Heatblast rushes forward unleashing a stream of fire at his foes, Wildmutt roared pouncing onto a mutated bird biting into it's neck. Diamondhead fires off shards off crystals piercing LexCorp drones as XLR8 races by leaving a blue trail giving a salute. Greymatter yells as Gwen tosses him like a baseball towards an enemy drone but soon shifts into Upgrade taking control of it unleashing a barrage of missiles. Ghostfreak emerges from the Mist, his one eye glaring menacingly at his foes, Fourarms descends upon them, smashing his fist down upon criminals as they come at him. Stinkfly flies over a river diving downward as Ripjaws jumped from the water biting down baring his fangs. As Naruto stands with Gwen and Max a shadow above them holding out his hands towards them, Batman throws a batarang, Superman fires off lasers, Flash runs by with a a smirk, Wonder Woman swipes her sword, Green Arrow and Black Canary stand back to back battle ready.

It was morning at a campsite near a lake and Naruto, Gwen and Max were walking towards the docks
"You sure you don't want to go fishing with us Gwen?" Max asked while Naruto ran ahead to the boat he had rented for the day
"No thanks, I think I'll stay here, work on my tan or something," Gwen said slightly grossed out by the worms they were gonna use as bait
Max nodded at this before they both heard a fog horn going off and when they looked they saw Naruto on the fishing boat at the wheel with a bright smile
"Hey look I'm seaworthy! Look at the size of my poop deck!" Naruto yelled before he honked the horn again
Gwen groaned at this bad joke while Max chuckled and shook his head at his godson
"Just you wait, I'll try the impossible and bring a fish back bigger than your butt" Naruto said with a snicker
"I hope grandpa uses you as bait but I think the fish would throw you back in protest" Gwen said as she walked away from the docks
"Ha!" Naruto laughed at this as he could respect a good burn
"Ok let's get fishing" Max said as he got on the boat and looked at the Captain who was a older man who was wearing a red cap "Sorry we are late captain Shaw" he said nodding at the man
"It's no trouble just keep the blonde away from the controls" Shaw said as he glared at Naruto
"Heh sorry I have just never been on a boat like this before so I wanted to honk the horn at least once" Naruto said while he rubbed the back of his head
"Just don't go messing things up, I have everything the way I like it" Shaw said aa he moved the ship away from the docks
Naruto and Max looked out at the lake while it moved down the lake
Naruto noticed that there was another big boat across from them
"Who are they captain?" Naruto asked curiously
"Some so called environmentalists calling themselves friends of fish, they have been here for weeks , been keeping me for hunting for the sea monster that lives in these waters" Shaw said with a annoyed tone
"Sea monster?" Naruto asked curiously
"It's called the Kraken" Shaw said while focusing on driving the boat
"it's probably just a story" Max said as he shook his head
"So are aliens and superheroes" Naruto said with a sarcastic tone as he looked at Max
"Touchie" Max said as he chuckled as this was a good point
"So If there is a sea monster did anyone consider contacting the atlantean embassy?" Naruto asked Shaw
"This is a lake, not the ocean, boy" Shaw said scoffing at the suggestion
Naruto frowned at this before he looked at the lake thinking if there was a sea monster then someone should do something
Suddenly they all heard a roar and when Naruto looked he saw what looked like a sea monsters giant tentacles attacking the friends of fish boat
Naruto looked at Max who nodded at Naruto before he jumped into the lake
"Ok let's see" Naruto said as he turned the dial on the watch before he made his choice and slammed the dial down and in a flash of green light he turned into XLR8
"Was wanting Ripjaws but I can work with this" XLR8 said before he sped off towards the Friends of Fish ship his speed letting him run on the water
He soon made it to the ship and saw one of the crew being thrown off the ship away from some boxes tonight the deck of the ship
XLR8 quickly grabbed the man as he landed in the lake and ran him to the shore
"Y-you some sidekick to the flash?" the man stuttered out in surprise as he looked at XLR8
"... Do I look like the Flash to you, the names XLR8 not Kid Flash" XLR8 said as he dropped his visor back down
he then took off back towards the ship
He saw that the Kraken was now on the ship roaring at the crew as it made the ship tilt and some of the crew were sliding towards its mouth
XLR8 sped onto the ship and slid under the Kraken mouth and started to pummel it in the jaw with rapid kicks
This made the beast shake its head in discomfort before it threw its head forward throwing XLR8 back towards the crew
"What is this thing after?" XLR8 asked one of the crew as they all went to defend a container which the Kraken attempted to take again
"uh our food supplies" a man with short red hair and a beard said
"Sandwiches, you are risking your necks for a bunch of sandwiches?" XLR8 said in disbelief looking at the crates which had a address on it
the Kraken the broke open the crate and took what looked like a metal canister before it dived down into the lake
"Is everyone OK?" XLR8 asked the crew
"Yea were fine we lost one of us in the lake though, names Jonah Melville" the captain said to XLR8
"He's fine I left him on the shore nearby" XLR8 said before the symbol on his chest started to blink red "Gotta go!" he yelled before he ran off towards the shore
Jonah watched XLR8 run off while one of his men approached him
"Sir maybe we should call in help from that merc" he said as the crew got the ship moving
Jonah scowled at this "As much as I hate the idea of hiring outside help I guess it can't be helped, fine call Devil Ray" he said to his minion who nodded in agreement

