Chapter 18

Naruto and Kana were sitting facing each other after Orochimaru escaped. The sun was no longer shining and they decided to hunt for food and rest a bit before heading back. Naruto lit fire and Kana cooked some rabbits that she found. Naruto's eyes were fixed on the fire as it burned the meat. Kana took a steak from the fire and offered it to Naruto. He took it and began to eat silently, she sighed.

"What's your problem?" Naruto looked at her with a frown.

"Shut up."

"I'm your teammate dammit. For how long are you going to ignore me?"

"I said shut up and eat." Naruto growled. "I didn't want to be your teammate. The Hokage put you with me, if you've problem than go and talk to him otherwise shut your trap and do what I say." Kana didn't respond and silently ate. She was fuming inside. There was only one way to earn some respect from this fellow stupid brooding Uzumaki.

In a blink of an eye she sent shuriken at him. He deflected most of them. Kana stood up and jumped back whilst throwing kunais at him. Naruto deflected all of them.

"What do you want?" Kana didn't respond and rushed towards him and aimed a punch at his face, Naruto sidestepped the punch and grabbed her right arm. Her left punch connected with his gut and she jumped in the air and spun around. Naruto lost control of his hand on her right arm and she landed behind him. Again she threw shuriken at him and appeared behind him and kicked him in the back that sent him flying across the clearing. She waited for him to stand up so that she can again pounce on him.

"Kana I don't want to fight you. But if you don't stop I'll not go easy on you." Naruto said and Kana for a second hesitated before she was on him in a second and aimed her punch at his face. Naruto blocked it with his right hand and grimaced when the force behind it pushed him back. She spun around to land a kick that Naruto caught. He grabbed it with both of his hands and threw her up in the air and sent shuriken at her. Kana didn't expect Naruto appear behind her and kicked her in the back while she was busy deflecting shurikens and hit the ground hard. She moaned in pain and stood up on her feet. Naruto landed on the ground and again was in front of her with a punch aimed for her stomach. She crouched and missed his punch mere inches before striking her own in his stomach.

Naruto barely able to stop the moan escaping from his mouth as he felt pain hitting his nerves. He jumped back and messaged the area lightly.

"Raiton: Sanda (Lightning Style: Scattering Drops)." With a flick of her wrist Kana sent countless sparks of lightning at Naruto who quickly went through his own hand signs.

"Futon: Daitoppa (Wind style: Great breakthrough)." Naruto released wind from his mouth and cancelled the lightning sparks. Naruto's eyes widened slightly when he sensed Kana behind him.

"You should watch your back." She kicked him and sent him flying. Naruto stood up again and growled and activated his sharingan. Kana's eyes widened in surprise.

Naruto rushed towards her much faster than before, when he was in front of her he sent shuriken, she dodged them all but didn't see Naruto taking his sword out. The next thing she saw was a cut appearing on her arm horizontally with Naruto standing behind her. She flinched and than a chakra chain erupted from her back and struck Naruto that sent him flying away.

"Damn! That was unbelievably fast." He stared at the blue eyed girl who was glaring at him. The chakra chain again moved towards him but this time he was prepared and barely dodged. He formed shadow clones who caught her chakra chains while he prepared jutsu.

"Katon: Goka Mekkyaku (Fire style: Great fire annihilation)." The favorite jutsu of Naruto in the fire nature chakra. The fire covered a great area, a sea of hot flames roared and Kana was no longer in Naruto's sight but instantly Naruto heard her voice.

"Suiton: Suishoha (Water style: water colliding wave)." A larger wave of water came to life that easily matched Naruto's sea of flame and both jutsu met in the middle of the clearing. Naruto's eyes widened slightly at the impressive display of technique. He felt the thrill and excitement and even a little bit of fear when he saw Kana roaring with her golden chakra chains around her as she glared at him and dared him to attack her. Such an impressive control on water as well control on chains at the same time. The only one who could match with that control on water nature was Yagura. He took out his sword and held it in front of him as out of nowhere chakra chain appeared from the Mist and Naruto blocked it with his sword. He felt his hands going numb when he felt the vibration produced due to the shear force behind it. Naruto disappeared and tried to suppress his chakra as much as he could and formed a shadow clone who quickly disperse the mist with a wind jutsu so that Naruto could see Kana easily and her chakra chains as well.

His eyes went wide when he saw kana in front of him with a smirk on his face.

"I'm a sensor like no one else." She said and punched him in the face and sent him flying through the trees. She was upon him in an instant, sitting on top of him with a kunai pointed around his neck.

"Yield!" She said in a cold voice. It was as cold as her eyes. Her blue eyes narrowed when Naruto smirked and then puffed revealing a shadow clone. In the next second Kana was on the ground and Naruto on top of her with the same kunai that she had in her hand a second ago. Naruto smirked.

"Now who's going to yield?" She pouted.

"That's not fair! How did you do that?" Naruto felt a surge of emotion like he'd never felt before. His eyes glazed slightly as he stared in her eyes and her pout. Kana blinked and swallowed when she saw Naruto staring in her eyes with that kind of look. His grip on her hands loosened and she felt him leaning closer and closer towards her.

She cleared her throat, it was unconscious action that snapped Naruto from his dazed state and he blinked several times before jumping up and falling backwards.

