June 10th, Sunday Morning
Even though Izuku was sweaty, smelly and tired, he was happy, he is training with the biggest grin he ever had on his face.
Today was Yagi sensei's birthday, he, his mom, Melissa and David had planned for this day since June first arrived.
Yagi decided to tell Melissa about his skinny form, as she and Izuku were talking on a daily basis now and it was really annoying for the man to constantly change forms when Melissa wants to talk with him, her dad already knew about it so it wasn't a big deal that they told Melissa.
At first Melissa was mad that All Might didn't told her earlier, she got even madder when she learned that her dad already knew about It. But eventually she calmed down, she is a smart girl so she understood why All Might didn't want a lot of people to know about his injury, she was a little hurt that the man didnt trust her, which made Izuku feel bad.
Izuku had been talking with the girl for more than a month now, he was still feeling giddy about actually meeting her in real life, as she and her dad, David Shield, were on their way here to celebrate Yagi's birthday.
Their plan was for Izuku to spend the morning with Yagi training like usual, while Inko, David and Melissa prepare Izuku's house for the party.
And while Izuku was quite sure Yagi was expecting a surprise, he and his mom made sure that he'll never expect Melissa and David to be there.
Speaking of the man, Izuku had talked to David already, the man wanted to meet the boy that was talking with his daughter almost everyday, after all.
Izuku was ecstatic to meet the man, he madesure to answer every question Izuku threw at him, which made Izuku happy, as he got some real information of All Might's younger days from David's perspective.
Another thing Izuku was happy about was the fact that he was fairly sure that he will finish cleaning the beach before the deadline, he was pretty sure Yagi sensei was starting to notice it as well, as the man told him that sooner or later he'll begin to teach Izuku some basic martial arts, which Izuku was excited about.
Two and a half months had passed since he met All Might, and Izuku believed that he would finish cleaning the beach in about five and a half more months. Instead of the ten months Yagi predicted, it'll take Izuku about eight months to finish cleaning the beach. Meaning he'll have more than two months to train with One For All before the entrance exam.
'Getting out of public school really gave me a lot more free time huh', he thought as he threw an old television into Yagi's truck.
After more than two months his body had slowly but surely improved, his muscles far more bigger and defined than before, his strength and stamina are much better as well. Yagi was constantly making sure to add more reps and more weight for Izuku to lift.
His mom had lost a lot of weight in the past two months, she looked far better and while she wasn't as skinny as she was in her youth yet, she was getting there.
Even Yagi had made some improvements, because of Inko and Izuku making sure the man actually eat normal food, and not cup noodles, his skinny form looked less like a skeleton. The man is eating with him and his mom nowadays, so of course he'll get some more weight on his body.
Izuku looked at the time on his phone, it was 1:14pm so everything should be ready at his house already.
After another half an hour of training, Izuku finally got a message form his mom telling him that everything was ready.
Izuku and Yagi typically finish their training at 2:00pm, and it takes them about twenty minutes to arrive back home. Luckily, his mom already knows about this, as this was their regular schedule.
After Izuku finish his training for the day him and Yagi made their way to the recycle drop-off station nearby, when they finished that they made their way home.
"Should I close my eyes before entering the house?", Yagi asked with a grin.
Izuku snort at that, an amused grin on his face. "You definitely should!", at least he will be surprised by David and Melissa being there.
Yagi grined, he loved making Izuku laugh. They both got out of the car, making their way to Izuku's apartment.
Once they arrived to the front door Yagi closed his eyes, Izuku hold him by his shoulder as the two entered his house, making their way to the living room.
Izuku saw both Melissa and David sitting on the couch with his mom, the three grined at him with Melissa waving at him. Izuku nodded at them.
"Alright Yagi, you can open your eyes now", Izuku said.
Yagi opened his eyes, he definitely didn't expect to see Melissa and David when he opened them.
"Surprise!", both of them shouted.
Yagi smiled, "It's good to see you both!", he said, hugging them.
"Happy birthday Uncle Might", Melissa said after the two finish hugging.
"Melissa look how tall you've gotten!", Yagi said as he smiled at her.
