Chapter 1. Giorno the Seconds worse day of his life, and the all-out Revolution of the USG.

The Destruction of Triple Tower of Gensokyo City and a new threat for all of the Elemental Nations.

Giorno Giovanno the Second was sitting on the desk of his late Grandfather Naruto Ayanami, as Giorno then looked at a picture of his grandfather and spoke. "What would you be doing in my position, Grandpa." he said to the picture of his grandfather while touching it.

He then got up from his chair and walked to the balcony to see the city of Gensokyo as it was so beautiful early in the morning as it was going to be noon soon, he then placed his arms on the railing of the Balcony while drinking some Coffee.

But then Giorno then Noticed something, as he spots an Object flying towards the Triple towers of Gensokyo city, Giorno then saw it was a Level 2 Missile's heading to the triple Towers.

While People from the streets began to look at the Barrage's of Missiles hitting The Triple Towers which were connected In Triangle bridge between the three Towers.

As the other Missiles hit the other buildings of the city in total 50 buildings were hit including Governmental Buildings and Civilians too.

Giorno then saw the Missile coming to his building he used his Stand Golden Experience to divert the Missile away.

While many of city defense of Anti Missiles were used and shot the other half of a Second wave of Missiles coming their way.

The Triple Towers of Gensokyo was barely standing as Smoke was coming out of the upper floors, as Sirens rang throughout the city, while Police and fire fighters were trying to put out the fire from the buildings who were hit and were also rescuing people around the clock.

Giorno then ran to his Phone and said. "Call all Heads of State and get me that Bastard who Fired those Missiles!" He shouted to his secretary.

He said to the line and put down the Phone, as he looked out of his Balcony to see his city burning to the ground as he thought 'Grandfather please forgive me, for I have failed on protecting your legacy.' as he continues to watch.

Pov of Jotaro Kujoh and his wife Cirno Ayanami.

Jotaro and Cirno were walking through the city of Gensokyo as they saw Missiles, Jotaro then spoke. "Crino did the Military conduct any Drills, I heard there that there won't be." Jotaro said to Cirno.

"No, I just met up with Marisa who had said that there won't be any drill nor parade, as she said that the Military were going to retire the Missiles because of all the peace and no war going on." Cirno said to her Husband.

Then they saw Missiles the began to hit the buildings and exploding, as people ducked from the incoming rubble caused by the Explosion.

Everybody began to panic and run for their lives, as the buildings of the city began to fall Jotaro and Cirno looked at each other and nodded to each other.

As they began to do everything in their power to help as many people they can, while Cirno froze the burning buildings from the fleeing people who escaping from the building's.

While Cirno had learned to fly as it was being taught in her father's notes of Ki while making Six ice shards on her back to activate her Ice Jutsu and began to freeze down the fires helping with the fight against the fire.

As she flew to the tops of floors of building rescuing the survivors, while Jotaro began to stop time as he saves people from stop time while sighing and saying. "Yare, Yare Daze." Jotaro said as he got a lot of people from Ten buildings that hit.

He then spoke "Time Resume." as time resumed while Jotaro put down the people he had saved on the road.

While Cirno was freezing the steel rebar of the buildings to keep them from falling apart, but the others buildings weren't so fortunate as they collapsed from the impact and Explosion as the Missiles that hit had broken off the tops of the buildings.

As right now in the Triple Tower of Gensokyo was hanging on the edge of collapse for the Missiles had hit the pillars that was holding the three connected Skyscrapers together, for the Son of Jotaro and Cirno was there working inside of the Tower for he was Jouta Kujoh and went he noticed the four missiles coming for them he had used his Stand to stop one of the Missiles.

But then he noticed large amount of Magical Circles were appearing from the Sky, as the Circles began to glow and fire rain of Magical Spheres towards them.

As Jouta noticed a group of people casting Magic and creating this magical rain on them, which Jouta then used his Stand Emerald Star Platinum. And unleashed his ability The Great Emerald World splash.

