After the defeating Quan Chi and Loki, as well as vanquishing the Netherrealm Forces, the Avengers and the Kombatants worked together, awakening Odin and purifying the rest of Asgard, as well as obtaining the Netherrealm Kamidogu. The King was forever grateful to the heroes who saved his Kingdom and himself. Thor rejoined them on Earth, where the rest of the world's Mightiest were becoming aware of the situation. And thus, they needed to Assemble fast.

The closest ally was King T'Challa, the Black Panther, in Wakanda. Seems like he was already made aware of the impending danger, as his forces had also found two people from realm of the Kombatants, Jade and Nightwolf. They were being taken care of by his sister, Shuri, at the moment, kept under wraps and at spear point in case they woke up not too happy from awakening in an unfamiliar place. In the meantime, T'Challa was answering a call from Iron-Man while watching over his home.

"I'm gonna keep it brief here, your highness." Iron-Man said through a com link. "We're working hard and fast to reach as many heroes as possible. Our planet might be in for another invasion."

"So I have noticed…" Black Panther said as what exactly he was seeing was not good. A portal large enough to bridge Wakanda to Outworld. Leading the Kahn Guard was the Evil Sorcerer Shang Tsung. "The Invasion's already breached my home's borders. I will be in touch, Stark. This is a matter I must handle by myself at the moment."

With their King gathering his army in defense of the country, all of Wakanda confronted Shang Tsung at her borders, the Soul Stealer making a stand before the Black Panther himself.

"You all trespass on Outworld's Territory!" Shang Tsung said with contempt towards his firmly standing foes. "Leave this place at once, or pay with your lives!"

"It is YOU who trespass on my domain!" Black Panther states. "As King of Wakanda, I order you to leave our borders and return to your world!"

"Arrogant fool. I am Shang Tsung, and I have claimed the souls of many who thought themselves Kings and Warriors!"

"You have faced none like me!" Black Panther growled before both man took a stance, as did their armies. But this fight was between them as Black Panther faced this new enemy head on. Now, T'Challa has faced foes with "magic" before, but what Shang Tsung had up his sleeve was completely unexpected and new to the Panther. He was forced to dodge flaming skulls, bursts of hellish energy as Shang Tsung fought with a technique that is mostly based of Chinese Snake Fist, but Panther could see a mixture of other martial forms in there as well. But he still wasn't fast enough to match the Black Panther's speed, as the moment T'Challa caught onto his patterns, he countered and redirected attacks that were made towards the sorcerer.

Shang Tsung was beginning to realize that he may have underestimated this beast of a man, for none of his projectile abilities even penetrated that unique, feline-based suit of his.

"It as if is some form of armor." He thought to himself as he continued to fight the King. And then having an evil smile on his face. "I must experience that power for myself!"

Black Panther saw Shang Tsung raise his hand, glowing a ghastly green, and was expecting another projectile attack. But instead, he was engulfed in their energy and felt himself pulled towards the Sorcerer, who smiled evilly while stealing but a fragment of Black Panther's energy. The King of Wakanda felt himself drained as he looked up with widened eyes to see that Shang Tsung had suddenly shifted into a form exactly as his!

"By Bast…" he got out, seeing the Sorcerer admiring his work in mimicry.

"Impressive…" Shang Tsung even spoke in T'Challa's voice. "I'll savor this moment, and they will watch you being defeated by your own image."

"Assuming my form will not grant you my skill!" Black Panther roared at him.

"We shall see…"

And with that, the two reengaged in combat. The Dora Milaje dared not intervene, for they soon lost track of who was their true king. Black Panther almost couldn't believe what he was seeing; this sorcerer, as he called himself, mimicked him rather flawlessly. His fighting skills were all the same as his own, and that suit. At first, he thought Shang Tsung taking his form was merely an illusion. But then, he could feel as the vibranium collided with his own suit, the kenetic energy was nearly overwhelming.

