(this idea has been floating around in my head for about half an hour so here it is)
one moment she was flying around confused in between a bunch of mirrors and the next, she was opening her eyes while standing next to an unconscious yellow pegasus mare that looked so similar to her.
she stared in shock at the ponies she recognized as the ponies who had been bothering her all night.
the yellow vampire mare stood there for a few moments before spreading her featherless wings out and flying off.
she was now sitting under a tree on the far outskirts of the farm, sucking the juice from an apple as the sun began to rise.
she tossed the now juiceless mush behind her as she hit the trunk of the tree, easily catching the single apple that came down from the action.
"I remember that white unicorn calling me 'Flutterbat'. I guess that's my name now" she thought as she sucked from the ripe fruit.
"that pegasus mare...she must be what I used to be. all her memories though...they just feel so wrong. like they're not really mine" Flutterbat thought before hissing at the light of the sun, her eyes not used to the brightness.
"is somepony there?" a yellow filly asked, coming into Flutterbats view in the distance.
"guess that's my queue to go" Flutterbat thought, tossing the half sucked apple to the ground before taking off into the sky.
she began flying towards where the moon had set, her darkish pink mane flowing against her bat like ears.
"gotcha!" a rainbow maned blue pegasus yelled, tackling her out of the sky and to the ground.
her mind began racing as her winged back hit the grass.
in a panic, she grabbed the blue pegasus' leg and bit hard with her juice covered fangs.
"aah!" the blue coated pegasus yelled out in pain, pulling away and allowing the vampire to escape into the trees.
her hooves raced against the dirt as she practically glided through the forest of apple trees.
"just one for the road" she thought as she flew up and grabbed an apple right from the branch.
as she ran past the edge of the everfree forest, she could tell deep down inside that Fluttershy was waking up.
