It was two days after the USJ attack
izuku Midoriya was walking towards the school
"Oh izuku!" Toga said as she approached the boy
"oh toga! I'm surprised you're still attending U.A considering your brother was arrested." Midoriya said
"nah he's still teaching." Toga said
"huh?" Midoriya said
when they got to the door everyone was outside
"what's going on?" Midoriya asked
"the door is locking for some reason." Uraraka said
"I'm gonna blast it down!" Bakugou said
just then the door clicked and opened revealing:
satoru gojo in a replica of the outfit he wore when teaching (blindfold included)
Lincoln sitting on the desk
Eri drinking some apple sauce with mahito and toru next to her
(Toga wasn't kidding?!) Midoriya thought to himself as everyone let out a yell
"yo." Gojo said "i'm satoru gojo. And I'm your substitute for the next 2 weeks!"
"and I'm still here." Lincoln said
"B-but you're-" Iida began
"yup." Lincoln said "however since i'm quirkless I'm technically not responsible for anything."
that shut Iida up
Denki then noticed something about eri
"uh hey did Eri always have 4 eyes?" Denki asked
load and behold eri did in fact have 4 eyes
"just a little thought experiment. That worked out." Gojo said "Anyway everyone to your seats!"
everyone sat down and everyone (minus toga) was weary of lincoln
"Anyway I have an announcement to make!" Gojo said
"You're gonna kill us?!"
"another villain attack?!"
"Lincoln is going to kill us?!"
"what? no." Gojo said "geez you are all some Debbie downers."
"hey they were just attacked by villains cut them some slack." Lincoln said
"right. Anyway." Gojo said "the sports festival is coming soon!"
Everyone was confused
Iida raised his hand
"mr.gojo wouldn't that be a bad idea considering we were just attacked by villains?" Iida asked
"nah it's gonna be the school's way of showing our strength." Gojo said
"and also this year is going to be different from years prior so don't be reliant on past information." Lincoln said with a grin
everyone felt chills down their spine
"now then move on to your next class." Gojo said
just as the class was about to leave class 1-b was waiting for them at the door
"Hey let us by!" Denki said
"you idiot they're scouting out the competition." Bakugou said
"Well scout on your own time." Lincoln said "let my class by."
"just because you think you teach class 1-A that you can order us around?!" A blonde boy said "you lot really are full of yourselves."
then Lincoln yelled down the hall:
"Vlad get your kids before I break your arm again!"
That got the boy to freeze up
"that's right i broke your teacher's arm so you will respect my students or else your arm is next." Lincoln said
class 1-B moved out of the way and class 1-A began to leave
"hey Midoriya." Lincoln said to the boy before he left
"Y-Yes mr.loud?" Midoriya said
"try focusing your quirk on the entirety of your body rather than one place." Lincoln said "it wil help you."
"T-Thank you sir!" Midoriya said before leaving
"what a nice kid." Gojo said
"yeah i can't wait to kick the crap out of him at the sports festival." Lincoln said
Lincoln was about to leave when he was stopped by Midoriya
"Hey bud what's up?" Lincoln asked
"can you help train me please!" Midoriya asked
"...Alright." Lincoln said
"just like that?!" Midoriya asked
"Kid i know you're all might's successor." Lincoln said "and he...well he's trying."
"What?!" Midoriya said " i- I mean."
"Kid the big guy isn't exactly sneaky." Lincoln said "and you two aren't exactly hiding the fact you know each other."
"oh." Midoriya said
"yeah and there's one more thing you need to work on." Lincoln said
"what's-" Midoriya began
"THINK FAST!" Lincoln yelled as he punched him in the gut
"Owwww." Midoriya said "what was that for!?"
"you weren't thinking fast." Lincoln said "Meet me at the training grounds tonight."
That evening Midoriya arrived at the training grounds where toga and uraraka were there with Lincoln
"Hey guys!" Midoriya said "what are you doing here?"
"Lincoln asked if i wanted to train with him! Naturally I said yes!" Uraraka said "and toga decided to join."
"All right then let's get started!" Lincoln said
"Uh lincoln where's mahito, eri, and toru?" Midoriya asked
"So that was the hero killer?" Mahito asked while looking at his remains "pathetic."
"well you did use "self embodiment of perfection" Eri said
"yeah a little overboard bud." Toru said
"i know but I expected him to try and stab me!" Mahito said
"you trapped him in a void with hands in the shape of flowers i think that would confuse anyone." Toru said
"fair enough." Mahito said
"They're elsewhere." Lincoln said "as i was saying let's get started."
he pointed at Midoriya
"you try and spread your energy throughout your body." Lincoln said before turning to toga and uraraka "and you two spar."
the three began to do their tasks
(maybe I should try like 5%.) Midoriya thought to himself
as he did it green electricity surrounded his body
"Bravo!" Lincoln said "now! Punch me!"
"A-Are you sure?!" Midoriya asked
"positive!" Lincoln said
Midoriya punched him as hard as he could which sent lincoln back a bit but he was unscathed
"Wow lots of power in that!" Lincoln said
once uraraka and toga were done with their spar they gathered in front of Lincoln
"Great work!" Lincoln said "now then i bet you are all probably hungry so how about dinner! On me!"
"Sweet!" Uraraka said
"Are you sure?" Midoriya asked
"yup!" Lincoln said
Soon they were in front of the restaurant
"Shoot! I need to pick up Eri, mahito, and toru!" Lincoln said
he gave toga his debit card
"You know the pin! Have fun or your date!" Lincoln said before going to grab the three kids
"Wait...did he say date?" Uraraka asked
(Lincoln you smooth motherfuc-) toga thought to herself
