Dracula was walking through the hotel corridors, heading towards the werewolf's room. The vampire was nervously thinking about what to call the werewolf.

- Okay. I'll call him, and I have two answers. - Dracula began to speak. - If he says 'no', then we forget about this matter. But if he says 'yes', then we'll go. However, I won't treat him like a pet, but rather a friend. After this, we'll never go to a convention again. Resolved.

Dracula walked until he finally reached the door of the room, but stopped looking at it. The vampire closed his eyes and took a deep breath, until he finally opened his eyes and knocked three times on the door. After a few seconds, Wayne opened the door with a tired expression, and Dracula waved with a nervous smile.

- Hi Wayne. - Dracula waved with a nervous smile.

- Hi Drac. - Wayne said, still tired.

- Are you very busy? - Dracula asked, touching his fingertips nervously.

- Just tired. Taking care of children is complicated. - Wayne left the room and closed the door to talk to the vampire. - Do you need help with anything?

- Well... it's just that... - Dracula reached inside his cloak and picked up the letter, handing it to the werewolf.

Wayne, confused, took the letter and began to read what was written, with an eyebrow raised.

- Vampire and Werewolf Convention? - Wayne looked at Dracula confused. - Never heard of it.

- It's a convention that the vampires from my old camp hold. I've never been to one. - Dracula said, shrinking inside his cloak.

- And... why are you showing this to me? - Wayne asked, raising an eyebrow.

- Well, I... was invited for the first time. However, I can only go if I go with a werewolf. - Dracula smiled nervously at the werewolf.

Wayne raised an eyebrow as he looked at the vampire. He rubbed the back of his neck, closing his eyes in exhaustion.

– I don't know if I can go. I have children to take care of. - Wayne looked at the vampire, while scratching the back of his neck.

– Oh, that's too bad. Okay, I've never been to one, so it's okay. - Dracula turned around and celebrated his victory.

Wayne felt sad, thinking that he had hurt Dracula and that he really wanted to go. The vampire turned around, hiding his joy, and stroked the werewolf's head.

– You can go rest, my friend.- Dracula smiled and walked away. – See you later.

After Dracula had left, Wayne entered the room with a sad head. Wanda, his wife, looked at him like that and approached. She no longer had a pregnant belly, but was rocking one of the puppies in her arms, rocking him to sleep.

- What's wrong, dear? - She asked feeling sorry for her husband.

Wayne picked up one of the puppies and started changing his diapers, while he continued to be sad about what happened.

- Dracula asked me to go to a vampire and werewolf convention with him. - Wayne said as he changed one of the babies' diapers.

- And you're going? - Wanda put the baby in the crib, and approached them, smiling at her husband.

- Well... - Wayne scratched the back of his neck, embarrassed. - I told you... that there's no way I can go.

- What? - Wanda couldn't believe it. - Why?

- There's no way I can go. I have to take care of the children and... I don't know how long I'll be away. - After changing him, Wayne put his son in the crib.

- But, do you know how long you haven't spent time with Dracula? - Wanda asked him.

- Of course I know. - Wayne picked up another baby to change. - But I can't be away for too long.

Wanda took the baby from Wayne's paws, which made the werewolf look at his wife in confusion.

- Why did you do that?

- Tomorrow you will talk to Drac, and go to that convention with him. - Wanda ordered with her paw on her waist.

- But, dear-

- No more! He is your friend. A friend does not abandon a friend. - Wanda told him.

Wayne looked away, until he finally smiled a little and sighed.

The next day, Dracula was ordering his employees to do their jobs, with a smile on his face. Wayne saw him and approached to talk to the vampire.

- Hi Drac.

- Hello Wayne, my little friend. - Dracula stroked Wayne's head, who smiled and let go of his tail with the affection.

- Yeah, it's so good...

Dracula stopped laughing, and Wayne started breathing with his tongue out.

- So, what's new? - Dracula asked him.

- Well, I talked to Wanda, and she let me go and told me to go with you to this convention. - Wayne said smiling.

Dracula was scared, but tried to hide it with a smile.

- Really? That's great! - Dracula said feigning excitement.

- I'm glad you're happy. Yesterday I felt guilty because I thought you really wanted to go and with my answer maybe you were sad. - Wayne smiled embarrassedly at the vampire.

– Ow, you were worried about me. That's… cute. - Dracula began to stroke the werewolf's head, who smiled and wagged his tail with a smile. – So… we're going… Yay…

Dracula said, pretending to be excited but not wanting to go, and Wayne continued to love the affection the vampire gave him.

Time Skip. Next day.

Dracula and Wayne were already packed, ready to go to the convention. They were saying goodbye to their friends and family. After saying goodbye, they finally got into the hearse, and the headless horseman started driving towards the camp. They were quiet for a while at the beginning of the adventure.

- So... Your first time going to this convention? - Wayne asked him.

- Oh, yeah. Yeah, my first time. - Dracula replied, laughing nervously.

- Why haven't you been before?

- I can only go if I'm with a werewolf. - Dracula replied, moving his fingers.

- You could have called me.

- Yeah, but we're always too busy, so I never called you.

- I see. - Wayne looked away for a second, until he finally looked at the vampire with a smile. - Well, now we're going. Just the two of us, like old times.

- Yeah. - Dracula looked at the werewolf smiling. – Thinking about it that way, this convention seems cooler.

They both looked at each other smiling, Dracula petting his head, and Wayne wagging his tail happily.