Black Panther knew that he had to conquer himself, knowing exactly how he fights and what moves he'll make next. Shang Tsung came in with Panther claws, which the real T'Challa saw coming and countered quickly before fighting back. Never did he think he would have to fight weak points in his own fighting style. N'Jadaka was a close second, but he was reckless. The Black Panther is a Noble Savage, and he used everything to his advantage. Shane Tsung had not fully master his fighting style, making it look sloppy as the King of Wakanda soon performed another counterattack, breaking his form and striking hard enough that the Sorcerer returned to his original form.

"Impressive…" Shang Tsung said quietly as he recovered from that attack. He then brings out a new weapon of his own, a pair of retractable Tekko-Kagi Claws. "Rest assured, I will not continue to underestimate you."

Black Panther brandished his own claws as he stood before the Sorcerer, saying "You already have."

The two warriors charged at each other and clashed their blades, but Outworld's Enchanted Metal was no Equal to the Technologically Advancements of Wakanda's Vibranium filled way of life. Moving back, Shang Tsung brought out his ancient scroll, while also bringing up two soul balls above him, forcing them to send streams of green energy towards T'Challa, forcing the king to dodge as he advanced to the sorcerer. But he was already finish in charging his spell and created a larger infernal barrier of fire in front of him, with a barrage of exploding corpses falling before the Black Panther.

With he enhanced speed and strength, the King of Wakanda was able to leap through the obstacles without so much as a strength and dug his claws into the shoulders of the sorcerer, sending him onto his back before his Mask Guards, who readied their spears in retaliation. But Shang Tsung raised his hand to make them cease. Black Panther then got off and stepped off of the Sorcerer, who slowly got back onto his own feet before clenching his fists, trying to regain his infernal powers, but they were lacking in strength.

"It would seem that this merger of realms has left me more vulnerable than I anticipated." Shang Tsung spoke as his wounds were barely healing. He scowled at the King, who he could tell was glaring more heavily beneath that mask. Without a word, Shang Tsung gestured to his forces as they retreated back to Outworld and the portal closed, leaving behind its temporal energy.

Wakanda's General and one of T'Challa's most trusted friends, Okoye, had walked over to her King "What now, my King?"

"For now, it seems that Wakanda is safe from any further invasion forces." T'Challa replied. "But we need to discuss further actions with the Avengers in order to set up a plan."

That is when his com set had turned on for him to hear the voice of his little sister, Shuri.

"Brother, you have to come back over here! Our guests had just woken up and one of them tearing up the guards!"

Making it quickly to Shuri's lab, Black Panther was almost surprised to find his Dora Milaje were struggling to contain the maddened Nightwolf, who even sent one flying into a wall and took one of their spears, using it to defend himself. When he and Jade had woken up, the latter had nearly threatened Shuri before the guards had come to protect her. When the heat died down for her, she started explaining the most recent events that led to her and her ally landing here…up to the point where Nightwolf had woken in a frenzy when one of the scientists had come to check on him.

Like Captain America when he first woke up.

He acted like a cornered animal and the King nearly came in to put him down. But Jade had stepped, throwing her glaive to keep this from getting any more intense.

"Nightwolf! Calm yourself!" She called out to him. "It is okay. They are not our enemies."

The Shaman look to see Jade, pleased to see her fine and could sense that she was telling the truth. The guards were only standing in defense of themselves and the King and Princess. Calming his animal spirit, Nightwolf stood straight and dropped the spear on the ground.

"Forgive me….I acted fiercely against you. Even after you aided us."

"A wise man once said that even an enemy must be sheltered." Black Panther replied with his arms crossed before stepping forward. "You say that we are not your enemies, but will you become ours?"

"Jade here was already explaining why they are here, brother." Shuri said, gesturing to the fierce looking Edenian. "It is connected to the world-wide anomaly that Stark had told us and the Invaders you fought off."

"Who you faced were Outworlders, led by the Sorcerer, Shang Tsung." Jade said. "I can sense his wretched magic from here."

"…Maybe you should start from the beginning." T'Challa asked. And that is when both Kombatants explained how they got here, with fighting Shinnok, the mysterious new portal opening, and Raiden attacking the Fallen Good which lead them to here.

