving, and he went further in anger at him finally then at that. "When was the last time you told me that I'd done a good job? When was the last time you really appreciated my abilities as an archeologist and a linguist and when, Jack, when did you ever tell me that you valued my friendship."
"That you actually gave a damn about me, where was that so called friendship every time you hurt me with your words, with your lack of respect." he snapped at him and Jack swallowed, never thinking everything he was saying, was pushing him closer. And closer to the edge and till he finally threw every resentful, hated remark at him he felt at him. And at the time, Daniel always forgave him, only now, the forgiveness was through, what Jack had done.
It destroyed what he accomplished for 20 years. "And trust, and faith in me, I nearly died, Jack, from having to pull my training in theology and you are sitting there, thinking I tried to commit suicide. Did it ever cross your mind, I just to perform a blood ritual version of an exorcism, and you say that. That is exactly what a man, one on the edge of giving up, after his childhood best friend just stabbed him in the back, again!"
"In truth wants to hear!" he screamed at him and Jack staggered back at that as if Daniel had physically struck him then. "Yeah now he's realizing it here now, miss him, what's there to miss exactly, all the salty insults. And the illogical arguments, the fact he never uses his head for anything, they're treating you like a traitor. And all the while trying to break your fealty, to Egeria, and convert you to Hathor, would anyone miss that." Barnes said and he went white.
And certain that, that if he looked down at his chest, he'd see a knife sticking out of his heart, as Daniel's last hate filled words had cut past every last one of his defenses. And pierced straight into his soul, he felt like the worse kind of slime, Daniel was right. He wasn't a friend, as nobody would hurt a friend like he'd hurt Daniel, as Daniel glared at Jack. And seeing the man's face turn white, anguish filling his eyes, he threw the final remark to say their friendship was over.
"I've had it, Jack. I've had enough. I'm tired of being verbally beaten up, of being ignored, ridiculed, insulted and made to feel like I'm worthless. So, just get the hell out of my office and out of my life!" he growled at him angrily then and Jack felt his heart shatter into a million pieces as he realized that no amount of words. Were going to fix what he had done here the last two years, he had destroyed his friendship with Daniel, overwhelmed.
And by the grief and guilt. "Yeah that's a very good reason to see this as you're enemies, not friends anymore and they did this to themselves by not dropping it when they had the chance. But Carter is even more cold blooded, after Dustin caught on to what she had in mind. But as I said, she finally just snapped by making that choice, she's a certifiable whackjob. Who deserves nothing else, but being stuck in there for life, by killing two people." Barnes said to this sternly.
"I know, and that's exactly the problem in her eyes, she's thinking no anyone I love and care about and they can get me back over there. Before they try and convince you, as the brass, that being in the Navy is just not for me, I'm better off with the flyboys. But no, not after the way they treated me the last two years, since Hathor came into the picture. They can take that opinion, and shove it where the sun don't shine." he said and they went white in fear then.
And at his remark, now realizing as far as he was concerned they could go to hell for all he cared, there was no way he was ever coming back, not after what he and Makepeace had done. And her, Johnson, McKenzie and Frasier's hands in it, to him they weren't his friends, and he had given them chance after chance to let it go, and they still wouldn't. As far as he was concerned, he didn't owe them anything, they were the traitors they deserved everything they get here.
In the job and should have gotten more then, if they never exercised common sense, in anthropology missions, then they deserved everything they get. As it wasn't his job to warn them, and his fellow archeologists with him now. "If she thinks that, they let her out too soon, but they want that information they handle it, why do they need you. They should be the one cataloguing these planets, and they did say their version is military ran, civilian assisted."
"That why do they need you exactly, they want that information they do it themselves." Jamison said sternly and Davidson nodded in agreement then and they all went white as a ghost. In fear then, realizing even after 1 year, if they kept it up, they were facing being locked up. But no him, they were never going to survive this, they needed him there at the SGC for good. But it didn't matter what they said, in the eyes of the brass, the decision was final in his staying.
And there at the SGA. "We get it buddy, we get it, and there is absolutely no way we're letting them have you, but they want a war over you and we're going to give them one now." Walker said gently, squeezing his shoulder and Parker nodded. "And the more they press the subject the more they're staying in those jail cells, the decision is final. But you keep getting sick and that's only more evidence here, that they damaged you both physically and emotionally for life now."
"Yeesh right now, just how stupid does she think we are, not to realize if begging never works, she's going to try and scare you back over there exactly." Alexander asked and he nodded. "I know and with that in mind right now, is you're recovering true, but if even after 11 months. And you still get sick from the mere thought of returning, that just says you're in no condition to be returning, whatsoever." Henderson said and they all went white in fear at that remark then.