XLR8 was running back to the nearby shore where he spotted Gwen watching what had happened
"Almost there don't switch back- XLR8 said before in a flash he turned back into Naruto
"back!" Naruto yelled out as he flew into Gwen sending them both to the ground
"Naruto you ok?" Max yelled as he approached after getting back thanks to Shaw
"Ugh yea I'm fine ojisan, i landed on something soft Naruto groaned as he looked up at his godfather…..not noticing that his hands were on Gwen's chest
Gwen meanwhile did notice and her face was atomic red "You idiot!!!" she bellowed out getting his attention
Naruto looked at Gwen and finally noticed where his hands were making his eyes widen in realization "Oh jeez Gwen i-" he was saying

before Gwen slapped him hard in the face sending him off her and onto the ground
"I'm gonna kill you you pervert!" Gwen yelled as she got up and her eyes flashing violet for a split second
"woah woah! Gwen it was obviously a accident" Max yelled as he blocked his granddaughters way to Naruto who was groaning and holding his cheek
"Itaiiii~" Naruto groaned as he removed his hand from his cheek showing a huge mark from where Gwen slapped him

it was now nightfall and everyone was in the Rustbucket eating dinner while they talked about what had happened today
Naruto was sitting at the table with a ice pack on his face while Gwen was typing on her laptop
"Who knew there was an actual monster in the lake" Max said
"Yea it looked pretty determined to take their food" Naruto said with a wince as he removed the ice pack from his face
"You sure it was food?" max asked curiously
"I don't know, XLR8 doesn't have x-ray vision but I have to say it was really determined to get that crate like really really determined" Naruto said
"Well this Jonah Melville isn't a friend to any animal pervert" Gwen said as she looked up from her laptop
"I thought he seemed dirty, he had this look in his eyes- hey! I am not a pervert! " Naruto said with a annoyed look on his face before he realized what Gwen called him
"What did you find Gwen?" Max asked hoping to distract both teens from throwing insults at each other
"Jonah Melville is a known poacher he's wanted in several countries for capturing animals and selling them to private collectors Gwen said as she turned her laptop around to show Naruto and Max several pictures and news reports on Jonah
"... He must have its eggs, that's why she's been in such a bad mood and attacking ships, she wants her babies back" Naruto said as he scowled in annoyance
"Any idea where him and his crew dock?" Max asked Gwen and Naruto
Naruto smiled at this "Actually yes I saw a address on one of the crates before the Kraken took the crate" he said
"And do you remember this address?" Gwen asked impressed that he remembered a tidbit like this
"Um no but I recall it saying something about a cannery. Does that help? Naruto asked Gwen
"Well if you're going to hide the biggest eggs around, a big place like a cannery makes perfect sense as it's a perfect cover" Gwen said as she went back to her laptop to look up where the Cannery was
"Let's get that Kraken her babies back, before someone gets hurt or worse" Max said as he went to the front of the rustbucket to drive them
"Hopefully this time I can choose ripjaws this time without the watch screwing me over" Naruto's said as he sat in the front passenger seat
"Ask me, that form screws you over anyway, you can't even breathe out of the water" Gwen said
"It's a lake Gwen plus Ripjaws is perfect for this situation, maybe the Kraken will trust me if Im a sea creature" Naruto said as he looked back at her
"Well just be careful a known poacher like this will most likely hire someone as backup" Gwen said as she typed on her laptop
"if I didn't know any better I would think you were worried about me Naruto's said with a grin as he smiled at Gwen hoping she wasn't mad at him anymore
"More worried of what your mother would do to me than you" Gwen said
"If I know Kushina she would ask what are your intentions with her baby boy" Max said with a chuckle while Naruto groaned in embarrassment
I don't have any intentions with this pervert" Gwen said with a scoff as Max drove the rustbucket
"I'm not a pervert, it was an accident!" Naruto yelled
Max sighed at this while he tried to focus on driving