The King took it pretty well…

"…That is madness." He replied.

"Madness is basically our lives." Jade said. "We can sense that our allies are somewhere in this world. They are fighting as we speak. We must join them."

"Their logic is sound, brother." added on Shuri. "It goes with what Mr. Stark had spoken of. The anomaly is happening all of other world, and if it continues…it may become a singularity that could tear our entire world apart."

"…Then we must meet with the Avengers, and your allies." Panther gestured to his refugees. "If we are to stop this growing threat, we all must work together."

"I will need my weapons." Nightwolf said, to which Shuri jumped in, saying "I hope you don't mind. I noticed you were a Native American and took the liberty of upgrading your original weapons with some of our technology."

"You what?" Hearing that the weapons of his own people have been 'tampered' with made Nightwolf growl like his namesake. The Guards could sense his hostility and held their spears up against him and in defense of the Princess

"But it was only a little." Shuri defended herself. "I can assure that the advocacies of the enhancements I put in will directly correlate to the quality of your original weapons."

While that didn't make Nightwolf feel any less peeved, he backed down, leaving what's done as done.

"As for you, Jade-"

"No need for enhancements on my personal arsenal." Jade said. "Allow me to demonstrate."

The others watched in awe as Jade took a few steps before spinning around, and in a flash of light, she was suddenly in her regular Edenian Assassin's attire, bow and glaive in hand.

"I am ready." She then said proudly.

"Huh. I was wondering why I couldn't seem to crack it." Shuri said after.

"We have no time to lose." The Black Panther then requested. "Be ready. We embark for America, and head to met with Avengers."

Later, the Royal Talon Fighter was making the trip from Wakanda to Manhattan. Black Panther sat with his new allies, Jade and Nightwolf, the latter wearing the brand new gears that Shuri made for him. At Nightwolf's and her brother's request, Shuri held back on making the armor entirely out of vibranium. He had to admit that she did a fine job at keeping it consistent. He now wore newer blue vest with armor pauldrons at his shoulders, and it still kept the chest exposed. A pair of a harness and belts for his weapons. He had a new headdress that covered the top of his head and has teeth in the front. And he also had on some armored bracers and boots. As for the new versions of his weapons, his tomahawks now had tactical designs with wolf based engravings, along with that of his native tongue. He also had a new gunstock war club, made with Jabari Wood and hardened vibranium metals for the tips.

"We should be arrive soon." Black Panther said while turning to his new allies. "I trust that my sister's design is to your specifications."

"They will suffice." Nightwolf replied, respectfully grateful for the new armaments. "I will admit that she had done a good job."

"And as much as I appreciate what she could have done for me, you can't really improve upon perfection." Jade remarked.

Under his masked, T'Challa smirked "That is what I keep telling her."

But while the Royal Talon Fighter was over New York, none of them realized that something, or rather someone, had a lock on the aircraft. Soon enough, a trigger is pulled and a projectile is fired at the Fighter. Before Black Panther could be alerted, the rocket hit its mark and the Fighter started to lose altitude.

"Brave yourselves!" He said, readying them for an emergency landing. The Fighter had then crashed in an abandoned part of the city.

(Pretty convenient, huh?)

Fortunately, no one was injured. As they each got out of the downed aircraft, Black Panther expected the damage, knowing full well that no ordinary weapons can cause his ships to crash like this.

"Someone has tried to stop us from reaching our comrades." Nightwolf pointed out. "We must go and reach them as soon as possible."

"We were cloaked while making our way here, and the hull is nearly impenetrable." Black Panther said. "No weapon can do this unless it is our own design."

"One of your own betrays you?!" Asked Jade.

"No. But there have been those who have been after our resources for centuries. Distributing them through the world's black market and more so. And I have made enemies who hold a very personal grudge against me and my home. But, if it is them…"

Before he could think further of it, his com beeped and Shuri could be heard.

"Brother, your suit had picked up a massive amount of energy before the Royal Talon Fighter went down." She said. "It appears to be vibranium."

