Chapter 9
(With Erza)
Erza was standing with her battle damaged armor, standing on a bridge with torii gates all along it, with water on either side.
Cana and Levy were standing nearby with several battle wounds on them, as all three of them glared at their opponent, while Sho watched on with horror.
Their opponent was a female swordswoman with pink hair that was tied up in two large buns, who was wearing a white kimono, while holding a katana in her hands, with one hand on the sheath and the other on the handle. This was Ikaruga.
Ikaruga smirked, as she took note of the tri pronged kunai in Levy's hand. "I don't think such a small weapon will save you, little girl" she said with a grin, as she shot forward with her blade out, ready to attack.
Levy quickly threw the kunai at the ground in front of her, Cana and Erza, as Erza struggled to stay on her feet.
"Where are you aiming - hurk!" Ikaruga was saying as she laughed mockingly, before in a yellow flash, Naruto appeared in front of her and grabbed her by her neck and applied pressure, as he lifted her off the ground.
"Are you all OK?" Naruto asked with a hard tone, with his hair covering his eyes, as he looked over his shoulder at his friends.
"Yea, it's just flesh wounds. But I think Erza needs first aid" Cana said, as she sighed in relief, glad that Naruto was here.
"Good. You two take care of each other, while I end this" Naruto said, before he turned to look at Ikaruga, as he applied more pressure to her neck.
"Gack! W-who the hell are you?" she choked out, as she struggled for breath and tried to force Naruto to let go of her, by swinging her blade at him. But he easily caught it and yanked her blade out of her hands, before tossing it to the side.
"I'm your death" Naruto said with a glare, as he applied more pressure to her neck, making a cracking sound.
"N-no, please! I don't want to die!" Ikaruga yelled in terror, as she felt Naruto wasn't bluffing just from looking in his eyes, while tears started to fall from her eyes as she felt real fear.
Naruto paused at this, before he sighed and dropped Ikaruga, causing her to fall to the ground, gasping for air. "Leave this place and don't bother anyone ever again, otherwise you won't get another chance" he said, as he looked at her with a look of pity, before he turned around and walked towards his friends.
Ikaruga watched Naruto at this, feeling rage slowly building up, at the fact that this unknown mage had easily beaten her and instead of killing her, he just dismissed her, like she was nothing.
She then summoned another blade in her hand and shot at Naruto at top speed. "DIE!" she screeched, as she raised her blade in the air.
Naruto turned to glare at Ikaruga, but before he could do anything, Erza had already moved and had passed Ikaruga, her blade out. She was now wearing a new outfit, which consisted of a white sarashi round the upper chest and a red hakama with a gold flame-like pattern at the bottom with black highlights, tied by white strings and no shoes to cover her feet. Erza's hair was tied up in a high tail at the back by a green headband.
Ikaruga's kimono suddenly was torn to shreds and she fell to the ground, a massive gash across her chest from Erza's attack, as a massive amount of blood started to come out of the now dead assassin.
"Huh, I barely saw you move. I'm guessing this armor is more about speed than defense" Naruto said, as he looked at Erza with an impressed look.
"Wait, you actually saw that? She was like a blur" Cana said, as Levy finished applying first aid to them both.
"Yea, we didn't even see her move" Levy said, as she stood up
"Erza, who is this?" Sho asked, as he cautiously walked over.
"He's a member of my guild, along with the other two" Erza said, as she turned to look at Naruto.
"He's a guild mage? With how ruthless he is?" Sho asked as he looked at Naruto, slightly nervous after how he confronted Ikaruga.
"Yea, and just be glad that I'm not beating your ass for putting us all in those cards back at the resort" Naruto said with a glare at Sho.
"Heh, sorry about that," Sho said with a nervous chuckle.
"So, all that's left is the boss of this place, right?" Cana asked.
"I think so, from what I was able to get out of Millianna anyway" Naruto said, as he nodded at this.
"OK good, then let's go deal with this guy" Levy said with a nod.
