Part 5: History revealed, Test gone AWOL.

Ricky, Peck and Cyclops stopped as they looked up to see the last four dragon heroes sitting in front of them.

Snowfall: Greetings. congratulations on passing your two exams.

Ricky: Thank you. We are ready for the final one.

Sundew: Alright, will warn you we will be going deep in this.

Cyclops: Understandable. So, what's the final test?

The four nodded to eachother, as Snowfall stood up.

Snowfall: Tell us, what do you fight for? Not just the Megacore or family, what else do you fight for? What is important to YOU in this fight?

..That caught the three of them off guard.

Peck:..I-We just, this is out of left field.

Cricket: Yeah, like Sundew said intense...So, what will you answer?

Cyclops and Peck looked at eachother in worry, with Ricky nodding as he took a step forward.

Ricky: Will say your not pulling punches with the last one; -sighs- I don't want you guys facing a threat we face without knowing what's going on, *rubs his head* Oh boy given what we know you all been through I do not want you guys facing threats like ZATU without knowing...especially with what we know happened with the Ice and Nightwings.

Snowfall: *goes close to Ricky* Forgive me for stopping this exam for a brief moment, but you know something we do not do you?

Ricky nodded as the came closer, gentle placing a hand on Snowfall's face.

Ricky: Queen Diamond was a huge influence for the IceWing/Nightwing war was because of the relationship between Prince Artic and Foeslyers relationship, basically she was jealous of their love. She captured Forelsyaer, imprisoned her with two frozen shackles and spears, created the Diamond trail, and the cherry on top the reason for the hate towards the Nightwing tribe was the Royal crown, making all who wear it hate the tribe.

...The room went cold as the dragons went back a bit, feeling the unbridled rage from Snowfall.

Snowfall: *hidden rage* HEARTLESS WRENCH.

They could hear venom in her voice as she took a breath, closing her eyes.

Snowfall: Please, tell me more. Is there anything else we need to know, Ricky.

Ricky nodded as he sat down.

Ricky: Darkstalker basically went bananas after lossing Foeslayer, and after what Queen Diamond did and making him think Foeslayer was dead well...yeah think you can fill in the blanks with the deaths which included Arctic. *looks up* Beleive me, I do not want that to repeat here especially if Zatu hears of what happened in the past. With what I have learn since becoming a Guardian, the one thing important to me is to make sure history no matter who, what or where in the universe is does not repeat.

Silence rang for a awhile in the room, Cyclops and Peck shuffling behind Ricky...still being the quietest of the group.

Luna: *disturbed* So, all the between the Icewings and Nightwings, all the fighting and blood loss, ALL THOSE DEATHS...WAS BECAUSE SOME FEMALE DRAGON WAS JEALOUS?

Ricky: Yeah this lady was a nut-case let me tell you.

Blue: *shaken* OH BOY, the others are going to be freaking out hearing this bombshell. Now that reason alone is a very important objective to fight for I DO NOT WANT A REPEAT OF THAT.

Sundew: *cringing* YEESH. I do not wish to imagine what could happen if this Zatu person finds out about the past.

Cricket: I agree, Snowfall are you-

Cricket stopped seeing Snowfall in tears, anger and grief in her eyes.

Cricket: Snowfall, are you okay-?

Snowfall let out a roar of mixed emotions, causing the area to shake. Walls cracked, parts of the floor broke apart as the Queen of the IceWings roared her emotions out.

One large part of the ceiling broke apart, falling forward towards the group. Peck looked up hearing the sound and horror fell on his face...If this part hit the dragons and Ricky, hit Cyclops, HIT THE FOLKS HE LOVED-

Peck: *horror;panic* GUYS!

Peck shot up sending his attack towards the ceiling piece close.

All dragons heard a loud bang as the roar stopped. Clay shot up from his resting spot, quickly running through the halls in a flurry of panic towards the locations.

Ricky, Cyclops and the Lost Continent heroes coughed from the dust that fell from above. Snowfall looked up, eyes shrinking as she held her clawed paw out and catching something that fell.

Ricky: *worry;looks up* P-Peck?!

Cyclops: *worry;looks up* Shards is he okay?!

Snowfall lowered he hand, showing the unconscious body of the Cardinal turned Longma Rusher. Cyclops went into PANIC MODE seeing Peck bang up and unconscious.

Clay: *slams door opened* IS EVERYONE OKAY?!

Luna: We learned some...horrifying answers during the test about our history, Snowfall roared in grief and a piece of the ceiling broke off because of that.

Snowfall: Peck took it out before we could react, and thank goodness for his sudden transformation into a Longma his scales shielded him from major damage-

Cyclops: *tears;panic* LADY CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME HAVE HIM PLEASE!

All dragons jumped hearing the desperation in Cyclops voice, Ricky nodding.

Ricky: Please.

Snowfall nodded as she handed Peck to Cyclops, giving her a thankful nod in tears before running out the door.

Clay: Where is he-?

Ricky: Probably the room we're staying in. He's not going to leave his side anytime soon.

Sundew: *sorrowful* -sighs- This test went completely off the rails, our curiosity with what we learned and our reaction cause thi-

Ricky: No! You needed to know, if there anything I learned being a Guardian is history like that NEEDS to be told...Is something the Rusherz would want us to do doing this.

All turned to Ricky fast as he looked out the door.

Blue: What do you mean?

Ricky: I know exactly what the Rusherz want that equals protecting the core and protecting us...All they want is to protect everyone, to let them know the truth even if it's on their own universe...All they want, is for them to avoid THEIR FATE.

All now looked at the door in sorrow and worry.

Cyclops gave a raspy sigh as he placed a wet rag on Peck's forehead, eyes puffy from his tears. The evening light shone in the room as the sky was painted red, orange and purple.

Cyclops: Shards I messed up big time now. I can't beleive I ran out of there like that...I-Shards I hope they would allow us to do a redo.

Cyclops grasped Peck's hand as he silently hoped for that. His eyes slowly fluttered, before he slowly laid down on the hey falling asleep from the adrenaline.

...

Ricky:...They lost everything even the simplest of things, they fought with every fiber of their beings to the point they sacrificed their home to prevent Zatu and Sudden Death from obtaining the Core. They all they have now, do you really think they would want anyone else to go through horrors like that?

All the heroes of the "Wings of fire" world shoke their heads in agreement as they watched the two Rusherz rest.

Moonwachter: No on should ever be placed in those situations, in any situations we face.

Ricky sighed as he slumped his shoulders..he felt a clawed paw on his shoulder, looking up to see Sunny, giving him a soft smile.

Sunny: Ricky, do you mind if we all talk?