He then stopped time while shooting an Emerald Splash as he shot at the frozen group of people, which he suspected Vampire's or Youkai.

For Humans of Gensokyo can't produce that many Magical Circle, and would be drain out of Mana quickly but there were some exceptions to that for Auntie Marisa could use Magic masterfully along with her group of elite Witches and Wizards, for their Unit is called the Wizard Division of Gensokyo or WDG for short.

After Jouta had finished off the people raining down the Magical Spheres, after he done that, he began to evacuate the building of the Triple Towers of Gensokyo.

After Jouta evacuated the people of third tower he began to do it on every tower of the building as the Tower was about to collapse on itself, but in the nick of Time the Tower was fully evacuated as Jouta led the people into the Subway of the city to avoid the failing Tower.

As the North Tower then fell and then the east Tower had fall next, for the last to fall was the West Tower.

The People saw the World Trade Center of the USG fall, as the media of Gensokyo began to show the Destruction all over the Nation.

As Aya the news reporter of Gensokyo was reporting the Scene throughout Gensokyo, after the attack on Gensokyo city Sirens began sounding throughout the Nations.

For Giorno the Second had ordered Martial law and Lockdown across the Nation, after an hour the Hexagon Military building of the USG was bombed with a nuclear bomb.

Causing the Deaths of 100k people while spreading Radiation throughout the Nation, which caused a lot more panic and revolts and riots across the Nation.

For we return to Giorno the Second who had a meeting with the higher ups of the Military and the Government.

As Giorno began to circle the Table with a Serious and enraged look on his face, for he then spoke. "Can you tell me, who had fired the Level 2 Missiles of the Class Death Sticks and WHO HAD DROPPED A NUKE ON THE HEXAGON BUILDING AND CAUSED THE DEATH OF 100K PEOPLE AND CAUSING EVEN MORE DESRUCTION ALL OVER THE LAND!" Giorno yelled throughout the room while slamming his hand on the Table.

Then General Marisa then spoke. "We had reports that somebody had entered the control room of the missiles silos and had killed the guards tasked to protect the codes of the Missiles Silos, while the Nuke that had been dropped was an old Class Nuke that came from the early days of Project Atomic Gensokyo." Marisa said in a serious tone while revealing the files and giving it to Giorno.

As Everybody in the room was silent for, they didn't want to face the wrath of Giorno the Second the Golden fist President of the United States of Gensokyo, for he will find kill that person who had fired the Missiles and Nuke.

Then the door of the meeting room was open to reveal the old but Strong Giorno Ayanami the father of Giorno the Second, as he spoke to his son. "Don't shout Giorno we will surely find the group behind this dark day of the USG as your cousin Jouta had reported that a group of Youkai's or Vampires had attacked the Triple tower of Gensokyo, but Jouta had killed them before they could destroy the tower completely along with the people in it." Giorno the first said his son.

"Sorry, father I got too carried away this mess is all my fault and responsibility for I do not want to disappoint Grandpa Naruto." Giorno the Second said to father.

"it's okay my son we do get a bit temperamental but always remember to always keep calm and cool head in these times for the future of our Nation is in your hands, just like my father did to our Nation while we were at war." Giorno the first said to his son.

Then Giorno the second then addressed his people and spoke. "Everybody let's get to work." Giorno the second said to his men.

While his father could only watch proudly on how his son had grown over the years, along with his wife Yukari he then sits to listen to his son's plan to find the people who did this.

As the color of his blue hair was beginning to turn white just like his father, Naruto Ayanami and maybe soon he will meet his father in the world of the Dead.

But for now, Giorno the first will guide and protect the young of Gensokyo in any way possible for that is the will of his Father and life purpose.

Back at the Scarlet Mansion.