"Klaue…" T'Challa growled. If any weaponry involving vibranium, stolen or otherwise, was in play, Ulysses Klaw was the first choice in mind for who was responsible. He then turns to Jade and Nightwolf, saying "Getting to our allies may have to wait. This threat cannot be ignored."

"Why? What or who exactly are we up against?" Jade asked.

"Someone who has been a threat to Wakanda for too long. Jade, Nightwolf, you're with me."

The two Kombatants looked at each other before following the King, who traced the energy signature across the section of Manhattan they are in. Eventually, they were led to a warehouse district which seemed to be crawling with goons, but not just any goons. These guys were armed with high tech armor and gear that seemed made to kill anyone through sharp or explosive means. Some of them even had cybernetic/mechanical components to replace organics and the most distinguishing features were the dragon tattoos they displayed around various parts of their bodies.

"The Black Dragon." Nightwolf said, holding such contempt for this band of mercenaries.

"Seems that the merger had brought them to this realm as well." Explained Jade.

Black Panther then asked "What do you know of these people?"

"They are notorious weapons dealers and criminals that have had a long standing rivalry with Earthrealm's special forces."

"Their leader, Kano, is the worst of them all. A ruthless brute who takes joy in those who he has slaughter." Jaded added. "If he is here, then whoever shot us down must be here as well."

"He must be working with Klaue and had us shot downs. If he is as dangerous as you say, then we must find and neutralize him. He cannot get his hands on any vibranium weapons."

They nodded and worked getting by the place stealthily. The Black Dragon Mercs, as dangerous as they appeared, felt like little more than a ragtag mob that Panther had dealt with many times before, well armed, but given no chance to even brandish their weapons as Black Panther and his allies dealt with them quickly. Not even Klaw's own men were ready for when they suddenly found nobody at their posts, unaware that they were being picked off one at a time until the heroes lead themselves to where the big bad bosses were.

Hiding around the corner of a condemned warehouse, the three could see Ulysses Klaue standing besides crates of black market vibranium weapons whilst taking to a man who wore a black leather jacket with the sleeves torn off, armored arm bands, leather fingerless gloves and a tooth necklace, as well as khaki colored pants with knee pads and a pair of knives holstered to each of his leather boots. His exposed arms showed that he had tattoos that snaked to his chest. He also brandished a bandolier that had some sort of red glowing cybernetic attachment. He had short, slicked hair and a goatee, but his most distinguishing feature was his right cybernetic prosthetic eye that glowed as bright as his chest piece.

"That's Kano!" Jade exclaimed, but Nightwolf held her back before she could do anything rash. They listened in on what the two arms dealers were talking about.

"So what you're saying that you can down a small country with these?" Kano spoke in his rough Australian accent.

"I'm saying that if you and your gang were a band, and these were your instruments, these would make you hit, playing such beautiful music with these." Ulysses spoke in an enthusiastic tone. He was really selling this stuff hard.

"So they're that kind of instruments, huh?" Kano didn't sound all too impressed, crosssing his arms as some of his closest colleagues stood behind him the shadows.

"Well, you just have to learn how to play them." Klaue replied. "And of course, play those who want to by them."

"At point, I'd have to buy them from you first."

That made Klaue chuckle. "You know? It's refreshing to talk to a man in charge who understands business."

"Feeling ain't mutual. Now, let's get to it." Kano said, wanting to get this done. All the while, the heroes heard everything by now while still in hiding.

"The man is planning to give Kano your weapons." Jade summarized. "If the Black Dragons gain any advantage or foothold in this realm."

"They must not complete their transaction." Black Panther growled, digging his claws into the wall he's braced against.

"We will stop him, your Highness." Nightwolf added. "Let us advance."

With the other two nodding at that, the three of them come out hiding and attack. Ulysses was caught off guard to see his worst nightmare coming for him.

"Oh, Jesus! Not again!"

"KLAUE!" Panther roared before leaping after him, but before he could stick the landing, he was struck by a blast of flaming chi. Recovering quickly, he saw that that attack was curtesy of two of the Black Dragon's more younger members, Kobra and Kira.