The rustbucket stopped as the cannery was in the distance
"Ok let's take a look around Gwen you stick with me" Max said as they all got out of the rustbucket
Gwen took out some binoculars and looked at the cannery
"See anything?" Naruto asked Gwen curiously
"They are loading up some containers and they have a lexcorp sea mech" Gwen said as she passed the binoculars to Naruto so he could look
"Why would they need a sea mech unless they expected to be attacked" Naruto said with a suspicious tone
"Or use it to take the egg that the Kraken took back" Gwen said
"Ok come on Ripjaws" Naruto said as he turned the dial on his watch before slamming the faceplate down
Naruro was circled by 10 figures with one shooting into him, Naruto's teeth extended as fins began to form from his hands and feet his body was surrounded by a green sphere with black and green DNA strands seeping into the sphere as Naruto's body began to morph. Ripjaws eyes shot open as he opened his mouth with a loud roar.
"Meet you both there" Ripjaws said before he jumped into the lake and swam towards the cannery
The Kraken burst through roaring as the poachers looked up in shock, the sea monster looked down and saw the container holding her eggs.
Melville smirked at the creature. "The bigger the Kraken, the bigger the pay day." He said as he ran over to the LexDiver suit while his men were shooting at the Kraken. Once inside he singled for another one of his men to move the crane carrying the suit he turned the leader around once in sight he began to unleash a barrage of blue plasma bullets on the Kraken which didn't do much damage to the beast but still caused it to growl in pain before swiping the container up and swinging away from the mother's reach smirking.
Once he was far enough he took aim at the the beast when suddenly his machine shook and he looked over to see Ripjaws who bit into the net cannon mounted on it's shoulder tearing it away
"You wanna mess with a monster? Try me on for size." Jibjaws growled tearing a wrist lazer off from the the machine the two struggled causing the poacher drop the eggs into the water
"My eggs!" He shouted as Ripjaws dived after them
"Rescuing babies eh?" A voice said, causing Ripjaws to turn around and see a man dressed in a black diving suit with a blue vest and large black helmet with red eye visors.
"Devil Ray!?" Naruto shouted in surprise
"Oh you know my name? Then I'm sure you know how this is gonna go down." Devil Ray said taking aim at Ripjaws with his arm mounted harpoon shooter
Ripjaws growled but swam at the masked criminal; he swiftly avoided incoming shots though not as well known as Joker, Cheetah, or Grundy; he did take the time to learn about this villain and his habit of using poison tipped weapons.
He rushed at Devil Ray punching the man in his face grabbing the gun and tearing away from his suit headbutting him in the face cracking part of the helmet.
Devil Ray shook off the shock then threw several punches at Ripjaws who used his agility to his advantage.
"You're a good fighter but not that good which is why you need weapons and poison to get the job done." Rip Jaws said as he locked hands with Devil Ray, the transformed teen heard a splash and looked over to see the poachers leader swimming downward to collect the eggs.
'I've got to end this quickly.' Naruto thought, he roared as he lunged at Devil Ray biting away a chunk of his helmet causing the man's eyes to widen as he could feel the water starting to rush in. He pulled back and quickly swam to the surface close to his boat.
"I didn't expect that Fishman would know to go for my gear so quickly. Guess he's really read up on me." Devil Ray said, pulling off his helmet and getting away from the fight.
"No pay is worth this shit." He said watching the Kraken enter the water leaving the poachers to clean up their own mess.
Meanwhile Ripjaws roared lunging onto the mechs back rearing his fist back he smashed it into the glass cover causing it to crack, he then but into the machines limps tearing away more and more gears and circuitry causing the machine to start to shut
"You damn freak." Jonah Melville growled out when suddenly the suit was lifted up by the Kraken who threw it back onto the boardwalk with Ripjaws jumping out looking up at the Kraken smiling at him as he held up the eggs to their mother.
The Kraken leaned down and nuzzled Ripjaws face.
"You're welcome" Ripjaws said with a chuckle before the Kraken took her eggs and dived into the water
"Now for you" Ripjaws said as he grabbed Melville and hung him on a piece of pillar that was sticking out of the water
"Hey! let me go!" Melville yelled out in annoyance
"You just stick around so the cops can show up I herd you have a long warrant" Ripjaws said with a smirk
the symbol on Ripjaws chest started to beep at this
"ah hell" Ripjaws said before he quickly swam off as a police boat approached
Meanwhile Max and Gwen were walking down the docks and smiled at seeing the police pick up Melville
suddenly they saw a flash in the water nearby and saw Naruto surface
"Ugh this thing needs a upgrade to the time limit" Naruto groaned as he looked at his watch before he climbed up onto the dock
"Not bad perv you took care of the bad guys and he's on his way to jail" Gwen said as she nodded at Naruto
"Not all of them devil Ray got away…..and I am not a pervert!" Naruto said with a frown before he yelled at Gwen
"Devil ray? Isn't he from Atlantis?" Max asked curiously as he led the two teens back to the Rustbucket
"No, he used to go by Black Manta, Aquaman's arch enemy until he got an upgrade" Naruto said
"Nerd" Gwen said with a chuckle at this
"Well it's better then pervert I'll gladly wear that label over pervert" Naruto said with a sigh of relief as they all got into the Rustbucket
"You will be happy to know I called the atlantean embassy about the Kraken so I don't think anyone will be bothering her again" Gwen said as she sat down
"Wow you are really good support Gwen Naruto said with a grin thankful Gwen had done that
Gwen smiled at this as she was glad Naruto at least appreciated her help

