Well, I'm back with another chapter! Not sure how long this one will be, but after this I'll get back to Rising. I also want to say that the very next chapter will be with Gears so I'm sure that will be horrible to watch for the guild! If you want pure Gears of War, or DotCOG, let me know via message.
Anyway, aside from that and a cold, I'll get it rolling!
Chapter 11: Love Rivals
The guild milled and muttered, the mages having taken a minor break after witnessing the destructive power of Godzilla trashing the city of San Fransisco.
Retaking his seat near his wife and daughter, Alzack set down three glasses of juice, a minor refreshment for his family. Shaking his head, the man and father was clearly disturbed. "You know, I thought dragons were unstoppable, but those monsters would put them to shame"
"It's horrible what happened. All those families torn apart by senseless destruction" Hugging her daughter tighter, Asuka was none the worse for wear as she picked up her glass.
"Yay! Apple Juice!" Sipping, the young girl smiled, unaware of her parent's worry.
Bisca turned her gaze toward Juvia, the watermage already approaching the silent cube near the Strauss sisters and Levy. "Juvia, what are you hoping to see?"
Curling her fist as she smiled in determination right before Mira, the stunning blunette was showing extreme confidence. "Obviously a world where I'm married to Gray! NOW SHOW JUVIA HER WONDERFUL FUTURE!" Slamming down her palm, the woman was positive the cube would comply.
"Don't go proclaiming nonsense!" Gray shot out with a low shout, only to be ignored as Juvia spread her arms like a maniac.
"Yes…YES! The next world will have Gray professing his love to Juvia! Mwahahaha!" Cackling like a witch, Juvia watched as the cube flared with bluish light while the lenses flared once more.
"Wow…I think Juvia's gone insane…" Happy wondered out loud, only to receive a pat on the head from Natsu. "Don't worry buddy, all women are insane. Just look at Lucy" Grinning, both of them laughed as Lucy glared.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Huffing as both her teammates laughed a bit more, Lucy turned away as the next world came into view.
Magnolia sprawled under a summer sun, the clouds sparse and fluffy as the city's citizens went about their day. The steeple of the large cathedral seemed to glow, while the winding canal glittered with clear, blue waters. The large tree of the park was surrounded by children playing games, their cries and screams of delight adding to the peace.
Obviously, the Fairy Tail guild halls stood to the north of the city, the stone spires and battlements covered with the symbol of the famous guild as numerous flags fluttered from a light breeze.
"Well, it looks relatively normal" Mira stated, the eldest sister and natural beauty finding nothing amiss so far.
"Maybe we get to see a guild fight? That would be cool" Natsu added with a grin, his head automatically nodding in agreement.
"Yeah, with me kicking your ass" Gray offered, the ice mage pleased at the image of Natsu defeated at his feet.
"In your dreams, frosty" laughing as Gray stared his way, both went silent as Erza cleared her throat. "I'm sure it will be a relatively normal variation of our own guild" Stating her opinion, the mages saw no reason to argue with the knight.
Inside the famous guild hall, Cana drank from a large tankard, the lush downing the amber liquid while Mira lightly wiped down the bar.
Nearby, Wakaba and Macao talked about their latest jobs, each enjoying a light ale. Toward the rear of the guild, Levy and the rest of Shadow Gear ate some food as Levy absentmindedly read some parchment between bites.
Elfman flexed his muscles, his blue shirt hugging his large physique as he showed off for Evergreen. "Hey Ever. Check out my manly muscles! MANLY!"
"Ugh" Raising a hand in dismissal, the Earth mage promptly looked away…the snuck a peek while lowering her glasses.
"Ugh. She was checking him out" Huffing, Evergreen then looked at Elfman, who promptly flexed his biceps. "MANLY!"
"Looks like you just did the same" Bisclow pointed out in observation.
"Shut up! Let's just keep watching!" Ignoring the light teasing, Evergreen huffed while crossing her arms below her bosom.
Gray sat at a table by himself, enjoying a drink of ice water and a light snack. Slowly scanning the guild hall, his gaze narrowed with suspicion. "Hmm…how odd. Usually I'm being stalked by now" Sipping from his glass, he nearly dropped it as Lucy jumped down from the rafters. Landing softly on the table, she quickly slid into the seat next to Gray as her large assets were barely contained in a cute top. "Hi handsome…wanna get some lunch?" Turning to lean, Lucy showed off what she had as Gray looked away.