"You got balls, crossing the Black Dragon like this!" Kobra yelled. "Though, I will admit, that's a nice costume. Does Halloween come around these parts early?"

"You'd do well to surrender and let me pass." Panther told back at the Black Dragon's street fighter.

"Ha! Never gonna happen, kitty cat!"

"Try not to get yourself nearly killed again, Kobra." Kira mumbled, as always sick of her partner's recklessness. And with that, the three of them engaged in a fighter. But Black Panther could see that these two were a minor threat compared to the sorcerer he faced back home. Though they had ruthless attacks and abilities, both gifted fighters and polar opposites fighting side by side, they were just another pair of common thugs to the King of Wakanda, and he's all kinds of scum at this point.

He read them like picture books, Kobra being an expert martial artist with skills of Kickboxing and Shorin Ryu, but he was rash and hot-headed, thinking he had the upper hand when he sent his fists flying towards Panther's head. But this was his undoing, as he left himself open to much, and Panther was easily able to counter his fury-directed moves before attacking back and smashed Kobra away from him. Kira was his polar opposite, cold and calculating with a pair of daggers as her weapons, she was not so easy to pick off at as Black Panther saw how she moved, stronger than she appeared, yet fast and agile. She came in close with her Dragon Teeth daggers and clashed with Black Panther's claws.

"I will not be so easy to beat as that idiot." She told the King. "You will regret cross the Black Dragon, nonetheless."

"I don't see any real challenge before me." T'Challa replied before breaking her off of him and taking the offensive, where he ferociously swiped his claws at her until the knives were knocked out of her hands and then delivers a kick onto her abdomen. But Kira wasn't down yet, as she sends purple mist at Black Panther's face, blinding him for a second before delivering a Night Shadow projectile at him. But the blast had only seemed to push Black Panther back instead of blasting him off of his feet.

His suit was starting to glow in some place, having absorbed the kinetic energy from that show as he quickly regained his posture and rengaged the female black dragon.

"AAAAHHHHHHH!!!" A war cry that came from Kobra as he charged in from behind with a machete and swung the blade behind Panther's back. But the blade humorously snapped in two after hitting the suit's vibranium alloy. T'Challa and Kira stopped fight for a second to give the young fighter dual "Are you serious?" looks.

Kobra was awkwardly frozen in place before, looking at his broken weapon before through the broken piece to Black Panther, which he swatted away, before Kobra charged in with his fists. But the King caught his arm and flipped the grunt over his shoulder, then blasting him away with a kick full of kinetic energy.

Poor Kobra wound up slamming right into Kira, and the two landed in a pile of dirt, defeated.

"Those who cross Wakanda suffer the consequences." Black Panther remarked before moving on.

He looked to see Nightwolf and Jade finishing off a batch of Black Dragon Goons, along with some of their other top operatives, Arsonist No Face and sword wielding Tasia.

"You two are unharmed?" He asked.

"No mere mercenary can match the skills of an Edenian." Jade said with confidence as she had her bow over her shoulder.

"I held my own. Sonya Blade is not the only one with a history of violence against these thugs." Nightwolf said, glaring at the foes he has beaten.

"Come, let us finish this."

The two were about follow the King, when shots were fired and the bullets bounced off against his armor, but the impact was unlike any normal sidearm. It's like they came close to drilling through his suit. And those shots came from the Black Dragon's expert marksman, Erron Black, along with brutish Jared standing beside him.

"You guys ain't going nowhere near the boss!" Jarek yelled, pointing his weapon, the fabled Black Dragon sword, at them.

"No matter how many of you are there, you will fall before the might of Wakanda!" Panther growled while brandishing his claws.

"That's some high an' mighty talk comin' from a freak in kitty pajamas." Erron Black remarked, keeping his hand by his sidearm. "I've bagged bounties and hunted beasts worst than you."