Inside the Watchtower batman was looking over some scanners whole GL and Shayera were with him
Also in the room was a man with green skin and a outfit with a red x on the front and a blue cape this was J'onn J'onzz also known as the Martian Manhunter
"So your saying this Omnitrix is capable of turning someone into these new alien heroes that have been helping people?" Batman asked GL as he looked at the scanners
"Yes, and according to word running through the alien underground, it's on Earth" GL said
"And that's not all" Shayera said with a firm tone
"What else is there?" J'onn asked curiously
"It's capable of scanning other aliens giving the user access to their alien form too" Shayera said firmly
Batman paused at this information as he didn't expect this before he glared firmly "Ok we will keep an eye out for these aliens and I'll work on a way to track this Omnitrix"
GL Shayera and J'onn nodded at this agreeing with Batman
(a few days later with Naruto)
Naruto and Gwen were inside a Gas station store getting some snacks while Max got some money from the ATM outside
As they both approached the check out with their purchases Naruto noticed a commotion going on outside
What looked like two men trying to break into the ATM after they had threw Max to the ground
Naruto scowled at this and went to his watch and after a few turns he slammed the dial down
Outside with the two criminals one was approaching the ATM with a chain but before he could do anything the ATMs color scheme changed to black with green lines on it
"You forgot your change" the ATM said in Naruto's voice
Suddenly coins began to shoot out of the ATM rapidly knocking the criminal over
"What the hell is this?!" the second criminal yelled in surprise as what looked like a living green blob came out of the ATM it had the watches symbol on it
"Just your common Upgrade" Upgrade said as the second criminal took out a shotgun before upgrade glared at him with before he tired a green beam out of his eye destroying the shotgun
He then grabbed the chain the first criminal dropped and spun it a bit before he swung it at the second criminal wrapping him in the chain before he pulled him and swung him into the recovering first criminal sending them both slamming into the wall of the gas station
"Ugh and you thought it would be safer out of Dakota city" the first criminal groaned out as Upgrade tied them both up in the chain
"Nice job Naruto" Max said with a nod of approval at his godson
"Yea you actually chose a good alien for this one" Gwen said as she came out of the gas station before in a flash of red light Upgrade turned back into Naruto
"I always choose good ones, the watch just doesn't work with me sometimes"
"You used gray matter to try and fix the air conditioner in the Rust Bucket" Gwen said with a flat tone as she handed Naruto a bottled water
"Well when you think of brains he kinda had the brains to do it" Naruto said sheepishly
"And yet the AC blew up" Gwen said as she shook her head
"Ok you two let's go we have a lot of road to cover to get to out destination" Max said as he led the two teens to the RV
"Where we heading?" Gwen asked curiously
"Dakota city" Max said with a grin at Naruto knowing his reaction
"Static Shock baby!" Naruto yelled out in excitement
"Isn't he around our age?" Gwen asked curiously as they got into the rustbucket
"Well from what I saw from the last year of news reports him and his sidekick are around your ages" Max said as he started the RV and drove off

"Yea well hopefully none of those bang babies give us trouble" Gwen said with a annoyed tone as even though she wasn't as into heroes as Naruto she at least heard about all the trouble Dakota city has had lately because of the metahumans in the city or as the public called them bang babies
"Well if they do, they'll have 10 heroes to answer too" Naruto said as he held up the watch which he was messing with
"What are you doing?" Gwen asked seeing Naruto messing with some of the dials
"This thing has a lot of combinations I'm thinking if I keep trying different combos maybe I can unlock more aliens" Naruto said as he focused on the watch
"Well go ahead, just don't cry when it blows up in your face" Gwen said as she shook her head at him.before she went to her laptop
"I doubt that would actually happen" Naruto said as he pushed a button
"You really think that thing wouldn't have a self-destruct? Everything has self destructs" Gwen said
Naruto paused at this before he stopped messing with the watch "Ok time for a break" he said with a sheepish grin
"Well look at you being mature and listening to me" Gwen said with a smug tone
"Why wouldn't I? you have helped me a lot so far" Naruto said as he shrugged as he had no problem admitting Gwen was helpful
Gwen blushed at this before she put her head back into her laptop
Max chuckled at this as he listened to this 'Just like his father was with Kushina" he thought as he drove the RV down the road

The Rustbucket was now in Dakota city driving down the road while Naruto looked out the window on the lookout for trouble
"I can't wait to help Static and Gear with some scumbags" Naruto said with a grin
"Slow down son don't go looking for trouble" Max said as he didn't want his godson to get into any trouble

Suddenly they heard a booming sound go off which made the RV swerve

Naruto looked and saw what looked like a dark skinned teen wearing a doo rag and an overcoat he also had two massive feet which he had just used to kick down the wall of the store
"Kangor" Naruto said as he saw the teen destroy a alarm on the wall of the store
"... He really calls himself that" Gwen asked curiously
"Better than bigfoot" Naruto said as he activated the watch and with a slam and a flash of green light he turned into a 10 feet tall red Allen that was very muscular and had four arms and two pairs of eyes on his face
"Four Arms, I can work with this" Four Arms said with a grin as he exited the rustbucket and made his way towards Kangor who was talking to a human male with a really big nose
"Ok Kangor and Ferret you can ether stand down or i beat you both down and I have enough arms to beat you both up four arms said as he punched his palms
"What kind of bang baby are you mon" Kangor said as he glared at Four Arms
"I'm a out of towner final warning bigfoot" four arms said with a firm tone
"Don't call me, Bigfoot" Kangor growled as he stomped the ground making it shake the street
Four arms raised his arms and slammed them down on the ground stopping the earthquake
"W-what is he?!" Ferret yelled out in a panic at this show of strength
"I don't care what he is I'm gonna stomp him flat!" Kangor yelled as he jumped at four arms and stomped towards him
Four Arms spread his arms wide and slammed them together making a Shockwave which sent Kangor flying and slamming into a wall

