Hey guys and gals, welcome back to Gotcha! ChemyxSympho and this chapter we'll be following up on the ending of the last chapter with Hibiki's first transformation.
This chapter will mostly focus on Hibiki as she is introduced to Section 2 and makes her decision to fight and transform like Tsubasa and her brother, was planning on doing something else but this turned out longer than I expected.
Also just so you know, I'm going to update chapter 1 just to add a scene I thought might fit so you might wanna go back and look for it.
So with that said, how about we get this chapter started!

Industrial District
Third person P.O.V.
"DAAAASSSSHHH!" Golddash yelled, before the jet on his back fired off allowing them to go even faster and jump off the ramp.
"WOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" They yelled, as they flew over the large mass of Noise and landed on the ground, skidding for a bit as they moved to a nearby factory.
"Hah hah, how… How are you guys holding up?" Gotchard asked, looking between the two as they shakily got off the bike.
"We're alive!" Hibiki cried, as she literally kissed the ground.
"Ew, that's gross, big sis." The little girl chuckled, as I nodded.
"Yeah well, we're not done just yet." Gotchard said, as he returned Golddash back to the card before he turned to the large mass of Noise moving towards them.
"Are we going to be okay… Mr. Kamen Rider?" The Little girl asked, looking up at him as Gotchard looked at her.
"I don't know…" He admitted, walking forward. "But I promise… I'm gonna do everything that I can, to protect you… Both of you."
He walked out of the factory before entering a fighting position. "That's why I'm going to fight… AS A KAMEN RIDER!"
"RAAAAAHH!" Gotchard yelled, creating an energy wave made out of the liquid to bring towards the advancing Noise.
He surfed above the Noise as they tried attacking him, while he created several energy shurikens to slice up the noise causing them to explode into dust.
He then jumped off the wave and kicked one of the Noises in the face, and while he was in the air, threw an energy Shuriken to another.
Landing onto the ground, he then began spinning in place creating a tornado of the liquid that sucked up the Noise knocking them into the air.
GOTCHANKO! ODORI~MANTIS!
With a flash we see the tornado's colour change from green to white before breaking apart revealing Odorimantis rider form.
Dashing forwards, Gotchard began slicing through each Noise that came his way.
He jumped up and dodged an incoming attack before throwing a kick that drilled into the monster's body killing it.
He then leapt back while swapping his cards so that he could change forms again.
GOTCHANKO! BULLET~CHOUCHO!
With the new guns on his arms, he began firing the pollen bombs at the Noise, some killing them and others disorienting them.
He then rushed through the cloud of pollen and punched the ones that were disoriented, killing them.
He then spun around and fired more of the bombs around him, creating a large cloud of pollen engulfing most of the Noise.
Before the Noise could attack him in the cloud, he jumped into the air while switching cards again.
GOTCHANKO! NEE~DLE HAWK!
Spreading his wings out Gotchard began firing needles at the Noise below him causing them to explode as well.
He then moved up dodging the flying Noise that moved in to try and attack him but some of them managed to grab and cover him.
"RAAAAAHH!" He yelled, spinning around and firing a large mass of needles out of his body.
He then flew high into the sky while once again swapping his cards but the flying Noise was chasing after him.
GOTCHANKO! STE~AM! HOP~PER!
With a bright flash he changed to his Steam Hopper form before manoeuvring around and pulling the driver.
STE~AM HOP~PER! FE~VER!
"DAAAAAAAAARRRRYYYYAAAA!" He yelled, sending an energy charge kick towards the advancing flying noise crashing into each and every one of them before hitting the ground causing a large explosion.
End song
Hibiki and the little girl continued watching as Gotchard fought the Noise, however it was clear he was getting overwhelmed.
"Is… Is he going to lose… Are we going to die…" The little girl muttered, with a terrified look on her face
Hibiki looked down at the girl not sure what to say, this was just like what happened two years ago… All she could do was watch as someone else risked their life for her.
"AHHHHHH!" The girl screamed, as Hibiki turned around only for her eyes to widen as another large army of Noise appeared behind them.
"What? NO! HANG ON!" Gotchard yelled, as he tried to reach them only to be grabbed by the Noise who forced him to the ground. "NO! DAMN IT! LET GO OF ME!"
BA-BUMP
'What can I do…?' Hibiki thought, as the girl hugged her.
BA-BUMP!
'There must be something I can do…' she hugged the girl tiger while glaring at the noise.
BA-BUMP!
"NEVER GIVE UP ON LIVING YOUR LIFE!" She screamed, when suddenly her eyes widened and some words came out of her mouth
"Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron…"
FLASH!
Suddenly, a bright orange light erupted above Hibiki's chest, the same place where she was pierced by that fragment two years ago after she sang that last note.
Gotchard's eyes widened as he saw the bright light emanating from his sister. "What's going on… Ggghh!"
He then used his driver to switch forms, becoming a mass of smoke before switching to Grasshopper form to crush the Noise that was on top of him.
"HEY! What's happening!" Gotchard yelled, switching to rider form as he ran towards the two girls but not being able to get close to his sister as the beam of light continued to shoot out of Hibiki.
"G-GAH!" She gasped, as she doubled over in pain, falling onto the ground on her hands and knees taking in deep breaths
"Big sis!" "Hibiki! Are you-"
Just when he was about to reach out to her, a menagerie of machines erupted from Hibiki's back.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Hearing Hibiki's scream of pain made Gotchard want to reach out for his sister all the more, but the blinding light prevented him from getting any closer.
Soon, the light dies down and he can finally see what's become of Hibiki as she was now donned in a high tech armour. "H-Hibiki… What happened to you."
Hibiki was now wearing the same kind of suit Kanade wore during the noise attack at the concert, only this one was much simpler. The red parts of the main suit were now a dark orange, lacking the sleeves and having smaller forearm braces with extra orange wings coming out of the back of the neck. Gone were the guns in the hips being replaced with white and orange wings placed above the bottom with a more covered lower abdomen as well as smaller boots that only reached to the knees. Finally the head piece was also smaller with a orange details on the headphone parts
"Hehehehehehehehehehehehehe." Hibiki got up, shadows covering her face as an evil grin grew and her eyes glowed yellow.
"Hehehehehehehehehehehe-AH!" She blinked, before looking around and then down at her new armour. "WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CLOTHES?!"
"THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT?!" Gotchard gawked, looking at scrambling Hibiki.
"Wow! Big sis! You look so cool!" The little girl smiled with sparkling eyes as she looked up at Hibiki
"Oh hehehe, thanks." Hibiki smiled, before turning back over to the large group of Noise. "We need to get away!"
"Yeah, as long as we keep away from them then they should go away soon and with that armour you should be able to fight any that come after you." Gotchard told her.
"R-Right." Hibiki nodded, picking the girl before dashing away at a much faster pace than a normal human. "WOAH! WOAH! WOAH!"
"A-Ah! Wait!" Gotchard yelped, jumping after her.
Section 2
Third person P.O.V.
"What's going on! What's happening!?" Genjuro demanded, wanting to know what the sudden energy reading they detected was as the people of Section 2 watched from an aerial scan.
"We don't know sir, but we are now comparing the energy to anything in our database!" One operator said as they all got to work.
"Could this be… An Aufwachen schlagen?!" Ryoko asked, crossing her arms and turning her head.
"We've identified the energy sir!" Just as the operator said that, one word appeared on screen.
G.U.N.G.N.I.R.
"Impossible! Gungnir!?" Genjuro exclaimed.
Tsubasa's eyes widened as she stood up looking at the map as the armour of her partner, her voice trembling and her mind racing, trying to figure out just what was going 'This is impossible, that was Kanade's armour!'
"Just what is going on?" Genjuro frowned, rubbing his head as he watched the screen.
"I'm going to check it out!" Tsubasa said, turning to leave while Genjuro turned around.
"Tsubasa! Don't-" Genjuro tried to tell her but she was already gone. "That girl… Fine, get a helicopter ready now!"
Back at the factory
Third person P.O.V.
(Play Gekisou Gungnir)
Back at the factory we see Hibiki running through the factory while carrying the girl, her armour boosting her speed.
'Ah geez this is crazy?! And why can't I stop singing!' she thought, as her armour compelled her to start singing.
"Big sis! Look out!" The girl yelled, before Hibiki jumped back as some Noise crashed in front of her.
The Noise then shifted around before darting towards Hibiki while she braced herself but before they could strike.
KAMANTIS! GOTCHARGE BUSTER!
Suddenly several energy blades flew out and sliced through the noise that darted towards them, killing the noise and turning them into dust.
"You guys okay?" Gotchard asked, moving up to them while they nodded. "Good, come on we gotta- huh?"
The three then looked up as giant noise moved back to them, scaring the little girl as she turned away from the monster.
"Please tell me you can turn into a giant robot." Hibiki asked, making Gotchard blink before he took out a card and analysed it.