Yagi turned towards David, bear hugging him, "Dave old buddy it's so nice to meet you, I haven't seen you in years!", He laughed.
"Toshi you're making me feel old", David said as the two released each other from the hug. "It's good to see you, old friend".
Izuku was awestruck, he never imagined he would meet David Shield in the flesh ever, though his mother stopped him before he could fanboy over the man.
"You need to take a shower young man, don't forget you have been working out all morning!".
Izuku sighed, nodding his head he made his way to his room, though before he got there he was stopped.
"Izuku I'm so happy we can finally meet in person", Melissa said, Izuku could practically hear the smile on her face.
He turned around facing her, "Yeah, I'm glad I can finally meet you in person too, Melissa", he said, smiling at her.
She nodded her head, hugging him. "Well, I don't want to stop you from taking a shower any longer".
Izuku blushed as the two separated, rubbing the back of his head, this was the first time a women other than his mom hugged him. "Yeah.. I should probably go now, see you later.. Melissa".
Melissa smiled at him, nodding her head and making her way back to the living room, Izuku took a deep breath and made his way to the shower.
Ten minutes later and everyone was sitting at the table, the presents were in the living room.
Yagi's favourite food was hamburgers and so Inko made home-made hamburgers, as well as fried chicken, fries, and overall American food Yagi would enjoy.
Inko took out the cake from the refrigerator, putting it in front of Yagi. Izuku brought the candles, letting Inko light them.
"It's time for you to make your wish, Toshi", Inko said, putting the cake in front of Yagi.
Yagi smiled as he looked around the table, he never thought he'll get to experience things like this in his busy life. He closed his eyes and blew on the candles.
"Let's dig in guys, Inko's food is the best!", Yagi said excitedly as he laughed.
Half an hour later, the five of them were now sitting in the living room, as it was time for Yagi to open his presents.
"What should I open first?", Yagi said as he looked at the four wrapped gifts on the table.
Picking one at random he opened it. "That's from me", Inko said as Yagi opened it fully, it was a dvd collection and Yagi's favorite chocolate, Inko made sure that Yagi didn't have any of the dvds she bought him.
"Thank you Inko, this will surely add to my collection!", Yagi said, hugging Inko.
"Now to the second gift!", Yagi said as he chose another one randomly, opening it up.
"Ohh that's mine Uncle Might", Melissa said, getting up from her sit next to Izuku. "I made you some advance clothes, I saw that when you transform to your skinny form your clothes are too baggy on you so I made you this! Now you can transform between forms without worrying about your clothes".
Yagi looked through the box of clothes, there were a lot of them, even a whole suit!. "Wow Melissa, thank you". He said.
"Papa helped me a little, he knows your taste in clothes better than me, after all". She said.
"Thank you, both of you", Yagi said smiling at them, David nodded at him while Melissa sat back down.
Yagi picked another one at random, opening it. He couldn't help but laugh as he saw what was Inside.
Yagi picked one of the many mugs that were inside the box, "Your water is here!". He read what was written on the mug.
David grinned at him, "Happy birthday Toshi".
Yagi grinned back at him as he put the mugs and bottles aside, now only leaving Izuku's gift.
Yagi smiled at Izuku as he took the gift from the table, opening it up.
"At first I didn't really know what to really give you, so mom helped me a little with the idea..". Izuku said nervously, this was the first time he actually took his drawing skills to use.
Yagi looked upon the drawing and was amazed, it was a drawing of him in his prime, and behind him was Nana herself, she held him by the shoulder.
Izuku rubbed his neck, "I hope you like how it turned out Yagi, mom helped me with the coloring a bit". He said.
Yagi looked at his successor, "Liked it? I love it!", he said. "Thank you for making me this, young Midoriya".
Izuku smiled at Yagi, "I'm glad you love it, happy birthday, Yagi".
Yagi looked at the drawing once more as he said, "Please, I think the both of us are more than close enough for you to call me Toshinori, my boy".
"Ohh, well.. you can call me Izuku if you want, Toshinori..", Izuku said, smiling at his sensei.