Kangor groaned before he slowly got up before he fell to the ground
four arms nodded at this before he looked at ferret "What about you ferret? feeling strong?" he asked with a firm tone
ferret screamed at this before he ran off dropping all the food he stole
"Oh like that will work" four arms scoffed but before he could go after him he was zapped by a blast of electricity making him yell out in pain
"Owww, why?!" Four Arms yelled shaking the hand that got zapped
He looked up seeing Static Shock floating down on his signature flying disk
Flying next to him was his partner gear who threw what looked like a metal grenade which let loose some cords which wrapped around four arms trapping him
"a year later and more of you bang babies keep showing up static said as he floated down and looked at Four arms
"Hey, I was helping stop them,"Four arms said as he gestured to the passed out Kangor nearby
"Wait your not a bad guy?" Gear asked curiously
"No and thanks to you two Ferret got away" four arms said before he grunted as he freed his arms and broke the capture device
"Hey those aren't cheep you know" gear said seeing this
"oh….heh sorry" four arms said as he rubbed the back of his head and smiled sheepishly
"Let's focus on getting kangor to the authorities then you can bill the new guy" Static said with a chuckle as he walked over to kangor
but as he approached Kangor started to glow and his feet started to shrink down
"What the heck?" Four Arms said as he knew mutant type bang babies couldn't just turn off their powers
"I'm gonna guess this isn't you?" Static asked four arms as he wanted to be sure
before Four Arms could respond the symbol on him started to beep
"Ugh I hate this time limit" Four Arms groaned before in a flash of red light he turned back into Naruto
"Uh, what the heck?" Gear said surprised that the muscular new hero turned into a regular teen
"Yea what happened to the rest of you?" Static asked curiously
"Alien shape shifting watch" Naruto said simply
"Woah my scanners are going nuts just looking at this thing" Gear said as he looked at the watch

"We can talk later let's get Kangor to the hospital" Static said as he picked the villan up and flew off with gear right behind him

Naruto blinked at this and smiled before he nodded "Yea i'll catch up my ride is here" he said pointing at the approaching Rustbucket
Gear nodded at this before he flew after Static
Naruto ran over to the RV and quickly got in
"Head to the hospital ojisan" Naruto said with a excited smile
"You hurt?" Max asked curiously
"I'm fine, but Static and Gear are taking Kangor to the hospital, he suddenly just turned back to normal" Naruto said
"And you want to find out what happened" Max said as he nodded before he drove the RV
"That and you want to talk more to static and gear " Gwen said with a roll of her eyes
"Well that, but Gwen, Bang Babies don't just change back… what if the gas that gave them their powers are running out? Static and Gear could lose their powers too" Naruto said as she frowned
"I'm sure we could find a way to help them" Max said as he drove
(later at the hospital)
Max parked the rustbucket across the street from the hospital
"Hope you can find something out Naruto" Max said as the teen boy got out of the RV
Naruto nodded as he walked towards the hospital but as he approached it he saw Static and Gear walking out of the hospital
"Hey guys, you find out what's going on?" Naruto asked the two heroes
"Turns out the governor approved them spraying a bang baby cure in the city and it's slowly turning them all to normal" Static said with a frown
"They can't do that, that doesn't just affect the bad ones it affects you too" Naruto said as he gained a annoyed look on his face
"That's what I said" Gear said with a annoyed tone
"What's gonna happen to Dakota City without its heroes, without you two?" Naruto asked
"Well I guess the cops can take care of the regular crime now that the bang babies are done" Static said
"Yeah and what's stopping other bad guys from coming in now that nobody can defend this city? I still remember what happened when Joker came around" Naruto asked
"Wow you know your stuff" Gear said as he didn't expect Naruto to know so much
"We're not completely helpless we still have she-bang static said as he tried to keep the peace
"That chick with strength that came back when the biomass man came around?" Naruto asked as he recalled seeing reports about her
"Yea plus Rubberband man is on tour so when he gets back the cure should be have run its course so we will have two heroes at least" Static said
"Or you go to the guys who made the cure, I mean think about it they obviously have some of the gas so they could make a cure" Naruto said
"Hmmm I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask" Static said to gear as the doctor in charge was all fair to them in the past
"Then let's get going before our powers are gone for good" Gear said as he nodded in agreement
Static nodded at this and turned to look at Naruto "Thanks for the idea man here" he said as he took out what looked like a homemade walkie talkie and tossed it to Naruto
Naruto caught it and looked at it and smiled "Cool! a communicator" he said as he looked at it excited
"We call it a shock box if things go bad we will call you for backup that four arms looked useful" gear said chuckling at Naruto's excitement
"I have nine other alien forms that can help too" Naruto's said with a grin
"Oh come on 10 sets of powers? way to make us look like one trick phonies man" static said while chuckling showing he wasn't serious
"Please, you just haven't experimented enough, I mean remember Soul Power, he channeled his electricity to give him super strength why didn't you do that?" Naruto asked
Static paused at this as he honestly never thought of that
"Yea why didn't you think of that?" Gear asked with a grin
"Let's get moving, later alien boy" Static said with a thumbs up at Naruto before him and gear took off into the air
Naruto waved at them as they flew off before he went back to the rustbucket
"So what's the story?" Gwen asked curiously as Naruto's entered the RV
"Turns out they have been spraying a bang baby cure in the city" Naruto said as he frowned and sat down across from Gwen
"Doesn't there have to be, I don't know, consent?" Gwen asked finding this odd
"From what I heard the big bang made more villains then heroes so I can understand why they went with this route" Max said as he drove the Rustbucket
"Typical overreaching government bullcrap" Naruto grumbled to himself

