Josuke and Koichi walk past a rock.

"'Sup, Anjuro?"

"Uh... Hey, Anjuro..."

The rock kind of makes an "ugh" sound, but no one notices.

"Hey, Josuke, did you get in touch with Mr. Jotaro recently?"

"Yeah... he's still in the hotel, cuz he's investigating here."

Behind them, Koichi notices something in the mansion. Someone's in the window.

"Josuke... wasn't this house supposed to be vacant for the last 3 or 4 years now?"

"Yeah... nobody would want to live there. I think they shouold demolish it first, and then rebuild it."

"Yeah, see, there's a person in there, holding a candle. Who moved in there?"

"No one. I would've noticed. Plus, the real estate agent would've noticed."

"There's even a padlock, Josuke!"

Josuke sticks his head through the front gate, and someone kicks the gate shut on his neck. Standing there is a large fellow with an intimidating look on his face.

"You don't just go sniffing around other people's houses like that, kid! You just don't!"

"Hey, asshole!" Josuke yells, "What's your problem? Let him go!"

"Hey... my dad bought this house. Since when do people just walk onto your property and call you an asshole? Didn't your mama teach you how to be polite?"

"If you want, I can teach you how to shut your god-damned mouth!"

An arrow from the house strikes Koichi in the chest. That guy just can't catch a break!

The strange guy in the student uniform that has a bunch of currency symbols on it for some reason turns around, looking at a man holding a bow.

"Big brother?!"

The silhouette looks down.

"You want to know why I shot him with the arrow? That guy with him... IS NONE OTHER THAN JOSUKE HIGASHIKATA! He defeated

Anjuro, so he must be a Stand User... we should deal with him before he interferes again."

"OOOOOH! HE'S JOSUKE HIGASHIKATA?!"

"A 'STAND USER'...?! You guys are 'Stand users'?"

"OKUYASU! ELIMINATE HIM!"

Koichi falls to the ground.

"H-HANG IN THERE, KOICHI!"

"He's spilled blood," the figure in the window says, "Looks like he was worthless... now he's going to die... good riddance... I thought I could awake his 'Stand Power' and use him, but..."

"OUT OF MY WAY! I CAN STILL HEAL HIM!"

"NO! Josuke Higashikata... I, OKUYASU NIJUMURA, WILL ELIMINATE YOU WITH MY OWN HANDS! I'LL USE MY 'THE HAND'! Bring

it on!"

Crazy Diamond punches The Hand with its hand, and Okuyasu spits up blood.

"If you don't get out of the way, I'll punch your face so hard I turn it inside out."

"Oooh~! Pretty fast, ain't'cha?"

Koichi coughs up blood.

"OKUYASU!" the window guy yells, "Using a Stand is like driving a car. No matter how fast, one can only drive as fast as one is capable."

"Brother, please don't talk shit about me. He's fast as hell."

"STOP IT, OKUYASU! YOUR STAND IS MY FINEST WORK! USE IT TO ITS MAXIMUM POTENTIAL! DO NOT DISAPPOINT ME! WIN!"

"I will..."

"You're... pretty stupid..." Crazy Diamond breaks Okuyasu's nose. Josuke moves over to Koichi. "There's still time... he's alive."

Okuyasu runs toward him. The Hand reaches out, and Crazy Diamond throws a punch.

"WHAT?!" Crazy Diamond grabs The Hand by the arm, "That right arm of his is unbelievably strong! I don't feel good about

this!"

The Hand knees Crazy Diamond in the arm. Josuke spits up blood. The Hand uses its other hand to throw a punch, but Josuke and his Stand roll out of the way. Immediately, he notices it. A sign in the background... that door is different... his hand...

"You can... you can cut space?!"

"Correct, Josuke! That's right! Whatever my right hand touches will disappear! The edges of the erased space will then join together to restore the gap! As for the parts that are cut off... even I don't know where they end up!"

In the distance, too far off to hear, comes a cry of "Hey, Anjuro!"

In another dimension, part of the sign appears. Avdol, sitting alone, looks at it. He's been here for over a decade. His arms are gone. When he found them, they weren't attached anymore. He ate them. Since none of his other teammates showed up, he assumes they safely beat Vanilla Ice. He sustains himself on a planetoid formed from the solid objects erased over time, and survives off bits of food and... other things erased by two Stands over the years, be it plant, animal or... anything else he can find. It seems that there's air in this endless void. He entertains himself by lazily launching fire bullets into the darkness. He sees by torchlight, from his makeshift throne, burned out from solid rock. Previously, he had run out of food and water for a few years, and know the end would come, but it took so long to die here. And just before he could, he met his friend.

