Chapter 10!

This fic is really fun for me and I have a lot already drafted out for many more chapters.

Enjoy, more notes at the end!

They're All Crazy...

*Present Mic POV*

At least amongst those willing to listen, Vlad was more than happy to humbly gloat about the camaraderie of his students.

Well, not just the camaraderie but his class in general. It wasn't anything to do with his own abilities as a teacher, just the overall 'my kids are great, my kids are cool' spiel but he certainly sounded extremely proud of that fact. Actually, Hizashi knew, well heard about, a lot of random bits of trivia in regards to 1-B. He didn't exactly doubt it but he had never really bothered to look out for the tidbits that he'd come across through Vlad. Some sounded outrageous while others were just so specific that it was hard to tell if it was true or false. Just a few off the top of his head were that Kodai could likely gut anything, Tsuburaba was soft banned from singing, Kendo had all the skills to be a street racer, Tokage had everything, and Bondo made lots of money.

Sure those weren't the most ridiculous of them but they were still ones that Hizashi couldn't really imagine that well. Now though, as he was watching them interact during his class, he began to consider these claims more seriously. Each of the students had been doing their own things in their own groups but every now and then individuals would wander over to Tokage and she'd pull something out of her bag to give to them before continuing on with her own devices. This repeated multiple times and none of them commented on it which left just the Voice Hero to ponder what was going on.

Tokage had pulled out a pillow for Midoriya, then pens for Fukidashi, post its for Monoma and Kuroiro, a nail file for Komori, and a brush and makeup supplies for Yanagi. Hizashi just quietly watched and Tokage eventually stood up and rifled through her bag before producing some dinosaur bandages and walking them over to Bondo and, much to the blonde hero's relief, someone finally broached the topic.

"What do you have in that magic bag? A convenience store?" Awase asked, poking fun more than anything, and Tokage immediately began fishing inside it once more.

"Hard candy?" she offered with a sly grin on her lips which made a few of the other students laugh as Awase took the snacks.

"It's cause Set was a gyaru in junior high," Tetsutetsu commented loudly which got him a punch in the shoulder from her.

"Shut it metalhead!" Tokage told him, clearly embarrassed, but the boy laughed more and the splitter grumbled about childhood friends.

"We've all had stuff we were embarrassed about," Kendo chimed in, sparing the greenette the spotlight, and more of the students tuned in.

"I once went diving with my cousins and did not realizing we were just admiring the fish and not catching them," Kodai appealed with her neutral expression and tone which made a few of the others pale.

"Kodai..." Shiozaki groaned in exasperation but the black haired girl just nodded.

"It tasted delicious," she replied as if that would help but someone else moved the conversation right along.

"I slapped an expensive vase and broke it at my grandparents' home," Shishida coughed while silly grins appeared along his classmates' faces.

"I can't imagine that from you," Tsuburaba laughed while the beast like boy awkwardly nodded.

"I tried to blame it on being like a lion, therefore having feline tendencies," Shishida explained, but his lips tugged, "it was a hideous vase though." That got a full blown laugh from the class but a hand raised and the next person went.

"I dove head first into snow in my fox form and got stuck," Midoriya revealed, though she didn't look too embarrassed by sharing that. "Look I have a picture," she readily showed but her voice was even and the others just stared at her.

"Why do you always have a picture?" Monoma tried to question but he could barely get the words out as he began to snort with subdued cackles which only made the rest of the class start to do the same.

"Eventually I'll have enough to make a biopic but it'll look like a nature documentary," Midoriya stated and the class broke down into assorted laughs and wheezes at the sheer absurdity while Hizashi himself chuckled as well. It was official.

There was something wrong with Vlad's class.

[Class 1-B. The question is never about when you can get the whole class together but whether or not you should. Many have already decided on an answer.]

Sibling Screen

*Yosetsu POV*

The fact that the Music Club members were like siblings sometimes made things impossible.

Yosetsu had spotted Komori and Midoriya outside of the music room that they usually practiced at but Tsuburaba was nowhere to be seen. The guys were going to get together to watch a movie and he had been the only one missing so Yosetsu had offered to go find him. Tsuburaba had actually been harder to get a hold of lately and he had thought it was because of the rebranding to the Music Club which made them practice more but there were times in which you couldn't get in contact with him even when he wasn't with Komori and Midoriya. Either way, Yosetsu was pretty sure that he was with them right now.

"You two seen Tsuburaba?" he called, sure that this would be a simple thing, but the two girls shared a suspicious look.

"No," they both replied with too little thought and Yosetsu frowned.

"Isn't that him talking in the music room?" he pointed out, folding his arms, and Midoriya nodded.

"Yeah," she shrugged and Komori elbowed her in the side.

"So he is there," the headband wearing student stated.

"No," the tall greenette denied, rubbing her side, and Yosetsu looked over both of them before trying to slip by the pair.

Kinoko and Midoriya outstretched their arms, one blocking high and the other low due to their differing heights, and each time he tried to even peer by them they shuffled in front of him. At this point, Yosetsu's suspicion was peaking and he decided he absolutely needed to get around these two.

"I really need to talk to him," he appealed while trying to play it off as something more important than it was but Komori glared at him.

"Just wait then," she huffed, obviously set on keeping him out, and his face fell.

"I thought you said he wasn't there," he flippantly retorted and again the conversation circled back.

"He's not," the fox girl answered and Yosetsu loosed an exasperated noise.

"Come on!" he complained while throwing his arms up. "What's the deal? This is important!" he attempted once more but both his classmates shook their heads.

"He's on the phone," the shorter girl remarked with a wave of her hand but Yosetsu wasn't gonna give up.