the rustbucket was parked in front of a grocery store and Gwen and Naruto were waiting in the rv while Max got them supplies for the road
"Still mad about Static and Gear?" Gwen asked curiously looking up from her laptop
more annoyed then mad but hopefully they took my advice to ask the makers of the cure for some of that gas that gave them their powers in the first place" Naruto said as he looked at the shock box they gave him
"Naruto! You there? statics voice yelled over the shock box
"I'm here! did it go OK with that quack who made the cure?" Naruto asked curiously
"They were attacked by the metabreed and ran off with the gas they had and they have us locked up in a room on the ship" Gear said over the Shockbox
"Bet they wish they had avoided curing you two now" Naruto said with a scoff
gwen then flicked his ear at this with a disapproving look on her face
"Ow ow! Ok woman I get it" Naruto grumbled as he rubbed his ear
"You have a girlfriend?" Gear asked sounding surprised
"please he wishes" Gwen said with a scoff as she went neck to her laptop
"Anyway you guys need help finding the meta breed before they set off another big bang? Naruto asked ready to help
"Yea were heading for the docks which is the most likely area for Ebon to want to set this off" static said
"On my way" Naruto said before he put away the shock box just as Max entered the RV
"Best selection and only canned Octopus" Max grumbled making Gwen turn green
"ojisan we have a problem we need to get to the docks I'll explain on the way" Naruto said as he sat in the front seat of the RV
Max nodded and got into the driver's seat and drove off