Rudolf Von Scarlet Stroheim was talking into the phone as he said to the person on the other side. "Everything is going to plan, young brother for the People of Gensokyo has begun to panic and revolt at the USG for the Revolution of our people, the Uzumaki's Vampires and Youkais will rise up from the shackles of the USG for the Great United Soviet Socialist Republic of Gensokyo will rise from the Corpse of the Capitalist pig of a Government of the United States of Gensokyo, as the USSRG will take the place of the USG as the New superpower and Government of the USG, for I have the Support of my mother Remilia and her servants and some connection throughout the Nation of Gensokyo for this is the beginning of a New Era of Gensokyo a Great Scarlet Reign over Gensokyo, for everybody will bend to their knee." Stroheim said to his young brother Ryuzo Uzumaki.

"Yes brother, the people will soon see a new Red Dawn for the horizon without the Shackles of Capitalism and into the great arms of Communism while being protected by the true rulers of Gensokyo the Scarlet family and the Uzumaki clan." Ryuzo said to his brother.

"For it is our rightful birth right that was taken away by our bastard of a nephew Giorno the Second along with his family while they are being supported by our sister Cirno and Giorno the first, for they taken the position of president from out of our hands, so we will take it by force if we must, soon we will but for now prepare our forces for the Gensokyo will meet the Scarlet Army of the USSRG." Stroheim said as he put down the phone while grinning like a mad man at the darkness but then heard a knock on the door.

Which Stroheim then heard his mom said. "Stroheim it's time for dinner!" Remilia said to her son.

As Stroheim then spoke. "Coming mom!" he then said as he finished writing down declaration of Independence from the USG, as he then finished for the fire of the Great Soviet International revolution will spread throughout the world including the Elemental Nations.

While the Scarlet was buzzing with the News of the bombings of Gensokyo city and the nuking of the Hexagon for the students of the University of the Scarlet Mansion, as the people were taking about it.

Stroheim could think. 'Fools these people don't know that sacrifice's must be made for a communist Utopia to be created, for Stroheim Scarlet the Son of Naruto Ayanami will lead the people of Gensokyo to a perfect communist Utopia.' Stroheim thought on his mind.

As the maids of the Mansion were cleaning the Mansion, while bowing to him for he had always respected the workers of the Mansion and the head Maid Sakuya, so he had made his life goal to make the standard living of the worker class of Gensokyo to be high and have a good life for the workers of Gensokyo have been underappreciated for the longest time.

For the government of Gensokyo had been always focused on war and helping the other Nations of the Elemental Nation, as the Military took up all the money that was supposed to be given to people instead of the Military.

That is why he started the first ever communist part of the USG and tried to run for president, but had been defeated by his Nephew Giorno Second, after he had won Stroheim accepted that he had lost and congratulated Giorno the Second, but the one which push him over the edge was the lowering of the budget towards the needy workers of Gensokyo and spending to the Military, even though there was no war to fight.

And that was the last straw for him and had led to this faithfully decision to bomb and nuke the USG.

For he had also read the book of Karl Marx the communist manifesto, while the sky will be covered by a scarlet sky to start the war but that would happen soon.

But first he must eat some dinner before his mother kill him for not attending dinner, including their strict Maid Sakuya, so better safe than sorry.

Back to the Hakurei Shrine.

Reimu the Adopted daughter of Reimu Ayanami the daughter of Naruto Ayanami, as Reimu was sweeping the grounds of the Shrine as he remembered her two dead mothers Miko Hakurei and Reimu Ayanami.

Both were good mothers to her as one disappeared and didn't came back, while Reimu Ayanami had found her in the Shrine sleeping all alone and adopted her as her daughter and introduce her into her family which her adopted Grandfather Naruto Ayanami who was the kindest person she had ever met, It was Her's most sorrowful day to get the news that her adopted mother Reimu Ayanami had died in protecting her patient while fighting off the Seven Swordsmen of Kiri while beating them to the each of their life.

When she heard the News, she was sorrowful mess for her second mother had died in battle which she lock herself inside of the Shrine as Marisa tried to comfort her in time of need.

After that whole ordeal of her second's mother death, she then joined the Military as a Battle Medic and went to battle the Shinobi who had killed her mother.