"I'm sorry." He stood up and went towards where they had eaten dinner. Kana remained behind staring at his back and sighed.

"You've a sharingan? How?" He can't have a sharingan, he was not born in the Uchiha clan and these eyes didn't look like someone had implanted them. He activated them like any normal Uchiha. She said as she appeared after some time. Naruto was in his tent; she could see traps around them. She knew he was not sleeping and he would be able to hear her.

"That's one of my secrets. I've seen how capable you're in Taijutsu and I've no doubt that you're as capable in other fields as well. Lets rest before we head towards our second mission." Naruto didn't look impressed but it was enough for her that he knew that she has some prowess. She felt satisfaction at his comments, she would beat him up again if she has to prove herself to him again. But she knew he was not fighting with his full prowess, he wasn't using Kyuubi. She'd be no match for him if they went full out.

"I've a special ability as well." She extended her hand and a golden chakra chain came out of her palm. She knew Naruto can't see but she did it anyway.

"I've special type of chakra that I can manipulate to turn it into these chains. With this chakra I can sense others chakra as well. Like, I can sense that your chakra is warm but deep down there is malicious chakra as well. I can sense that you've extremely large amount of chakra even for an Uzumaki." Kana looked back at her palm and the chain disappeared. She blinked her blue eyes and tilted her face to the side.

"Why were you staring at me like that?" She said with a small smile on her face. Naruto shook his head and looked down. Although she couldn't see his face but she knew he was trying to hide it. He mumbled something that Kana didn't catch.

"What? I didn't hear it."

"I said you've beautiful eyes." Naruto almost yelled. Kana stared at where she knew Naruto's tent was slightly surprised and shocked. Her mouth open and heart thumped. She didn't expect that, never. A guy who doesn't speak much, who don't like interactions with humans complimenting her eyes. A blush appeared as she thought what this could lead to if Naruto followed that path with her.

"Thank you Naruto-kun, you've beautiful eyes as well." She giggled when she heard him groan.

"That's an amazing ability that you've got there." Naruto said after clearing his throat.

"If you like my eyes than why you avoid looking at them." She said in a teasing voice and Naruto scowled. She giggled again. She could almost imagine his face pouting and grumpy.

"You're so easy to tease Naruto-kun. Well, thanks anyway. It's not common among us Uzumakis. Only your mother and I've this special chakra." She said after recovering from a fit of giggles. "Do you know how you got the Sharingan?" She continued.

"Yes I know but I think we should take some rest and go back early in the morning. We need to report the trespassing of Oto ninja to border patrol team."

Hidan, Kisame, Kakuzu and Danzo went to the land of iron to help Kumogakure and Iwagakure so that they can take down the Hokage. Although they were not given enough money to help them in their battles with the Hokage's bodyguards but Danzo was itching to fight with Fugaku or even Kakashi. But the problem was they were ordered to capture one of the jinchuuriki from earth village who will be acting as bodyguards of Onoki.

The four of them have decided that Kisame and Danzo will eliminate the weaker targets and samurai and complete that mission that were given by Onoki. Hidan and Kakuzu will hide and capture one of the jinchuuriki.

"Your former buddies are not too far away from us Danzo, want to say hi to them?" Danzo narrowed his eyes at the pseudo immortal man who was smirking.

"Make no mistake Hidan and focus on your mission."

"That damn Onoki will never rest until he sees Konoha turn to ash. How can the Hokage be so stupid?"

"Hidan, shut your mouth before I seal it permanently." Kakuzu growled and Hidan scowled as he watched Danzo and Kisame walking away.

Danzo knew something wasn't right. He knew Minato, the man will never accept a peaceful treaty so easily after knowing the Nature of A and Onoki. The Senju brat will never agree to come here unless he has something up his sleeve, a card that he can use against Onoki or A. But it doesn't make any sense to leave village behind unprotected. But he hasn't been in the village for years and doesn't know the current circumstances surrounding it.

"Who's the strongest there Danzo, my samehada can't wait to engage in a fight." Kisame grinned at Danzo. The sword strapped behind his back growled in anticipation.

"I'm sure you will enjoy yourself, make no mistake or else you will find yourself on knees in front of the strongest men in shinobi nations. Never forget that we are enemies to everyone that's in there. It's like waking a dragon while its sleep." Danzo said and frowned, his one eye stared at the castle in which the meeting will be held.

Inside the castle, the Kage were sitting across the circle table with their bodyguards.

"Now that everyone has seated I'll like this meeting to start. Since the Raikage and Tsuchikage were the ones who asked for the meeting, I'll ask them to speak for what purpose they have gathered here." Raikage and Tsuchikage looked at each other, and than Tsuchikage leaned forward and spoke.

"First and foremost, Iwagakure will be withdrawing forces from Konoha's borders and asks the Hokage to sign a peace treaty as the war is hurting both of the nations as Iwa as well as Konoha have lost many lives that cannot be replaced." Minato's eyes hardened and his steely gaze met Onoki's. Fugaku and Kakashi have their eyes trained on the jinchuurikis that had eyes their eyes fixed on Minato. The Mizukage didn't miss the tension that was building slowly in the room. The Kazekage remained quiet, he had his face covered and looked bored.

"Kumogakure will also withdraw the forces from Konoha's borders and is ready to sign the peace treaty. Hokage! I know it's too late but I'm here now to amend my past mistakes and move towards a peaceful future." Mifune, the samurai leader turned his eyes towards the Hokage who was silent throughout the meeting. Minato stared at them both, enough to make them uncomfortable.