The man had been thrown there. Avdol saw the hand that did it, that of a blonde man in a pink jacket. Using a rope he'd tied together with his legs and teeth, he and his Stand pulled the man back. The man, a young British gentleman roughly 20 years of age, was apprehensive at first, but he pulled an apple out of his pocket. Avdol ate, but before he could, he pulled out a worm. Hmm... he wasn't ready to eat that yet. He placed it into the ground. There were probably a few more. Hopefully, at least one of them could be at peace. The two cooked the apple over a campfire.

"Who are you, my friend?" Avdol had asked, taking a bite out of a slice the man had cut out with his knife.

"Well, sir, I'm Diego Brando, but they call me Dio."

Avdol shot to his feet, summoning Magician's Red.

"Yes, I've heard that name isn't very popular where you're from. I swear that I'm different."

"Oh... my apologies, I've... been here for some time..."

Diego tells his story. He was travelling with his friends, Hot Pants, Johnny, and Gyro, and had drawn close to the end of the race they were in, but when had, while attempting to protect them, done battle with his foe, Funny Valentine, another Funny Valentine had appeared, and he was sent to this dimension to prevent his return. Funny Valentine had remarked that his universe was especially odd. Something about "certain 'Stands' without a 'Corpse,' and how he should have guessed that 'possibility' after seeing Tusk in 'another universe'. He didn't know what that meant. He'd had access to Scary Monsters since birth, after all.

"So what's your name, anyway?"

"Avdol. Muhammad Avdol."

"Oh, like Urmd Avdol?"

"My... great-uncle?"

The two exchange stories for a bit. As the days passed, they discovered that they could use the worms. Scary Monsters, using them, provided the group with an additional food source. Time passed, and the two, alone in their reality, sat alone on their planet. Now, Avdol attempts to lift the sign with his makeshift prosthetic arm, and calls out to Diego, showing him the piece of the sign. The two chuckle, and Diego is, frankly, a bit confused. This guy's in the wrong time period.

Okuyasu cuts through the air, and appears in front of Josuke.

"DIE, JOSUKE!"

"It's like teleportation! Hmm... you really are stupid."

"WHAT?!"

Two plant pots smack Okuyasu in the face, and a third hits him in the foot. He falls to the ground.

"A Stand that can teleport objects, and erase space. That could've been dangerous, if he wasn't a total moron."

DING! Jotaro rings the doorbell of the Higashikata household. Kakyoin leans against the wall next to him, holding a clipboard with a piece of paper on it in one hand, and a pencil in the other.

"So annoying... the newspaper has already been delivered..." someone inside says.

"..."

DING!

The door swings open.

"What do you want? My father's sick right now, I don't really want company at the moment... oh? Oh. It's... you."

"?"

"JOSEPH~! JOSEPH~! YOU'RE BACK! FINALLY! I've been waiting! I never throught you would come at a time like this! I love you so much."

Kakyoin cocks his head, eyebrow raised. Does this lady really think...

"Sorry..." Jotaro states, somewhat bewildered, "I'm not Joseph. I'm his grandson. I came to see Josuke."

"..."

He leans in.

"Where's Josuke?"

"OH! He should be at school, or on his way back."

"I'll be back this evening."

"Oh, leaving already?"

"About my grandfather... if he was here, I know he'd protect you and your family, but he was too old to come. I'm here in his stead."

He walks off to his car. Kakyoin follows.

"Oi, Jotaro, check this out," he calls, showing him the piece of paper. On it is a sketch of the visible landscape.

"Hmm... it's accurate."

The two drive away, with Jotaro and Kakyoin talking about the 'bow and arrow'.

"I need to destroy that 'bow and arrow'..." Jotaro says, "Before they create another Stand like Dio's 'The World'."

"Uh..." Josuke bemoans, "That guy almost got me. The Hand is pretty dangerous. Better hold his neck while he's asleep, then he can't try anything. Huh? KOICHI'S GONE!"

He sees his friend quickly being dragged into the house. He follows after, seeing a man standing over the unconscious body.

"This arrow... This arrow is unique. It's precious to me, and I will take it back!"

"Don't you dare pull it out! He could be injured!"

"...my brother is an idiot. I'll have to do this myself. Anyway, I had to take care of this body. It's like when you finish a CD. You put it back before putting in a new one. Cleaning up after yourself is very important, you know. You can call me Keicho Nijimura."

He yanks it out, and Koichi spits up blood. Josuke rushes forward.

"Oh? So you dare to come in?" Keicho says, his aura briefly mirroring that of Dio for any onlookers.

"Of course. I can't heal him without getting closer."