"Ahem..", Melissa interrupted the both of them, "Why did you never tell me you could draw, Izuku?"
"Uhh.. sorry?", Izuku said nervously.
Toshinori laughed as he heard the both of them, this was definitely the best birthday he ever had.

July 9th, Monday Afternoon
Izuku knew that because him and his mom have birthdays in the same month, they'll celebrate at the same time as there's no reason for David and Melissa to fly to Japan, get back to I-Island, only to come back a week later.
Even though Izuku was a little sad that he would spend less time with Melissa that way, him and his mom always celebrated together in the past, so it wasn't something new to him.
A month had passed since Toshinori's birthday, this time they don't have a surprise party as both him and Inko chose not to.
Him, his mom and Yagi already were ready for the party, they only needed to wait for Melissa and David to arrive any minute now.
Izuku was excited to meet Melissa in person again, Izuku had shown her around town when Toshinori's party was over, he even got David's autograph!.
Izuku never thought that he'll ever have a friend like Melissa, and now that he spend so much time talking with the girl, he realised that whatever friendship he thought he had with Bakugo, wasn't real.
Sure, the boy will always be his childhood friend.. previous childhood friend, but now that he have a real friend, he understand that he was just wrong about the boy, and that he needs to move on.
He started training with All Might almost four months ago, and now he can proudly say that about half of the beach is clean, meaning that if he'll continue with that pace he will get more than two months to train with One For All, as he'll finish cleaning two months before the entrance exam.
Toshinori had noticed that as well, so he decided that it was best if he'll add some combat training, it was nothing serious, as Toshinori only taught Izuku the basics for now, and the man didnt know much about martial arts as well, as all it takes from him is to basically punch a villan a couple of times to win. Toshinori still definitely knows his stuff about boxing.
The man even bought Izuku a punching bag for him to practice at home.
As the three of them were sitting on the couch, Izuku heard a knock on the front door, sitting up from the couch he made his way to the door, already knowing who it'll be.
Opening the door, he was met with David and Melissa, the girl instantly smiling at him. "Hello Izuku!", she said as she hugged him. "Happy birthday".
Izuku smiled as he hugged her back, "Hello Melissa, it's nice to see you", he said, the two of them separating.
David puts his hand on Izuku shoulder, ruffling his hair, "Happy birthday Izuku, it's nice to see you", the man said, smiling at him. "I hope you haven't been waiting for too long".
Izuku shook his head no, "You don't have to worry David, let's get inside!".
The three of them got inside the house, after Inko and Toshinori greeted the father and daughter, they got to the table, his mom getting the cake out of the refrigerator.
"We will have to blow on the candles at the same time like always, alright honey?", Inko asked as she lit the candles, putting them on the cake.
Izuku nodded, and both him and Inko blew on the candles, making a wish, the five of them then began to eat, especially Izuku as he was training in the morning, and his mom made him Katsudon, his favourite.
Half an hour later, they all sat on the couch as it was time for presents, they agreed that Inko should open her gifts first and Izuku last.
Inko chose one and opened it, it was a neck and back massager she can wear. "That one is from me", Melissa said.
Inko smiled at her, "Thank you Melissa" she said as she picked another gift and opening It.
"That's mine", Izuku said as he saw the gift, "I saw your perfume was about to run out so I bought you one".
Inko smile at him, "Thank you", she said, picking up another gift and opening it. It wasn't just a gift, she realised, it was a couple of gifts.
Face masks, makeup, hand cream, hair scalp massager, chocolate, and even more.
"That's from me", Toshinori said as he chuckled, "I wasn't sure about what to give you Inko, so I bought a bunch of stuff!".
Inko chuckled at the man, "Thank you Toshinori, but you didn't have to give me so much stuff, you know". The man nodded rubbing the back of his neck as Inko opened up her last gift.
"Your one hell of a cook Inko, so I thought why not give you a cookbook, it's the most recommended one on I-Island!". David said.
"Thank you David, I'll be sure to try it!", she said as she looked at Izuku, "Now it's your turn Izu".