"Nah, I just ate"
"Awe come on! Why won't you date me!?" Whining, Lucy cutely pouted before a second woman dropped from the rafters, landing on a nearby table.
"AHA! Juvia heard the whole thing love rival!" Pointing her finger, the water mage planted a leg forward.
"Finders keepers, loser weepers you walking swamp pond! Gray is gonna be my husband!" Pointing as she rapidly left her seat, Lucy was already approaching Juvia.
Gaining a contemplating look, Juvia planted a finger on her bottom lip after jumping down from the table. "Juvia is sorry, she couldn't hear you over your massive prostitute breast's"
"What did you say you blue haired tramp!?" Butting their heads together, Juvia and Lucy were separated by crackling rivalry electricity.
"Juvia will win Gray's heart over your feeble attempts at seduction you blonde cow!"
*Crack*
Juvia snapped her head to look at Lucy, the blonde woman already horrified. "So…Juvia's suspicion was well founded. Lucy is a love rival!"
"NO, I'M NOT! AHHHH WHY!? WHY IS SHE CHASING GRAY!?" Wailing as the watermage started to crack her knuckles, Lucy simply wailed. "This is awful!"
"Huh…so I guess Gray is a bastard who managed to get two beautiful women to love him…the mongrel" Glaring, Cosmos had nothing to say to the pervert.
"This is so messed up! Two of them chasing me? Why? WHY AM I SO HANDSOME!?" Extending his hands to the ceiling, Gray wanted answers.
"Please be silent while Juvia deals with the blonde man-thief" Smiling with wickedness, Juvia started to leave her place near Gray.
"EPP!" Ducking under the table near Erza, Lucy felt a slight bit of safety.
"Wow! Looks like Lucy's in love with Gray!" Stating the obvious, Happy flew under the table, the cat teasing. "Are you gonna kiiiissss himmmm?"
"NO! SHUT IT!" Wailing in mental horror, Lucy finally peeked out, only to find herself staring at Juvia, the mage clearing showing signs of instability.
"Juvia will win…"
"I'm not interested in Gray! That's a different Lucy! Erza! Help!"
Clearing her throat, Erza turned her attention to the watermage. "Juvia. Please remember that this is a different reality. Lucy is hardly trying to steal Gray from you"
"Hmmph! Juvia is watching"
"Hah! Water bitch! I'll have Gray's wonderful children first!" Proclaiming her intent, Lucy jabbed herself in the chest with her thumb, assured in victory as her large breasts gave a slight bounce from the motion.
"Juvia will win his heart with love and delicious meals…and her body…" Blushing slightly, the watermage started to steam from her ears, then remembered her rival. "HANDS OFF GRAY YOU HUSSY!"
"Man…not again…" Slowly rising from his seat, the ice mage tried to be as quiet as possible.
"Where do you think you're going you woman stealing bastard! Think you can just walk out on two hotties!?" Wakaba yelled, the smoke mage pointing as Bisclow and Macao cracked their knuckles in curled fists.
"You bastards!" Knowing he had been spotted, Gray started to build up a spell while Lucy and Juvia continued to argue.
"See what you did you puddle of swamp water? Your scaring Gray!" Lucy yelled, her forehead still butted against her rival.
"He's probably terrified of your huge ass!"
Clearly, that was the last straw as Lucy punched, throwing a right jab that connected with the water mage.
"You dare to strike the beauty of Juvia? The love rival must be destroyed!" Unleashing a high kick that made her skirt slightly hike upwards along her thighs, Juvia grunted as Lucy blocked.
"He's mine!"
"MINE!"
"Finaly! Chick fight!" Wakaba shouted, the older man quite pleased as both women started to throw punches and insults. "Mira! Some snacks and drinks!" Grinning happily, his mood immediately soured as Master Makarov finally decided to leave his office. Hoisting himself on the railing, the old man jumped down between the two warring parties.
"Now now ladies. No need to fight. After all, we're all family here" Smiling with kindness, the old man was the paragon of peace.
In unison, Lucy and Juvia glared, their auras sparking purple and blue as they curled their fists. "This is between women, master. Stay out of it"
The duo sentences were haunting, a terror of intent as Makarov gulped, then threw up his arms. "Well! I tried!" Rushing to the bar, he sat down at a stool, his face beading with sweat.