Inside a ship on the docks a group of teens were sitting there waiting for their boss
Ebon, stood along with Hotstreak holding Teresa along with the other bangers he'd managed to join up who didn't want to lose their powers.
"Hey where's Shiv?" Hotstreak asked
"He went to collect one last ex bang baby for the gang." Ebon said
"Who Ferret, Kangor? Those two are still in the hospital right?" Hotstreak said
"Yeah, Kangor is out of commission right now and Ferret was never worth a damn anyway." Ebon said as he heard the door opening struggling echoing in the background
"Let go of me! You hear me, you psycho let me go!" A girl shouted, Hotstreak's eyes widen as Shiv came in dragging
"Welcome back Aquamaria." Ebon smirked seeing the Latina teen
"It's just Maria now, and I won't go back to being one of your little tools." Maria sneered glaring at Ebon then looking over at Hotstreak who turned his head away.
"You don't have much of a choice, it's your fault that the cure got made in the first place and just like I said with Talon no one quits till I say so." Ebon said grabbing her cheeks between his hand
"Hey Ebon, I don't know about this." Hotstreak said
"What's the problem bro. I thought you'd like to have Maria back in the gang again." Ebon said as he looked at Hotstreak
Hotstreak hesitated to speak; he remembered how he'd heard about Maria trying to turn human again. At the time he felt angry like she was turning her back on him; he didn't want that. But then one day he was sneaking around the neighborhood he'd heard Maria lived in and he saw something that made him regret what he'd almost done, he saw Maria laughing with her little sister. All the pain she felt as a bang baby was gone and she had a life again. He didn't have the right to mess with that.
"You talk big Ebon, but you're just scared." Teresa said, getting a glare from her former leader. "You think you can still intimidate people, look at you you're a shell of the big bad guy who was gonna rule Dakota." Teresa said
"Shut up!" Ebon sneered out in annoyance
"You were nothing before the Big Bang, and that's just what you're going to be again!" Teresa shouted
"I told you to keep her quiet!" Ebon shouted
"Why because you know it's all true, you were just some guys lackey taking orders but once you got your powers you decided to move up, you took outcasts who felt alone and messed with their emotions made us think you cared but all you wanted was to have people who'd do whatever you told them. You're nothing but a damn coward." Maria shouted forcing Shiv to cover her mouth as she struggled more.
"Enough out both of you!" Ebon shouted
"No...they're right." Hotstreak said shocking everyone present
"What did you say?" Ebon said in a low growl walking up to Hotstreak pushing Talon aside grabbing him by his shirt.
"There right you, everyone here you're just afraid of going back to being helpless scared kids." Hotstreak said, causing Ebon to snarl, punching him across the face knocking him to the ground the flame metahuman kicked the canister out of the Master of Shadow's hand and snatched it.
"Get him!" Ebon shouted Hotstreak rushed at Shiv kicking him in the side forcing him to let Maria go.
"Come on!" Hotstreak said, grabbing Maria's hand and running over to help Teresa up.
"Get 'em!" Ebon shouted at his men who quickly went after them
The three ran through the ship's corridors with Hotstreak cutting Teresa loose.
"Free Static and Gear, then get the heck out of here!" Hotstreak ordered
"Frances what about-" Maria argued
"Go! You don't want to be near me with this." Hotstreak said holding the canister
"Come on!" Teresa said as she pulled Talon along
Hotstreak then went into a empty room and looked at the canister and pulled the pin on it letting loose the Gas which he took a breath of
before he was tackled by Ebon
"You think you can take it for yourself?" Ebon growled before he kicked Hotstreak away from him out of the room leaving him in a large amount of Gas
Hotstreak growled at this as his eyes lit up with flames and his hands ignited before he slammed the door shut on Ebon and blasted the lock
"You want the power? take it all, shadow boy!" Hotstreak yelled before he saw that some Gas was making its way through the cracks
but before he could respond there was a crash above him and heatblast dropped into the hallway
"Hold up, hot head." Heatblast said arriving in front of his fellow flame user
"Who are you calling hothead?!" Hotstreak shouted "Listen I don't have time to play around with you. he said as he ignited his hands
"You think you can take me on matchstick?" heatblast asked as he ignited his own hands
Heatblast and Hotstreak unleashed streams of fire at each other causing a small explosion as they clashed. Hotstreak threw a large fire ball towards the flame alien, Heatblast held out his hand absorbing the flames into his body before shooting off one of his own.
"You know Hotstreak your pathetic!" Heatblast said throwing a flame ball
"I'm pathetic?!" Hotstreak sneered countering his opponent's fireball with one of his own with Heatblast countering it with his own.
"Yeah, with your powers you could do some good, help people! But you waste it being the same street punk you were before you got them." Heatblast scolded, causing the flame wielder to lower his head as his flames died down.
"You really think i can be a hero like you?" Hotstreak asked
"Uh sure they say with great power comes great..." Heatblast said
"Gullibility!" Hotstreak shouted blasting Heatblast in the chest with a stream of flames pushing him back but despite that the fire alien held strong punching Hotstreak in the chest knocking him back
"Big mistake hot head." Heatblast said blasting the flame headed teen into a nearby wall causing him to slouch down.
"You know Static told me about what you did, you risked your life to save Edwin Alva's son. You could have just let Static die trying to save him but you put your life on the line to save the life of some rich kid you never knew. You may act like a villain but I think deep inside you there's someone who does want to do good. It's up to you to decide what you want to be." Heatblast said walking away
suddenly the ship shook as what looked like a living blob of shadow was burst through a wall and made its way up to the deck of the ship
"Damn it, wait for me you living shadow!" heatblast yelled as he used his flames to fly after the living shadow
Hotstreak watched this and looked up at the hole left behind by Ebon hearing what sounded like a fight going on up on the deck of the ship before he clenched his fists
"Time to find out" Hotsteak muttered
(a few minutes earlier on the deck of the ship)
Static and gear were up on the deck of the ship their powers fully restored thanks to the gas
before the top of the ship burst open and what looked like a massive amount of living shadows made its way out of the ship
"What is that..." Gear said looks looking up at the massive Shadow creature towering over the ship with dozens of tendrils with sharp points at the end
"Oh man it's...Ebon! He must have soaked up so much gas he turned into a mega bang baby!" Static exclaimed as he and gear tool flight
Ebon looked at his new body and gave a dark smile as he formed a vortex his his hand and fire off purple flames at the two heros forcing them to fly away to evade them his tendrils lashed at them with Static easily evading them but one wrapped around Gear causing the Cyber genius to cry out as he was dragged towards the void in Ebon's chest.
"Gear!" Static cried out for his friend when suddenly a blast of fire burned the tendril away causing both teens to look down to see Hotstreak holding a massive fire ball in his hand.
"Hey Ebon...CHOKE ON THIS!" Hotstreak shouted thrusting the ball at Ebon hitting him dead in the face before holding out his hands unleashing a stream of flames.
"Hotstreak!?" Static shouted in shock not expecting this
"Hey, a little less chatter and a little more fighting!" Hotstreak said as he poured more into his flames
Ebon roared lunging in pain lunging at Hostreak with his tendrils when Heatblast shot off a flame ball hitting Ebon away. The two looked at each other firing a combined blast of flames.
"Hrraaaaah" static roared as he shot off his lighting ensnaring the mega bang baby in an electric field lifting him off the ground
"I've never seen you do that before!" Gear said amazed
"That was nothing, watch this!" Hotstreak shouted putting more strength into his flames causing them to flicker slowly changing from his flames from red to blue.
Static thrusts his hands slamming Ebon down to the ground with Heatblast firing off more fire blasts.
Ebon roared, opening his chest creating a vortex to suck his four enemies in Gear grabbed onto the poles while Hotstreak grabbed the railing Static and Heatblast both struggling to keep from being sucked in, the fire alien soon noticed a nearby gas tank and smirked. "Static!" Heatblast shouted, getting the young teens attention.
Static looked over and saw the tanker and smirked pulling the tanker free with his electricity.
"Hotstreak light it up!" Heatblast shouted as Static tossed it at Ebon's chest with the two following up with a combined fire blast erupting in a large explosion consuming Epon whole.
Heatblast kicked off a chunk of the ship setting it ablaze lifting it up while Static grabbed Hotstreak lifting him off the ground.
The four landed on the pear watching the ship sink and Ebon with it.
"You think he survived?" Static questioned
"From a strictly analytic perspective that is highly improbable Captain." Gear said with a Spock tone. "But my gut is telling me yeah Ebon is not done yet."
"Plus we don't know how many of those other Bang Babies got a whiff of that gas." Heatblast said
"Guess Doctor Todd will be whipping up more of his antidote." Static smirked before he noticed Hotstreak walking away
"Hey Hotstreak!" He called out causing his oldest enemy and former bully to stop
"What you wanna go?" Hotstreak said igniting his hands in flames
"Naw, naw, I just wanted to say...thanks." Static said, holding out his hand surprising the flame meta.
Hostreak looked at the hand with a skeptical look but shook it anyway.
"Just don't think this changes anything between you and me. I just didn't want to be Ebon's lackey anymore. Next time I'm kicking your ass." He turned his back to them and started walking away
"Ya know there may be hope for him yet." Static said with a chuckle
"Yeah he could have helped Epon take us out but he stood by us. Guess he's not such a bad guy anyway." Gear said
Hotstreak walked past Heatblast and paused seeing heatblast give him a thumbs up before he chuckled and returned it before walking away
"Hey!" The trio turned over to see Teresa and Maria running along the docks waving to them.
Maria looked at the flame haired boy who stopped his march turning to her both of them looking into each other's eyes with Hotstreak giving a apologetic smile before walking away into the night
"You guys did it, you beat Ebon for good." Teresa said with a smile
"Yeah but we had some help." Static said pointing over to the ever drifting Hotstreak surprising the two girls.
"Wow, he saved you?" Maria said
"Helped is what I would say" Static said with his arms crossed
"Who's the magma looking guy?" Maria asked spotting heatblast
"That's our boy, Heatblast, he helped too" Static said smiling as he put his fist out for heatblast
heatblast smiled at this before he gave Static a fist bump
"H-o-o-ot" Static grunted shaking his hand
"Heh sorry heatblast said as he rubbed the back of his head before the watches symbol started to blink red gotta go! he yelled before he used his fire to fly off
"What's got him so jumpy?" Teresa asked finding this odd
"Maybe he has a curfew" Gear said with a chuckle
"Gotta hate those alarms" Static said as he nodded in agreement
(the next day)
the rustbucket was making its way out of the city while Naruto was looking at the news report on what happened last night at the docks
"Looks like you got some fans" Gwen said seeing some citizens of the city were saying four arms and heatblast were cool to them on the report
"Eh I'm more happy Static and Gear are back to full power" Naruto said as the news report showed Static and Gear fighting crime again like normal
Max nodded at this before he blinked as he saw something outside and chuckled seeing it was Static and Gear flying after them "Looks like they want to say goodbye" he said as he parked the RV on the side of the street
Naruto smiled at this as he went outside to greet them "Hey guys your powers holding up ok?" he asked as Static and Gear floated down to them
"Yea plus I'm working on a way to make it so if they try to cure the city again we will be immune" Gear said as he nodded and backpack waved at Naruto with his arm
"We wanted to tell you thanks for the help since you flew off last night before we could" Static said
"Yea this time limit sucks" Naruto said as he held up his watch
"Hmmm it looks like it has a lot of different dial combinations" Gear said as he scanned the watch with backpack
"I kinda figured that, but I stopped messing with it when Gwen brought up the possibility of a self destruct" Naruto said
Static and Gear winced at this as this was a good point
"Well I'm glad your girl has your back" Static said with a chuckle at Naruto's blush
"Not his girl Sparky!" Gwen yelled sticking his head out of the RVs window
"I hated it when Soul Power called me that" Static muttered
"That's your partner? not bad bro" Gear said with a chuckle seeing Gwen
"Eh she may be pretty and really smart but she's Snarky" Naruto said as he shook his head
"Best girls usually are" Static said with a chuckle at this
"I'll take your word for that l, anyway before we go can I get a picture with you guys?" Naruto asked hopefully
"No problem us fellow heroes need to stick together" Gear said as he nodded
"Especially teen heroes we should start a union" Static said with a chuckle
Naruto snorted at this before he took out a camera "Hey Gwen put down the doughnut and take a picture for me!" he yelled
Gwen came out of the rustbucket and took the camera and let the three heroes take their positions before she took the picture "There not bad but the blonde nerd in the middle brings the picture down" she said as she handed Naruto the camera and went back into the RV
Naruto made a mocking noise at this before he got into the rv "Ok you two see you later!" he said as the rustbucket drove off
"I'll stay in contact and I'll send you some safe combinations backpack comes up with for that watch!" Gear yelled after Naruto who gave him a thumbs up at this
after the rustbucket was out of sight Static and Gear took off flying into the city