"Brother!" Okuyasu yells, bursting through the door, "I haven't lost yet! I'm not finished with him!"

From the ceiling comes a flash. Josuke instinctively knows an attack is coming.

"There's something on the ceiling!"

The attack misses him, and bores dozens of tiny holes in Okuyasu's face. He falls, bleeding.

"Does your stupidity know no bounds, brother? You stood directly in my line of attack! Ever since we were kids, Okuyasu..."

"What kind of wounds are these? What could have... this might be a rough one."

Koichi coughs up a frankly unnecessary amount of blood.

Keicho follows up.

"Okuyasu, you have to train your mind, or your life will be worthless. Your Stand is deadly, but you're worthless. Worthless people only cause trouble. I told you since you were a kid. WORTHLESS! USELESS! MUDA!"

The attackers open fire again. Josuke dodges, and the wall is riddled with holes, a nearby vase shattering.

"It's coming from the darkness! CRAZY DIAMOND!"

The Stand punches through a wall, and Josuke attempts to pull Okuyasu through, only to be shot, ironically in the hand. He repairs the wall behind him, only for it, too, to have holes blasted through it.

"Josuke... you left this kid here. You'll be back, won't you?"

Outside, Okuyasu also coughs up a lot of blood.

"Okuyasu... what's your brother's Stand? I'll heal you."

"Why would I tell you?"

"I knew it. So, I'll have to do this!"

Crazy Diamond heals Okuyasu.

"Don't try and stop me... I don't have time for fighting you. Koichi's in bad shape."

He steps off toward the mansion, and Okuyasu follows.

"HEY, WAIT! It's Josuke, yeah? Why would you heal me? I can still attack you!"

"I don't have time for bullshit. Do you wanna fight?"

"I WON'T LEAVE YOU ALONE! TELL ME! WHY DID YOU HEAL ME? I REFUSE TO TELL YOU THE POWERS OF HIS 'STAND'! YOU WOUNDED YOUR HAND? WHY BOTHER?! I HAVE EVERY REASON TO KILL YOU!"

"I don't know, man, I just don't like it when people die..." Josuke slithers his way up the stairs, following the blood. Okuyasu pops up behind him.

"I HAVE QUESTIONS, JOSUKE!"

"What? I have to save Kochi!"

"Why not heal yourself like you did to me?"

"My power is to 'heal others'. Not myself. It isn't perfect. If you die, you really are worthless. Okuyasu... if Koichi dies, your brother won't leave this house the same way he came in, and it'll be his fault. I can't control myself when people hurt my friends. LEAVE."

As he continues to move, he sees Koichi lying bloody on the floor. This is the most obvious trap he's seen in a long time, but he's gotta do this. He rushes forward, but The Hand grabs him.

"WHAT? OKUYASU?"

"JOSUKE!"

The Hand cuts through space, and Koichi appears beside the two of them.

"Koichi just..."

"I don't care if you both think I'm stupid... you helped me. I repayed my debt, Josuke. This is between you and my brother," the sweat-drenched man says, stumbling through his words.

"Thanks, Okuyasu."

As Okuyasu walks away, Josuke heals Koichi.

"How many fingers am I holding up, Koichi?"

"Five. Last thing I remember was getting stuck in that door. Where are we?"

"This isn't looking good. We gotta go."

Something above them begins to move. Josuke pulls out his lighter, and sees... a tiny man?

"What is-"

"Quiet, Koichi." It must be his Stand... it's so dark, though. If he could see... THERE!

A miniscule platoon of what seem to be tiny army men with bandages covering their faces appears atop a rafter, opening fire. The lighter is destroyed, and Josuke's hand is damaged, allowing the paratroopers to descend.

"There's so many! I guess their rifles were causing the little holes in all those things. So, this is Keicho's 'Stand'!"

One of the soldiers shoots him in the face roughly 20 times, and Crazy Diamond kills a couple of them.

"Killing one or two doesn't do shit... the wounds are small, but penetrate so deep..."

"Josuke! They're-"

"Quiet, Koichi!"

"GO! GO! GO!" The soldiers rush at Josuke.

"Koichi, run!"

"Okuyasu..." Keicho says through the Stand, "And the boy... nevermind! Don't let them escape! Everyone, to your posts! ALL HALT! This is "BAD COMPANY"! MY 'STAND' IS AN INVINCIBLE ARMADA! PRESENT ARMS! AIM!"

"Oh, damn."

"FIRE!"

Josuke tackles Koichi out of the room, and the door is blown away.

"A second later and we might've lost something. Koichi! We're jumping out of this window!"

"Wait, I'm-"

"QUIET, KOICHI!"