"Sorry, not yet." Gotchard shook his head before putting the card back. "But I might have another idea, but you'll have to trust me."
"Um okay, what do you have in mi-WAH!" Hibiki yelped, while Gotchard grabbed her arm and they began running towards the building while he inserted some cards.
SABONEEDLE!
"Woah! Woah! Woah! What are you doing!" Hibiki cried, as they got closer to the railing.
HAWKSTAR!
"Just trust me! I know what I'm doing!" Gotchard yelled, before jumping off the railing as the three fell to the ground in mid air.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" The two girls cried while the giant Noise reached for them.
"I need your help guys!" Gotchard yelled, before pulling the side of the driver causing his body to flash.
GOTCHANKO! NEE~DLE HAWK!
With a bright flash, Gotchard transformed into Needlehawk with his wings spread out as he began firing his needles at the giant Noise.
"HOLD ON!" Gothcard yelled, flying around as he attempted to catch the girls but then moved in and stopped them.
"NO!" Hibiki yelled, before throwing the girl towards Gotchard who managed to catch the little girl.
Gotcahrd then quickly moved down to try and catch Hibiki as she fell towards the giant Noise.
Looking down at the Giant Noise reaching out for her, Hibiki began singing louder and on instinct readied her fist before punching the giant Noise in the face sending it crashing onto the ground.

"W-Woah, did I do that?" Hibiki blinked, landing on the ground while Gotchard did the same.
"WOW! Big Sis, you were so cool!" The girl smiled, as she got out of Gotchards arms.
"Yeah, I didn't expect you to have that much power." Gotchard admitted, rubbing his helmet.
"Um thanks, I guess?" Hibiki sweatdropped, before they heard more Noise coming their way.
Gotchard and Hibiki readied themselves as the large group of Noise moved towards them, but before they could do anything the sound of a motorcycle rang through their ears, quickly looking behind them.
"AH! Tsubasa-san!" Hibiki gasped, as they saw the girl in question driving towards them while on her motorcycle.
"Imyuteus Ame no Habakiri Tron…"
She then jumped off, letting the motorcycle crash into the Noise before her body began shining as she donned her armour.
She walked past the two, whispering something to Hibiki while walking past her before giving Gotchard a glare.
She then dashed towards the Noise while beginning to sing.
(Play Zettou-ame no Habakiri)
The Noise began blasting at Tsubasa who easily dodged each blast, before she raised up her sword.
Electricity then began charging into the blade as it grew bigger and bigger until it was about the size of a semi-truck.
AZURE FLASH!
She then swung downwards, sending an energy slash that flew towards the large group of Noise, killing them in an instant.
She then leapt into the air before striking a pose as a large mass of sword materialised around her.
ONE THOUSAND TEARS!
The blades then began falling down like rain, slashing into each of the Noise killing an even more of them.
Once she landed on the ground, she dashed towards the Noise at amazing speed and slashed and killed a great number of Noise with her katana and the blades at her ankles.
"Wow! Tsubasa-san is so cool! Fast and Deadly!" Hibiki smiled, stars in her eyes as she awed her favourite idol.
"Yeah, thank god I didn't actually fight her back then." Gotchard whistled, but this caught Hibiki's attention.
"Wait, you two fought?!" "SHE STARTED IT!"
"Um… Mr. Kamen Rider? Big Sis?" The little girl called, pointing behind them as they looked over to see the Giant Noise rising back up.
Before the two could do anything Tsubasa rushed in and summoned another giant.
HEAVEN'S WRATH!
She then leapt into the air before kicking the blade, sending both the blade and herself through the giant noise killing it.

"Amazing…" Hibiki muttered, as Tsubasa rose up with flames behind her before she stared at Gotchard and Hibiki.
"Uuuuuuuhhhhhh…" Gotchard sweatdropped at the gaze Tsubasa was giving her.
A silence passed as she examined the two while gripping her hand. "You aren't Daybreak… Are you?"
Gotchard was silent for a moment before shaking his head causing Tsubasa to click her tongue as she turned around, watching as several cars moved in to check on them.
"Y-Yeah, looks like things are settled here." Gotchard sweatdropped, slowly stepping back.
"E-Eh? Are you sure?" Hibiki asked, as Gotchard shakily nodded.
"I um yeah, I think I should go before she gets angry and stabby again." Gotchard gulped. "Besides, I should probably go see how my partner is going."
He then quickly flew off as the vehicles arrived at the scene, however just then Lachesis appeared from behind one of the buildings.
"Oooh, she has some wonderful malice~. Especially against our dear Kamen Rider." Lachesis smirked, staring at Tsubasa before pulling out a card.
"A-Appare! Appare! Bushi!" A Samurai looking Chemy yelled, but Lachesis just smiled evilly.
"You would be a perfect Chemy for her… To make a strong Malgam that'll crush the Kamen Rider."

In a dark void we see Yuya standing in the city at night with his eyes closed.

We see Hibiki on a park bench looking down while Tsubasa was in front of a dojo training with her sword.
"What's so fun thinking that all the time?" You said smiling as you walked ahead…
A light then shines as the two look up with determined looks in their eyes.

Feeling lonely as my heart sub comes to FLASHBACKS
The scene cut's to Hibiki while transformed punching one of the noises in the face.
Synchronising with you and having no MASH UPS
It then switches to Tsubasa slashing another in half while also transforming.
I know that we can make it in RIGHT NOW, READY SET GO!
Finally we see Kamen Rider Gotchard running ahead before jumping into the air.