the rustbucket was driving down the road as the sun set and the sky was filled with stars
"Where are we heading next grandpa? Gwen asked curiously
"We're on the outskirts of jump city where I heard there is a carnival happening tomorrow night" Max said with a smile
"Jump city? as in the teen titans jump city?" Naruto asked with a grin
"The who?" Gwen asked not recognizing this name
before Naruto could respond what looked like a object from space flew past the rustbucket and crashed in the dirt next to the road
Max hit the breaks at this stopping the RV
"I'll take a look ojisan!" Naruto yelled as he quickly ran out of the RV
"Wait, don't go alone!" Max yelled after him
"He's already gone" Gwen said with a roll of her eyes
outside nature ran over to what looked like a crater in the dirt
but before he could enter it a figure floated out of the crater
Naruto's eyes widened seeing what looked like a teen girl with bronzed practically orange skin she had a silver and black skintight suit on and had long black hair and purple eyes
the teen girl looked down at Naruto and yelled at him in a alien language as she floated down towards Naruto
"Um I can't understand you miss but I'm sure I can find a way to tal- mmmph!" Naruto was saying before the alien girl grabbed him and pulled him into a kiss
"Naruto what is everything-" Gwen was saying before she saw what was going on and her eyes widened in surprise seeing Naruto kissing what looked like a alien girl
"gwen is Naruto- Oh a tamaranean" Max said with a chuckle seeing the alien teen
the alien teen then pulled away from Naruto who's eyes were wide and his face red from embarrassment
"Thanks for the language lesson, catch you around cutie" the alien teen said with a flirty wing at Naruto before she flew off leaving Naruto alone with Gwen and Max
"Da… she… why did she just kiss you?" Gwen asked
"Tamaraneans learn new languages through lip contact" Max said with a chuckle
"How do you know?" Gwen asked curiously
oh well I think I saw a interview with Starfire where she mentioned that Max said with a nervous chuckle
gwen didn't respond to this before she looked at Naruto who was still stunned "Come on Romeo let's get moving you can act like a moron later" later she said with a scowl
Naruto babbled at this as Gwen pulled him along not noticing that the watch on his wrist was now glowing yellow and spinning slowly
