Chapter Twenty: Mighty Pups vs the Three Super Baddies
Narrator: Last time on Pups Help A Saiyan,
The battle started to escalate in Adventure Bay between Goku and the three villains. The tide of the fight swung back and forth and started to go in the heroes favor when Goku managed to turn them against each other. But thanks to the efforts of Goku, he managed to return the Pups' powers to them. How will the team prevail against the bad guys? Find out now on Pups Help a Saiyan!

Vic Mignogna: Mysteries abound made of deep energy (energy)
Foes all around well now we'll go fearless and free
A group of people were flying high over the clouds. The Saiyan in the orange Gi, Son Goku, his son in the purple Gi, Son Gohan flew alongside the Namekian in a similar Gi as Son Gohan, Piccolo. They were on their way to meet up with a friend who said she had something to show them.
Vic Mignogna: I'll give you strength and you'll give me love that's how it we'll live (that's how we'll live)
Your courage won't fade, if you're with me my enemies will never win
After a freak accident, Goku wakes up to find himself somewhere entirely new. Soon he is met by a bewildering sight, a boy accompanied by dogs who can talk.
Vic Mignogna: We will fight for love and glory, we will live to tell a story
There is nothing we can live through, nothing ever dies, we will rise again!
Goku, Ryder and the Pups all take the time to get to know each other. From having fun like telling stories to responding to emergencies. Goku helps the Pups by catching a falling Alex when he fell out of a tree.
Vic Mignogna: Don't stop, Don't stop were in luck now!
Don't stop, there's no fun to be found
Goku, Ryder and the Pups all stood outside the Lookout and saw that a new kind of trouble was brewing. A large shadowy figure stood ominously over Adventure Bay. But the nine looked to each other with grins before charging into action.
Vic Mignogna: We can't find paradise
All we have to do is go! Go! Free your soul!
Standing in a circle, the pups all unleashed their auras from their Mighty powers. In the center of the circle, Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan. Then all eight of them unleashed pillars of their power into the sky.
Vic Mignogna: Dragon Soul!
Soon, Goku, Marshall, Chase, Skye, Rocky, Everest, Rubble, Zuma and Ryder all stood together and posed for a picture with smiles on their faces.

The newly invigorated Mighty Pups stood their ground with Goku as the three villains started to descend towards the Lookout. Harold, the Copycat and the Ladybird all noticed that the Pups had not only returned, but they looked quite ready to fight as well. Ladybird groaned when she said, "Great, they have their powers back."
"No matter, we will be the victorious ones." Copycat glared at the nine. Marshall glanced to Goku and asked, "So, what's the plan exactly?"
"I think it's best if we divide into groups of three. A leader and two others against one of the villains." Goku came up with. Ryder nodded, "That might work, but whose on the teams."
"Me and you make up two of the teams." Goku said to Ryder, even though he didn't have any powers. The boy nodded and Chase said, "I could lead the third team if that helps."
"That does, actually." Goku said with a grin. Then deciding, "My group will focus on the Copycat."
"Mine will take on Harold." Ryder said, feeling that he and whomever was with him would be more than a match. Chase nodded, "That just leaves the Ladybird for us then."
(Cue Super Survivor – Instrumental from DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3)
"If we can at least keep them grounded, that takes away some of their advantage." Skye put it. The villains landed on the ground not too far from the heroes and they all stared intensely at each other. The super baddies didn't waste any time as they launched themselves forward. Goku shouted, "Teams, move! Now!"
"I hope we get on the right teams." Rubble said before they all split up. Goku, Zuma and Everest made one team, Chase, Skye and Rubble made another while Ryder, Marshall and Rocky made the third.
"Hey, Copycat? Isn't it time you hacked up a hairball or something?" Everest taunted while she and her teammates went in one direction. Copycat growled before zooming after them in his mini-tornado.
"Guess we shouldn't be so surprised that you're up against two geniuses, eh, Harold?" Rocky asked as he and his group went in another direction. Steam seemed to comically come out of Harold's ears as he started shaking in anger. With a yell and goofy looking angry face, the boy genius flew after them.
The last group didn't taunt the Ladybird as Skye used mini-tornado to knock her off balance. The Ladybird cried out as she went tumbling through the air. Skye didn't let up as she used the tornado to push the thief to the ground. When she reached the ground, Rubble came in and tried to use his super strength to keep her grounded by holding her legs while Chase zoomed in with a jump rope to try and bind her arms together. The Ladybird struggled with her bindings for a moment before she not only broke the jump rope but managed to kick Rubble off of her legs. Skye managed to catch the construction Pup with a gust of wind while Chase kept their adversary busy by zipping around her. When she set Rubble down, the two went to go help Chase.