"Stay out of this. It's my fight and no one else's" Erza said, as she looked at them with a firm look.
"Eh?! Why? We're your friends" Cana said.
"And your family," Naruto said with a nod.
"Jellal is my problem and I will deal with him!" Erza said, as she glared at Naruto.
Naruto narrowed his eyes at this. "Yea, the problem with that, is he made us involved when he attacked us and kidnapped you" he said, as he crossed his arms.
"He's right Erza," Simon said, as he walked towards them.
"I don't want anyone else getting hurt because of me!" Erza yelled out.
"Well, that's not your choice, is it?!" Naruto yelled back, as he got in Erza's face angrily.
Erza stepped back a bit surprised at this response.
"Look, just because you have history with this asshole, doesn't mean that you get to play master and throw your life away, like a selfish bitch!" Naruto yelled loudly.
Erza glared at this, before she threw a punch at Naruto.
But he easily caught it and held it in his hand.
"Are you done?" Naruto asked with a hard glare at Erza.
Erza growled at this, as she struggled to get her fist loose from Naruto's hand.
"Erza, you don't need to fight this guy alone," Levy said as she stepped forward.
"Yea, that's probably what this guy wants," Cana said with a scowl.
"Jellal wants you to feel alone when you go and confront him, Erza" Simon said.
"Please big sis, let us help you" Sho said pleadingly.
"Yea, so you're definitely not going alone, Erza. So you can either accept our help, or you can try and stop me and waste your energy, so you can't even fight him" Naruto said with a firm tone of voice, as he let Erza's hand go.
Erza said nothing to this, as she looked at the ground and clenched her fists for a moment, before she unclenched her fists and looked at Naruto. "Very well" she said as she nodded at this.
"Good. Now, let's go find the others. Hopefully they were able to find Natsu" Naruto said, as he smiled and looked at the others.
"Of course that moron went off on his own," Cana said with a sigh at this.
"Well, he does like fighting strong opponents," Levy said with a slight chuckle.
"Don't worry, I have Kurama tracking him. So let's go everyone, gather around" Naruto said, as he looked at his friends and the two other mages.
"Do you have Kurama tagged?" Levy asked with a raised eyebrow, while Cana snorted in laughter at this.
"Ah, very wise" Erza said, as she nodded at Naruto in understanding.
"Wait, what are you doing?" Sho asked curiously.
"Yea, what's going on?" Simon asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I can teleport to whatever I mark with my seal," Naruto said, as he held up his kunai, which Levy had thrown to summon him earlier.
"Wow, that's incredible," Sho said with a surprised look on his face.
"Indeed. No wonder you are an S rank mage" Simon said as he nodded at this.
"Thanks. Now, are you two coming or not?" Naruto asked, as he looked at the two mages with a cocked eyebrow.
Sho and Simon nodded, as they approached Naruto and the rest of the group, before they all disappeared in a flash of yellow light.

(With the others)
Meanwhile, with the others, they were running up some stairs and making their way to where Jellal was, after they had finally found Natsu.
Suddenly, Naruto's group flashed in front of them, making them stop in their tracks.
Except for Natsu, who crashed into Cana, sending them to the ground.
"Oi, watch where you're going, you idiot!" Cana yelled, as she slugged Natsu in the face, making him get off her.
"Ow! Hey, it's not my fault! Who told you to just randomly appear in my path to the guy in charge?!" Natsu yelled, as he rubbed his face.
"Well, we're on the right path at least," Naruto said, as he looked up the stairs with a frown.
"Should we make a plan of attack?" Levy asked curiously.
"Hey, I already have a plan….attack!" Natsu yelled, as he charged up the stairs.
["I'm with ya, flame brain!"] Kurama shouted, as he ran after Natsu.
"Those morons are gonna get killed," Gray said with a sigh, as they all moved to follow them.
"Yea, but not before you do with being naked" Will said with a groan.
"What are you - hey, where's my clothes?!" Gray was saying, before he looked down and saw that he was only in his boxers.