"Why all of a sudden you're interested in peace? I've been trying to talk to you for years for this meeting, and now that you are on the verge of being defeated you are here to offer a peace treaty? I spit on this so called peace treaty." The Mizukage and Kazekage didn't expect that response from him. He was known as a peaceful leader with a kind heart just like his grandfather Hashirama Senju.

"Hokage-sama, I'm sure you do realize that this treaty will bring peace. That's what your ancestors wanted." Mizukage said.

"My ancestors trusted their ancestors and they stabbed them in the back, I'm not going to trust them again and again. I don't want my village people to suffer anymore." The Raikage knew the Hokage will not agree to their terms easily, thanks to the Sandaime Raikage, who in greed of bloodline tried to kidnap the Hyuuga Heiress and than killed the brother of Hyuuga clan leader. The rational part of him wanted to tell how that masked man manipulated him with the use of sharingan to start the war. But for that he will have to swallow his pride.

But it was time for change. To bring peace and prosperity to the nations and become united against the organization of which the masked man was part of. On the other hand, his scientist has developed lethal chakra weapons, although not in large quantity but still enough to bring Konoha to its knees.

What to do? The Raikage was in deep thought and was struggling to make a decision when he saw Onoki sending signals through a chakra paper.

"Well, we will admit that we are on the verge of defeat Hokage but we still have enough manpower to stand up and defend against any threat that the enemy will throw at us." Minato narrowed his eyes further.

"Because of that attitude your people are suffering Tsuchikage. I'll give you an advice to go out in your village, meet your people and hear what they have to say instead of sitting all day in your office planning and scheming to conquer the world." Fugaku nodded his head, agreeing with his leader. Although he never wanted to agree to this meeting but he will agree that Minato has done marvelous handling his enemies.

Onoki stood up from his seat, glaring at the Hokage, Raikage stood up as well. Fugaku and Kakashi tensed and jumped on top of the table in front of Minato when they saw Roshi and Han building their chakra with their sharingan. Other Hokages stood up as well with their bodyguards standing in front of them. Mifune stood calmly, his hand on the hilt of his sword and his eyes narrowed on Onoki.

"Onoki! What is the meaning of this? This is a neutral Territory." Onoki turned his bored eyes towards Mifune.

"Shut up Mifune, you do not go around and order us shinobi."

"Mizukage, Kazekage! On which side are you? On theirs, on ours or neutral?" Minato stood up calmly without leaving his eyes from Raikage and Tsuchikage.

Mifune jumped with his sword drawn and charge at Onoki. But Han charge with his leg drawn and smacked Mifune in the stomach, sending the Samurai leader flying back and crashing in the wall leaving the dent behind.

Han was very tall man, heavily armored and wearing a steam armor with a furnace on the back that was emitting steam.

"I'm afraid Hokage, I won't be able to assist you in this fight as I'm very ill and needed to go back to Suna as soon as I can."

"I'll help you with this problem Hokage-sama." Mei said as Ao and Chojuro readied themselves for fight.

"Kakashi, Fugaku! You will take care of Raikage's bodyguards. Mizukage-sama, you will take Han while your bodyguards will take Roshi and I'll take Raikage and Tsuchikage." Mifune stood up with a groan.

"The Samurais will assist you in this invasion Hokage. This will consider an attack on the Samurai nation Tsuchikage, Raikage. Mark my words." They heard an explosion outside and than the wall behind Mifune exploded sending debris everywhere.

Two Akatsuki members entered the room, Kisame and Danzo.

"Well, well, well. What you we have here? So many people to fight! Who to choose? Who to choose?"

"Danzo!" Fugaku growled.

"Kisame!" Mizukage narrowed her eyes at him.

"I think we should take this outside, we don't want to destroy this beautiful building." Kisame said with a grin on his face to Mizukage.

"I don't think so." The Raikage said as he charged forward towards Minato with his lightning armor on but the Hokage was fast enough to teleport to another location outside the hall in an open area. Fugaku and Kakashi were attacked by Darui and C.

Mizukage attacked Han while her bodyguards took Roshi outside. Danzo and Kisame attacked Mifune and other Samurais that appeared, although they wanted to fight with stronger opponent but orders were orders. Onoki followed Raikage outside where the Hokage teleported.

With Hokage, Raikage and Tsuchikage

"You have done a very big mistake Onoki, Ae. You will realize this in the future."

"Yes, a future in which we will not find you and your village." Minato sighed and took several Kunais out and scattered them around.

"Now I realize why you asked for this meeting, it was a trap all along to take me down."

The Raikage attacked Minato as he said, "And we succeeded." His punch missed by inches as Minato disappeared again and appeared behind Onoki with a kunai in his hand. But Onoki was expecting that and Minato found himself facing a jutsu.

"Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu (Dust Style: detachment of the Primitive world technique)." Minato found himself being trapped in a structure with a sphere in the center. Before the sphere could expand and harm him he quickly teleported himself and found Raikage in front him.

The Raikage's punch connected with Minato's palm. Minato knew the force will break his bones so he quickly formed a shadow clone and substituted with it. At the same time, he created two more clones and that went and distracted Raikage while he went after Onoki.