"You coward! It's just Lucy and Juvia!" Laxus shot from his own place along the bar, the blonde man disappointed in his grandfather.
"Heh…you've clearly never tried to break up a fight between women. You can try though" Gulping, Makarov downed half a glass of beer, the stress nearly killing him as sweat terror dripped down his brow.
"He made the correct decision" Makarov said in admiration, his statement earning several agreeing nods. "Got that right. Remember the terror of Mira and Erza?" Macao added, the father not noticing the hard stares from the two mentioned females.
"Oh, we weren't that bad" Smiling beautifully, Mira clearly saw no issue.
A wave of remembrance dread swept over the guild, the collective memories of Erza and Mira's fights haunting.
"I'll make him the best dinner and then he'll make me his wife! Grr…LUCY KICK!" Kicking her rival in the shins, Juvia squawked, then returned the attack with a punch to Lucy's midsection, almost striking her left breast.
"Gray will be only for Juvia!"
Gray groaned nearby, the man mostly embarrassed and wondering how in the hell these two wanted him.
*BANG!*
The guild hall doors suddenly flew open, nearly knocked off their hinges, interrupting the women fighting.
"HEY! WE'RE BACK!" Walking inward was a very beautiful woman wearing white, puffy pants and black boots. A black vest with some red flames adorned the material, the article of clothing hanging open to give a full view of a red tube top that contained some double D sized breasts with adequate cleavage showing. Around her neck was a white, scale patterned scarf while the remainder hung down to her right side. Her stomach was shown, the abdominals showing feminine musculature from hard training and athleticism. Stepping in, her pink hair trailed down to her shoulders, the spiky mess matching with her beauty.
Flying right next to her was Happy, the little blue cat using his magical wings to hover.
"Natsumi. Welcome back. How did the job go?" Mira asked warmly, the barmaid excited to see her friend.
"Ah, it's Natsumi! She's sooo hot!" Droy and Jet stated in loud unison, much to the annoyance of Levy.
"No….way…heheheHAHA! NATSU'S A GIRL! HAHAHA!" Roaring in laughter, Gajeel pointed, the man barely able to breathe from the expulsion of humor.
"Hey Natsu! Do you need a dress!? GAHHAHA!" Laxus laughed, the lightning mage finding the whole thing absolutely hilarious.
Joining in, most of the men pointed and laughed, including Gray. "Oh man, this is great! Now I can say you literally fight like a girl! HAHAHA!" Collapsing on the floor from the sheer laughter, Gray didn't care as Cosmos seethed.
"AAHHHH! THIS SUCKS! LEVY! CHANGE THE TIMELINE!" Natsu ordered with a mind ripped shout, the man barely unable to handle the swift turn of events.
"Nope! I want to keep watching. Plus, your rather pretty as a woman…hehe" Laughing herself, she joined in with Lisanna and Mira who added their own laughter.
Pouting, Natsu sat down with a cross look, the man clearly upset. "This sucks…I'm a man, dammit"
"It's not too bad Natsu. At least she has Happy with her and is welcome among the guild" Erza tried to reason and cheer up the man…despite her own humorous smirk.
"You're trying not to laugh right now"
"I have no idea what you're talking about" Brushing some of her red hair away from her brow, Erza still lightly laughed.
Gildarts stroked his chin, admiring the view of Natsumi and her very voluptuous form. "So many conflicting thoughts in my head right now…"
"THEN STOP THINKING THEM!" Natsu shouted, only to be defeated by more laughter. Slumping his head against the table, the mage muttered. "I'll destroy you all…"
Sitting down, Natsumi crossed her arms beneath her ample bosom, pushing up the breasts as she gained a rather dismissive attitude. "Easy! Those stupid Vulcans basically just jumped around screaming 'Woman! Woman!' while I attacked them!" Halting her boasting, Natsumi gained an annoyed look. "Of course, the son of the quest giver tried to grab my ass, so I burned his house down" Grinning a big smile, Natsumi was very pleased with herself.
"If you were a man, I'd scold you, but then, us ladies need to protect ourselves from unsavory characters. Here, your usual" Sliding a plate piled with some delicious meats, the food steamed as a secondary plate with a fish was slid toward Happy.
"Ohh…that's a good fish!" Picking it up, Happy ate contently as Natsumi dug in.
"Well, at least she doesn't tolerate harassment. Can't say I fully condone burning a house down, but I can understand why. And it looks like she has the same appetite as Natsu here" Suddenly pounding her fists upon the table, Lisanna shouted. "DAMN! If Natsu was a woman here, we could go shopping together and get cute outfits!"