We see Gotchard on Goldash driving off a ramp into the sky, before landing on to the street and driving ahead.
Along with your, everlasting smile so big and happy So grab onto my hand so tightly,
We then switch Elpis looking up as she saw Gotchard driving towards her while reaching his hand out making her smile as she took it.
Together as we are, there's nothing that we can't overcomeI feel that way since you are here with me
Elpis was now on the back of Gotchard's bike as they drove through the street passing by several Chemies along the way.
You make the strength that is missing on the right side of me Our strength as one I know that we, We'll take off to sky!
The two then looked up to see three dark figures looking down on them before looking at each other and nodding.
Don't stand there, never DON'T STOP (Don't stop)
Gotchard and Hibiki were doing a double punch attack towards a group of noise together.

Switches to Tsubasa swinging down towards Gotchard who blocked the attack with his arm, as the two glare at each other.

Yuya then pumps his arm as he and Elpis look up at the blue sky and the rainbow.
Section 2
Third person P.O.V.
"Um, where exactly are we going? And why are we at the school?" Hibiki asked, as she, Tsubasa and two men walked into an elevator.
After the authorities arrived and reunited the little girl with her mother, Hibiki was asked to come with them so they can figure out just what her new power is, her being put in handcuffs wasn't exactly assuring.
"You might wanna hold on to something, it can be quite surprising to newcomers." One of the men said, holding on to a railing.
"Eh? W-Will it really go that fa-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSTTTTTTTTT!"
Hibiki barely had time to grab onto a railing and began shooting down towards the ground but was still shaky until someone placed a hand on her shoulder to help stabilise her.
"O-Oh um thanks Mister…" Hibiki asked, looking up who had dirty blonde hair and wearing a black suit with a black shirt and an orange tie.
"Houtarou, Ichinose Houtarou." He told her while Hibiki nodded, before slowly getting her composure. "Don't worry, everyone gets like this their first time."
"Oh yeah, we should probably introduce ourselves." The other suited man blinked, before giving a bow. "Shinji Ogawa, at your service."
"O-Okay…" Hibiki nodded nervously. "It's nice to meet you Ogawa-san, Ichinose-san. So, um… Why exactly am I in these cuffs?"
"It's standard procedure." Tsubasa told her, looking away, making Hibiki blink before she looked down.
Houtarou noticed this and frowned, before noticing the side of the elevator. "Hey Tachibana-san, we're getting to the good stuff."
"Huh?" Hibiki and turning around only for her eyes to widen . "O-Oh wow… Hehe…"
The elevator had soon entered a large tunnel-like shaft that held what looked like a colourful and ancient mural of sorts that seemed to span for miles upon miles, and Hibiki couldn't help but be taken back by how much bigger this whole situation actually was.
"That's enough friendliness Ichinose, Ogawa." Tsubasa spoke up as the elevator stopped. "Smiles have no place where we're going."
The elevator's door then opened up, making Hibiki gulp before they walked out.
*POP! BANG POP! BANG POP! BANG*
"Welcome to the Mobile Disaster Response Corps 2nd Division Headquarters, home of the guardians of humanity, Tachibana Hibiki." Almost every in Section 2 declared, including Genjuro who was in a top hat with a cane, as Hibiki, Tsubasa and a few others stood outside the elevator.
"Eh?" Hibiki blinked at the unexpected surprise party while Tsubasa sighed and rubbed her temples.
"Come on, come on, put on a smile!" Ryoko called as she ran up to the still confused Hibiki and tried to take a selfie with her. "Let's take a photo to commemorate our new friendship."
"W-What! NO!" Hibiki yelled, quickly pulling away. "I don't wanna have a photo of me in handcuffs."
"Why is that what you're worried about?" Houtarou sweatdropped, crossing his arms.
"W-WAIT! Actually! How do you even know my name! I don't know you people!" Hibiki yelled, pointing at them.
"The 2nd Division is a wartime secret service." The red haired man explained, turning his cane into some flowers. "Checking you out was no problem to professionals like us."
"Plus we are under your school, so we kind of have to have a list of student names just in case." Houtarou explained, walking up with a bag in his hand.
"AH! BAG! YOU'RE TOTAL FIBBERS! YOU JUST LOOKED THROUGH MY BAG!" Hibiki yelled, making Tsubasa sigh while Ogawa laughed awkwardly.
"Alright, alright, geez… Here, how about this?" Houtaro said, before pulling out a key card and scanning it which opened them. "There, better?"
"A little…" Hibiki pouted as the cuffs were removed before rubbing her wrists.
"I believe introductions are in order." The red haired man said. "I'm Genjuro Kazanari, I'm the one in charge around here."
The woman wearing the lab coat introduced herself next. "I'm Sakurai Ryoko, the lead scientist around here. Nice to meet ya!."
"Nice to meet you too." Hibiki bowed. "Um, so why exactly am I here?"
"Ah, well that's an easy answer, we wanna ask for your assistance." Genjuro told her, making Hibiki blink.
"Huh? My assistance?" Hibiki questioned, turning her head before realising what they meant. "Ah you mean that strange armour! Please can you tell me what you know? Like what happened to me."
Ryoko smiled as she walked up to Hibiki. . "Before I can answer your questions, I need you to do two things for me."
"And they are…?" Hibiki asked, looking up at her.
"Firstly, don't tell anyone about what happened today, the less people know about us the better."
Hibiki understood their reasoning and nodded. "And the second thing?"
Ryoko smiled as she moved closer to the girl and wrapped her arm around Hibiki. "I need you to please take off your clothes."
"Eh… EEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!"
Later on
Tachibana Household
Third person P.O.V.
"EH?! Your sister transformed!" Elpis gasped, as the two hung out in Yuya's room. Yuya's mother and grandmother have decided to stay the night in a hotel after getting out of the safety bunker.
"Yeah, it surprised the heck out of me…" Yuya muttered, rubbing his head. "It really freaked me out when a whole bunch of machinery shot from her back and she started out in pain."
"Sorry, I should have gone with you." Elpis apologised, looking down. "If I had gone with you we could have protected those two better and Hibiki wouldn't have had to go through all of that."
"Hey, don't say that." Yuya told her. "If you weren't there fighting the Noise in the city, who knows who could have gotten hurt or how much worse the damage would have been."
"Thanks…" Elpis muttered, before looking up. "So, what happened then?"
"Well miss crazy sword lady, I mean Tsubasa, came rushing in and managed to defeat the Noise a lot faster than either of us could… Just goes to show how skilled she is, I guess." Yuya sighed, shrugging his shoulders. "After that, Tsubasa's allies came and since they knew more about the armour then I did I thought they could be more helpful. Plus, I didn't wanna get myself or the Chemies dissected."
"I still need to see what those two are like when they're transformed… Might be able to recognise it or find it in the professor's notes if you give me more details." Elpis asked.
"Besides transforming into sci fi magical girls? I guess the most notable thing would be that they were singing and it looked like they couldn't help it, like the music flowed out of them." Yuya explained as best he could.
"I see, I'll try to look through the notes, see if I can find anything." Elpis told him, leaning back. "But with that said, what are we meant to do now?"
"Not sure…" Yuya muttered, looking over at the Chemies playing around. "I'd like to find the other Chemies, but that's easier said than done. I mean we only found Bounty Bunny because someone else found it."
"I see what you mean, there was something in the notes that could detect and even contain and utilise a Chemy's abilities without needing to transform."
"Wow really that sounds awesome! Let's use it!" Yuya grinned, but Elpis shook her head.
"Unfortunately we can't, there was only one prototype and the Professor had it." Elpis told him. "And I doubt we have the resources to build it ourselves."
"Ah geez, that's fair I guess." Yuya sighed, crossing his arms. "You know, from what I saw. The group she is working for could have the equipment to make it… Should we form an alliance with them?"
"That depends on what they're like, they could be willing to work with us but they could just as easily try and take our gear from us." Elpis told him. "And I'd rather only tell people about our power if we can trust them."
"Fair enough." Yuya shrugged, before getting up. "Anyway, I should start making food now, any requests?"
"Hmm, I guess we should see what's in the fridge first." Elpis nodded, getting up as well. "We also have to make a lot for the Chemies."
"Ah don't worry I got a way to feed more than enough." Yuya grinned. "I should probably make some extra, just in case Hibiki comes to visit."
"I wonder how she's doing." Elpis hummed, as they left the room.
Meanwhile back in Section 2
"Ugh, that was so horrible." Hibiki frowned, after being dragged away by Ryoko to get an analysis of her body to see what had happened to her.
Now she was just resting for a bit in the break room while waiting for her results.
"Yeah, Ryoko can be a bit much." She heard, before looking over to see Houtarou had waited for her.
"Ichinose-san? What are you doing?" Hibiki asked, as Houtarou walked up.
"Well your results are done and someone needs to take you to the command room, and I doubt Tsubasa would be interested." He shrugged, while Hibiki got up.