Onoki was hovering in the air when Minato teleported in front of him with a Rasengan in his hand. Onoki sidestepped the attack and tried to send a small spear of dust release behind Minato but he didn't expect Minato to disappear and appear behind Raikage with a Rasengan grinding on his back. The Raikage was sent flying.

"Doton: Kengan no jutsu (Earth style: Fist rock technique)." Onoki's right hand turned into a large earth fist as he disappeared and appeared on top of Minato. Minato didn't have enough time to teleport as he had just sent Raikage flying. He quickly put both of his hands in form of X on top of his head and Onoki's fist crashed into it. Minato heard the cracking noise and felt the pain shooting through his left arm.

He teleported again to a safe distance and took a deep breath. The Raikage appeared behind and sent him flying towards Onoki with a lightning enveloped kick. The Raikage than took out a paper out of his pocket and channeled chakra into it and placed it on the ground. The paper glowed and disappeared into the ground.

"Two down two to go." He muttered as he saw Minato deflecting Onoki's earth jutsu. He quickly went to another two corners and did the same procedure.

"Onoki! Its done." The Raikage yelled and Onoki nodded his head as Minato again attacked him. This time A appeared beside Onoki and both of them attacked Minato. Minato sent his famous kunais at them and prepared a Rasengan, when his kunai was near them he teleported at top of them and slammed a Rasengan at Onoki's head, grinding him in the ground.

Minato's clone sent a wind powered jutsu at Raikage who didn't even bother to dodged it that cost him as it sent him flying into boulder.

Both leaders stood grunting in pain as Minato gathered nature chakra and activated sage mood. This time he didn't bother to attack them as he invited them to attack him. Raikage growled and was on Minato in second, Onoki stayed behind and when Minato was about to dodged an attack he channeled his jutsu into the earth.

A hand made of mud erupted from the ground and grabbed the Hokage from the waist. The Raikage punched him in the stomach, the mud hand broke and Minato was pushed several feet backwards.

"Good job Tushekage." Onoki took out a slip of paper from his hand and handed it to Raikage. Both of them channeled chakra into it and activated the seal. A purple colored barrier appeared around them. Minato looked around frowning when its disappeared into the air.

"I don't see any change." He spat blood and wiped it with his sleeve. The Raikage and Onoki looked at Minato with bloodied grins.

"Just try to use your famous technique." Minato confusedly looked at them before throwing a kunai at them and tried to teleport but much to his shock he couldn't.

"Try again, maybe there was something wrong with that kunai." Onoki mocked as Raikage laughed. A fear crept into his heart at the possibility that they might have found a way to cancel his jutsu. Part of his mind didn't want to try that, didn't want to accept that it could be possible. But he was in a battle with two Kages. He could lose his life. He quickly sent various kunais all around them and some of them struck the transparent barrier that didn't let them cross it. He tried to teleport to them but couldn't.

"Just face it Hokage. Your famous jutsu is of no use. You're nothing without that jutsu. The that crushed our forces, that killed thousands of men. This is our revenge; you will die here knowing that we defeated your famous jutsu." Onoki said so much hate in his voice that it even surprised him. His eyes bulged and filled with vengeance.

With Kakashi and Fugaku

"Kakashi! Finish them as soon as you can. The Hokage is alone and he might need help with those two. I'll use genjutsu on them to take them down."

"Wouldn't it be better if I use genjutsu on them. They know you're an Uchiha, they might not fall for it." Fugaku looked at Kakashi with an amused expression.

"I'm the leader of the Uchiha clan. Kakashi, they won't even know what hit them." Darui and C were Jounins for no reason but they lack experience against a shinobi like Fugaku. Darui had been a student of third Raikage and was famous for his black lightning.

"Raiton: Kuropansa (Lightning style: Black lightning)." Darui didn't waste a moment and released his jutsu at Fugaku. He knew he would get himself killed if he didn't use his most aggressive attacks against an opponent like Fugaku. The lightning formed a shape of a black panther and rushed towards Fugaku but the man disappeared and appeared behind Darui quickly spun around to block the kick but it turned out to be a clone who disappeared leaving smoke behind. Darui quickly jumped out from the smoke and found himself face to face with Fugaku. He had his Mangekyou Sharingan active and when Darui looked into he knew he'd lost the battle.

"Shit!" That's all that he was able to say before he fell to his knees breathing hard and chakra exhausted.

"Now suffer torture from the hands of Fugaku Uchiha." He looked at where Kakashi was fighting with C. C was known as a medical and sensory ninja. Though he was very good at fighting with his lightning nature but Kakashi was known for his lightning jutsu as well.

"It seems your teammate is down; do you still want to continue?" C crushed under his breath.

"Dammit! I warned him about his sharingan." He charged at Kakashi and on the way did hand seals for jutsu but Fugaku appeared in front of him and kicked him in the chest. C stood up groaning and found himself looking up at Fugaku and Kakashi. He immediately turned his eyes side.

"It's no use. You're already in my genjutsu." Fugaku lied. "Tell me what is your planning and why you're here." C chuckled and stood up on his feet.

