I DON'T OWN ANYTHING

N's pov

The zorua was scared, she was staring at me and after five minutes she spoke up 'don't do anything to her,...please...please ' she was requesting and there were few tears coming from her eyes 'you are against pokemon abuse, right ? you... don't you think you are acting the same way the trainers, you think are...you are going to use touko...it is..it is a abuse to me,will you simply stand and enjoy abusing me!' her words were like rock that hit me hard.

'She is not wrong, but at the same time I don't want to leave touko ' . I wanted touko so badly that I forgot my main purpose "leave her" I said to the grunt and in return he stared at me in a shocked way and said "but...lord N-" "will you my orders " he released zorua from his grasp and I rubbed her fur .

" Listen,...I am sorry and thank you for bringing me to this realization, for bringing me back on my tracks,...you are right,I have to focus on my goal" I looked out and again towards her " go...and release her,the cabinet she is in is just few kilometers away in the clearing " I gave her the belt which had touko's pokemons and she ran away, near the door she turned and gave me a smile and left.

Touko's pov

I tried desperately to break the ropes but everything was in vain and when I thought it's over someone came,and I know who it was "zorua!" I looked at her, around her neck there was my pokeball belt. She came near me and used bite to cut open the ropes.

After few minutes I became free and hugged her,later I called out eevee to check on her 'mama!' she was happy and jumped on me 'I am happy to see you safe' zorua said " how did you manage to get here?"

'Of course, I defeated that stupid grunt '

" Really!?"

' How can I prove it to you'

I chuckled and rubbed it's fur 'she said grunt that means this was done by team plasma!' I stood up " zorua, eevee, let's go...we still have to defeat them and take the revenge" I said and looked on the table where my messenger bag was kept ,I took it and three of us charged forward towards the forest where we could find them.

It was dusk outside when we left and thankfully I had the torch so there is nothing to worry about darkness and I called zorua and eevee back to their pokeballs. On a way, I encountered many pokemons and few trainers but none of them were from team plasma. Suddenly I heard a scream and I ran towards that direction. When I reached I saw two people fighting.

One was a team plasma grunt who had a liepard and in front of them was burgh, castelia city gym leader but...without any pokemons in front of him!

Touya's pov

It has been hours since I started searching for the stolen item and on the way I had encountered more dangerous members of team plasma who had even attacked me with their pokemon. They had severely injured me, to the point where I could say that 'I am on the verge of death'.

' I don't care whatever happens, I have decided to find out where touko is and then kick those team plasma punks in their ass' .

I went little further and met with even more grunts " team plasma, I suggest you two to not blocking my road " I suggested them in a low voice " hah,like the hell we will,liepard attack this kid!" a female grunt said.

From the bush nearby a liepard came and was about to attack me when " I knew it " I mumbled under my breath and ordered my pokemons " Now,dewott use razor shell!" It successfully hit the liepard and send it flying towards the tree " Carracosta use ancient power " 'if you are attacking me then don't think I will go easy on you ' I had already made this plan with my pokemons ,after the second attack .

Carracosta's ancient power knocked out both of the team plasma members, fortunately they were just unconscious. I slipped out of that place and kept moving towards the other grunts.

When it completely dark outside, I decided to take a break in a small tunnel nearby. I was fortunate enough to find it. I called out my pokemons and sat up campfire.

touko's pov

I don't know what to do, burgh's pokemons were all exhausted and it seems one is already dead ' touko...do something ' I wanted to help him,I wanted to so badly but as soon as I got up,my legs started shaking and I fell on my knees, my hands were shaking, sweat was washing my whole body, my eyes were overflowing with tears.

I was not able to say anything at the moment, not even with pokemons around me. I felt miserable, helpless child that I am. I was not able hear anything. I was only able to hear one voice ,and that was of a man's scream. I looked back, in the direction of burgh,the only thing that I saw was...blood, everywhere, the liepard's claws and paws were covered in red fluid coming out of the gym leader, or to be more precise...the former gym leader ...!

The grunt was laughing out loud like a devil, yet I was not able to do anything. I just saw him putting his foot on burgh's face and kicking his dead body. Then ,he took his pokeballs and released all pokemons. He started moving towards the tree ,I was behind. My breathing became heavier by the second and my heart beats were getting faster, I know shouldn't because it will have negative effects on my health.

But he was called by one of his colleagues so he went there. I took a deep breath to calm myself. As soon as he was completely out of site, I went near burgh's body. I sat on my knees near his body and sobbed " why... why am I such a coward,..if only...if only " though we only met few days ago when I came home with dad, he was nice towards me and even believed in me when I said I can talk to pokemons. He genuinely believed me and kept it as a secret.

It started raining and it was also lightning, I still sat there for a while to mourn his death, then I stood up and sat under the tree nearby. I was freezing from the cold winds hence again I went in some unknown direction where I could find shelter. Suddenly I saw a tunnel from where light was coming.

I went there and said " sorry if I am disturbing but please let me stay for-" "Touko!" I looked up and saw the person who was none other than touya . He ran towards me and enveloped me in a tight hug, I could feel his tears falling on my already wet skin " where were you,we were scared " I hugged him back " I'll tell you but let me come in first " I said, though I was relieved to see him,I was still shocked and sad by what I saw just moments before.

I called out all of my pokemons, " you got an eevee?" touya asked " yeah, it hatched from that egg, that was given by that old man" I said but there was a sad tone in my voice, I don't know how to react for the moment, I don't know what touya will say after listening to what happened, ' will he blame me,will he think how much I am' I know that he will think that I am stupid for not stepping in right time.

Just the thoughts were enough for me to start sobbing again, I know touya will be horrified but I can't help it " Touko!" he hugged me again " what happened? touko , have anybody hurt you,...or you fell,say something touko!" he was shaking me, even zorua, eevee and purrloin were scared. I didn't told them about the incident yet.

Touya's pov

Touko is safe and sound, and just looking at her makes me happy but suddenly she started crying, I asked her the reason and it seems even her pokemons don't know the reason " to...touya...I...I...I saw that..." "what?" I asked her calmly so she will not get scared " I saw team plasma...ki...killing burgh...and I...didn't-" she cried even louder,and I tried to recollect every word she said 'burgh...no way...the gym leader...no'.

I took touko near me and asked " are you alright? did they hurt you " she was shocked but replied " no,I escaped from the captive with the help of zorua but...bur...burgh...I am sorry, I am a loser,right " " I don't care,..." she looked at me and I hold her shoulders little tighter " what I care at the moment is you " I kissed her forehead and let her sob for a while.

I think this much is enough for today...pretty long chapter but I can't help as I want to finish this arc.

Well so first one to die was :- Burgh. I mean there are characters that will die. because that is what happens in real world ,right...we can't live on forever.