Izuku nodded his head as he picked up a gift, "That's from me", Inko said as Izuku opened the gift. "I saw that some of your clothes don't fit you anymore because you've been bulking up, so I bought you some". She said.
"Thanks mom", Izuku said as he picked another one, opening it. "That's mine!". Melissa said as she saw the notebooks and pens, "I actually have another gift for you but it's not ready just yet, I don't want to ruin the surprise so I'll just say it's a support item". Melissa said.
Izuku nodded at Melissa with a smile, thanking the girl and continuing with the next present, as soon as he saw what it was he was shocked.
"That's me", David said, "I thought you'd like All Might's first ever poster".
"They were sold out years ago!", Izuku said, looking at David. The man only grinned back at him, "Thank you so much David".
Izuku open his last gift, "That's your rarest figurine All Might!", Izuku shouted as he looked at the man. "There are only ten of this in the entire world, this is worth millions!".
Toshinori grined at Izuku, "I knew you'd like it". Izuku just looked at the man in shock, suddenly realising that the man was All Might himself, of course he'll be able to get something like this.
"Thank you so much Toshinori", Izuju said, this definitely was the best birthday he ever had.

October 1st, Monday Afternoon
Two months had passed since Izuku's fifteen birthday and today he, his mom and Toshinori made their way to I-Island to visit Melissa, as she has a birthday today.
This is the first time Izuku and Inko visit I-Island so the both of them were very excited, especially Izuku as Melissa told him so much about this place.
Izuku looked out the window of Toshinori's airplane, he could see I-Island already, they were getting close to landing.
"We're arrived!" Izuku shouted, turning back to see his mom and Toshinori talking in the back.
The two got up from their sit, "Let's get ready then" Toshinori said.
Half an hour later the three of them were out of the plane, Izuku and Inko couldn't help but look around, seeing all the sites on the Island.
"This is truly beautiful", Inko said.
"Indeed this place is truly wonderful", Toshinori said, "Let's test your trivia young Izuku, why was this artificial Island created?", Toshinori asked.
"I know this!", Izuku replied, "It was build so the world's brightest minds can gather together to research quirks and develop new hero support items. They made the Island moveable in order to protect the scientists and their top secret research from villains, it's got a security system on par with the one on Tartarus so basically no one ever commented a crime here!".
"Way too many details, I should've expected that!". Toshinori said while Inko laughed.
They followed Toshinori as he knew his way around this place, Izuku was amazed as this place even allows free use of your quirk!.
A few minutes later they arrived to Melissa's and David's home, which was basically connected to the main lab.
They entered the huge building, and after a couple of turns around the building, Izuku finally saw both Melissa and David, as the two open the door for their apartment.
After a lot of greetings and hugs, the five of them were finally ready for the party.
After they enjoyed lunch together, it was time for Melissa to open her gifts, the girl really want to finish already as she wants to show both Izuku and Inko her home, it was a little disappointing that they will return back home this evening so she doesn't want to waste anymore time.
Picking one and opening it. she smiled, already knowing who's gift it was.
"Yeah that's gotta be you, Uncle Might", Melissa said as she looked at the signed Star and Stripe's poster and figurine.
Toshinori laughed, "She's your favourite hero no?, I knew you'd want her autograph!".
"Thank you", she said, opening the next gift. "That's from me", Inko said, "I think your bowties are absolutely gorgeous, so I bought you some new ones".
Melissa smiled at her, nodding her head she continued with the next gift, "That's from me" David said, "Your glasses are getting smaller on you so I bought new ones". Melissa thanked her dad as she turned towards her last gift.
"I wanted to give you something a little bit more special", Izuku said as Melissa opened his gifts "I asked David to send me a picture of your mom.. I know that you haven't got to meet her, so I drew you and her together".
Melissa smiled at Izuku, hugging him tightly. "Thank you Izuku, I'll make sure to hang in my room", she said as the two separated.
Izuku smiled at her, nodding his head, though before he could reply Melissa grabbed him by the arm, "Now come on I gotta show you around, you too Inko!".
Izuku sweat dropped at that, though he still have the biggest smile on his face, he was glad Melissa liked his drawing, from the look on David, he liked it as well.