The Pup with the super speed managed to stay ahead of the Ladybird when she tried to land punches while flying after him. Skye came and flew around her and ending up startling her. The Ladybird tried to keep herself from falling over, but a shoulder from Rubble sent her straight to the ground. The Ladybird growled as she got up on her hands and knees. She gasped when she saw both Chase and Skye coming at her. With a simple push off the ground she flew through the air again. Both Chase and Skye had to come screeching to a halt to avoid running into each other. When they were only a few inches apart, both Pups started blushing before backing away and Chase said, "Uh, sorry about that."
"Eh, was kind of my bad too." Skye waved it off with her paw. Rubble ran up to them and pointed to the villain when he said, "Can we focus on the bird burglar, please?"
"Bird Burglar?" Chase asked with a quirked brow. Even Skye found it a little odd and Rubble explained, "Well, yeah, she's a bird themed super villain and we already go two bad guys who are associated with cats. So then I thought-"
"We get it, Rubble." Skye cut him off. Chase agreed by saying, "Yeah, let's get our heads back in the game."
With that said, the three charged at the Ladybird once again. The thief only returned the favor by rushing at them as well.
The group fighting Harold either jumped or flew out of the way when the technomancer threw pieces of tech at them. Rocky managed to catch some of the things thrown at them and said, "Gee, with that IQ of yours, you think you'd be able to hit the broadside of a barn."
"Why you little-" Harold shouted and was about to attack again when all of a sudden Ryder came in from the side and tackled the blonde-haired genius. Holding the preteen's hands behind his back, Ryder shouted, "Rocky, get me something to bind his hands together! Marshall, see if you can do something about his jetpack!"
"On it!" Both the Fire Pup and the Recycling Pup nodded. Marshall ran right for them and figured that the best way to disable the jetpack would to make it inoperable. Jumping up, his paws glowed before focusing the heat into his claws. With a swipe from a paw, Marshall managed to sever one of the wings of Harold's jetpack and from Harold got a, "Hey!"
Marshall quickly ran around and repeated the action. When the last wing was severed, only then did Ryder release Harold. The blonde-haired boy genius turned to them with a glare and questioned, "Was this your brilliant plan? To cut off the wings to my jetpack when I can easily repair them?"
"That's where I come in." Rocky retorted when he formed his energy tools. With a quick swipe and precise aim of his energy saw, he caused the thing to fall off of his back. Harold stumbled from where he was standing but managed to catch himself before he could fall to his knees. Rocky then decided to try and use the broken wings from the pack to bind his hands, but Harold managed to beat him to it by holding his glowing hands to the pieces of metal. Making the pieces fly at the Pup, Harold made Rocky duck out of the way.
Over with the Copycat, the super powered feline dodged fly-bys from Goku. But the Saiyan was serving as a distraction as Zuma suddenly came from behind and unleashed a large torrent of water from his paws. Copycat happened to glance back and saw the incoming attack. He created a green energy sphere around him to protect himself and the rush of water knocked him back a few feet. With gritted teeth, the Copycat made the sphere around him to expand. Goku then came in with a pretty hard punch that cracked the sphere a little. The Copycat gasped from the development and Goku quickly followed up with rapid strikes of his fists and feet. With each blow that the shield took, the cracks would grow and grow.
Deciding to change tactics up a bit, the Copycat dropped the shield and it caused Goku to stumble a little in the air. The feline gave a snarky laugh before using a pink whirlwind to push the Saiyan back. Goku didn't stay back for long as he rushed towards the feline again in flight. Channeling much of the pink energy before him, Copycat quipped, "Be sure that this doesn't blow you too far away!"
With a cackle he created a large tornado that carried Goku high into the air. Goku tried to fly his way out of it, but the high winds kept knocking him back with each attempt.
Seeing their friend in trouble, Everest and Zuma went on the offensive again. Zuma went first by firing a large wave of water again from his paws. This time the wave managed to knock the Copycat back and he shrieked from the sudden sogginess that he was experiencing. His lack of focus allowed Goku to be freed from the tornado. Zuma then maneuvered his paws to where the flow of water swirled around the villainous feline. The Copycat tried to claw his way out of the watery attack. When a sphere of water completely surrounded the Copycat, Zuma shouted, "Go fow it, Evewest!"
"On it!" She shouted before rushing forward. Opening her jaws wide, Everest unleashed a freezing breath of air that quickly froze the sphere of water. Copycat meowed from the harsh coldness his paw was feeling as it became frozen into the ice.
The sphere of ice dropped to the ground with a boom and the sphere exploded into thousands of shards of ice. Everest created a wall of ice to protect them and they winced as many of the shards impacted against the wall. Zuma looked to Everest with a grin and said, "Nice save, dude."
"Don't thank me just yet." Everest shook her head and ran around the wall of ice. Zuma followed right after her while Goku quickly came down from the sky. The three came together just when the Copycat emerged from the piles of ice. His teeth chattered as he was still cold from what had just happened. With a glare he growled at them, "You little pests! You're really starting to get on my nerves now."