"Actually I was wondering about that, the Kamen Rider or I guess Gotchard mentioned that he and Tsubasa had fought? Why did you guys attack him? He was helping." Hibiki asked as they walked through a hallway.
"Trust us, that was entirely Tsubasa. She kinda hates the Kamen Rider that helped her and Kanade during the Zwei Wing incident." Houtaro explained. "And seeing someone who looks just like a person you hate, you kinda ignore the facts."
"Eh? But the Kamen Rider back then was trying to help them! He saved me and my brother's life! Twice for me! Why would she hate him?!" Hibiki asked, making Houtaro frown and sigh.
"Would you be okay with someone who abandoned your best friend to die even if it was for a good reason?" Houtaro asked, making Hibiki's eyes widened before she looked down.
Houtarou blinked at that before shaking his head. "Sorry about that, didn't mean to bring down the mood, we actually do wanna work with the Kamen Rider."
"Eh? Really?" Hibiki asked, looking at him.
"That's right, we've been-" "Roopah!" "Kraken!" "Cani!" "Bam! Bam!"
"Huh?!" Hibiki jumped, as several Chemies came running down towards them. "N-Noise."
"Oh! Hey guys!" Houtaro smiled as the Chemies stopped in front of them. "These guys are Chemies, we believe they're what gives the Kamen Rider and Valavarad their powers."
"Wait, so that bike actually was alive?" Hibiki blinked, as she looked at the Chemies. "Well they seem harmless… And actually kinda cute!"
"Roo! Roopah!" The several Antroopers thanked running up to Hibiki. "Aw, no problem."
"Wait, you can understand them?" Houtaro asked, making Hibiki shake her head.
"Not really, just kinda reading the context clues you know?" Hibiki explained, with Houtaro nodding.
"Yeah, same for me." Houtaro said before standing up. "Anyway, we should head to the command room and you guys should be back in your room."
The Chemies nodded, wandering off, with Hibiki saying bye to the Chemies before the two headed to the command room.
"Sorry we're late." Hibiki called, as she and Houtaro walked into the command room.
"Yeah the Chemies ran up to us and I sort of introduced them to her." Houtaro explained, as the others nodded.
"Oh, it's no trouble at all, as long as you're here." Ryoko waved it off. "Now then, here are the results of your medical examination from yesterday!"
Up on the screen, mini-screens popped up with different readings as Hibiki took a seat and Houtaro leaned next to the wall.
"There are some signs that the shock of the first transformation affected you, but there are no notable abnormalities." Ryoko explained.
"Nothing… Notable?" Hibiki asked nervously.
"Oh, right, this isn't what you came here for." Ryoko realised, while Hibiki stood up
"Please explain that power to me!" Hibiki asked, making Genjuro glance at Tsubasa.
Tsubasa sighed before taking out a pendant with a glowing red gem. "I am the bearer of the first relic, Ame no Habakiri."
"Ah relic?" Hibiki questioned, turning her head.
"Relics are ancient Artefacts documented in legends from all around the world." Ryoko explained. "They were created in ancient times, yet are beyond our current technology. Relics can be found in ruins, but the ravages of time have stripped them of their incredible power. It's extremely rare to find one with any power left."
"Ame no Habakiri is actually a small fragment of a blade." Genjuro explained. "And the key to amplifying the few flickers of power it still bears are waves of a particular amplitude."
"Uuuuhhhh… What do you mean?" Hibiki questioned, turning her head.
"He's saying that the user needs to be compatible." Houtaro explained, while Ryoko snapped her fingers.
"That's right and the important factor for that is the song!" She grinned, surprising Hibiki.
"S-Song?" Hibiki questioned, completely baffled looking over at Tsubasa. "Is that why we were singing when we transformed?"
Tsubasa remained silent before Ryoko quickly answered. "That's right, the armour manifests your emotions and thoughts into a song to power it."
"The Relics, activated by the song, pulse with energy, generating the anti-Noise armour, the Symphogear, that you and Tsubasa wear." Ryoko explained.
"But the Relics just don't turn on as soon as someone hums a tune!" Tsubasa pointed out as everyone turned to look concerned.
Genjuro then stood up and walked towards Hibiki. "The few whose song can activate the song the Relics and manifest a Symphogear are the 'Attuned.' Tsubasa is one and so was Kanade, and now you are one too."
"Wow…" Hibiki muttered, looking down. "So… These are basically Karaoke armour?"
Everyone was silent at this as they stared at Hibiki, before Houtaro began snickering.
"Okay, yeah. That was funny." He smiled.
"I-I suppose that's an accurate example." Genjuro awkwardly laughed.
"Still I don't have one of these Relic things, so why can I transform?" Hibiki asked, before an X-Ray of Hibiki showed up on screen showing a few shards near her heart. "AH!"
"Do you recognise this?" Genjuro asked, with Hibiki nodding.
"That's right, I got pierced in the chest by a piece of Kanade's weapon during the Zwei Wing incident." She said, catching Tsubasa's attention.
"You were there?" Tsubasa questioned, with Hibiki nodding.
"Yes. I had almost died at the time but my brother told me the Kamen Rider had done something to me that healed my wounds." She explained.
Tsubasa gasped at this news and hunched over, trying her best to compose herself while being consumed with grief.
Without another word she stumbled out of the room, while Houtaro stared at her with a concerned look.
"Normally something like that should have killed you, but if what you say is true then the Kamen Rider somehow had the shard merge itself with your body." Ryoko explained.
"So that's what happened…" Houtaro muttered, looking to the side.
"This is certainly a surprise, but with this kind of power you will be able to help us protect the world from this Noise crisis as well as these new monsters that the Kamen Rider fights." Genjuro explained.
'I'd be able to help people. Really help people and find out more about the Kamen Rider that saved us… But…'
"Do I really have to keep this a secret? My brother was also involved in the incident and I feel like he deserves to know the truth too, not only that but I'm not sure if I can keep this a secret from my best friend…"
"I understand what you mean Hibiki, but if others found out about this place and the fact you have the ability to use the Symphogear armour it would inevitably endanger your friends and family greatly, they would be living their lives always at risk." Genjuro told her.
"Is that true…" Hibiki muttered, as images of Yuya, Miku, Her mother and grandmother flashed through her mind.
"Understand, it's not because we are trying to protect a secret but their lives would be in even more danger if they did know so for their sake will you please keep this a secret for us." Genjuro asked, while Ryoko crossed her arms.
"You're one of now 4 people with the power to fight the Noise, a lot of people will want to use that power and they would go about anyway to claim it." Houtaro told her.
"With this power… I can protect the people important to me and save people… Right?"
The others blinked at Hibiki's question, before smiling and nodding.
"Then… I'll do it… I'll fight too!" Hibiki declared, with a determined look in her eyes.
"Well then that seals it." Houtaro smiles, walking up and patting her head. "Looks like now all we need to do is start training you."
Outside of the room we see Tsubasa taking a few breaths as she tried to recompose herself, having heard what had happened in the other room 'That girl… She was the one Kanade… Sacrificed herself for… And now… She's just going to repla-'
"Um… Tsubasa…?"
"Huh?" Tsubasa blinked, turning around to see Hibiki looking at her. "What do you want…?"
"I wanted to let you know that I'm going to fight alongside you." Hibiki said, making Tsubasa frown. "Ichinose-san told me what happened, I know I can't replace Kanade for you… But my brother told me something I thought you'd wanna know."
"… What is i-" However before Tsubasa could finish an alarm started blaring, catching the two's attention.
"What?! Noise already, but how!"
"Didn't they just appear, do they normally show up so quickly?" Hibiki asked, but Tsubasa shook her head.
"No, they've shown themselves this frequently before." Tsubasa said, as the two headed back into the room.
"Noise appearance confirmed!" Sakuya called out, as the girls arrived. "But their energy readings are different from other Noise."
"What do you mean?" Genjuro asked, before a screen appeared showing the black and gold Noise that Gotchard and Valvarad fought.
"Oh my, those are new ones." Ryoko blinked, surprised.
"Tell Section 1 to leave this to us." Genjuro ordered before turning to Houtaro.
The two shared a look before Houtaro nodded, turning around and running off.
"The Noise's location has been confirmed, they are within 200 units from the school." Aoi stated, catching Genjuro's attention.
"Why are they so close…" Genjuro muttered, looking back up at the screen.
"I'll put a stop to them." Tsubasa said, turning back around and out of the room.
"I'm going too!" Hibiki told them as she turned around.
"Wait Tachibana! You still aren't ready yet!" Genjuro told her but Hibiki shot him a glance.
"I can use my power to help people, right? You can't get in contact with the Kamen Rider and his ally, none of your weapons work either so I'm going!" Hibiki declared, before quickly following Tsubasa.
"She knows the danger and yet still wants to help. She's a kind hearted girl, isn't she?" Sakuya smiled, but Genjuro crossed his arms.