"What did you say!?"
"Why wait!? Natsu likes to dress up in pretty clothes! GAHAHAHA!" Laughing some more, Gray was clearly having far too much fun with the whole situation.
"Grrrr…." Seething in his seat, Natsu was only halted by the presence of Erza from pummeling the ice mage across the hall.
Finishing part of her steak, Natsumi glanced over to Juvia and Lucy, the pinkette cocking her eyebrow as the two fought with punches, kicks and insults.
"Water Bitch!"
"Key Skank!"
"RARRGH!" Brawling across the floor, the two women didn't notice as Gray moved away, walking confidently toward the bar. Sauntering up with confidence, the ice mage leaned against the polished wood right next to the busty dragon slayer as she shoveled down more food. Swallowing, Natsumi washed it down with water, then cocked her head to study the ice mage.
"Need something?"
Turning, Gray became serious, then firmly grasped Natsumi's right hand between his. "Natsumi…please be my girlfriend" Smiling his best smile, the words seemed to echo across the guild hall as the woman's eyes went wide in shock.
"Holy…You want to date Natsu?" Evergreen asked the ice mage, her words prompting a new wave of pointed laughter at both targeted men.
"HAHAHA! No wonder you're always stripping! You're showing off for Natsu!" pointing, Laki guffawed as tears rolled down her cheeks. This of course prompted greater laughter across the hall.
"Fire and Ice! A match made in heaven!" Gajeel laughed while teasing, his words hitching with each breath before he fell out of his chair, the humor too great.
"It explains so much!" Laxus laughed, the broad shouldered blonde man fully enjoying the torment and teasing.
Gray's revelry and humor immediately vanished, only to be replaced by nausea and his skin going green. "No…no…ugh…"
"YOU SICK SON OF A BITCH!" Roaring, Natsu jumped from his table, sprinting across the guild hall toward his rival.
This time, he didn't care if Erza was there to try and stop him.
Barely able to quell his horror, Gray stood tall and blocked Natsu's punch, his face drawn with anguish. "Don't blame me you ash head! Clearly, your female double is some sort of seductress with mind control!" Punching back, his fist landed against Natsu's cheek, but it was swiftly countered by the fire mage.
"Now Juvia understands why her attempts have failed…Gray and Natsu are special friends" Voice trembling, she started to think of Natsu and Gray holding hands.
"WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SAY THAT!?" Shouting his horror, Gray punched Natsu in the face once more, then reeled as his face turned green. "Oh god…I'm…" Running toward the bathroom, Fullbuster wasn't ashamed to lose his lunch from such a terrible thought.
Natsu ran toward the guild doors, sprinting past the queen and her two knights. Kicking it open, the man barfed outside, the sound carrying on the hot breeze rolling in. Finishing a minute later, Natsu walked in with a daze. Finding his seat next to Erza, he sat and clutched his head. "Nightmare…this is a nightmare…"
"I felt the same way watching myself profess love to Ichiya" Supporting her friend, Erza really could relate to the mental horror as she patted Natsu on the head.
Gray retuned a few minutes later, his own face pale.
"I wonder what Natsumi will say? Oh, this is soooo cute!" Mira squealed in delight, which earned more curses from Natsu and Gray.
"THIS IS NOT CUTE!" Natsu shouted, the man's voice cracking from the horror.
"DO YOU WANT ME TO VOMIT AGAIN!? AUUGGH!" Clutching his head, Gray was barely able to muster his thoughts while Mira chuckled.
"Oh, it's not that bad. Maybe they'll even get married!" Clasping her hands together, Mira looked ecstatic. "I could plan the whole thing…"
"Gurk…uhgh…" Falling under a fresh wave of nausea from the mind numbing prospect, Natsu barely managed to move amid the guilds laughter at his suffering.
"This is the worst universe in existence…" Mental images of himself and Natsu in a church flayed his thoughts, causing Gray to plant his head against the table top.
"Juvia will comfort you, Gray" Inching closer, the watermage used the opportunity and pressed herself against her love's flank. Surprisingly, he didn't protest in his current state of mind as the display of another timeline continued.
Natsumi looked shocked, her silence interrupted as Mira squealed in delight. "OH MY GOSH! Your gonna date!? EEEEEEEEE!"