"Such a pathetic display" Juvia said with a scoff.
"Like you can talk" Lucy grumbled under her breath.
"Focus, you moron!" Will yelled, as she threw his clothes at him, hitting him in the face
"Who are you calling a moron?!" Gray yelled, as he ran after them, while trying to put his clothes back on.
"Your guildmates are interesting, Erza" Simon said, as he ran alongside the redhead swordswoman.
"Yea, that's one way to put it" Erza said with a shake of her head, but with a slight smile.
Simon chuckled seeing her smile, glad that Erza had found a good place to call home.

(Jellal's chamber)
Natsu and Kurama finally reached a big door at the top of the stairs.
["Knock knock!"] Kurama yelled, as he grew to the size of a large bear and smashed his tails against the door, sending the door flying off its hinges and into the wall behind a large throne that someone was sitting on. They had blue hair and what looked like a red tattoo that was above and below his eye. He wore a white shirt with a blue coat over it, black pants and gray shoes.
"I'm guessing that you're the guy in charge?" Natsu asked with a savage grin, as he punched his palm and breathed a bit of fire.
"Ah, Erza's little friends from Fairy Tail, I assume?" Jellal asked, as he looked at Natsu and Kurama.
["Eh, I'm more indifferent to her personally. But, seeing as you have been manipulating her old friends to hate her, I guess I can do her a solid and rip you apart!"] Kurama yelled, as he pounced at Jellal, using fire to jettison himself forward with his claws out and lit up in flames.
"Wait for me buddy!" Natsu yelled, as he too launched himself at Jellal, by shooting flames from his feet while his fist was engulfed in flames.
Jellal narrowed his eyes at this, as he held out his hand and cast his spell.
*O0O0O0O*
(With Naruto)
Naruto and the others were approving the destroyed door, when suddenly…..
BOOM!
Everyone struggled to stay on their feet, as the tower slightly shook, while moonlight started to shine down on them from the open doorway.
"Keep moving! And stay alert!" Naruto yelled, as he quickly moved to keep going.
Erza nodded at this, as she and Simon quickly followed after him.
"Come on, you heard him!" Will yelled out, as she flew after them, with the others quickly following her.
Everyone soon ran through the doorway and saw that the roof had been completely blown off the room, showing what looked like blue, dull, lifeless crystal filling the room, before they looked around and saw that the tower was actually made of the crystal itself.
"What the hell is this stuff?" Naruto asked curiously, as he cautiously touched a piece of crystal.
"It looks like Lacrima, but it doesn't seem to have any magic power inside it," Levy said, as she inspected the crystal.
["What the hell?! This fuckwad can throw meteors?!"] Kurama yelled, as he threw some debris off himself and Natsu with his tails
"Oh, I can do much more than that, little fox. Pleiades" Jellal said with a smirk, as he placed his arms on top of each other, with the top hand having only the index and middle fingers spread out.
["Little?! I'll show you little, you mother -"] Kurama was roaring as he grew bigger and bigger, but suddenly, a blast of star energy shot through several of his vital areas.
"Such power and yet you make yourself a bigger target without any real defense. Such a disappointment" Jelall said with a smirk, as Kurama fell to the ground and shrunk down to his small form.
"You mother fucker!" Will yelled, as she shot at Jellal with lightning covering her body to boost her speed.
"Not bad, but I can go even faster. Meteor!" Jellal said with a savage grin, before he was covered in a golden cloak, as he quickly flew around the air at an incredible speed.
Will paused at this and looked around, trying to keep track of Jellal's speed. But he was moving too fast for her to see. "Shit, he's actually faster than me" she thought as she scowled at this, as she could barely keep up.
"You may be fast, but you are undisciplined, unfocused and worst of all….." Jellal's voice said, as it echoed around Will.
Before he appeared behind her, his palm charging a yellow blast.
"Your sloppy" Jellal said with an evil smile, as he fired a massive blast at Will, sending her flying into a wall nearby, making her fall to the ground with a groan.
