Hello there guys! I just wanted to give you guys an update on what's been going on these past four months. To start things off, I am truly sorry for the lack of chapters over a long period of time. We have been hard at work with various projects, and our own personal lives have been shaken up quite a bit. But we haven't let that stop us from Shinsei work however. I have updates regarding Shinsei and what our team here have in store.

First: To address the elephant in the room, Saito's Story is going to take up some more time in order to flesh out. I am hoping to be able to push this tale for Saito out sooner rather than later. Saito's Story also has the most amount of work put into a single chapter combined and we want the absolute best coming from it, which is why it has taken us a long long time.

Second: The team and I have been doing a lot of reading lately for this story, and we noticed a pretty big problem. There were a LOT of criticisms regarding how chapters were formatted within our inner circle and how most plot points then didn't exactly hit the ball park, at least in our eyes. So to correct this mistake, the team and I have now dedicated ourselves into remastering some old chapters(Chapter 1 - Old)(Chapter 1R- Remastered). All remastered chapters will be marked with an R next to the number.

What will the remasters bring? Well, to start things off, it'll go like this. Before the remaster, Chapters were either WAY too long or WAY too short. To fix this issue, we've decided to change the format of arcs altogether.

We'll be shortening chapters, but increasing the quantity of chapters for an arc(example: Arc 1 has 4 chapters. The Remaster for Arc 1 could instead have 7 to 9 chapters). That way we're at least a lot more consistent with pacing, and as a means to not overwhelm you guys with chapters having too much going on.

Won't the Remasters overlap chapters? Yes, they will. Chapters will indeed overlap with one another. Considering that the 1st Arc will be increased, that means the Dark Namekians Saga(Arc 2), will be slowly cut down by the remastered chapters being introduced.

Basically, it means that remastered chapters will overlap with the old story, but all events from the old story will become null and void as time goes on(ex. Chapter 9 gives us the Dark Namekians Round 2 Fight. The old Chapter 9 will be replaced with Chapter 9R as the potential finale chapter to Arc 1). We're hoping to get Remastered chapters out as quick as we can so that way the story format won't be wonky for too long.

Does this mean that story elements will change? This is also true. There were MANY plot holes, and I mean MANY. We have decided to overhaul the plot in its entirety in order to give you the best experience possible. One without any plot holes or confusion. The Arcs themselves will change, some characters will change, it's going to be a complete overhaul by the time we're done, and we're hoping that this is just what the story needs.

While the Remastered Shinsei will come first on our priority list, I hope you guys can wait just a bit longer before the release of Saito's Story. I know you guys are gonna absolutely love it! But I also hope that you guys appreciate the remasters just as much too!

I appreciate your guys' patience and I'm sorry for the lack of updates after four months. Thank you.