Her partner Marisa also joined her in the military and was in the same Unit, and went to make a name in the Military make them the Shrine maiden and Witch Duo, for their striking Outfits in the battle field as she was wearing her Shrine maiden outfit while Marisa wears her witch outfit.

The two of them were feared by the enemy Shinobi forces of Iwa, Kiri and Kumo but then in one of their missions they were ambushed by enemy Shinobis as they were being pinned down.

Reimu had decided to give some cover fire for Marisa and her squad to push back the invading Shinobis as she push them back with her Magic but in process she was Injured severely.

And When Marisa managed to get to her, she had lost one of her legs as one of her eyes were stuck with a Kunai in her right eye.

While her outfit torn to shred as dirt was all over her, as she was walking corpse ever since then she was discharged from the military for the better.

She was given a leg by Giorno the first her uncle, but she had decided to left her right eye to not be healed so that she would always her time in the military.

And now she keeps the Hakurei Shrine but she also doesn't pay Shrine Taxes that her cousin had placed upon the Shrines of the United States of Gensokyo.

But she also doesn't involve herself in the politics of the USG for she had heard that it become too hot as of late and with the recent Bombings of Gensokyo City and the Nuking of the Hexagon, Gensokyo has truly become an unstable place to live in.

About the News reports of Revolts and revolution happening around the Youkai City and Ningen City, as she sensed a war is a brewing and this war will be a Civil war.

And this would challenge Giorno the Second's leadership and his courage, for that happened before.

Maybe she would go to grandma's house to see if she is doing alright, as I have already lost connection with Remilia and Ryuko which both of them didn't even come this month's family reunion. And right now, we the current situation of Gensokyo.

She doesn't own a car for she uses flight to travel it's much more efficient as more and more Humans use this mode of travel, as there was even a school for how to fly.

So Reimu had decided to create her own flying school which turn to be success, as this was the peace that she had fought for.

After the USG had won and signed the peace treaty she had jumped with Joy, as the cameras show the fall of Kumo, Kiri and Iwa.

Everybody in Gensokyo had celebrated on the victory of the USG and the defeat of Iwa, Kiri, Kumo as the peace treaty was signed after.

And their President Naruto Ayanami showed the peace treaty to the people of Gensokyo, and we had cheered for the victory that had been won by the people of Gensokyo.

But the victory came at a price it was to help the Shinobi forces against their enemy the Akatsuki, who wanted to plunged the world into an eternal sleep.

So, my grandpa Naruto Ayanami had signed a deal with them, so my grandpa had honored that deal and went to war one last time.

Which led to one happens right now the brink of collapse of the USG due to infighting and years of corruptions the United States of Gensokyo is going to fight for a civil war.

Back with Miko Uchiha Ayanami.

Miko had been living in her house in outskirts as she watched the News, while watching it with a permanent scowl in her face.

She had become detached from what was happening to the current state of the USG, ever since Naruto had died, she had become bitter to life as she never recovered from the death of Husband and only had connection with her children that was Cirno and Giorno also the adopted daughter of her daughter Reimu.

As she had cut off all connection with the Remilia and Ryuzo after the death of Naruto, which hold their bond together without him it began to dissolve rapidly, and right now Miko just only drinks Sake to death.

While Miko just watched the news changed from the revolts coming from the Youkai city and Ningen City, as the people rioted at the government while Police try to calm down the people.

As Miko thought. 'Ungrateful Bastards they don't know how much our family and husband had sacrifice for this Nation and they revolt and riot against the nation that are protecting them from the harsh lives of the Elemental Nation, they should be thankful that they are in a safe and strong Nation.' she thought as turned off the Tv and went to drink a lot of Sake.

But then She heard a knock from her door and went to door to answer, questioning who had stopped her drinking and she was a bit pissed.

And then she had arrived to door and about to shout at the person who was knocking, and then when she had opened it, it was not another but Reimu her adopted granddaughter.

Then her mood had changed as she spoke. "Hi there, Reimu how have been doing, I didn't see you for a long except our family reunion last month." Miko said to Reimu.