"Agreed, if he keeps getting sick at the mere thought of being around them, there is no chance at all of his recovery, they did enough damage. He's never going to get over that, and no matter how hard they try, he's never coming back ever again. Except in emergencies, and only emergencies now in truth here." Pulaski said sternly and they nodded sternly at the news, as they watched it then, knowing he was in deep sleep, before the alarm suddenly started going.
Hearing the alarm going off all over the habitat, he charged out of his room. "Queenie, what's wrong?" he asked and Fletcher quickly said it to him. "I'm not sure, ask the commander." she said and he nodded. "Where is he?" he asked and she quickly said it then. "Video feed room." she said and he nodded, and charged into the radio room then, as he joined Barnes and Henderson in the video room. "What's going on?" he asked and he said it firmly in confusion.
"I don't know, Danny, you tell me." he said and Daniel looked at the monitor then. "What the hell, Eric what are you doing over there." he said in shock then, and then remembered their conversation the night before. "You wanted to go in, you said we're going to protect me, prevent my going back there. My brother, my mentor, we're family in everything but blood, that the Sith are not taking me away from you." he said softly at that news.
"I know why he's up there, that 1) he said wanted to go inside it, as he figured out the key, and 2, and more importantly. Uncle Dave, he's going to intercept her, he said that he and Karen had a plan to prevent them from scaring me back to the SGC. That's why he's up there, the powers under a skilled Jedi are enabled where you can. In truth, use them protect, but he figured it out, and he wanted to go inside the sphere, right now."
"But Carter, check her quarters!" he said and Barnes punches up an image on the monitors and saw an empty bed then, and nodded sternly as Daniel explained this to him and Henderson. "That's what I thought, he told me last night, he figured out the way in, and was hoping she never tried any stupid stunts. The fact he's at the ship just underlined that remark, he went to intercept her and he's protecting me, and from whatever."
"In truth it is that they plan to do to this time, but there's why he's there, he figured out how to get in, she already realized it, and figured if begging me to come back. Now, doesn't work, is by killing off the entire team, she finally just snapped here at the moment, trying to make this out now. If she was on the radio with Jack, they decided to try something else and then after something happens in a whatever."
"They can claim that being a Seal is just not for me, I'm better off in the Air Force, that we need to reprogram those explosives: Authorized personnel only." he said and Barnes nodded as he punched the room holding the sphere. "Inside the sphere, there it is, he's at the ship." Henderson said to him then. "Exactly, and he's about to use the said powers of the sphere, as a way to start screwing with her head now, she's still convinced here."
"That she needs me to make sure she never walks back in there, but the fact my refusal to come back means nothing. And he and Karen are taking the forward approach, and start screwing with her head and till you and Uncle Jake. Now have her committed for both attempted multiple murder and destruction here. And of government property with 150,000 people on board here." he said and they nodded.
As they saw Walker in his diving suit inside the spacecraft as he approaches the sphere. "So he decided to use this as a way to have her committed for attempted murder. And a schizophrenic breakdown, as we all know, they're still convinced here. That 1) you're a traitor, and trying to convert you to Hathor and 2) they need you. Just to protect themselves, as he and Karen start screwing with her head, before we do the reset."
"And erase you from their team and put your twin in your place." Barnes said and he nodded and Henderson and Levy nodded sternly. "Nice thinking you two, protect our next youngest, by getting the resident crackpot off this ship. Her temper and fears are bomb waiting to go off, and one we're not letting to be armed and primed here." Levy said then and Barnes and Henderson nodded in stern agreement as he slammed his hand.
"Agreed, and Eric, you read me?" Henderson said, pressing the radio button and knew he nodded, as he answered him then quickly, as he arrived at the sphere then. "Yeah Brandon, Daniel if you figured it out, yeah I saw her trying to leave un-noticed. And followed her, looks like she decided if begging never works, it's trying. Now to scare you back to the continental USA right now, and Karen and I have a plan here for this now."
"And one that insures, with her record after you realized it, the only way to drag him back is destroying any ties he has else where, is start screwing with her head." he said and Henderson nodded. "He told you I take it, that he was planning to do this now, and you chose now to tell us, alright that's fine right now. So you're off the hook, but that girl is asking for the reprimand from hell, I'm her commander." Barnes said to this then.