Clearly missing the halted squabble between Lucy and Juvia, the two stared across the hall, their feminine aura's expanding with violence. "Juvia. We may be rivals…but allowing another woman to date Gray is unacceptable"
"Juvia agrees. We shall work together to destroy this…this fire tramp" Cracking her knuckles, both mages started to stalk toward Natsumi who was still silent in shock.
"Well? What do you say?" Words poured like smooth silk from Gray, the man clearly enamored by Natsumi's beauty as her left brow slightly twitched.
"Uh-oh…" Happy whispered before flying upward to the rafters with a spare, emergency fish. Planting himself down, the cat waited for the unfolding events.
"Gray…NO WAY!" Grasping the man by the waist, Natsumi suddenly hefted the man above her head, her large assets giving a bounce from the action. "There's only one man for me, and you're not it you ice bastard!" Throwing him toward the rapidly approaching Juvia and Lucy, the bodies collided…not that the women minded.
"Gray touched me!"
"He touched me first!"
Untangling himself from the madness, Fullbuster stood tall as his heart demanded answers. "I get it…you're in love with another man. Is it Ichiya and his parfume!?"
"No, you idiot!" Barking her words with disgust, Natsumi was about to launch some fire magic when the guild hall doors opened, their thick weight separating for sunlight to pour inside.
Standing there was a broad shouldered man nearing six feet in height. Wearing somber, dark pants and boots, they were covered by plated armor at the shins, knees and thighs. A piece of broadplate covered the chest, the material spattered with greenish looking blood while more spatters of gore trailed along the pauldrons and arm protections. On the right hip, a firm blade was sheathed, its use meant for battle.
Stepping into the full light of the guild, the man sported spiked, red hair and a light goatee that only enhanced the handsome, chiseled face of a warrior. Blue, piercing eyes took information of the situation in moments, the man analyzing with ease.
"Natsumi. Please don't start fights in the guild" Calm, the man approached the bar, gaining Mira's attention. "Mira. Could I please have a strawberry shake?"
"Of course. How was your quest, Ezra?"
"The infestation of monsters near the village was problematic, but I slew them despite their numbers"
"Heh! Ezra Crimson is a real man!"
"Wait…" Wendy looked toward Erza, the young woman's mind roaring in contemplation as pieces slid into place.
"AH! ERZA'S A MAN!" Romeo shouted with a pointed finger, the shock unable to be contained.
"So…manly! ERZA'S SO MANLY!" Roaring with a flex of his biceps, Elfman was happy to see the manly version of Erza standing before them.
"This…this is impossible…" Gulping, Erza went through her own horror as she studied her male counterpart enjoying a strawberry shake.
"It appears that while Natsu is female there, you were born male. What a strange turn of events" Hisui offered in contemplation.
"Kinda boring though. Sure, it's great when Erza changes clothes, wears bikini's or scantily clad armor, but none of us want to see that with this guy. I'd rather just see Juvia and Lucy rip each other's clothes off" Gildarts said with simplicity, the father upending a beer much to the agreement of others.
"It's amazing what kind of pig you are" Cana replied, the daughter clearly not amused with her father. Shrugging, Gildarts made no apology for admiring women.
"Actually, I think it's kind of cool" Alzack added, his wife nodding in agreement. "Name is pretty similar too and the strawberry is a dead giveaway" Apologetically, Bisca looked toward Erza. "Sorry, your pretty manly there"
Slumping her head against the table with Natsu, both mirrored each other's mental anguish as depression lines rose. "This is awful…I'm a beautiful woman…"
"This is awful…I'm a man…"
Sitting contently while he enjoyed his strawberry shake, Ezra was relieved to be home in the guild. Sensing Natsumi sit beside him, the heavily armored knight turned toward his friend. Leaning forward, Natsumi made sure to push her breasts upward, enhancing them as the cleavage glistened.
"Ezra…I think we should date. Not only am I attractive, but I can grill a mean steak! Plus, with your requip magic and my dragon slayer flames, we can totally kick ass as a team! Not too mention the womanly things I can do…"
"Hmmm" Stroking his crimson goatee, Ezra contemplated for a moment. "Sure, why not? I do find you to be attractive in character, spirit, and physical form"
"HELL YEAH!"
"NO! Dammit! I just confessed my desires to date you myself!" Gray shouted with a pointed finger…then it slowly turned into a fist. "So…Ezra is a love rival for Natsumi's affections…"
"What?"
