"Oh please wake up." A new voice reached my ears, it's one I've never heard. "I couldn't get in contact with either my master or my sisters. I can't believe a new wild card has risen here!"

"Wi..ld car..d?" I try to ask my voice hoarse and dry. This automatically causes the figure to approach me.

"It seems like you've made it here, while with some damage you're still alive. Seems the wings of fate still have something in store for you wild card." The man wearing a blue suit kneels near me. "You're probably wondering where you are, sadly I cannot tell you fully at the moment since your contract hasn't been fulfilled yet but I should see you soon Hachiman Hikigaya."

With the revelation that he knew my name I tried to stand up and confront him but my body felt weaker than ever before. It wasn't long before I fell back into a slumber.

It wasn't long after that I ended back in that royal blue room. This time however it was after I discovered the world or red and black an inverse of my own. Was this world and that one connected? The sound of the man behind the desk clearing his throat made me set my focus on him. "It seems you still haven't fulfilled the final step in the contract wild card."

"What do you need from me?"

"You already know what I need you to do. You've signed your contract. I've been ready to fulfill my side but you need to do what's expected of you."

His words have no meaning. Everything he says to me makes no sense. What does he want from me!? I wonder until the world around me fades away once again as I fade away into a slumber.

This… This can't be happening. My body is broken past repair, yet why am I still awake? I see these monsters around me and the person that followed me in, their hair scattered across the floor. I need to save them, they followed me here. I have to save them to fix my mistake.

It seems your ready to fight against those that oppress those below them

The flames course through me, I feel my body recompleting itself as this sense of wanting to strike back fills me whole.

Yes, stand back up and fight back to protect those who died in disgrace. Fight back and take what is rightfully yours!

The mask fits perfectly onto my face, I move my arm slowly as the pain it shoots out. The need to take off this mask to reveal my truest self is calling to me.

"Per" My fingers grip the top of my mask.

"So" I start to pull off the mask. The tearing of my facial skin doesn't bother me as it subsides the pain.

"Na!" I force myself to quickly pull back my head while simultaneously yanking the mask fully off.

I am thou, thou art I. Thou art willing to sacrifice thyself to protect your kin. Call upon my name, release your protection over those that never asked. I am the martyr of the people Mandrin!

"Mandrin! Bufu!" I shout out, letting the ice magic climb up the limbs of those monsters around me. I push myself up feeling my bones healed. A small smile spreads across my face, now I can finally fight back against this distorted world.

IV

The sound of piano playing starts to fill my ears, this sense of eeriness falls away as I open my eyes and see the man in front of me once more. "Wild card. You've achieved the beginning of the path to your truth." The man in blue speaks to me.

This time however I'm not on the floor. I sit on a chair across from the man, the only thing in between us is the office table.

•Where are we?

•Who are you?

What is this place?

"This place is in between dreams and reality, mind and matter." The man in blue answers me. "And you're a special soul that will help shape your reality into something different. Whether it's small changes or huge consequences is all up to you and your choices."

•I didn't say anything, did you read my mind?

How did you know what I was going to ask?

•What did you do to me?

"I know you're wondering how I know what you're thinking, and truth be told I too don't know all the powers and mysteries of the Velvet Room. Since I was only an attendant until very recently." He sadly says. Shaking his head he refocuses on me. "Now it's time for the task at hand. You're now on your journey to find your truth. It's different for every wild card but it's something that will drive you. Create bonds and strengthen those bonds to grow more powerful, each action has a reaction Hikigaya Haciman."

He stands up leaving the thick book on the table. Standing in front of me he looks at me inquisitively. "Now all that there seems to be is one more question. Are you willing to do anything to find and protect that truth?"

•No.

•Yes.

And thus my fool's journey has begun.

What a persona in this drabble booklet? This is more of a test to see if you guys would be willing to let me upload these on this despite it being a crossover because I have a few crossovers in the chamber.