As they watched as Walker approaches the Sphere, unlike before, his image is now reflected in the luminous surface, Eric smiles then his image revolves, faster and faster. His grin growing wider and wider, finally then, was that his reflection isn't there and neither was Walker. "Whoa." Daniel said in amazement then and they nodded. "Holy crap!" he said and Henderson nodded. "Oh, my God, did he go inside?" he said and Barnes shrugged as he answered him then.
"I don't know, I don't think he went inside." he said and Henderson nodded. "Well, what the hell's going on, he didn't just disappear." he said to him then and he tried to figure this out. "I don't know, I don't think he disappeared, I think it's a glitch in the video, Queenie, I need a little help up here, but can we get a playback on that?" he said to her then and she nodded. "Playback coming to you now." she said and he looked at Daniel.
"Damn drugs, the one time I need to be alert, and now the diazepam results in putting me out till 0500 this morning. I can't take the chance of unilateral mistakes, and not with my ex team mate on board the habitat. I shouldn't have taken it last night, if I hadn't, I would have headed it off, before Eric jumped in after her!" he said angrily, slamming his hand on the desk and Barnes nodded in understanding as he tried to get him.
Then to calm down, before he accidentally caused the computer to short circuit out of his anger then. "Alright, alright calm down baby, nobody blames you, this is not your fault, but they just proved your point, they gone to the darkside on us. Chose the path to evil, simply because they're refusing to do everything themselves here." Levy said and Jack swallowed hard, realizing it didn't matter what they said, no matter how much they denied it.
They weren't evil or going to the darkside, but to the SGA, they were evil, they went to the darkside on them here, and simply because they refused to do it themselves. And were refusing to leave Daniel his new life. "I think they got the message here, that it doesn't matter how much they deny it that they gone to the darkside or are completely evil. The fact that they're refusing to do it themselves, as they see it as too hard, this is not your job, it's not your job now."
"Our job, to tell them they're about to be drugged, nor is telemetry our job, we're paid to deliver Intel on the cultures." MacGregor said to him and he nodded. "We know, but they still won't leave us alone about this, him especially, it doesn't matter how much we say it. They're convinced, that is our job." Parker said and he nodded, as he looked between him, to Daniel and Balinsky. "That's their psychosis baby, they're sick and dangerous." Matheson said to him gently.
"Agreed, they're sick and dangerous, they always had been, not your job, it never was, boys." Henderson said sternly and they swallowed hard. "But your prescriptions have some side effects, and not fully alert is one of them. But in the middle of an emergency now we get it, but we're going in after them, where are Karen and Ted?" She asked and he shook his head with a sigh. "I don't know, the alarms woke me up." he said and they nodded.
"Well it just got worse, the blow back upstairs for the personnel swap, just got timed out, I'm not getting an image on the sub." Fletcher said in response to him then and the remark and Daniel nodded sternly. "That's it then, we're stuck and she once again, is the cause, I just can't get a break from this crap, everytime I think it's over. They start again on me, but they ruined the night for me, after coming on my birthday here."
"But this is too much now, if I have to have her convicted in the same way on my vision, well then so be it." he said and she went white in fear, realizing he was keeping to that decision for this. "I know you told us about that too, but she and O'Neill are the enemy, as is Makepeace and Johnson, Maybourne especially now. But you're a Seal, not a Flyboy, this is where you belong, baby." Fletcher said to him then at that then.
"Yeah baby, you're 39, I'm 34, so baby brother to you, Ted and Teeny now." he said and she nodded as she hugged him tightly. "But there's where trust and friendship gets you, it's only been 11 days, and so far we been gone close to a month and in that month. We became the best of friends and were seeing each other as family now." Cam said smiling and he, Teal'C and Vala nodded. "Yeah I never felt more at home with you." Vala said and he and Daniel smiled.
"And now we're acting like a team, nobody sees us one without the other here now." Teal'C said smiling and Henderson chuckled then. "Though in the early stages, you never felt more alive, the light in your eyes is showing again, there's the you we know again." Thomas said smiling and he nodded. "Yeah this is the me you know, and 1 month acting my rank and everyone calls me commander now, as I'm a skilled soldier here now." he said and Barnes nodded, smiling.
"And with that, she's just crossed the line and is getting court martialed for this." Barnes said sternly to this then and she broke out in sweat at that, realizing she was being arrested and committed back to the hospital. "That's just great, we were supposed to pick this up after the storm died down and now. We're stuck for the duration right now, alright, alright, Queenie, tell them to call it off here, we're not leaving without the duo right now."