"I have been doing great, been taking care of the Hakurei Shrine while also managing the donations of the Shrine it had been quiet a great season for Shrine, but I fear that it won't last for long because of the unstable situation of the country." Reimu said to Miko as Reimu could only sigh at the situation.

Miko could only scowl at was what happening to the USG but spoke. "Come on, Reimu you can come in we can talk inside of the house." Miko said to her.

Which Reimu accepted the invite to Her grandmother's home and went in, so she entered the house of Miko and what she saw was what she had predicted, the house is messy and dirty while bottles of Sake were shrewd about.

As they Enter the living room of the house, while Miko began to create some Tea for her and Reimu as it was long that she had never have a guest in her home.

While Reimu sat down at the couch of her adopted grandma as she saw lots and lots of can food and cup noodles everywhere in the table and also in the floor.

As the couch was stained by Sake while the couch had bits of food on it, as the cockroach were eating the leftover food on the table.

But Reimu didn't mind this for she had long knew the life style of her grandmother Miko, and even she tried to talk her out of this life style she would just return to her old habits.

Miko then brought out the tea and poured out the tea and when to sit across her adopted granddaughter as they both started to talk about their lives easing the mood.

A Month later.

After the whole events of the bombings of Gensokyo city and the nuking of the Hexagon, the USG had finally started to heal a bit from the events and was on track to make a full recovery in the foreseeable future.

Giorno the Second was right now signing the papers on building new defenses and buildings as the reconstruction of Gensokyo city was on the way.

While ensuring the safety of the people of Gensokyo city as they were still investigating the incidents that had led to this tragic course of events.

But then Giorno the Second then heard panicked knocks coming from his office door, Giorno the Second was annoyed and was mad for someone that has the audacity to knock on his door like that.

As he went to the door to reprimand the person who is knocking on his door like that. when he did, he saw a panicked and serious Marisa on his door.

Giorno the Second then asked her. "What is it, Marisa what was so important that you had to knock that hard on my door?" Giorno questioned his Head General of the Gensokyo armed forces.

Marisa then brought out some files and spoke. "This!" Marisa said to Giorno the Second as she was led by Giorno to his desk.

Marisa then gave Giorno the files on what really happened on the day of the attacks on Gensokyo city and the completely destruction of the Hexagon.

Giorno began reading every inch of the document as he finished reading the document, he almost went out and explode in anger by the hideous plot made by his Uncle's Ryuzo and Stroheim.

Giorno then spoke in a serious tone. "Marisa, I want you and the Military to arrest my uncles for terrorism and treason against the USG, for they will be judged by the supreme court and to be executed by my orders, do I make myself clear." Giorno said to Marisa as he looked at her directly in her eyes.

Marisa then spoke in a serious and emotionless tone. "Yes, Sir!" as she then went out to carry out her orders given to her by Giorno.

Giorno continued to look at the fleeting form of Marisa as she left his office, he then went to the balcony of his office and sighed, for he knew that this arrest would cause a revolution and outrage against his administration.

If Giorno knew what will happen next, for this will cause the first civil war in the history of the USG and to see if the United States of Gensokyo could prove that it could face this problem head on.

Back with General Marisa.

Marisa had quickly gathered her most elite division the Magical Division of Gensokyo to take on, Stroheim Scarlet of the Scarlet Mansion and Ryuzo Uzumaki the clan head of the Uzumaki clan.

Marisa then spoke to her troops while flying with them. "A squad you will be handling the evacuation of the Students of the Mansion, while you B squad will arrest any staff of the scarlet Mansion including Remilia and Ryuko, but our main target is Stroheim and Ryuzo. While C squad will be calling for support and will be securing the perimeter of the mansion. You got that men!" She said to them.

As they shouted. "Yes, Mam!" which Marisa then spoke. "Good, now move out!" She said to them and went in front of her men, as they follow their general into battle.

After the Magical division had evacuated the students, Marisa then led her men into the Mansion as the staff of the Mansion were shocked that Military personal had come in.