"I wonder about that." Genjuro said. "Tsubasa received combat training since she was a little girl… But Hibiki was a normal girl before this and has no experience fighting the Noise… I think that someone who volunteers for the front lines just to help someone is… Twisted."
"But, wouldn't that make her just like us?" Ryoko asked, as Genjuro glanced at her before looking back up at the screen.
Back in the city
Third person P.O.V.
"You know you didn't have to walk me back." Elpis told Yuya as the two walked to the streets back to the flower.
"I know but I felt bad, plus who knows how crazy the streets get after a Noise attack." Yuya said, looking around at the empty streets. "We're lucky it didn't hit here."
"Yeah, I'd feel bad if the owner was a victim too." Elpis agreed before turning to Yuya. "By the way I was wondering something, now that Hibiki can transform will you tell her?"
"Weren't you the one going on about not wanting to let others know about our power?" Yuya asked, crossing his arms.
"I know, but I also know we can trust Hibiki and it must be killing you not telling her." Elpis said, as Yuya laughed.
"You got me there." Yuya snickered, rubbing his head. "Honestly I don't know, this is still kind of a shock to me. I mean now she can suddenly transform and get Karaoke Armour."
"Karaoke Armour?" Elpis questioned, as Yuya shrugged.
"What else would you call it? I mean, they're forced to sing while transformed so that's my best guess." Yuya explained. "I'd rather wait and see her decision first before deciding whether or not to tell her… And even then only if she tells me."
"True, if she does join those guys and they do turn out to be an enemy then not telling her would probably be for the best…" Elpis agreed. "For now, we should focus on looking for the other Chemies before my sisters can."
"Yeah that's probably for the- huh? Do you hear that?" Yuya blinked, looking back.
"Huh? Hear what?" Elpis asked, as she stopped and stared at him.
"I dunno… I think I hear something moving towards us." Yuya muttered, trying to get a better look.
"Huh, now that you mention it…" Elpis noted, as she looked closer into the distance.
"SSSSSTTTTTTEEEEEEAAAAAMMMMM!" An orange version of Steamliner roared, as it moved towards them.
"Eh?! Steamliner!" Elpis gasped. "Isn't he still in the container?"
"He is! I checked!" Yuya told her, opening the container to prove it.
"But if he's there then what's that! There can't be multiple of the same Chemy!" Elpis yelled.
"I don't know but it's coming towards us!" Yuya screamed, as the two began running away but they were two slow as the Orange Steamliner moved in, opening the mouth before eating them and flying off.
After a few minutes of flying the train soon dropped the two off near the highway outside town.
"Ow, what the heck was that?" Yuya groaned, rubbing his head.
"I'm not sure, but it looks like he took us for a good reason." Elpis said, pointing ahead.
"More Noise, but how? Didn't we just deal with them?" Yuya questioned, staring at the Noise attacking the city. "Luckily everyone has gone to the bunkers."
"Yeah but look, they're the one's my sister makes." Elpis pointed out. "Which means they're not far off."
"Then it looks like we'll have to expect a fight, you gonna be okay?" Yuya asked, as he pulled out his driver.
"Don't worry, I know we'll stop them." She said, taking out the Valvarusher.
"Alright… Hopper1! Steamliner! Lend me your power!" He proclaims himself slapping his driver on his waist as Hopper1 and Steam Liner cards flew into his hand.
"Hopper!"
He flips the Hopper1 as the back has a split face and inserts the Hopper1 card into his Gotchadriver slot.
"HOPPER1!"
A projection of the Hopper1 card appears as Hopper1 pops out and flies around Yuya while he lifts up the Steamliner card.
"Steam!"
Then he inserted it to the left side of the slot.
"STEAMLINER!"
Then another card projection with Steamliner popping out of the card appears on his left.
Yuya spread both arms and then made poses with his hand before moving them to the front.
"Henshin!" He yells before he pulls the two levers with the two cards moving towards each other, combining the split faces into one.
GOT~CHANKO!
The holographic Hooper1 and Steamliner jump out of the cards while Yuya was encased in a large beaker with fire at the bottom.
Hopper1 and SteamLiner entered into the Beaker, both turning into energy as they wrapped around and merged with Yuya, transforming him into Kamen Rider Gotchard.
STE~AM HOP~PER! (Hopper!) (Hopper!)
"Come on!" Gotchard yells as he begins rushing towards the origin of the voice.
"Yuya, wait! Damn it!" Elpis frowned, as she took out the Valvarusher.
Elpis started first, cranking the sword blade to the side which released the slot for the card from the chamber.
GAKIN!
She then inserted the Mad Wheel card before closing the chamber on the sword.
MAD WHEEL! GOKIN!
Elpis raised the sword as sparks started surrounding the blade before she closed her eyes. "Ironize!"
VALVARUSH!
"G-Gah!" Elpis grunted, gritting her teeth as sparks coursed through her body when she pulled the trigger of the sword causing Mad Wheel to shoot out before spinning around her.
TUNE UP! MAD WHEEL!
Mad Wheel then broke apart before it merged with her body, causing a suit of armour to form around her transforming her into Kamen Warrior Valvarad.
With the two transformed, they quickly rushed towards the Noise as they turned their attention to the two warriors.
The Noise then began firing blasts at the two, so Gotchard quickly jumped into the air towards the Noise.
"HAH!" He yelled, throwing a punch at one of the Noises causing it to explode before moving out of the way off another that dashed towards him.
"Heh, too slow!" Gotchard grinned, jumping up and throwing a kick that destroyed the Noise.
Landing on the ground, Gotchard quickly pulled out the Gotcharge Gun and inserted the blank cards inside.
He then jumped back as the Noise fired at him, simultaneously firing at the Noise and managing to kill a few before landing on the ground.
"Alright BurningNero, it's your time to shine." Gotchard grinned, pulling out the card and scanning it onto the gun.
BURNINGNERO! GOTCHARGE BUSTER!
"Take this!" He yelled, pulling the trigger firing several blasts covered in flames that caused the Noise to explode.
Down below we see Valvarad slowly walking towards the Noise, firing at them with the gun part of her sword.
"Come on. Where are you?" She frowned, raising her sword to block a Noise that rushed towards her.
Pushing the Noise back she then slashed upward, slicing the monster in half and causing it to explode into dust.
She then looked up as several of the Noise monsters surrounded her, charging up an energy blast.
"Have to make this quick." She said, readying herself before the monsters all fired at once creating a large explosion of smoke and dust.
TUNE UP! GEKIOCOPTER!
From the smoke Valvarad flew out with a new Helicopter arm equipped to her right arm allowing her to fly and avoid the attacks.
She then landed near some of the Noise and swung her blade at the monsters destroying them.
This was followed by her spinning around and firing several bullets from the Helicopters guns destroying even more Noise.
As the two continue battling the Noise, we see Lachesis on a rooftop watching this go down.
"Mou, my sister and her boyfriend arrived a lot quicker than I thought…" She pouted, before hearing the sound of a motorcycle and a car.
She then looked to the side to see Tsubasa on her motorcycle with a car following close behind her. "And the guest of honour has made her appearance~"
'Of course, they're here already,' Tsubasa frowned, as she drove past Gotchard and Valvarad.
"Huh?" "What the?!" Gotchard and Valvarad blinked, as they saw Tsubasa driving towards the Noise further down on the highway.
"Ah! Tsubasa-san wait!" They heard, looking over at Hibiki getting out of the car.
'So that was her decision…' Gotchard frowned, before turning his attention back to the Noise.
"Hibiki." she heard, looking back at Houtarou in the car. "Tsubasa can handle herself, for now focus on helping the Kamen Rider and Valvarad."
"Right, thanks Ichinose-san." Hibiki nodded, before taking a deep breath and some words came out of her mouth.
"Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron…"
FLASH!
Suddenly, a bright orange light erupted above Hibiki's chest as her clothes were replaced with the Symphogear armour which equipped itself onto her.
(Play Gekisou Gungnir)
Hibiki then opened her eyes and looked at herself as the armour finished equipping on to herself 'I really can do it…'
"LOOK OUT!" She heard, looking up as the Noise rushed towards her firing several blasts at her.
Hibiki quickly leapt back from the blasts and was surprised how far she jumped back 'Oh wow! Okay here goes nothing.'
She continued to sing as she dashed forward and threw a punch at the Noise causing it to explode into dust.
'I-I did it!' she smiled, before rolling out of the way as another Noise swung at her.
"Get back!" she yelled, throwing a kick that sent the Noise flying back 'Wow! I'm so strong like this!'
However her marvelling at her new power distracted her from a large Noise that leapt over her.
"Huh? AH!" She yelped, raising her hand as the Noise belly flopped on her, just barely being able to lift the Noise with her strength.
GOTCHANKO! HIIKESUROSE~!
Hibiki then blinked as several vines wrapped around the monster before it was thrown to the wall.
Standing in front of Hibiki was a large mechanical rose that had several vines and roses all around it, its head had sirens and the rose petals and a mechanical dragon like face, this was Hiikesurose's wild form.
Hiikesurose then turned around and fired a pressurised stream of water from its mouth, slicing the monster in half before it exploded.