"But I need to get the duo out of the ship and I have to find Karen and Ted right now as well, making sure we have everyone, before we leave right now." he said and Barnes nodded in agreement to that. "Sam, when you wake up, you are in big trouble for this, when I get my hands on you, this is exactly the reason, I quit working at the SGC." Daniel said sternly to this then. "We just missed our flight." Henderson said sternly to this.
"Agreed here, nobody is going anywhere, till we have everyone in the team now, but that's impossible. As I just got a cable in my quarters, they'll be here in 25 minutes or less!" Barnes said to her then and she nodded. "The only logical explanation is that the sub is still at the surface." She said to him then. "Is it also logically possible your sonar is messed up?" he asked her, feeling his irritation growing by the minute, now seeing then.
In why Daniel never wanted to be near this woman, as everywhere she and Jack O'neill went, and the trouble always followed as Henderson said it gently to them. Just to get them to calm down then, now knowing Daniel was irritated with her for this. And while Barnes was trying to control their safety with 9 members of the team, keeping track. And of 7 members of the team, and the resident outsider, was turning into a full time chore then, and Daniel just came too.
From the sedatives he put him on, so he can sleep through the night. "Let's just calm down, all right, he didn't just disappear, we are not going to leave them." he said to that and Daniel took a deep breath. "You got that right, we're not going anywhere without them, and she just screwed up our trip back upstairs. That we are not going back up, without her, because she's facing court martial." Barnes said sternly as he exchanged looks then.
And with Daniel and he nodded, as he slammed his hand on the communications. "Karen, Ted, you read me?" he asked and they heard it immediately. "It's okay Daniel, Eric told me he considered she was going to try this, we're coming with you." Parker said to him then and he nodded, as he answered her. "Well he managed to zap himself in there as well, but we need added help here." he said and knew she nodded. "Got it." she said and he nodded.
"Yeah alright I need you to meet us, Uncle Brandon and me, in the changing room, we're going in after them. But just keep your eyes averted, from looking directly at it right now." he said and said it to Fletcher. "Queenie, I want you to turn on the life signs detector on your terminal and tell the boss upstairs. We're stuck for the duration, our guest jumped in without telling us she was testing it out, and did it now, so tell him."
"Tell him that we're here for the duration, I'm working security duty here for a while." he said and she nodded in understanding then. "Uncle Dave, you have the com and feed, so you can watch us from here, but this is my responsibility. In where she's concerned, it's the damn situation with Pyrus and La Rochelle all over again." he said and Barnes nodded, knowing he was going to kill her vocally when she woke up as a result then finally.
And as Daniel had quit for exactly this reason now and as he and Henderson charged up to the changing room and they got ready and changed and headed for the ship as Barnes was watching the monitor. "Sir, still no reading on the sub." she said and he said it in aggravation. "Forget the god damn sonar, Queenie, just tell them, we have two members of the team unconscious and we're going to get them." he said and she nodded to the orders.
As they arrived at the room carrying the sphere then, before Walker appeared in front of them, followed by Sam. "What the hell?" Henderson said and Daniel said it then, as he crouched next to his mentor to check him out then, concerned at that. "Eric, Eric, Eric, can you hear me." he said, checking his pulse. "She's the same here." Henderson said sternly and he nodded and Barnes said it gently then. "Daniel, are they alive?" he asked and he said it.
"Uncle Dave, we have a problem, they're both out cold, pulse is normal, all their vitals are normal…, but I don't get it, Eric, wake up, come on?" he said, concerned, praying his best friend and mentor woke up now, since he took him under his wing. Was he and Walker had developed a beyond deep bond and he was scared to lose him too now. Before Barnes could answer the lights suddenly went out as the screens went off then at he said it quickly then.
"Daniel, Daniel you read me." he said as Fletcher quickly said it in shock then. "Hello. Hello!" she said quickly, as the power came back on, and he checked the power then. "Brandon, can you hear me, we lost video here, can you hear me, Brandon?" he said and then sighed in exasperation. "Yeah, yeah I read you Dave, what's wrong now exactly, if you needed to call me here!" he asked and he sighed in relief as he answered him then.
"They got the message, and the weather knocked out the power upstairs for a bit, so we're on our own here for the duration right now." he said and he nodded. "Alright starting now I'm in charge here, so I want you to lock security codes, to you. Me, Daniel, Eric, when he wakes up, Karen, Ted, Queenie and Teeny and us only. The newbie is locked out of the system starting now, okay." he said and Barnes nodded.
"Teeny get up here, I need your help, in security procedures right now." he said and she nodded to the orders, as she went to him, and he looked at the camera. "Queenie, lock up the wetpool and till we deal with the repeated drop offs, the video tapes now. When she and Eric wake up, because the only dangerous one on board the ship. When in the 9 of us is Carter, starting now, she's the Lieutenant Carter I told you about here now."