"Likewise, dude." Zuma said with narrowed eyes as they prepared for his next attack. With a yowl, the Copycat's body turned red and the ice on and around him melted into water. Jumping into the air with a mini-tornado appearing under him again, the Copycat created his version of Ki blasts and fired them at the three. Goku quickly raised his hands and rapidly fired at the energy attacks. The attacks collided with each other and exploded on contact, creating large clouds of smoke in their wake. The three couldn't see anything behind the smoke, but Goku could sense that Copycat was about to make another move. They braced themselves, but a sudden blast of wind knocked both Everest and Zuma back. They both cried out as they tumbled along the ground and Goku looked back and shouted, "Guys!"
He made a dash for them while the Copycat walked through the smoke with a smirk on his face. Goku reached the two and leaned down to check on them, "You guys okay?"
"Yeah, just a little knocked around." Everest said as she and Zuma managed to suit up. They were slightly startled when the others came flying at them and Goku managed to catch every Pup and Ryder. When he had them all together, they looked up to see the three super baddies regroup with each other. The Ladybird cracked her knuckles while the Copycat said with a smug smirk, "Do any of you have any last words?"
"Uh, yeah, I do actually." Ryder said, making everyone on his side look to him with confused looks. The boy crossed his arms and kindly requested with a grin, "Could you please take out the trash, Ella?"
"With pleasure!" A booming feminine voice surprised everyone. The bad guys looked back while Goku and the Pups looked surprised to see a large paw come down on the three. All three villains cried out in pain from the sudden stomping. The heroes all looked up to see a giant golden retriever Pup with a smile on her face. While Goku was confused, the Pups all shouted, "Ella!"
"Hey, don't forget about me." A young boy's voice said from behind the super-sized Pup. Marshall shook his head, "We could never forget about you, Tuck!"
"I'm a little confused here." Goku said when he raised his hand. Ryder pointed to the two and told his friend, "Goku, meet Ella and Tuck; aka the Mighty Twins."
"Didn't someone say something about them?" Goku asked and scratched his head. Marshall nodded, "Yeah, I did when we were getting ready for the storm."
"Right." Goku nodded at the reminder. Rubble then asked the siblings, "What are you guys doing here?"
"Well, between the videos from the citizens and Ryder calling us, we new that we needed to hurry over." Tuck explained while Ella kept the three baddies pinned beneath her foot. Chase looked to Ryder and asked in confusion, "You called them, Ryder, sir?"
"I did. While I was making a call to Jake about having Everest join us, I decided that having Ella and Tuck might be a good idea." Ryder explained to them. From underneath Ella's paw, Ladybird shouted, "No fair bringing in surprise super powers!"
"You forget, Bird Brain. We have help of our own." The Copycat reminded. It dawned on the two whom he was talking about. The two humans of the trio said, "Oh, yeah."
"We just need to get out of this first." Harold said about their predicament. The Copycat rolled his eyes and said, "Leave this to me and her, Smarty Pants.
"On three." He said when he looked to her. The Ladybird thought about what he was talking about before thinking of her super strength. They both counted, "One! Two!
"Three!" They shouted and their hands and paws glowed as they used their super strength in unison. Ella cried out as she was forced to take a step back while everyone else prepared themselves. The three super baddies quickly got up and moved away from the large group of heroes.
"Give it up, you three." Skye suggested with narrowed eyes. Rubble chuckled when he said, "Yeah, it would be easier for all of us if the three of you just did that."
"I wouldn't be so sure about that." The Copycat retorted as he his paws suddenly started glowing. One paw was read while the other was green. Bringing them together, he formed a sphere that was a mixture of the two energies before shooting it up into the air. When it went high enough, it exploded like a firework with a loud boom that made everyone cover their ears.
When they looked to the skies again, they saw a miniature pink tornado coming towards them. The heroes were greatly confused when they saw Mayor Humdinger's kittens in it. The Kitastrophe crew touched down and stood with the three other villains. Everest glanced to the others and said, "Looks like things are starting to get a little more complicated."
"Okay, here's what we're going to do." Goku said as he surveyed the situation. Looking the seven he said, "You guys take on the smaller cats while me, Everest, Ryder and the twins take on the three that we've been dealing with."
"Sounds like a decent enough plan." Chase nodded in agreement. The Ladybird rolled her eyes, "Enough talk. Let's fight."
The two sides then rushed towards each other with the six founding members of the Paw Patrol taking on their feline counterparts and the other four taking on the three. The Copycat and Goku got into it again while the twins went up against the Ladybird and Ryder and Everest were up against Harold. As the two sides neared each other, the Copycat swiped his claws while Goku prepared to throw a punch at the feline.

Narrator: The battle continues to rage between Goku, the Paw Patrol and the Super Baddies. Now that all cards are pretty much on the table with the Mighty Twins and the Kitastrophe crew in the mix, the battle escalates. Who will be victorious in good vs evil? Author's Note: I know that the chapter was a lot shorter than the previous one, but I do plan to conclude the battle in the next chapter. After all, there's a lot more that I want to cover. But there's also something that I want to tell you, but you'll have to find out in the next chapter to know what it is. I look forward to reading your reviews.