"Do you really think I'll answer your questions so easily." He roared with hate filling his eyes and launched a lightning dragon at them. But then his eyes widened when he sensed two more high chakra level shinobi not too far away from them. They were not moving as if waiting for signal or someone. According to their plan they shouldn't be here at all. A moment of distraction cost him dearly as a kick from Kakashi collided and sent him crashing into the wall. Fugaku was upon him with his sharingan glaring at him, C looked up and found his body going stiff. He knew Fugaku has trapped him in his genjutsu. C tried to expel it but couldn't and found himself surrounded in an unfamiliar location with everything black and red with a full moon red as blood on the black sky.

"It's not your common genjutsu, boy. Do whatever you want but you won't be able to break from it." Kakashi arrived beside Fugaku and the both of them left after Minato.

"Putting both of them into a genjutsu has taken a lot of chakra from me." Fugaku said as he wiped the blood from his eyes. "We should find Minato and leave this place as soon as we can." But they didn't go that far as they saw Mizukage hitting the wall opposite to them that broke with from her impact. Han looked at Fugaku and Kakashi. Mizukage stood up from debris, her face covered with bruises. Kakashi glanced back at Mizukage and frowned.

"I suggest you to step aside so that I can finish my opponent." Han stated as steam poured out from his armor.

"Since that opponent of yours is our ally, I don't think we will step aside."

"He is the jinchuuriki of the five tails. He won't go down easily." Mei said to Konoha shinobi as they prepared themselves for a fight. They three of them launched themselves at Iwa's five tailed jinchuuriki.

Fugaku's fist collided with forearm and at the same time Kakashi appeared behind armored jinchuuriki. Fugaku quickly found himself flying backward as Mei sent a lava based jutsu towards Han. Kakashi grabbed his right arm and intervened both of his legs with his left one. Han's left elbow struck Kakashi at face but Kakashi didn't let go until the lava was upon them. He quickly shunshined away when Han released hot steam from his boiler but Han was not fast enough to escape from the lava.

Han stood up on his shaky legs, that had some burn marks on them.

"Katon: Gokakyu no jutsu (Fire style: Great fireball jutsu)." Han scoffed at the great ball that was shot from Kakashi and muttered.

"Futton: Joki Domu (Boil style: Steam dome)." An orb formed around Han and fireball clashed with it. The fire ball and steam faded after a while leaving a crater and cement behind.

He didn't get a chance to attack as Fugaku was on him high in the air with a kick aimed for his face. Han grabbed his right foot and Fugaku cursed when Han spat hot boil steam from his mouth. Fugaku screamed as it burned his flesh. Han threw him towards incoming Kakashi who caught him in his arms. Mei again sent a lava dragon towards Han while she appeared behind him and sent projectiles towards him.

"I'm fine Kakashi. Go and assist Mei." Kakashi nodded his head with a grim look and appeared beside Mei. Fugaku took out a bandage from his jacket and applied it around his leg.

"Mei-sama, a lightning element mixed with water can make him paralyze for a few moments. While you do that, I'll place a seal on his stomach that will put him out of the fight." Mei nodded her head and created a water dragon while Kakashi formed a lightning dragon. The both of them mixed together as Han shouted his own technique.

"Futton: Nomitsu Joki Domu (Boil Style: dense steam dome)." A lightning water dragon clashed against dome of steam. The dragon started to lose its shape as it swirled around the dome and they could see the dome falling as well. Kakashi quickly went through hand seals and sent another lightening dragon at it.

Han had his concentration on strengthening his dome that he didn't see another lightening heading his way. When the lightning water dragon died down, he found himself face to face with another lightening dragon that struck him head on. Kakashi felt satisfied when he heard Han screaming and falling on his one knee. He quickly took out a seal, a seal that can stop the flow of tail beast chakra in the jinchuuriki.

With Ao, Chojuro and Roshi

Ao and Chojuro never matched against Roshi. He was a jinchuuriki for over forty years. The four tailed beast gave him the ability to use lava style techniques. Ao and Chojuro, though have water affinities but their water jutsu combined were not able to leave even a scratch on Roshi. The jinchuuriki was also proficient in Taijutsu with brute strength at his disposal. All Ao and Chojuro were doing were stalking and hoping that their opponent would get tired but it was foolish to think a jinchuuriki would get tired so easily.

Roshi was bored to death. He came here to battle with strong opponents but found himself facing couple of brats.

"Come on you can do better than that. At least make me sweat." Ao and Chojuro narrowed their eyes at the insult. They knew he was trying to rile them up, they will not be going to play in his hands and lose life. "Is that all? Is that all the bodyguards of Mizukage can do?" Roshi continued and smirked when he saw Chojuro and Ao stopped. He came to a halt as well with hands on his hips as he tried to rile them more. But he didn't get a chance as Chojuro spun around with his Hiramekarei and shouted.

"You will not get away with this." Chojuro activated his sword and formed it into a hammer that collided with Roshi head on. The man went flying like a bullet, the force of the hammer was so great that he heard a sickening crack from his chest. Ao was upon Roshi with the water dragon in an instant. Roshi formed hand seals and lava burst out from his body. He stood up and rushed towards Ao who didn't see a fist coated with lava coming at him that sent him across the hall. Chojuro again tried to attack Roshi with his sword but Roshi ducked the attack and in crouched position punched him in the gut. Blood sputtered from his mouth and he didn't get a chance to get up and as Roshi again attacked them.