"He can just text!" he fired back next and Komori's face twisted with annoyance.

"So?" she hissed, surprisingly hostile at this point, but the headband boy perked at something.

"I think I hear someone else," he uttered unconsciously and the two girls hardened their gazes.

"It's us," Komori shrugged. "We're talking to you," she literally pointed out, flicking a finger to move from him to them like he was being an idiot, but he was certain that it was someone else.

"Not you two!" he glowered, "I don't recognize their voice."

"Good," Midoriya said while her ears twitched and Yosetsu tried one last time.

"So there is someone," he prodded but he was met with fed up stares.

"No," they reiterated and Yosetsu sighed.

"You two are gonna keep doing this aren't you?" he snickered tiredly and Midoriya studied her nails while Komori rolled her eyes.

"No, course not," the greenette told him flatly and Yosetsu took that as his cue to buzz off.

"I'll find out soon enough!" he assured loudly, already running off, while they grumbled at him. "Tell Tsuburaba that we're supposed to meet with the guys!" he relayed which got Komori to stick her tongue out at him.

"So you gave us a hard time for nothing," she huffed and Midoriya aimed a thumbs down at him which made him give a bark of laughter.

"You guys suck!" he yelled back, not even bothering to listen to their replies, and then he was on his way.

He was gonna ask the others if they knew anything about this.

[The Music Club. Komori Kinoko, Midoriya Izumi, and Tsuburaba Kosei have more in store than just a simple name change. Who said they needed to put a limit on things?]

Food for Science

*Sekijiro POV*

Sekijiro always made time to keep up to date with each of his class' groups so today took him to one of the practice gyms.

It wasn't uncommon for the clubs to collaborate with one another and one pair that matched up well was the Fitness Club and the Music Club with the later providing, of course, music as the former exercised. It also worked out especially well for Komori who was part of both groups and had her aspirations rooted in both with her dancing. The other two Music Club members had set up shop off to the side while Komori was stationed in front of a mirror to practice. Midoriya was pulling double duty with a bass guitar in her hands while her tails took care of the drums and Tsuburaba was on some kind of board station and as the previous song was fading out the brown haired boy gave Komori a silent countdown into a cue. The song started rolling in, with Komori nodding at the start to sync to the beat, and once it picked up she began her dancing.

However, that wasn't the only thing going on. With the beginning of the song started another set by Kamakiri and Kendo who were doing sprints back and forth. They had been at it for a while and Kendo was at the helm as she was less worn out than the mantis like student and calling out how many dashes they had left or giving words to encourage and push him. That still left the last two Fitness Club kids though who Sekijiro was currently with.

Rather than exercising, Honenuki and Tetsutetsu were working on a bit of a quirk study instead. The metal boy didn't look too happy with the testing but he sat through it while Honenuki jotted down notes of their findings. The beige haired boy then reached over and passed something to Tetsutetsu without so much as a glance and said student blanched.

"Do I have to?" Tetsutetsu groaned, staring at the offered item, and Honenuki turned his gaze up with a serious look.

"Eat this whole can of spinach right now," the other boy ordered, "it's for quirk science."

At that, Tetsutetsu began begrudgingly eating the greens until he'd cleaned out the whole can all with a look of misery.

"What next?" he mumbled out, looking a bit queasy, and Honenuki checked his list.

"Kidney Beans," he hummed and the metal boy's face fell.

"Can't I just eat meat?" he whined but Honenuki shook his head immediately.

"No, we're balancing your diet while testing efficiency of iron heavy foods on your quirk," he explained, probably for what was multiple times now, and Sekijiro grinned a little as Tetsutetsu made exasperated grumbles.

"Find out a lot?" the teacher wondered which got Honenuki to sigh himself.

"Mostly that he's a surprisingly picky eater," the beige haired boy half joked and the Blood Hero chuckled.

As someone who was in the same boat as Tetsutetsu, Sekijiro was familiar with using particular foods to help better fuel his quirk and its drawbacks so he was quite interested in how this would go. Of course he could offer his own opinion but the way each person may process the foods would differ and regardless of if they had the same base need. So far the boys had gone and tested a few foods, taking breaks in between the check Tetsutetsu's quirk efficiency, and the 1-B teacher glanced over the rest of the present subjects.

"You seem to have gotten a lot of materials," he noted, realizing that the metal boy still had quite a day ahead of him, and Honenuki nodded along.

"The Gardening Club was nice enough to give these to us," he explained with a small grin, "Shiozaki was all too happy to know we were fixing Tetsutetsu's eating habits."

"She always nags me about that," the gray haired student complained but it only made the other boy laugh.

"She nags all of us because she cares a lot," he reminded.

"Yeah, I know," Tetsutetsu acknowledged and Sekijiro couldn't help but feel pleased as always.

His class was always watching out for one another.

[The Fitness Club. Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, Togaru Kamakiri, Kendo Itsuka, Komori Kinoko, and Honenuki Juzo keep at the top of their games through daily movement.]

Notes and Stuff

When it comes to Setsuna I'm lowkey obsessed that she was a gyaru so I bring it up a lot across fics or ideas with her. In regards to this specific fic I really like the Music Club being more a sibling trio. I just think it works so well for them and go look up Hajime Todoroki ED on Youtube to see what dance Kinoko did.

More headcanons got strewn in here, which I'll surely explore more later. Tetsutetsu eating the spinach was of course a Popeye reference just mixed with me thinking off how certain quirks are affected by stuff like food.

I'm thinking of trying to write a lot and then slowly but consistently post rather than dumping everything I have at once. Might test it out but we'll see.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed and look forward to more updates from me!