Which Remilia and Ryuko was against as it was against their private property and privacy, while Stroheim watched this all and thought. 'Fools, they have fallen into our trap for I Stroheim Scarlet will start the flame of Revolution in this Mansion while also making History.' he said to himself as he then heard his door to knocked down by not other than Marisa the Witch General of Gensokyo.

Marisa then went up to Stroheim and pulled him up to his neck and shouted in his face. "What had led you do that!" She shouted angrily at Stroheim.

While Stroheim laughed manically as he spoke. "Foolish, Marisa you and troops have been ensnared by my trap, and I would have the head general of the Gensokyo armed forces!" Stroheim said to Marisa as he showed his fangs.

And revealed his bats wings that he had inherit by his mother, and went full ham on Marisa.

Then the troops of Ryuzo and Stroheim had ambushed the Magical Division of Marisa, as they had captured the division and their leader.

While Stroheim began his broadcast all over Gensokyo as he spoke through the Tv. "Dear, workers of Gensokyo long have we been oppressed by the government of the USG and its capitalistic Ideals and the totally disregard of life by the military of Gensokyo against our war with the Triple Alliance, leaving our soldiers weak and homeless and always spending on the Military and helping the poor people of Gensokyo, but it should be us that needs the help not them but today, forward I will be establishing the United Soviet Socialist Republic of Gensokyo or USSRG and we formally secede from the United States of Gensokyo, for we will use any means necessary to be independent from the USG and to all my supporters of Nation it is now our time to raise up and purge the nation from its sin and into the scarlet dawn of our Nation, workers of the World UNITE!" Stroheim said to the Tv as its cuts away.

Giorno the Second was outright furious on the sheer audacity and bullshit that his uncle said in the Tv, as Giorno was preparing himself for a Civil war with his uncles and he would take any means to win this war.

Giorno the Second began to call upon his Generals to quickly put an end to this rebellion before it goes into a full-on civil war, as the people of the Youkai City then overthrew their mayors and swore loyalty to Stroheim and his brother.

While on the Ningen City of the USG a full-on civil war between the people in the former named village of the Human village were facing a war on which side they would be picking as the Military tried to maintain order.

As the troops of the USSRG began to take over military bases all over Gensokyo, while the armed forces of Gensokyo shot back the invading forces.

Back in the Gensokyo city the Military began to fortify it and strengthen its defenses, while most the army of the USG were residing in the Elemental Nations and would be send back home to fight off this rebellion.

While Giorno the Second and his remaining Generals began to discuss on what to do with the rebellion and if this becomes a civil war, then they must be prepared to fight it.

Then some more people then entered the meeting room of Giorno's high command, as it was his father and uncle in law and Aunt.

As the meeting room was a total mess, but it all stop when Douglas MacArthur 2nd the former head General of Gensokyo had entered along with Cirno, Jotaro, Giorno the first and Zhukov.

Giorno the Second first saluted and gave respect to the elders of the Military and spoke. "Thank God your all here, Dad, Aunt and Uncle General Douglas and General Zhukov." Giorno the Second said to them.

"You don't need to thank us, Sonny we are all here to preserving the USG and to stop all of this madness caused by your two Uncles." Douglas said to Giorno the Second as he patted his shoulder and went to take his Seat.

Giorno the Second began the meeting, but then saw the light of the window change to a crimson hue as the people of the meeting room began to look out, as they saw what was happening from out of the Scarlet Mansion a Scarlet Cloud was coming out of it.

As Stroheim could be seen in the far distance, he was sitting on the roof top of his mansion along with his Brother Ryuzo Uzumaki.

For all of the staff knew that this was a show of power by Stroheim and also blocking out the Sun so that his Vampire army could move in broad day light.

The Gensokyo high command began to discuss immediately on how to deal with this threat, for Douglas knew this war would be even more bloody than the war they had fought in.

