"I… I don't know what you are talking about," said Apple.

"Back when you were six and went with you mom to Camelot," said Briar, narrowing her eyes and staring so hard at the blonde that Apple couldn't help but break out into a cold sweat.

"After you came back she was all you could talk about for months," she said.

"We became friends," said Apple.

"You had a picture of you two in a heart shaped picture frame resting on your nightstand for years afterwards till it finally broke to the point you couldn't tape it back together," said Briar.

"Alright, fine," said Apple, throwing her hands up in defeat.

"I did and still do have a crush on her but it's not like that matters now anyway," she said.

"How can you be so sure?" asked Briar.

"Raven obviously doesn't remember back then since she hasn't said anything, and we're different people from when we were little kids," said Apple.

"Is that all?" asked Briar.

"Wha… what if she doesn't like girls and I just ruin the new friendship we have created?" asked Apple.

"I don't think she's the type to care so much," said Briar.

"Maybe, but…," said the blonde before being cut off.

"Look, the only way for you to really know is to talk to Raven, that's the only way anyone can ever find out if they have a chance with the one they love," said Briar.

"You're right, I need to just talk to her," said Apple with a sigh after a minute of thought.

"Okay, now let's go find her, she was chasing after you when you left the grimmnasium earlier," said Briar.

"She was?" asked Apple.

"Yeah, and I wonder how she lost sight of you so easily," said Briar.

"I ducked into this room kind of quickly after rounding a corner," said Apple as they walked out into the hall.

"So if she was still around the corner when I did that then it makes since that she would lose track of me," she said.
