"I sure am not getting any bites lately." Aether, widely known as the
"Be patient, Traveler. Fishing is all about waiting and suppose to be a relaxing time." Yanfei, legal advisor of Liyue and half illuminated-beast.
The two are fishing together at Bishui Plain for a little hangout and do some fishing together.
But they haven't caught any fish so far, and Aether's starting to be impatient.
Yanfei sighed and decided to help Aether first.
"Let me help." Yanfei said, getting close with her hands over his wrists.
Aether began to blush upon contact.
"Y-You don't have to do that!" Aether hollered.
"It's better if we do it together so we can share it." Yanfei explained.
"Besides, it's kinda more fun this way." Yanfei said, starting to blush a little but was more focused on helping Aether through this.
Aether couldn't change the adeptus' mind, and decided to go along if he hopes to catch a fish with much better luck than he previously did alone.
They pulled the fishing rod backward above their heads before flinging it towards the lake with the fishing line reaching an incredible distance.
They started to wait once again for a bite, standing still with patience, but being in close contact with one another is making that difficult.
Yanfei felt embarrassed at herself for doing such a thing when she could've thought of a different option. But she really has something of a romantic attraction to the Traveler and heard from Paimon in private that he can be really dense about a woman's feelings.
Of course, Madame Ping knew and teased her from time to time, but it does feel nice to try and sometimes be a normal girl despite her high profession and unique bloodline; to be in love with the person she likes.
Suddenly, Aether's fishing rod wiggled, alerting the two to realize they have a bite.
"We got a bite!" Aether hollered, starting to pull hard.
"Now steadily reel it in, but with some force!" Yanfei hollered.
Aether started to reel in with a strong grip, fighting fiercely against whatever is trying to break free. But the Traveler didn't give in and kept going.
Yanfei also helped by holding onto him very tightly and keep her own feet planted to the ground without letting go.
Soon enough, after a minute or two of a fish-like tug-of-war, Aether and Yanfei pulled up together to bring out their catch from the water, revealing to be somewhat a larger Brown Shirakodai (twice the size of a normal one).
The two were suddenly flown backward as they landed on the ground, dropping the fishing rod and the captured fish too.
Aether was the first to slowly open his eyes to see what he wished he didn't: him kissing a totally shocked Yanfei on the lips, both of their faces blushing extremely red with the two quickly getting off each other for air.
"S-Sorry!" Aether hollered.
"N-No need! It was… kinda nice." Yanfei said, surprising Aether.
"R-Really?" Aether asked.
"Really. And if you'll have me as your…" Yanfei wanted to finish, but Aether had his hand on her's.
"Gladly, my dear." Aether said.
The legal consultant smiled brightly and giggled, leaning in to kiss Aether on the lips once again as the two embraced their love for each other, forgetting about the Brown Shirakodai trying to swim back into the lake unnoticed by simply jumping softly in a way of trying to be quiet.

Meanwhile…
"I can't believe I became fish bait only to be fished out again." Paimon groaned, soaking wet to the bone as she was being pulled out by a worried Xiangling alongside Hu Tao, the latter having the crazy idea using Paimon as bait with the former totally against it.
I find this ship to be cute even though it was hard with Yanfei (I'm not that good with court and law). But doing something fun like fishing helped a little. Sorry if this one was a lot shorter, because I was in a rush.