With a flash Gotchard switched to ride form which has sirens on the shoulders, hoses made out of vines wrapped around his arms and a helmet that looked like a fire fighter helmet.
"Hey! You okay?" Gotchard asked, running up and helping Hibiki back up.
"Ah yes, sorry, still getting used to this kind of thing." Hibki apologised, rubbing her head.
"I seriously didn't expect you to be out fighting already, I thought you would need some more time." Gotchard admitted, as Hibiki looked at him.
"It's not like it was an easy decision but… When I thought about the people I care about getting hurt and being in danger… And Kanade-san sacrificed to keep me and my brother alive… I couldn't just stay put… I have this power and I need to use it no matter what." Hibiki told him.
"Sorry, you probably have no idea what I'm talking about." She sighed, shaking her head.
"Nah I get it, kinda the same thing for me." Gotchard said, smiling underneath his helmet at his sister.
"Really?" Hibiki asked, as Gotchard nodded and tapped her cheek.
"Now come on and stick close, I'll teach you the ropes." Gotchard said, as he turned to the Noise.
"Alright! Thank you, Gotcha-senpai." Hibiki nodded, moving up next to him.
"Gotcha-senpai?" Gotchard blinked, looking at her.
"Well you are my Senpai right? And I don't know your name so I thought, why not Gotcha-senpai? Do you not like it?" Hibiki asked, but Gotchard snickered.
"Nah I like it, now come on!" Gotchard told her, as the two rushed ahead.
Meanwhile we see Tsubasa as she stands in front of a small army of Noise.
She then readied herself as all of the Noise merged into one big Noise that roared once its merging was complete.
Tsubasa didn't so much as flinch when the Noise roared, having dealt with tons of Noise before, especially ones that were bigger.
Tsubasa took a deep breath before looking up at the giant Noise that was looming over her.
"Imyuteus Ame no Habakiri Tron…"
In one flashing light, Tsubasa was garbed in her anti-Noise armour, making the colour of the Noise change.
(Play Zettou-Ame no Habakiri)
The Noise launched energy disks at Tsubasa, but she easily dodged them by jumping into the air and twirling around letting the disks fly past her.
Seeing that they were turning around to come back for her, the blades at her ankles opened up and twirled, cutting and destroying the disks.
She then turned around and struck a pose as dozens of blades materialised around her.
ONE THOUSAND TEARS
The blades came falling down like rain drops as they shot towards the Noise.
However the Noise countered this attack by firing more energy disks, destroying each one.
"Tch." Tsubasa clicked her tongue as she landed on the ground, the blades folded back in as the Noise roared behind her.
She then blinked when she noticed both Gotchard and Hibiki fighting the Noise below them together, making her frown before she got back up.
She then turned around as her sword began enlarging and electricity charged up within it.
Flashes of Kanade and Daybreak passed her mind, making Tsubasa growl before she dashed towards the monster.
AZURE FLASH!
Like a flash of lightning, Tsubasa dashed past the monster and sliced it in half causing the monster to explode behind her.