Out of the shadows, a series of miniscule helicopters fly toward Josuke. From the ground, a similarly-sized tank fires a shot at him, only for Koichi to pull him aside. Crazy Diamond deflects a missile barrage from a helicopter, and leaps back, as Josuke does the same.

"Wait... Koichi? You... saw that tank. You can see... Stands? Are you also one of us? A 'Stand User'? Shit, I've gotta give you the crash course. It can be a good or bad thing, we'll talk about that later. So, you can see this army, yeah?"

"Right... that's weird."

"OH? So the little brat has a 'Stand'?"

Keicho is standing in the corner.

"I wonder... what's his 'Stand Power'?"

"Keicho... you really did come out and show your face... how daring of you."

Crazy Diamond hurls two nails from the wall at him, and he sits there, unmoving, as his soldiers blow it up.

"My army is like a steel wall, protecting me and destroying anything that tries to attack me."

"Is that so?" comes a voice from the shadows on the opposite side of the room, "Keicho... I've beaten you at your own game."

A fist bursts through the wall behind Keicho, an arm grabbing him and pinning him to the wall, as another wraps around him as well.

Behind Josuke, Jota Kujo emerges.

"Charmy Green has you in its clutches. You make one move and I snap your neck."

Keicho laughs.

"You could do that... but I also have one of my 'Bad Company' soldiers poised to slit Koichi's throat, and an army trained on all three of you. You could kill me, but can you stop them in time?"

"Go ahead. Josuke can save Koichi."

"Hold up, please don't-"

"Quiet, Koichi!" Josuke yells.

"Navy Seal Attack!"

Keicho laughs, and has the soldier at Koichi's throat brandish a knife. However, just as it hits, a Stand resembling an egg bursts forth, knocking the soldier aside. Jota looks at this green, glowing egg, eyes wide.

"No... it couldn't be... is this really? Am I...?"

As the egg begins to crack, Keicho's Stand exercises the Second Amendment in a very illegal, and even immoral way, all things considered, by pointing a battalion's worth of arms at two schoolchildren and a ten-year-old.

"Move your Stand, Koichi!" Josuke calls.

With a resounding "URYA!", Charmy Green snaps Keicho's neck, and his Stand falters. The egg Stand cracks slightly.

"Koichi can't move his Stand, Josuke. It hasn't been born yet."

"What? What do you mean, 'born'?"

"Heal Keicho."

Josuke does so, and Jota looks back.

"Okuyasu... you can come out now."

The younger of the Nijimura brothers steps into the room.

"Let's get out of here," Josuke says, stepping back.

"Wait!" Koichi calls, "What about the bow and arrow? We gotta go look for it!"

"Nah, they apparently have a father. I couldn't handle meeting him, if this one guy nearly took us out. We should go."

"There could be someone else in here! Plus, we would've seen the father already if he was here."

"Wait!" Okuyasu yells, "He really is up there!"

"He's a monster..." Keicho whispers, "unfit for the light of day..."

As the two enter the room, they see a green, goopy man chained to the wall. Keicho stumbles in behind them.

"That... thing... is my father. The 'bow and arrow' are his most prized possessions! We've been trying to find a 'Stand

User' to save him! I can't let these be damaged, or give them to anyone!"

"Your father..." Josuke asks, "He's sick?"

"No. He eats a lot, he's in great health. What I want... is..."

"To cure him?"

"That's... absurd. Josuke... I need someone to kill him. He always regenerates, no matter what I try. HE WAS IMPLANTED WITH THE CELLS OF THAT MONSTER! THAT DARK GOD, DIO! HE WAS BUT A PUPPET! I JUST WANT HIM TO DIE LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING! I SWORE THAT I WOULD DO IT BACK IN MY CHILDHOOD!"

"DIO?!" Jota asks, "No... he couldn't be... THAT Nijimura?"

"It was 10 years ago, 1989. We were living in poverty down in Tokyo. We were beaten almost daily for no reason. Our father? He was worthless. A loser. Until we started getting cash, gems, the works, in the mail. That bastard sold his own soul for money. Dio was searching for some kind of 'Stand.' My father was sent forth to fight the Joestars, and was defeated. He returned, beaten and broken. One day, I came back home, and saw Okuyasu crying. I assumed father had been beating him, but... no. He was covered in boils, like he'd been badly burned. The implant within him was rapidly growing, and it wouldn't stop. After a year, he'd been fully assimilated. A pile of rotting flesh, he couldn't recognize us. He's been doing the same thing every day for 10 years. He takes everything out of his box and cries for days. Even seeing him makes me enraged."