"You heard me, Ezra! I'll win her heart!" Grinning with his declaration, Gray didn't sense Lucy and Juvia as they both clamped a hand onto his shoulders, their female aura's burning. "Gray…please don't say nonsense. Juvia is the only woman you need"
"Blondes are fun, you should know this for a fact" Glaring with steel in their eyes, both targeted Natsumi. "Love rival"
"Can't you two idiots just date him at the same time? Most men would die having two beauties in their lives. Just keep him away from me"
"Natsumi! Give me a chance!" Gray pleaded, only to wince as his love interests squeezed his shoulders harder.
"Hmmm…a collaboration…"
"I have read stories about it…" Seeming to speak telepathically, Juvia and Lucy gave subtle nods to each other before clasping hands together in truce. "Come on, Gray. You're treating us both to dinner. The Love Alliance is born!"
"NNNOOOO! NATSUMI!" Being dragged from the guild hall, the man's cries echoed as he was dragged away to a wonderful date with two very curvaceous females.
Bisclow grunted, the man not amused as he colluded with Makarov, Wakaba, Max and Macao. "Let's make sure to kick his ass for getting Juvia and Lucy. No way that ice bastard deserves those two women!"
"YEAH! Let's cover him in glitter and send him to Master Bob!"
"I'll plant pornography in his room, the pervert" Spitting the words, Makarov grinned evilly as the men plotted to ruin Fullbuster's life.
"Seriously!? You'd plot against me for dating women!?" Gray shot at Bicslow, the doll mage giving a simple shrug. "You'd deserve it for taking Lucy from us you perverted bastard. Why, I heard you have sickening dirty magazines in your room"
"You just heard that from that unhinged Makarov!" Clutching his head, Gray turned with a pleading gaze to Levy. "Please…end my suffering"
Smiling sweetly, Levy shook her head. "No"
"It is rather surprising that Natsumi asked Ezra to date. Just like that first timeline, except the genders are reversed. Does this mean that Erza and Natsu are bound by fate to be a couple?" Kimika asked Cosmos, the plant mage smiling.
"It would be love…which is beautiful!"
"Ah! Why won't more people come to me with their love interests! Then I could be a match maker!" Clutching her silver hair, Mira wanted to be the love guru of the guild.
"That's what you care about? This whole timeline has been insane! And just now Gray declared Ezra a love rival! That's way more shocking!" Evergreen said loudly to Mira as she cried at the minimal dating in the guild hall.
"This whole thing is so embarrassing…" Erza mumbled, the woman looking over to Natsu with a small hint of a blush.
"Yeah…I just want the next universe to be here…" Grousing with apparent mental pain, Natsu was at least happy that his female variation chose…not Gray.
"Don't think you're the only one horrified. This whole thing has just been complete idiocy!" Clearly upset, Lucy couldn't fathom why her variant wanted Gray, nor why she suddenly formed a 'love alliance' with Juvia for said man's affections.
"Everybody be quiet! I wanna know what happens next!" Mira scolded loudly, the barmaid clearly invested in the blooming romance.
Mira smirked from behind the bar, her romantic senses tingling as she watched Natsumi and Ezra Crimson. "Sooo…what type of date do you have planned? Are you going to give Natsumi flowers, Ezra? Or perhaps a midnight stroll under the stars? Natusmi? What type of dress will you wear? Oh! I just have so many ideas!" Clearly excited, Mira squealed once more as the possibilities ran through her mind.
Ezra Crimson looked confused, the man's eyes gaining a questioning look. "Flowers? Why would Natsumi want flowers?"
"Yeah? What would I do with dead plants?"
Mira pointed at them both, her tone haughty and knowledgeable. "Men are supposed to give flowers! It's the proper way to a woman's heart!"
Natsumi waved it off. "That's stupid. Unless I get to set them on fire, what's the point?"
"Then wear a nice dress to show off your curves! It drives men wild!"
Natsumi looked down, then cupped her breasts, pushing them upward as some of the perverts cheered nearby. "Eh, these should be fine" Grinning, Natsumi gave a thumb's up to Ezra. "How about we go hunting in the forest for some wild boar? I'll grill it up, then after wards we can have sex at my house?"
"Straight forward and to the point. I accept your offer for a date" Stoically calm, Ezra stood up, his strawberry shake now consumed.