"Will!" Naruto yelled as he, Cana and Levy ran to her side
"Jellal, enough of this! What is your plan?!" Erza yelled out.
"Yea, and why are you being so mean?" Millianna asked with tears forming in her eyes, as she and Wally entered the room.
"I don't have to explain anything to you fools! If you aren't here to deal with them, then stay out of the way!" Jellal yelled, as he turned his view towards them and charged another attack, which looked like a black hole. "Altairis" he shouted, as he threw his arms forward, sending the spell at them.
"Millianna! Wally! Move!" Sho screamed out in terror, as time seemed to slow down, as the spell inched closer to them.
Before the spell hit them, someone jumped in the way, while sending magic at Jellal's spell to try and slow it down. But it did nothing, as the spell hit the figure, causing a large explosion to occur.
After the dust cleared, everyone saw that Millianna and Wally were okay, while it showed the person who saved them was….
"S-SIMON!" Erza screamed out while running towards him, as Simon was standing for a moment, before he fell backwards, with Erza, Wally, Millianna and Sho gathering around him, each with tears in their eyes.
Naruto's eyes widened at this, before his eyes narrowed, as his body was covered in demonic power.
["Oh crap, not good"] Kurama said, as he struggled to stand.
"Feh, you were always a fool, Sim -" Jellal was saying arrogantly, before Naruto appeared in front of him and grabbed him by his face, before…..
"DIE!" Naruto shouted in a demonic tone, as he slammed Jellal into the ground, sending them both through the floor.
"What's happened to Naruto?" Cana asked with wide eyes.
"Yea, and can I fight him when he's like this?" Natsu asked with a wide grin.
"Don't be a moron, flame brain! He's gonna bring down the entire tower!" Gray yelled, as they heard crash after crash below them, which was getting further and further away.
"We need to get out of here!" Cana yelled, as she put Will on her shoulder.
"Any ideas on how to get out of here, before the tower collapses?" Levy asked, as the tower started to shake.
["Ugh, just leave it to me"] Kurama growled out, as he forced his wounds to heal, which were smoking, before he grew to the size of an oversized polar bear.
["Quick, everyone get on!"] Kurama yelled out to the others
"What about darling? Should we wait for him?" Juvia asked in concern, as she looked down the hole.
["Are you kidding? Worry more about the moron he's fighting"] Kurama said with a scoff, as everyone got on his back, with Erza carrying Simon's body.
"Let's go! Hyah! Giddy up!" Natsu yelled, as he kicked his feet into Kurama's sides.
["Grrrrr, remind me to rip your throat out later"] Kurama growled out, before he ran off and jumped off the edge of the tower, as the tower started to shake and fall apart.

(With Naruto)
Down on the bottom floor of the now destroyed tower, Naruto was standing in a crater, with a beaten and bruised Jellal.
"Now normally I don't go this far, but you crossed a line, you piece of garbage" Naruto growled out, as he grabbed Jellal and pulled him to his feet.
"No, my plan! All the time I put into this plan! Zeref must be -!" Jellal was yelling as he raised his hand to attack Naruto, but the blonde just slugged him in the shoulder, shattering it, making him yell in pain.
"Whatever your plan was, it's over" Naruto said with a glare.
Jellal said nothing to this, as he yelled in pain again, before a dark light started to come out of his mouth and eyes.
"What? - hey!" Naruto was saying, before what looked like a dark spirit shot out of Jellal and slammed into Naruto, making him drop Jellal and step back a bit.
["Your body belongs to me! Resistance is futile!"] a demonic voice yelled out in Naruto's head, as what felt like a dark presence tried to take over his mind.
Naruto grabbed his head, as he tried to fight back and after a few seconds, he quickly forced himself into Sage Mode with a yell of effort.
["Gaaaahhhh! What is this power?! It burns at my very being!"] the demonic voice yelled in pain, as wisps of darkness started to come off Naruto, as if being forced out of him.