Kisame and Danzo were disposing Samurai and other weaklings that were coming in their way, although they wanted to fight stronger opponents but they needed to save their strength for Hidan and Kakuzu to arrive and capture jinchuuriki. But for Kisame it was not the case, he has monstrous chakra reserves. His samehada was asking him to feed her with chakra. He was so bored that he let his senses drop so that someone could hit him.

His prayers were listened when out of nowhere a lightning jutsu hit him behind his back. Kisame roared and turned around with a glare and shark like teeth.

"Now come on, who blasted me with that jutsu. I was looking for an excuse anyway." Han turned his head around and glanced at Kisame before moving left to reveal Kakashi and Fugaku, panting heavily. Han was not looking good at all. Kisame could see he was holding on his on barely. He glanced at Roshi who was tiring down but not as much as Han. His opponents were not as strong and experienced as Fugaku and Kakashi.

"Danzo!" Kisame called. "Its time." Danzo grunted a response and turned around to stare at Fugaku and Kakashi.

"Danzo! Look at you? Betrayal of village led you to where? Here? Guess, a position of Hokage's advisor was not enough for you." Danzo was as calm as ever and didn't react to the insults. His single visible eye sharpened as he spoke.

"You shouldn't be here Fugaku. I failed in my last mission but I don't make the same mistake again and again." Fugaku was confused by Danzo's declaration and Kakashi didn't know what the two were talking about. "And for that mission, I can't let you escape alive from here." Danzo took out the bandages from his eye and opened to reveal sharingan. He than removed bandages from his broken arm.

Fugaku's eyes widened when he saw what Danzo has done to his right arm.

"Danzo! You bastard, I will not forgive you for this. You killed my clansmen just for this? To obtain the sharingan. As the head of the Uchiha clan I, Fugaku Uchiha will kill you right here right now." But Fugaku didn't see Han coming from blind spot with fist aimed for his right shoulder blade.

"Do you really think I'll let you go that easily, Uchiha." Kakashi resumed his fight with Han as Kisame attacked Han. With a quick strike of his blade he jumped in the fight and pushed Han several feet back.

"Don't think I'm at your side copy cat. You both are my opponent." Kakashi grunted.

"That's makes things more annoying."

"For you? Maybe. But not for me. I've been waiting for a thrilling fight." Kisame growled and avoided a punch from Han barely.

Kakashi looked at Fugaku and saw him fighting with Danzo. He jumped in the air to avoid samehada and landed on top of rubble where Mei just appeared.

"We need to get out of here. These jinchuurikis haven't released their tailed beasts and they can control it with perfection. I don't think we have much chakra left to kill them or even subdue them." Mei nodded her head in agreement.

"I agree and there is Hokage who is fighting alone with two Kages. I can feel he doesn't have much chakra."

With Fugaku and Danzo

The two opponents traded several blows and jutsus. The first thing that Fugaku did was counted sharingan on Danzo's right arm. They were four. He knew what these Sharingan were for and what they did. It was making him mad and angry. But controlled it. He knew Danzo has him at a disadvantage. He took out a soldier pill and swallowed.

'I'll have to kill him four times before killing him for real.' He will have to take him by surprise to kill him. Danzo went through hand seals before rushing at him, as he came near he bend a little and aimed his punch to his stomach. But the punch didn't connect. Danzo's eyes widened when he saw his arm strangled by wires that were invisible before.

"Taking out soldier pill was a cover, a distraction. I never thought that you will fall for this. That wire was coated with poison by the way." He stretched his ninja wires that cut through his flesh. Danzo brought his left hand with a kunai to cut it but Fugaku swept it away. Danzo quickly inhaled a large amount of air. Fugaku saw building of chakra in his lungs and jumped back to avoid wind bullets and releasing wires in the process.

Danzo jumped back, blood dripping from his right arm as he glared at Fugaku. Fugaku didn't give him time and rushed towards him. He jumped in the air when he was near and started rolling before striking him on his head with his right foot. It struck on Danzo's left side of head. Fugaku than disappeared and appeared behind him with threw shurikens at him. Danzo turned around deflected most of them with the kunai but he didn't expect his kunai to pass through the shurikens as if there was nothing. Before he knew it several shurikens embedded into his chest as he coughed blood.

"For someone who possesses so many sharingan, you're too weak in genjutsu." Fugaku said in emotionless tone as he saw Danzo spat blood. He could feel his vision going blurry, his head felt heavy. He didn't see the next attach as Fugaku thrust his kunai in his heart. After several seconds Danzo's body disappeared and appeared behind Fugaku. But Fugaku didn't expect it to be a clone as he clashed it with his kunai. Fugaku looked up just in time to see Danzo already went through hand seals.

"Futton: Shinkugyoku (Wind Style: Vacuum Sphere)." Several small blasts of wind scattered in many directions that made it difficult for Fugaku to avoid them. Several cuts appeared on his body as Danzo rushed towards him. Fugaku activated his Mangekyou closed his left eye and jumped back to avoid punch from Danzo. Danzo again rushed towards him as he landed and Fugaku suddenly opened his Mangekyou eye.

"Amaterasu (Heavenly Illumination)." Danzo's eyes widened when his body caught in Amaterasu black flames. Blood dripped from his eye and again, after several seconds his body disappeared and appeared on top of a destroyed pillar.

"Who would have thought that you have Mangekyou sharingan all along at your disposal?"