"Sweet! Ha, dating's easy! I don't get why you confuse it with flowers and stupid outfits, Mira. Just do what you're comfortable with" Planting her hands on her hips with a haughty laugh, Natsumi suddenly looked up at Happy. "Hey Happy, stay with Mira tonight. She's really confused about stuff right now and shouldn't be alone"
"Aye Ma'am!" Saluting, Happy then went back to eating a small fish, the cat not really caring.
"But my romance guide book…Your supposed to follow the steps!" Holding up a red bound novel, Mira trembled with her own agony.
"Nah. Let's go handsome" Taking Ezra's arm, the two strode out of the hall as Mira threw the book toward the ground.
"Why is all my dating knowledge ignored!?"
Cana laughed from nearby, the lush slamming down her own tankard of ale. "You really think Natsumi cares about flowers, dates or dresses? She's a dragon slayer for crying out loud. Pretty much does what her gut tells her. Will admit I'm a bit jealous though…Ezra is quite the handsome man. Hmmmm…" Stroking her chin, Cana Alberona started to scheme how to claim the swordsman for herself.
Levy finally hit the red button, shutting down the current timeline as the cube's lines glowed, then fell dormant once more. "You know, I'm actually not that surprised that their first date is hunting, killing boar, and…uh…relations" Slightly blushing at the implication, the script mage suddenly looked over at Natsu and Erza, panic in her eyes as she waved her arms in apology. "Not that you would! But Natsumi there seemed pretty nonchalant about the whole situation"
"Whatever. As long as it's not with me, or that other Gray who's an idiot" Scowling, Fullbuster had no idea how his variant could desire Natsu. Just the thought made him sick once more.
Wendy's own cheeks were slightly red, the young woman understanding what Natsumi would be doing with Ezra Crimson. "Uh…I wonder if they'll end up having a child like Rose from the first timeline? That would be sooo cute!"
"That would be possible. But there could be differences as well. For all we know, they could have a son and name him Natsu" Pantherlily contemplated, the feline's words hanging in the air.
"That would be weird" Max added.
"Or a daughter named Erza with pink hair instead of red" Romeo supported, the young man causing several mages to contemplate the idea.
"I really don't care as long as it's not with…with…ugh…the ice cube…" Gulping, Natsu really couldn't form the proper thought.
Wakaba grinned, the older man taking a long drag on his cigarette before blowing out a smoke ring. "You know…there's a universe where Natsumi agrees to date Gray. Or a female Gray dating Natsu"
"YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH YOU SICK SON OF A BITCH!" Launching across the guild hall, Natsu and Gray would not tolerate any more mind numbing horror. Punching the man in the face with dual fury, he flew into Elfman, the muscular man knocking the flying man away.
"Throwing guild members is unmanly!"
Erza could see the situation deteriorating before her eyes, and despite recent events, she would uphold the rules of the guild. "No fighting in the hall!"
"Heh…I'm getting in on this" Laxus grinned, the man finding no reason not to participate. Blocking a punch from Natsu, he countered, throwing the man into Cana.
"MY BEER! YOU GOT IT ALL OVER MY GLORIOUS BREASTS!" Clearly covered in amber liquid, Cana's heavy twins glistened under the pouring sunlight of nearby windows as her face twisted into anger.
Barely avoiding the female fist of fury, Natsu rolled away, colliding with Gray once more as both men struck blows with agonizing anger.
"Stop the fighting at once!" Erza shouted, her words unheeded.
The mages ignored her, causing a tick mark to appear above Erza's brow as she slowly stood. "Clearly…I've been too lenient. Very well, I have no choice but to punish you all" Flexing her fingers then curling them into fists as the guild brawl started to spread, Erza dove in as Queen Hisui watched with amusement.
"How marvelous! I've never witnessed the infamous Fairy Tail brawl!" Clapping, the young monarch was entertained as the guild hall descended into chaos.
Well, another shorter chapter. Just thought it would be a fun one to write out with a switch of genders and all that. Hope somebody enjoys it all. And next universe will be 137-C or a very close variant of DotCog. I can get it started in a few days, or shift my focus to Rising from the Embers for a chapter or two. After that, I'll probably work on a Bleach chapter or some other requests. Also, concerning requests. I wont get them all, hell, probably 80% wont get written. I can't force myself to write about a topic/anime/ movie I have no interest in. But if it does seem interesting and fun to write, I probably will get to it at some point.
