Chapter 86 Nordic Beasts

Shin was at a mountain region as he was with Erda, he was getting ready to train as she was planing to have him face something big.

"You'll be facing a beast." Erda said.

"A beast?" He said.

"Yes, to face the goddessess' brother, you must face danger." She told him.

A horse was heard as a creature called Guldfaxe charges forward and grunts glaring at Shin.

"This is Guldfaxe, it will be facing you." She said.

Shin got ready as it charges at him, he dodges as it moves around. Guldfaxe kicks at him sending Shin back.

"Ugh!" He hits a wall.

He saw it coming back and he rolls to the side to avoid it as the horse was trying to harm him.

Erda watches. "He must face Gulfaxe to even have a chance."

Blaldur is very powerful, as he can rival Thor a long time ago. Guldfaxe is a very powerful horse that was tamed by the gods before the three sisters took it.

"Come on Shin."

He jumps over it as his pegasus came and he landed on it's back.

"Thanks." He smiles.

The pegasus nodded and the two faced Guldfaxe as it screeches. The two got ready as the beast won't go down easily.

It charges with the two ready, they flew up avoiding it's tackle while the horse destroys a entire mountain by accident instead.

"Whoa and he didn't go all out." Shin said.

Guldfaxe charges forward to attack them but they avoided again before his Pegasus strikes the horse from the side.

It grunted before slamming it's hooves down making a massive shockwave.

Erda sees it. "It seems that it's Guldfaxe is getting more serious."

Thor took a long time to even tame it being the horse that even damaged the giants.

Then a golden light came down and it was Gullinbursti.

"Gullinbursti?!" She got surprised.

Shin takes out his belt.

READY!

"Henshin!"

FIST ON!

He turns into Ixa and uses the knucke to punch against the boar as it clashes against him.

Both beasts went around him to surround Ixa and trapped him.

"So that's what they're thinking."

Ixa looks at the two as they won't let him escape.

"Well better take a gamble." He jumps off and lands on Guldfaxe's back making it send out a cry trying to shake him off.

"No Shin! Nobody outside a god was able to tame Guldfaxe! It's too dangerous!" Erda said.

"I can't be scared, i'll fight on." He holds on to the horse.

Guldfaxe slams against the mountains to hit Ixa as he grunted. Gullinbursti also headbutts him as they were attacking him at the same time to make sure he let go.

Ixa grunted from each of they're hits but he refused to let go.

'If I don't beat them, I won't be able to defeat Baldur.'

He can't be afraid, he remembers how Jack changed because they got seperated and he felt so scared seeing his friend change like that.

Guldfaxe hits against the mountain but then it stops, it was tired and Ixa puts a rope around it's mouth to be reigns as he tames it.

Erda gasped seeing that. "He did it."

Ixa moves Guldfaxe as they faced Gullinbursti, the two charged against the boar.

It screeches and charges forward clashing against the horse.

The two beats fight against each other as they were fighting for power, Ixa then uses his finisher.

IXA KNUCKLE, RISE UP!

He charges the knuckle and punches at the boar too to hit it down.

"You won, you actually defeated both beasts." Erda said.

"Well I had to do it." Ixa said.

Gullinbursti got up and bows to Ixa.

"If you can fight them then theres a chance, theres only two beasts that are the most dangerous?" Erda warned.

"Who?" Ixa said.

"Jormungardr and Fenrir, they're two of the most powerful ones that only a God may face. Thor was able to kill the former but the goddesses fear that the serpent will return one day." Erda said.

Ixa thinks about those two and the legends they had were basically saying they're monsters.

"Would Baldur be able to handle them?" Ixa said.

"Of course, despite his attitude he would be able to beat them. As his power can rival Thor and surpass other gods." Erda answered. "Wait... Your not actually thinking about facing them."

"If I could, then I would be able to face Baldur." Ixa said.

"Are you insane?! When I said you had a chance it was for Baldur! If you fight both than your doomed!" She scolded him.

He flinches. "Well, if I have to fight Baldur, if I can compete with they're own dangers I would have a better chance."

"We will not allow you to fight them unless you are strong enough since facing those two is a death wish." Erda said.

She takes Shin back as she didn't want him to even think about facing Jormungardr and Fenrir now.

She wanted him to face the Nordic beats to have a chance for later but now he's thinking of facing those two monsters. The valkyries have to either fight them themselves or ask Baldur to do it since they have doubts of Shin even having a chance.

The girls want Shin to get stronger but facing those two is something they are not going to take a risk, they were thinking Shin outsmarts Baldur but facing the beasts that can kill gods is something they can't risk his health on.

Note: Shin fought the Nordic beasts to get stronger and Erda tells him about the two most powerful ones.