"No…you haven't." That last remarked made the King leap into action. Jarek took the offensive, attacking with his sword while Erron stayed at a distance, seizing every moment for a clean shot. His eyes narrowed at the bullets bouncing off Black Panther's suit, realizing he would need a lot more fire power to crack through it. Luckily, they were already buying some.

Meanwhile, Jarek was starting to realize that he would need a little more finesse in taking on Black Panther, who was gaining their upper hand. He already knocking away the BD Sword and his normal hits were doing anything. Barely able to dodging claws swiping at his abdomen, Jarek jumped back and took out another weapon of his, a lasso which he managed to swing and wrap around Black Panther's neck. But that wasn't the only thing the lasso was good for, as at the push of a button, the whole thing got changed with electricity, which was shocked Black Panther through his suit.

"Aaaaggghhh!!!"

"Ha, ha! I knew this baby would be worth it!" He gloated before using his free hand to pull out a tri-bladed star. "Now, have this!"

He threw the star, which charged with red energy as it went for Black Panther. But the King quickly dodged to the side, grabbing the electrified lasso, wrapping it around his arm before pulling on it. Jarek didn't let go of his grip, but he probably should've as Black Panther did a reversal in what he does and threw the Dragon grunt to him, where Jarek got a kick to the face, knocking him away.

Jade and Nightwolf decided to finish off the disoriented Black Dragon, ganging up on him, 2 against 1, quickly starting to overpower him.

Black Panther was about to join in, only for something to hit his suit at high speed, causing the vibranium to deactivate for a moment; he almost felt it go through him.

"Now, I tend to familiarize myself with any kind of caliber that's more old fashioned than most." Erron Black said, having gotten new ammunition for his guns, made of vibranium. "But this fancy stuff. Hooo…I ain't felt such finesse and strength in a round like that before."

"HEY! Those are hard to make! Use them wisely, cowboy!" Klaue shouted off-screen.

"Yeah, yeah. Shut up, leftie."

"I have dealt with such weapons before." Black Panther said, managing to overcome the pain from the round. "There is anything but finesse in them. They are a mockery to our resource, which I will see returned."

Having finished with Jarek, Jade and Nightwolf then stood by the King of Wakanda's side.

"Tch. Come and get them then, cat."

That is when Erron threw a sand grenade, shooting it and forcing the three fighters out of the way the split second it exploded. Black Panther quickly got back on his feet, only for his face to meet with Erron's fist to the face. Without his guns in hand, Erron Black was a brawler, who was fast, nimble even, yet brutish and strong with each attack. But T'Challa had greater skill and experience, soon able to match his speed and might before counterattacking and pushing the gunslinger back. But Erron was not so easily staggered and shot his guns at the King, who front flipped off the ground to dodge the bullets, but was not ready for when the Outlaw tackled him to the ground and started shooting him rapidly in the mask. The helmet took the shots, barely, yet he still felt the impact.

Jade sent her glaive at Erron, forcing him to roll off Panther and aim guns at her, but quickly dodged when he heard the tri-blade coming back. T'Challa quickly recovered and grabbed Erron Black by the head and slamming it down on his knee before giving him a few claw marks on both sides. Erron then grabbed one his arms and pulled out his revolver, whipping it Panther's head, who dodged shots left and right, but took the blunt hit from the gun's back dead center.

Black Panther, however, used the momentum to backflip and nail Erron in the lower jaw with his foot.

If it wasn't for Black's mask, he would've had a Thanos chin.

Staggering back, Erron switched to his lever action rifle and began firing then rapidly at the King, who moved around to avoid taking anymore shots before dashing towards the Outlaw, who then blocks with the rifle's stock before swinging it at Panther, to which he was able to dodge the futile attempts at heavy attacks. And when Erron was about to swinging it upward and nail Panther in the chin like he did him, the King of Wakanda sent his claws down in the rifle, cutting it in half.

Erron was so shocked by the lost of one of his favorite weapons, that he left himself open as Black Panther sent a barrage of blows to the stomach, then some to the face, before channeling the kinetic energy that his suit absorbed into his fists and struck the Outlaw once more, blasting him with the energy that sent Erron Black flying like a missile into a shipping container, and leaving him in a crater as he was down for the count.