While deep within the labs of the Gensokyo Armed forces they were making a new armor called the Power armor as the Scientist and Generals had saw that their troops were lacking protection even when backed with Tanks, they were easily being killed mainly the humans of Gensokyo who didn't have Chakra.

So Giorno the Second had ordered this kind of development of armor, as this armor would change the whole way of battle, for the early creation of Power Armor would give them an Advantage against the USSRG Military.

Back With Stroheim and his brother.

"Big Brother Project Gundam, is almost done and the first Model of the Gundam is prepared and you will be the first Pilot." Ryuzo said while walking towards the lab where the Gundam was being held.

"Good, if everything goes according to plan then we will have an army of Mobile suits, that would crash the weak Tanks that the USG have and within days they would conquer Gensokyo and after that, they would move on to the Elemental Nations spreading the Scarlet Dawn to the Elemental Nations." Stroheim said to Ryuzo as they arrived to the Lab.

While the Scientist then greeted their leader and saluted and spoke. "Stroheim-Sama, Ryuzo-Sama Project Gundam and the Mobile Suits would be ready in Mass Production next week, and the Gundam's that you have ordered to be ready would be ready next week too." The Scientist said to Stroheim.

"Great work, Walter you and your staff of Scientist have outdone yourselves and for that you and your Scientist have a special place in the Government and with your help, we can bring down the USG beast." Stroheim said to Walter as he patted the back of his favorite Scientist.

"In all of a day's work my lord, after you have saved my life from the Youkais in Muenzuka as you saw me almost being eaten, you had dropped in and killed those Youkais and for that Iam forever indebted to you and your family." Walter said to Stroheim.

"And that is why, I trust you with this project old friend." Stroheim said to Walter as they shared a strong hug together.

But then they broke their hug as Walter guided them to the Gundam, as the Scientist had turned on the lights and revealed the Blue, red Gundam that was Stroheim's Gundam who could also fly and had strong weapons on board.

The Scarlet Gundam it was called by the Scientist, as the project was in development since the death of Stroheim's father as the USG Military were funding this project along with the late President Naruto Ayanami who had requested that his Project to be researched.

But was cancelled by the Military for the project was too expensive, but Stroheim had gained an interest in this project that was cancelled and decided to finish along with the Scientist he had gathered from the students who learned in the Scarlet Mansion.

And now the fruits of his labors were here to bear and see, for the time would come that the USG would see what they had missed for the Mobile suits would be victorious.

Giorno then went to address his people who were eager for him to talk to them about their Situation. As he spoke to them. "Friends, men countrymen We were attacked by people of the Scarlet Mansion and they have declared the Nation of the USSRG as they were the ones who committed those Hideous Crimes against the Gensokyo City and the Nuking of the Hexagon and I say to you, to give me your Permission to fight against this Traitors and bring Justice to all the people who died just for the ambition!" Giorno the second said to them.

"And I Promise to you and swore on my grandfather's grave to unite our nation back together and restore the Glory of the USG!" he shouted to them all.

As the people cheered and shouted. "ALL HAIL PRESIDENT GIORNO THE SECOND FOR HE WILL LEAD US TO VICTORY!" they shouted to Giorno the Second.

For Giorno the Second had now the full support of his people and he swore as President of the USG to not let his grandfather's legacy be destroyed and tarnished, and that he had promised to the people Aswell.

For he will be the battle cry of his people and their sword against his Uncle Stroheim, for Stroheim needs to be gone he is trying to destroy all the hard work that their grandfather and father did to the Nation.

But then Giorno the Second then Spoke. "I Giorno Giovanno the Second have a dream to make Gensokyo great again and to unite our Nation once more, and to make sure that this wouldn't happen anymore." he said to them all.

As he raised his hand and spoke. "Glory to the United States of Gensokyo may the founding fathers give us Strength in this trying times." he said to them all.

For they also said one Giorno said to them and raised their hands, while Giorno the first, Cirno along with her Husband Jotaro and Douglas and Zhukov watched what was happening, as they saw an Image of Naruto Ayanami because Giorno was almost like his old man.