"But she's red security clearance, the rest of us are purple, so I want those explosives rigged to authorized personnel. If she starts suffer space dementia, though she is, and Brand's calling a psychotic break from reality here. As she's desperate to protect herself, though the reason is she's thinking she needs him. So she never walks back in there, this is why he's still refusing." he said and sighed in aggravation as he said it then.
"Well, that tears it." he said to her then. "What, sir?" Fletcher asked and he explained that to her then. "We're on internal power." he said to her and she looked at the camera then. "I don't follow you." she said and he explained that to her. "They cut us loose, Queenie, for some reason the sub turned back, so break out your five-day deodorant pads. As we're here for the duration." he said, before 25 minutes later, the quartet came back at that then.
And he and Renfro helped get them back on board, before bringing them into the medical bay that was in the habitat then, as Parker ran Walker's vitals, as she looked at him. "Everything's normal." she said, and Renfro nodded, as she wrote his vitals and Alexander and Daniel came in then beyond concerned. "What's going on, is he all right?" Alexander asked and Renfro nodded gently to him. "Yeah, she's the same." he said and he nodded then to her at that.
"Is it true, did she go inside?" he asked and then sighed then. "He and I talked it over last night, he realized that it chooses what it will and won't reflect. Before realizing this is the same as when Liam encouraged Jake to open up, so he can focus. I realized it then, unlock a door in your head, you unlock the way into the sphere." Daniel said and he nodded in understanding. "I get it, but before any of us…" He said and she nodded then.
"Agreed, before any of us jump in, it's going to take several hours for him to wake up, but the first signal of trouble is likely going to be her. Instead of him, as none of us are likely to attack a team mate here, and the power went out. So thank god you told us to avert our eyes, or none of us is going to remember even going in." she said to him and he looked at his best friend, concerned then as he said it gently at that in response then.
"God man wake up soon, I need you buddy." he said softly and she sighed. "He's asleep, Ted." she said and he nodded. "I can't believe she went inside, and she didn't say anything, there's no door, no entry, how did she get in?" he asked and Daniel answered that. "It's like how Jedi, before they realize they are Jedi do it, just focus and the first thing is protecting themselves, but unlock a door in your head, you unlock it."
"In a way to get in there right now." he said and they both nodded gently then, before a few minutes later they heard Henderson say it then. "Can I have your attention, please." he said and they, Levy and Fletcher froze at that as they listened to his announcement. "We've lost contact with the surface, the habitat is now operating solely under internal power. We have plenty of food, oxygen and fresh water to sustain us until the storm is over."
"And we reestablish contact with the surface, but until that time, this mission is subject to emergency authority under my command." he said and they nodded. "Well that's it, we're stuck down here now, all because she's refusing to do this by herself. She's not killing off our entire team to drag you back, but I checked that fuel tank on the damn thing, there's a tank of liquid nitrogen on board that ship, it gets destroyed."
"Once it explodes, it's going to destroy the ship and destroy everything in 100 yard radius of it.." Alexander said sternly to him and he nodded in shock then. "That's it, she just sabotaged our return to the surface, just so she can try here. And destroy your happiness, well whatever Eric decided, I'm going along with it now. Just so we can get rid of her, but she's going down, but she's not taking you with her in my eyes."
"I'm doing whatever it takes to get rid of her starting now, as she barely killed you three times in 3 years right now. To me she's the enemy, and a Sith trying to destroy your soul, she can't have you. But she wants a fight over you, the 11 of us are going to give her one starting now." Parker said sternly then and he nodded gently to her as she hugged him and he tightened his arms around her and Sam went pale, now realizing then.
To them, she was the enemy, and she was a demon enchantress, trying to destroy his soul, and they were doing whatever was necessary to protect him. "I think that says everything that needs to be said here, being as to us, since you delivered that bombshell. In our eyes, she was corrupted and twisted by anger and fear, and in our eyes, she was trying to destroy you. But in her's, she thinks that we brainwashed you now." Henderson said sternly and he nodded then.
"That's exactly what she thinks, all the good wholesome food you been giving me is drugged, and you brainwashed me, in her eyes, Sarah, the girls, Vala, corrupted me. And she's here to break the connection and get the me she once knew back, but in your's now. She's trying to destroy me, and you're not going to let her, whatsoever here." he said and Barnes nodded in agreement. "Our job to protect you here." he said and she swallowed hard then in fear to that.