"Phew." Tsubasa sighed, taking a breath and standing up, turning back to the others.
As she did, a few dark clouds were coming off of her body as she jumped towards them.
Down below, we see Gotchard and Hibiki working together to fight the last of the Noise.
Hibiki continued to sing as she followed Gotchard movements, who was in his Dokkiri Shovel form as he deflected the Noise's attacks with his shovels.
DokkiriShovel was purple in colour with golden shovel arms, large question marks on the shoulder pads and a top hat helmet.
A tendril shot towards the two but Hibiki was able to grab it. "Oh gosh, this feels weird…"
She quickly let off the Tendril but this gave the Noise the chance to shoot several energy disks towards the two forcing them to jump back.
Luckily Valvard came flying in and fired at the energy disks with the gun part of her sword.
"Nice one! Alright! Let's finish this!" Gotchard grinned, before he manifested energy into his two shovels.
He then began spinning his hand in a circle, creating an energy spiral that disoriented the monster. "Okay guys! Now's your chance."
"Right, follow my lead." Valvarad said, readying her sword while Hibiki nodded.
The two then quickly rushed forward and simultaneously struck the monster causing a large explosion killing it.
"Ah! Thank goodness." Hibiki sighed, falling to her knees. "It's over."
"Hehe, not bad for a first timer." Gotchard grinned, walking and patting her back.
"Thanks." Hibiki nodded, as she stood up. "Is it usually this exhausting?"
"Kinda, but you get used to it."
"None of them ever showed…" Valvarad noted, looking around before they heard some footsteps.
"AH! Tsubasa-san!" Hibiki smiled, running up to her. "I'm sorry that I couldn't help you back there, I was worried I would just get in the way."
"It's fine…" She muttered, but Hibiki shook her head.
"No it's not." She told her. "I know I'm still new to this whole thing, but I promise I'm going to get better at this! And then next time we can fight together!"
Tsubasa's eyes widened before she smiled and pointed her sword at Hibiki and Gotchard. "You're right, we should start fighting, both of you."
"Eh?!" The three gasped at Tsubasa's words, her eyes clearly showing that she meant this.
"What are you talking about! Why do you wanna fight her aren't you allies!" Valvarad yelled, as Tsubasa frowned.
"I can never accept someone like her as an ally! Neither of you!" Tsubasa yelled, glaring at Hibiki and Gotchard
"But why! We all have a common enemy here, why do you want to fight us?!" Gotchard asked, but Tsubasa continued glaring at the two.
"I don't care! I will never accept a girl who treats this like a game, playing around without even considering the seriousness of the situation and the boy who acts like he's a hero while parading the armour and the name of a murderer!" She growled.
Gotchard's eyes widened at that before looking down, as Hibiki gulped, stepping back.
"Now prepare yourself and activate your Armed Gear, prove to me that you wi-AAAAAHHHH!"
"Huh?!" The three gasped, as a dark aura burst from Tsubasa's body which wrapped around her and caused her to drop her sword as her hands covered her face.
"W-What's going on!" Hibiki yelled, covering her eyes from the bright light.
Gotchard then spotted something getting pulled into Tsubasa as his goggles analysed it.