"If he ended up using Susanoo, I'll have no chance at all. He has already killed me twice. Only two sharingan have left at my disposal. If only I've Orochimaru implanted in me more of these eyes." Narrowing his eyes Danzo went through his hand seals for a summoning jutsu and a gigantic elephantine chimera appeared in the hall, destroying its sealing and walls all around it. The shinobi and samurai all around them jumped, scattered or disappeared to avoid the falling sealing. They ended up facing their opponents outside in the clear sky. Baku roared and opened its mouth and started inhaling everything in it. Fugaku who was still in the air was pulled towards Baku. Thinking fast he quickly formed hand seals.

"Katon: Gokakyu no jutsu (Fire Style: Great Fireball)." Baku wasn't able to stop the fire coming and spreading around its mouth due to the great wind pressure through which it was sucking everything it. Danzo was standing a top of Baku disappeared and appeared behind Fugaku at his blind spot. As soon as Danzo landed he attacked, Fugaku turned around and caught his right wrist with his right hand and tried to punch him with his left but Danzo caught his punch. But Fugaku wasn't expecting a clone or real Danzo to appear behind him but the thing that shocked him to his core was tree branches erupting from the ground and warped itself around him. The Danzo in front of him puffed. Fugaku glanced back as he gritted his teeth to see Danzo looking at him calmly, although with panting breath.

"Using wood takes a lot of chakra but it was worth it to trap you. It was a small sacrifice that I'm willing to make for a greater reward." Fugaku spat blood as the binding tightened around him.

"Just how far have you fallen Danzo? First that cursed Uchiha Jutsu and now the wood style of the first Hokage?" Danzo walked in front of Fugaku and stood in front of him, glaring at him. "It's Shisui's eye, isn't it? Why haven't you used it's prized genjutsu on me yet? Is it because I'm not worth it?" Danzo didn't answer and raised his two fingers in front of Fugaku's face.

"You should not think about such things. I can't allow you to use Susanoo. I've seen how precise you're with your Mangekyou sharingan. I'll let you live today but not with both eyes." Having said that Danzo easily plucked his left eye with a sickening squelch. Fugaku screamed in pain and agony.

With Kakashi and Mei

Kakashi and Mei rushed towards where they can sense Hokage's chakra. As they arrived in a large clearing they saw Hokage barely holding on his own against A and Onoki. As they tried to go near the Hokage to help him they were thrown back with great force as a purple barrier shimmered into existence.

"There's a barrier that's keeping us away." Mei said.

"Yeah, and it's strong enough that I don't think we will be able to break it. Let's try to attack with a jutsu and see what happens." The jutsu didn't go unnoticed by the Kages fighting inside. Minato sighed in relief when he saw Kakashi and Mizukage outside the barrier.

"Kakashi, Mizukage-sama listen to me." A clone of Minato said as he told them the weakness of the jutsu. "Just find the four seal papers one on each corner, take it out from the sand and destroy it together. In the meanwhile I'll distract them from you." Kakashi and Mei nodded.

"Mei-sama, leave this to me, you just watch my back." Kakashi said and formed four shadow clones. Kakashi himself took out some kunais and threw them at the barrier, the barrier shimmered again when the kunais came in contact with it and Kakashi quickly memorized the four corners of the barrier with his sharingan. He and his three clones disappeared and appear one at each corner. He pushed his hand in the sand and after searching for a while he took out a paper.

The next thing they knew the hall behind them started crumbling and everyone came out with their opponents.

With Fugaku and Danzo

Danzo waited for the screams to die down. He stood there calmly with Fugaku's eye in his right fist with blood dripping from it.

"How does it feel Fugaku?" Danzo said. "To know that now we are equal? You and I? we both have one sharingan eye. And both have Mangekyou even. Oh! I almost forget these Uchiha's eyes embedded in my arm. Guess we are not equal after all! Thanks to those Uchiha's sacrifice I have more sharingans than you." Fugaku was still, his chest rising and falling with a low growl escaping from his mouth. When Danzo finished his speech Fugaku raised his head and looked at him with his single Mangekyou Sharingan.

"You took out the wrong eye, Danzo." Fugaku said barely in a whisper before his eye rotated lazily and Danzo found himself trapped in a Tsukuyomi. Fugaku knew that Danzo can easily break out of this jutsu by using Shisui's genjutsu technique so he didn't give Danzo any chance. He took out a sword and separated his head from his body before implanting his body with several swords. In the real world Danzo dropped to the ground and screamed in agony. As the strength of the tree roots around him weakened he freed himself from it and quickly appeared behind Danzo and embedded his kunai deep into the back of his skull. Danzo again appeared for the last time not too far away from Fugaku. Out of nowhere Baku again attacked Fugaku but this time Fugaku was prepared, Baku tried to suck him again and Fugaku released a fireball from his mouth. Baku screamed in pain when its body set on fire and then it disappeared.

"I don't have enough time, forty seconds to a minute maximum. Otherwise his izanagi will deactivate that will cost him nothing and he will be able to fight me. Since he has more chakra than me I've no choice but to make sure to kill him in the next minute." There was another option as well. He can let Danzo deactivate his izanagi and play hide and seek. Than he will treat his injuries and replenish his chakra before attacking him again. But Danzo will be able to replenish his chakra as well.