"You will all face judgement for stealing from Wakanda." Black Panther growled, relieved that this fight was over, and with Jade and Nightwolf rejoining him once more.

"Let's finish this." The Shaman commanded. Both other fighters nodded before marching over towards Kano and Klaw. The latter of which tried to aim his prosthetic arm at them, but Jade was quicker and managed to pin him to a wall with her tri-blade. This just left Kano, who didn't seem to waiver as the evil glee never left his face.

"You are finished, Kano." Jade said. "You and your accomplices will face justice."

"I don't think so, love. A businessman like me ceases the opportunity when he sees it." The Black Dragon leader remarks.

But the Black Panther was still furious at him for doing business with one of his counties most wanted. "Were it not for this crisis, I would sink my claws into your heart! There is no escape."

But there no form of intimidation in Kano's good eye as he just smirks and replies "That's usually my finisher. But as tempting as it is to see you pull it off, I have a man here who you might be familiar with."

That is when suddenly, Jade was shot with a high powered weapon, sent flying and crashing into an adjacent building. Nightwolf ran in order to tend to his ally while Black Panther looks at the source of that blast. A high-tech, shoulder-fired weapon, in the arms of T'Challa's most greatest enemy.

"Killmonger…"

"Welcome back, Cousin."

The Usurper of Wakanda, in the Golden Jaguar Habit that he had stolen, blasts Black Panther with the same weapon as soon as he saw him charging. Then, he tosses the weapon aside as he joins Kano to kill T'Challa. The King was barely able to recover from that attack, the blast briefly deactivated his suit's protection. But he stood up to meet his enemies coming at him.

"I came a long way from the dead to battle you, Cus." Killmonger remarked. "Wish it were in the company of better people, though."

That didn't move past Kano, who slightly cleared at N'Jadaka.

"You would've been wise to surrender when you had the chance." T'Challa remarked, taking a stance before both killers.

"I told you already, death is better than bondage. And I would die a thousand times before bowing to you."

"Very well. Then I shall kill you standing!" Black Panther growled.

"Oi! That's my line!" Kano said before the three of them fought. Now, T'Challa and N'Jadaka were equally matched against each other in combat. But with Kano, who was a ruthless weapon's dealer and merc for hire, he fought dirty and forced the Panther to be wearing of his tricks. Just as Black Panther managed to counter Killmonger's kick and was about to strike him in the face, Kano comes in and nearly cuts him in the face with one of his butterfly knives. They would've worked too, since he could that was vibranium metal was holding, enough to break through his suit. Killmonger sent a few blows with his claws at the King's torso, who was pushed back, but still standing. Yet, he barely had time for when Kano suddenly shot a laser out of his cybernetic eye. Panther soon found himself in between the two, forcing to block and attack from one side to the other. He managed to knock a knife out of Kano's hand, which flew in the air before he caught it and was about to send into Kano's chest. But the merc's cybernetic heart unit activated an electromagnetic pulse which made contact with the vibranium and blasted away T'Challa while also stunning him.

"Heh, heh, heh. Sorry mate. Nothing personal." Kano had evil glee on his as he and Killmonger were about to finish off the King. However, he was saved when a tomahawk came and managed to hit him in his armed hand.

"ARGH!"

A spirit arrow came after that, blasting Kano away, curtesy of Nightwolf. The Shaman was soon ran in and gave Black Panther enough time to recover and repel another one of Killmonger's attacks. He left him open for Nightwolf, who managed stab Eric in the shoulders with two of his spirit daggers before quickly summoning his ancestral light onto the Usurper. The blast was nearly too overwhelming for Killmonger, whose suit could barely withstand it all. But still, did former Navy Seal hold his ground.

"What…was all that?" He groaned. "Where'd you get all that power?"

Nightwolf had a straight face as he replied "The two of you may find an advantage in technology, but I find my strength in serving the spirits. My ancestors guide my hand."