As his father does this very thing, Keicho punches his jaw off.

"Don't you make a damn mess! I tell you what to do, damnit, listen to me, you bastard! Stay out of the box!"

"STOP!" Josuke yells, "He's your father."

"While he's related to me by blood, this thing could never be my father. He brought this all upon himself. Sold his soul to change his life. Now, it's up to me and no one else! Only then can I begin my own life!"

"Come on," Jota says, "You don't believe all that. Half of that was recycled song lyrics. Seriously, man, what was next?"

"All at once, it's clear to-"

"FUCK OFF, MAN!"

Josuke looks on solemnly. "I don't know what music they're talking about, but I certainly hope it doesn't end up related to any historical events that might influence people's opinions on the fanbase."

Keicho goes back to beating his dad, and then Josuke punches the box, reforming the pieces of a photograph inside. The chained man picks it up. It's a family photo.

"He wanted to see a picture of his sons, Keicho. Instead of trying to kill him... want me to help?"

Okuyasu looks Keicho in the eyes.

"His feelings and memories are still there! He might be able to get better!"

He grabs the bow.

"Get out of the way, Okuyasu, I CAN'T TURN BACK NOW! I've used this bow and arrow to kill a lot of people to find that 'Stand User'! YOU CAN'T BE MY BROTHER, YOU BASTARD! I WON'T HESITATE TO KILL YOU!"

Two hands press against the skylight overhead. The group look up, none of them noticing until it's too late. A Stand full of electricity forms out of an outlet. Immediately, Keicho punches Okuyasu, knocking him away. Before anyone else can do anything, the Stand punches through Keicho's chest.

"I'll be taking the bow and arrow with me! I'll use them well, EHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE~!"

"You're trying to... take the bow and arrow!"

"Keicho! Stands are the strength of the mind! You must not have known, but 'Red Hot Chili Pepper' held this potential!"

"BAD COMPANY!"

"Save it!" The stand attempts to electrocute him, but Charmy Green punches it in the head.

"Give up!" Jota yells, "You're locked in here with 1... 2... 3 of the best Stands in Morioh. No, make that the country, or even the continent... no, the world!" he stops. "Not that one though. I'm probably strong enough to take you out alone, Josuke here is running support, Okuyasu's got one of the most useful abilities I've seen in both utility and combat, and even if you get through all three of us, Keicho, despite being injured, has enough firepower to wipe this house off the map in under a minute. All that, and Koichi's Stand is set to awaken any day now. Plus the old guy can regenerate, and his Stand... might still exist, I have no clue."

"My, my! Quite the little strategist we have here! But you're right. That hit did some damage, didn't it? I'd best be going now!"

The Stand disperses, rushing back into the outlet.

Josuke jumps up, bouncing off the box on the ground and punching through the skylight. The others follow, but soon realize something. The bow and arrow... they're gone.

Back up in the Morioh Grand Hotel, Jolyne and Kakyoin are painting. Kakyoin took up art again in college, and Jolyne, like many children, is eager to impress her parents. Jotaro steps by, and looks at Jolyne's drawing. It seems as if she was painting a picture of Kakyoin as he made his own painting of the landscape outside.

"Hmmm... not bad," he lies, "but it's missing one thing. May I?"

She nods, and he grabs her brush. Using Star Platinum's excellent vision, he perfectly portrays Jolyne as she looked while thinking a few seconds before.

"WHOAH!" She yells, excited.

"There. Now you've got a complete scene."

She rushes over to show Kakyoin.

"Oh, that's very nice. Did you have any help with that?"

"Yeah! Hehehe!"

As they converse, Jotaro answers the phone.

"Hmmm... is this... Jotaro Kujo?"

"I'm not familiar with your voice. Who is this? Who in the hell are you?"

"It doesn't matter, Jotaro Kujo... Leave Morioh."

"Why should I? You're a stranger, and you haven't given me a good reason."

"I have the 'Bow and Arrow'... I can kill you... how long can you stop time? A second or two? You're pretty precise as well, and you hit like a truck. I was smart to warn you over the phone."

"What are you planning, you bastard?"

"I won't do anything to Josuke, if that's what you were wondering. I just got these powers... I just wanna have a good time. Exams, a job, all that shit? I don't like it."

"You're a student?"

"WHO CARES?! YOU STAY IN MY TOWN TOO LONG, AND I'LL KILL YOU BOTH! AND YOUR KID!"

"What?"

"Oop."

Something fries the telephone, nearly electrocuting Jotaro. He throws it aside, and jumps back.

"Yare yare daze... I'm gonna be in town for a while. KAKYOIN! PHONE'S BROKEN!"