Danzo threw several shuriken at him that were coated with wind chakra. Fugaku dodged them left and right as he closed the distance between them. When he was near him he made eye contact with him and placed a minor genjutsu at him. The next projectiles that Danzo threw at Fugaku, he let them hit him but make sure to fake the act. Fugaku dropped to his knees and spat blood. He glanced up and saw Danzo rushing towards him with a kunai in his and that were coated with wind chakra, as he approached Fugaku, Fugaku twisted and changed into several shuriken that hit him dead on while the real Fugaku was standing not too far away from the fake one with chakra wires in his hands through which he was controlling his shurikens.

"You forgot. I'm better at shuriken jutsu than Itachi. I can combine shuriken jutsu and genjutsu together to attack my opponents." But he didn't tell him that he had placed a minor genjutsu at his arm as well. Fugaku zoomed towards Danzo and smirked when he saw him glancing at his arm which was showing a single remaining sharingan eye. But in reality he has already used all of his sharingan eyes.

Danzo let Fugaku approach him thinking that he has one sharingan eye left and when he will approach him he will stab him with his kunai killing him, even at the cost of his remaining sharingan eye.

Kakashi and clones quickly found the seal papers of the invisible barrier. His last clone at his command self destruct to send commands to his other three clones who had familiar seal papers. At the count of three all of them destroy the seal papers and the barrier came into existence before collapsing and disappearing from view. It was at that time when two others Akatsuki members arrived.

Minato sighed himself in relief when the barrier disappeared. Ae and Onoki in rage attacked him head on. He quickly threw his famous kunai towards Kakashi. Minato took Kakashi Mei's hand in his.

"Remember what you did today and how you betrayed me and my people by attacking us on neutral ground when I'll invade your villages to rip them apart." Minato's eyes flashed red before he disappeared towards far away from the battle field.

Fugaku found himself coughing blood as he saw a kunai in his stomach. He felt satisfied though when he saw his own kunai in Danzo's chest barely missing heart. Fugaku jumped back and dropped on his knees but kept an eye on Danzo. The man dropped on his knees as well. Danzo's eyes widened when he found out that he can't activate izanagi. The jutsu had disappeared around his arm and his eyes widened when he saw all the eyes closed already.

"It was your doing, isn't it?" He glared at him. Danzo went through hand seals again as black ink started pouring out of body, he stood up and limped towards the down Fugaku.

"I won't let you leave here alive." But there was a yellow flash and Minato's eyes widened at the scene in front of him, Ao and Chojuro gasped when they saw how badly injured Fugaku was. Danzo ignored Minato who quickly went to the down Fugaku.

"You're in a critical condition Fugaku." Minato examined his injuries as he glanced at Danzo who was leaking black ink with disgust.

"M-Minato, lets l-leave from here."

"I won't let you escape." Danzo roared as he started running towards them but Minato took Fugaku in his arms before disappearing with Ao and Chojuro.

"Who wants to go to Jashin-sama? Come on, I've endless tickets here." Hidan roared as he and Kakuzu arrived on the battlefield. He had a head of a samurai in his hand as threw towards Han. Everyone stopped fighting.

"Kisame?" Kakuzu said.

"The red one, with whom I'm fighting now. He is more tired than the other one." Kakuzu and Hidan readied themselves for a fight.

Onoki and Ae looked at the battlefield and frowned when they saw Akatsuki fighting Han and Roshi while C and Darui were fighting Samurais.

"Akatsuki? What is the meaning of this? Why are you attacking my shinobi?" Onoki yelled as he came near them.

"We are following our leader's orders, that's all." Kakuzu replied.

"But what about our deal?" Ae said.

"Did you pay the full money?" Kakuzu said again. Ae and Onoki stiffened and hesitated.

"Well no but…"

"Than your deal is off. And unless you want to join the fight, I suggest you leave." Onoki and Ae looked at each other. They knew they can't fight the three of them. That Black and white Jashin guy was handling Han alone and playing with him. They were out of chakra, not at full strength while Darui and C were in the same boat as well. The situation turned worse when Ae spoke.

"Darui! C! We are leaving." Onoki sharply looked at Ae with shock.

"But Raikage…"

"Apologize Tsuchikage-sama, but I don't think we should stay here unless you want us to get killed by the Samurai forces as well as Akatsuki. I don't want to make things more difficult by being here any longer." Ae said and left Onoki behind as he and his bodyguards disappeared from the battlefield in seconds.

"Onoki-sama, you should leave while I'll keep them here." Han said.

"But Han…?"

"Don't worry about me Roshi my old friend. I'll join you shortly."

"Yeah he will join you shortly at Jashin-sama's palace." Hidan roared with laughter.

"And besides I'm faster than you. So go, I'll catch up to you soon." Han glanced at Onoki and than gave an eye smile to Roshi who swallowed thickly before nodding his head and disappearing with Onoki.

Minato and company looked from a safer distance as their enemies disappeared from sight.

"We should leave." Mei said urgently as she checked Fugaku's injuries.

"Our village is near than Konoha from here. I suggest you to teleport us there so that we can heal Fugaku-san quickly." Minato didn't argue with Mei. He knew he wouldn't be able to cross that much distance in a single step, he doesn't have that much chakra left. Concentrating a little bit, he took Mei and Chojuro first. Than Fugaku alone. Than Kakashi and Ao with Minato disappeared from the land of iron.