"Well said." Black Panther replied, standing beside the Shaman. "No matter what weapons we have, we must never forget where true strength comes from."

"It was your ancestors that had forsaken mine!" Killmonger yelled back at them. "Today, I deliver their vengeance!"

Without another word, the two heroes of their native people engaged the outside of a fallen prince. With Nightwolf by his side, delivering spiritual strength and might with each blow, Black Panther held an advantage over his cousin, who still savagely, but couldn't keep up as much anymore. However, that did last long as Kano rejoined the fight and met with Nightwolf, who had his own vendetta to settled with the merc.

"Could've made use of your, mate!" Kano said as he swung his knives at the Shaman.

"Those days are dead, Kano!" Nightwolf deflected and attacked with his tomahawks.

"Soon, you will be too." The Black Dragon taunted as he was about to bring down one of his blades at Nightwolf, only to be outdone when the Shaman sent his own spirit dagger out and carved against his chest.

"Aaagh!!" Kano was pushed back, but Nightwolf kept coming at him with a barrage of attacks, fists and all while Black Panther continued to brawl with Killmonger, the odds unfortunately seem to be moving to the Usurper's side as he delivering clawed attacks every time T'Challa left himself open. The defenses of both their suits was compromised, but N'Jadaka continued to put up more a fight against his almost exhausted enemy.

"I've been waiting for this for a long time!"

He gloated before pulling out a familiar looking spearhead. "Say goodnight, cousin."

But just before Killmonger could finish the King, Nightwolf sensed the danger and decided to kill two birds with one stone. Just as Kano came in for one last attack with that eye of his, the Matoka Warrior managed to grab him and jam a spirit dagger through Kano's throat. He then twisted the blade and forced the mercenary to turn his head painfully and aim his eye laser over to Killmonger. It was a directly hit as N'Jadaka took the beam right at the head, giving T'Challa enough time to recover and finish him off.

Channeling the kinetic energy that was absorbed into his suit into one of his claws, Black Panther sent down on Killmonger a slash that cut deep in his abdomen and through the vibranium in his Golden Jaguar Habit. He then delivered a barrage of punches and kicks, nailing the Usuper in the center of his face, snapping his now and then grabbing Killmonger before charging another kinetic blast that turned the entire area into a crater.

That was it. Killmonger was down for the count and both Klaue and Kano's men were taken down as well. Nightwolf rejoined Black Panther after the dust settled.

"It is over." The King said with relief.

A bruised Jade limped over to them after having recovered from that crash. Seeing her two allies alright made her feel a bit annoyed.

"No, it's quite alright. Do not worry about me or anything." She remarked.

"Jade." Nightwolf went over to her. "Sorry. But I couldn't let him fight alone."

Jade almost chuckled. "No need to apologize, Nightwolf. Even Edenians can make jokes if they want to." But then she looks around, sees all Black Dragons were accounted for, except one. "Where's Kano?"

The two others looked around and realized was in fact Kano. Despite his injuries, he still must've given them the slip.

"Damn it. I hate when he does that." Nightwolf muttered.

"We may worry about him later." Said Black Panther. "I believe he will have less of an advantage the next week see him."

The two Kombatants nodded at that before a large bright spotlight peered onto the three of them. It came from a flying vessel just above the city.

"What is that?" Jade asked.

The King of Wakanda replied "Our Allies."

That is when, in a flash of lightning, appeared Raiden along with Nick Fury, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Iron-Man, but also Liu Kang, Sonya, Johnny Cage and Kitana, who was overjoyed to see her best friend was here and alright.

"Jade!" She cried before the two sisters-in-arms embraced each other in a hug. All the while the Director of Shield confronted the King of Wakanda.

"Well, looks like you've been busy, your highness."

"Indeed."

"Next time, give us a heads up when you come for a visit. We have a lot to discuss."

"That we do, Director Fury." Said Raiden. "The merger has brought enemies from all sides. I fear the worst and we must be prepared."

They all headed back to the Helicarrier before discussing the next course of action. Stopping the Black Dragons was one thing, but it's merely a single step forward in a long journey.