"I-I am not your puppet. So you either get out or burn!" Naruto yelled, as he struggled to keep up his Sage Mode, which was taking a lot of effort, as the demonic presence was fighting back against him. But it was slowly losing ground, as his Sage power was slowly overwhelming it.
["Gaaaaaahhh! I will remember this, boy!"] the demonic voice yelled, as a massive amount of smoke was forced out of Naruto's body, which flew away with a demonic roar.
Naruto fell to one knee and panted for breath, as he tried to stay in Sage Mode, just in case the demonic spirit came back to try and possess him again.
After a few moments, Naruto's Sage senses told him that the spirit was gone, so he fell out of Sage Mode and stood up and started to walk towards an opening in the tower.
As he walked, he saw Jellal passed out on the ground.
After a few moments of thought, he sighed and made a cross sign and made two Shadow Clones. "Get him out of here and leave him in a safe place, where he can recover" he told them.
The two clones nodded at this, before they approached the passed out Jellal and grabbed him before they quickly ran off.
"Naruto!" Erza's voice yelled out for Naruto to hear, getting his attention at this.
"I'm over here Erza" Naruto yelled, as he walked through a hole in the wall, seeing his friends waiting for him at the shore nearby.
"You actually beat Jellal?" Millianna asked, her eyes widening at this.
"Heh, I told you he had this, cat rival" Juvia said with a smile.
["Though I'm surprised, since you look like crap. Don't tell me he actually got the jump on you after he pissed you off"] Kurama said, as he approached Naruto and sniffed him a bit.
"Not exactly, how is simon?" Naruto said, as he thought about the spirit that had been inside Jellal and had tried to possess him, before he looked at the others who were at the shore.
Everyone frowned at this, before they all looked at the ground solemnly, while Millianna started to sob into Wally's chest, as he gave her a hug.
Naruto paused at this, before he frowned at this and looked at Erza.
"This is my fault" Erza said, as she looked at the ground and clenched her fists.
"No, it's whatever was possessing Jellal's fault," Naruto said firmly.
"Wait, say what now?" Will asked, as she looked at Naruto with wide eyes.
["So that's why you smell weird. This spirit tried to pull some possession crap, when you started winning, huh?"] Kurama asked, as he stopped sniffing Naruto.
"Say what?!" everyone yelled in a panic hearing this
"If I ever see that spirit, I'm gonna kick its teeth in!" Natsu said with a growl, as he punched his fists together, causing flames to briefly appear as he did.
"That doesn't matter right now. What matters is that we bury Simon" Naruto said firmly, as he looked around for a good place to bury Erza's friend.
"Does anyone know where he lived? Or if he has any family?" Gray asked, as he looked at the others.
"We don't know. We only had each other, as far as I know" Wally said, as he shook his head at this.
"Erza, Natsu help me dig," Naruto said firmly, as he picked a good spot.
Erza, Natsu and Gray nodded at this, as they quickly moved to help him.
"I'll get some flowers for his grave!" Happy yelled out, as he flew off.
Everyone quickly split up, to do what they could to help with the grave for their fallen comrade.
P.O.M and Kfbanime87 were inside their office, when, like a bad case of the herpes-
Oi! That's offensive! Deadpool yelled, as he entered the office of P.O.M and Kfbanime87
What do you want Wade? I'm working on the next chapter of Teenage Heroes and now Digimon, now that we wrapped this up! Kfbanime87 yelled, as he looked up from his laptop, with a tired look on his face.
Dude, you need more rest. You are still healing from your ulcer scare: P.O.M said with a frown
Wait, he had a what?! Deadpool yelled out in a panic
Relax, it wasn't stress. It was my headache meds, which I got rid of: Kfbanime87 said, as he shook his head at this
Damn headache powders! Deadpool yelled at the ceiling, while shaking his fist

I hope that everyone is making sure they wash their hands for 20 seconds, keep two meters from those outside your bubble, avoid large crowds, only drive anywhere if you really need to and that you always sneeze and cough into your elbow.