"Oh no! She's drawing in a Chemy!."
"A-Apppare!" Apparebushido yelled, before being absorbed into Tsubasa's body transforming her into an Malgam.
This malgam was different, her wrappings being blue in colour with her arms reaching for her head before two arms clad in samurai armour burst out of her sides which were equipped with a sword, some other bits of samurai armour also burst out as the transformation continued.
"Tsubasa-san!" Hibiki gasped, seeing the transformation in front of her. "What happened to her! This is just like the monster you both fight!"
"It's what happens when a Chemy interacts with a human with negative emotions! The Chemy is absorbed and transforms the human into that!" Valvarad explained, readying her sword.
"That's right, dear sister~" They heard, before Lachesis walked up from behind the transformed Tsubasa.
"LACHESIS!" Gotchard and Valvarad yelled, while Hibiki looked at both confused.
'Wait. Her clothes kinda look like Elpis'…' Hibiki blinked, turning her head.
"I noticed how much Malice Tsubasa-chan here had and since she also had Relic I thought it'd be interesting to see what a Malgam with relic would against you two or well two and a half." "HEY!"
Lachesis giggled at Hibiki's pout before turning around. "Well have fun~ Can't wait to see how you do Kamen Rider~"
Lachesis teleported away before the group turned their attention to Tsubasa who shifted around a bit.
"Tsubasa… Are you still in there? I don't want to fight you!" Hibiki begged, as the Malgam turned to her.
The Malgam then picked up her sword and stared at both of the blades in her hands.
"I am a blade… A weapon… Made to… FIGHT!" She screamed, before dashing towards the three.
Meanwhile in Section 2
"Tsubasa! Tsubasa respond!" Genjuro yelled, as they watched what was going on screen. "Damn it, why can't we see anything!"
"No response! Whatever happens it's cut us off from her." Sakuya told him.
"Fine, Hibiki, do you read me? What's going on!" Genjuro yelled.
"AH! I don't know! Some lady the Kamen Rider knows transformed Tsubasa into a monster and now she's fighting us!."
"Oh my, I didn't expect Tsubasa-chan to turn into one of those monsters." Ryoko blinked, looking honestly surprised.
"Damn it…" Genjuro frowned before looking up. "Keep her busy! We're sending you back up now."
"Y-Yes sir!"
Genjuro then quickly ran out of the room while Ryoko just smirked at him.
Back at the highway.
"GGGHHH!" Valvarad growled, as she blocked a strike from Tsubasa which pushed her back a bit.
However the leg blade shot out of the Malgam's leg which she used to slash at Valvarad forcing her to move back.
The Malgam then turned to Hibiki and manifested several blades, shooting them towards Hibiki.
"Look out!" Gotchard yelled, switching to the wild form which looked like a large top on wheels with two large shovel arms which he used to block the attack.
"Any idea!" Hibiki asked, looking up at Gotchard as he inserted some cards.
"We have to incapacitate her!" He exclaimed, before pulling the driver as his body flashed.
GOTCHANKO! BULLETCHOUCHO!
With a flash Gotchard switched to his Bulletchoucho forms which looked like a cowboy with a cowboy hat and two guns equipped to his arms with a butterfly shaped chest.
"RAAAAAHH!" He yelled, firing several pollen-filled bullets at the Malgam who deflected each of the bullets.
Gotchard got close and kicked the monster, which caught his foot; however Gotchard then fired several more bullets.
Quickly throwing Gotchard back the monster leapt away from the attack, as Gotchard jumped towards her.
He then threw a punch at the monster who blocked the attack before thrusting her sword forward.
"Woah!" Gotchard yelped, jumping back away from the attack so that Malgam couldn't stab him.
However the Malgam continued as it dashed towards the rider but before she could strike him, Hibiki moved in and pushed Gotchard out of the way.
"Hah, looks like I paid you back for all the times you helped me." Hibiki smiled, as the two got up.
"Hehe, yeah thanks." Gotchard nodded, before turning back to the Malgam. "Now what."
The Malgam lifted her sword which began enlarging and charging up with energy.
"LOOK OUT!" They heard, before Valvarad moved in while she twisted the black bolt on the hilt.
SCRAP!
A manifestation of Mad Wheel then appeared around her before absorbing into the armour which was covered in a purple aura.
Valvarad then proceeded to swing her sword in an X shape pattern while Malgam swung her two swords.
VALVARA BREAK!
The energy slashes clashed causing sparks to fly as they pushed against each other, however the Malgam's soon won out as it shot forward and struck sending her flying back.
"NO!" Gotchard yelled, running towards his partner.
"H-Hey!" Hibiki yelled, before quickly raising her arms as the Malgam swung both swords at her, barely being able to catch the attack.
"Elpis!" Gotchard said, running to the girl as her armour sparked and flickered.
The armour disappeared as Gotchard helped Elpis up as she looked at him. "Y-Yuya… I'm sorry, I wasn't… Strong enough…"
"None of that… Elpis… You did fine, you did amazing." He smiled, looking at the cuts and bruises around her body. "We need to get you out of here, get you to a hospital."
"N-No… Tsubasa… You have to help… Tsubasa." Elpis told him. "She's what I would have been… After I lost the prof- my father… if I didn't have people close to me… Like you, like the Chemies, and like Hibiki… So please, help her…"
Gotchard watched as Elpis passed out, he then reached for her sword and pulled out Madwheel which jumped out. "MadWheel, I need you to get her out of here. It's too dangerous."
"Mad! Mad Wheel!"
"Thank you." Gotchard nodded, placing her in the car which drove off before he turned his attention back to Malgam and his sister.
'Gggh… Tsubasa… Please.' Hibiki begged, as she was beginning to run out of breath from her singing.
GOTCHANKO! STEAMHOPPER!
"DARYA!" Gotchard yelled, back to his base form as he kicked the Malgam sending her flying back.
"Gotcha-senpai!" Hibiki smiled, as she was helped back up. "She's only getting stronger and losing more control."
"Then we have to remind her of who she is, I think I got something to say to her, do you?" Gotchard asked, and Hibiki nodded.
"Yeah, there's something I have to tell Tsubasa." Hibiki told him and Gotchard nodded before the two dashed towards the Malgam.
"RAH!" The Malgam roared, before the two moved in and grabbed her arms which the Malgam struggled against.
"Tsubasa-san please! Listen to me! There's something I have to tell you! Something Kanade told me!" Hibiki begged, as the Malgam continued struggling. "She said… 'Even if my very life burns to an end, as long as there are people who remember me… I'm not afraid. Thank you for staying alive.'"
This caused the Malgam to stop as it looked at her. "Kanade wanted me and my brother to stay alive, to remember her, that's why I wanna fight in her stead! SO THAT HER SACRIFICE DIDN'T AMOUNT TO NOTHING!."
"It was Kanade's decision to do what she did! Daybreak was only trying to respect her wish! I can't say it was the best decision… But he only did what he felt was right!" Gotchard told her.
"You say this armour is the armour of Murder… But trying to do the right thing even if people hate you… This isn't the armour of Murder… It's the armour… OF A KAMEN RIDER!"
The two simultaneously threw kicks that knocked the Malgams blades out of her hands before they kicked the monster back.
Hibiki began singing louder as energy charged around her body while Gotchard pushed the sides of his driver causing the fire on his chest to begin to burn.
The two struck a pose as energy charged into their bodies and leapt into the air with Gotchard pulling the sides of his driver.
STE~AM HO~PPER! FEVER!
HIBIKI STYLE: SKY HAMMER KICK!
"DDDAAAAAARRRRRRYYYYYAAAAA!" "UWWWWOOOOOO!" The two screamed, as they threw simultaneous kicks towards the Malgam, sending it flying back before the monster exploded.
"Gah…" Tsubasa grunted crashing onto the ground while back to normal before passing out.
"APPARE! APPARE!" Apparebushido cheered, flying out as Gotchard held up a card which the Chemy entered.
"Gotcha! Welcome back, Apparebushido."
"Tsubasa-san…" Hibiki muttered, worried.
"She's going to be okay, don't worry." Gotchard assured her as she looked back.
"Oh… Thank… Goodness…" Hibiki whispered, before falling to the ground and returning to normal.
"Woah!" Gotchard yelped, quickly catching his unconscious sister. "Heh, I think you're going to be okay too… Sis."
City
Third person P.O.V.
We see Madwheel racing through the city as it tries to bring Elpis to somewhere she could be treated but then it suddenly stops.
"H-Huh?" Elpis blinked, looking confused before she looked up and blinking when she saw an Orange Figure outside the window. "Yuya?"
And done! Woo boy that was a fun chapter to work on, I know most of it was from the anime but it was nice when I got to sneak in some original stuff and develop Hibiki's character a bit more.
Not only that but we got to strengthen Yuya and Hibiki's relationship through their alter ego's, I particularly love Hibiki calling him Gotcha-senpai.
And about the Ichinose Houtaro bit, you can probably guess who he is but if you can't, just wait.

I'm glad you're liking Yuya and Hibiki's relationship here, it's something I really wanted to focus on (And I'm even going back to make it stronger in chapter 1) and making Yuya protective and kind of scared of telling his identity and putting Hibiki at risk is really interesting and is kind of the opposite of Hibiki, feeling bad she has to keep this secret from them.
And wow did not expect Yuya and Elpis to continue being your favourite ship in this, I do really like their supportive relationship in this story even in this chapter when they weren't the focus I still snuck just how much they care for one another and I can't wait to see the culmination of this at the end of season 1 when she becomes Majade (Even got an insert song ready, Trust my heart by Asaka, ending of Neptunia Game Maker)
Glad you liked the fight scenes too, just kinda made sense to make them the start of this chapter, I do that sometimes to give the full context on what's happening especially when I have a cliffhanger ending in the works and I'll try to give the other forms more of their own focus later as well.
Looking forward to seeing what you thought of this chapter as well and some of the ideas I had for it.

Nexus240: He will be revealing his identity later then usual for these stories, Maybe but we'll have to see since I do have ideas for the Ouroboros Chemy, Thanks I tried something similar for a Ninja steel and Senran Kagura story but I always have trouble making those works so this was my chance to use the idea correctly and you'll have to wait and see~
