A Double Twisted Nightmare Chapter 25

May 12th, 2001, Washington D. C.

Jill is sitting in the cafe, that she and Leon met at, when they first saw each other. He was coming to see her, so they could talk about Ada and what she had to say.

Leon shows up, a few minutes later. He takes a seat, "You said, on the phone, that you have news?" he asks. He had come from his apartment as soon as he ended the call with Jill.

"Yes, I ran into Ada.." Jill tells Leon what Ada said and shows him the device she gave her.

"Ok.. So Ada does know where they are and why they're being held, she just won't tell us yet." Leon said. He was pleased that he and Jill are finally getting somewhere, about Claire and Chris.

Jill shakes her head, "She said she will only tell us where and when, we can rescue them. The other factors, we'll have to find out ourselves." she points out, what Ada said.

"Right... Why do think she said that?" Leon asks, about Ada's warning.

"Not sure.." Jill said trailing off.

Silence.

"..Let's be concerned about it, once we find Chris and Claire. I think it would be best, that you have this." Jill said, pushing the device to Leon.

However, to Jill's surprise, Leon pushes it back to her, "Sorry, but I can't take this with me. I actually have my own news. I'll be going back to the training camp." he said. He meant the camp for STRATCOM agents.

"What for?" Jill asks, puzzled. Leon had already completed the training, in about four months.

"They said, that the training part continues, until you've proven yourself in the field. I have done that, so now they said I have to go back, to learn more things. Like advanced knife techniques and other missions. Missions that may require a punishment mission, should my performance not be what is expected." Leon said, bitterly.

Jill grips her mug, hard. "That's not right. They can't push you like that. You'll be driven to near insanity." she said, upset.

"They can and they will. They been doing this for years in STRATCOM, it's so they can tell: who is loyal and who can't make the cut... The moment I made that deal with them, I signed away my life. I don't have a choice.. but they don't either." Leon said, with a sly smirk.

Jill smirks as well, saying, "True."

Leon meant Sherry. After Leon was brought to the capital, he used the contacts available to him at the time, to find out about Kevin and the others, if they survived.

When he found out that they were alive, in the city itself, he snuck off to see them. After making sure they were all fine, he told them that unless the government breaks the deal with him, they are to keep quiet about what happened at Raccoon City.

When the one called David asked him why, he told them he had someone to protect. That unless the government acted, he would then call them and in turn, have them make a fuss made about what really happened at Raccoon City.

They agreed and he left, only to be picked up by agents, while on the street, who were looking for him. When they brought him back to Benford and Simmons, he told them his terms.

If they ever take Sherry away from him and put her in a lab, he would then get in contact with those who knew what happened at Raccoon City and tell the world, what really happened.

At first, the two thought he was bluffing, but when he doesn't back down from their stares, they realize he was telling the truth. They tried interrogating him as to who his contacts were, who knew about Raccoon City, but Leon wouldn't say who they were.

Knowing that people, who have survived the outbreak, have been seen by people, not under their direct control, they couldn't go through them all like that. There had been quite a few people, outside the military and not apart of Kevin's group, that survived the zombie infested city.

Reluctantly, they both agreed to his terms. They can push Leon as far as they want, but he will have to meet them, at least, half way.

"Still," Jill, says, snapping Leon out of his thoughts, "I don't want you pushed to exhaustion."

"It will be all right. I'll live up to my word, to them and to you." Leon said.

"And I to you." Jill said, she had made her own vow to protect Sherry. She will help the others make trouble for the government, if Sherry was taken away.

"I'll keep this device with me, until Ada calls." Jill then says, putting it away.

Obviously, Leon couldn't take device with him. There is no doubt, that his bed will be searched, and if they find that, there will be trouble.

"About me going back.. It will be the last time I see Sherry, for awhile. Simmons said, that I can see her, before I'm shipped out next week." Leon admits.

"How long is this training going to take?" Jill asks, surprised.

"About eighteen months, is the average at the camp. I'll try to be done sooner, but I was told that is hard to do that. They had promised me, that I can see Sherry on her birthday, but that is it. They want me solely focused on this, until it is done." Leon said.

"If Ada calls, saying the time is now, I'll be sure to get you." Jill promises, knowing that Leon would like to be there, to save Claire and Chris.

"Wouldn't that be difficult?" Leon asks. He knew the threat about Rockfort and Antarctica, wouldn't work anymore. Too much time has passed in those areas.

"I still have my ways. As for Sherry, I'll be sure to visit her more often, since you'll be away for awhile." Jill said. After a while of Jill seeing Sherry, Simmons said that she can visit whenever she wants. He was reluctant to do that, but it kept Sherry in a good frame of mind.

"Thank you. I was about to ask you that. What day shall we visit her this week?" Leon asks.

June 12th 2001 Unknown location

Chris was walking back to his room, he just had dinner with Sergei and Claire, when a messenger stops him and the group escorting him. "The colonel wishes to talk to you." the messenger said.

They head back through the halls, but the messenger stops them, as they reach a new part of the building, Chris never been to. "He said, he wants to talk to him alone." the messenger said.

Chris is startled, he thought Claire would be with him. "Hey-Wait!" Chris tries to ask, but is pushed into the room, by the messenger.
When he regains his balance, he looks around and finds that he is in a bedroom. He then hears something to the right of him, turning to see Sergei, emerging from the bathroom, he had taken a quick shower.

However, he emerged from the room, naked.

"What the fuck?!" Chris yells, turning away, "Put some clothes on!"

Sergei only chuckles, "Come now, what you see, is a real man." he said, with lust in his voice.

Hearing that, made Chris' pulse quicken, in fear. He gets back to the door, leading out of here, but the door is locked. "What?! Why are there locks on the outside?!" Chris said, aloud in alarm.

He hears footsteps behind him and turns to face Sergei in a fighting stance. "I suggest you stay away from me!" Chris said, in warning. His eyes told Sergei he will attack him, if he gets too close.

"Do you forget, I hold the power here?" Sergei said, mockingly. He comes closer to Chris, not heeding his warning.

As Chris was about to attack him, Sergei stops. He then speaks, "If you resist me, I'll make sure your son will be taken away."

That got Chris' attention, but he does not drop his fists. He said, "You bastard.. Spencer will hear of this!"

He refuses to betray Alex and Albert, so tries to threaten him with Spencer. However Sergei face only reflects irritation, "You are to treat the founder with respect and Lord Spencer will have no knowledge this." he said.

He comes to a stop in front of Chris, "Who do you think he'll believe? His right hand? Or someone who seduced his daughter?" he asks.

"Hey, I didn't seduce-" Chris tries to protest, but Sergei continues to speak, "You and your sister are degenerates in the gene pool. I ask again, who do you think he'll believe?"

Hearing that, made Chris pause. He thinks over Spencer's actions with them. '.. He's right. Spencer made it clear, while he respects us, he does not approve of us. He may believe what we say about those in lower rank, but with someone like Sergei..'

Seeing that Chris was being quiet, he gets closer to him and places his hands on his shoulders, "Well?" he asks, knowing he already won.

Chris let's his fists drop to his sides, he then looks up at Sergei, "Understand this, I am not doing this, of my own violation. I'm protecting my son and I'm still loyal to Alex and Albert. Whatever happens here, is rape. Make no mistake, you will pay for this." he promises, with fire in his eyes.

Sergei smirks, "I'm sure." he said, mockingly.

Sergei grabs one of his robes and tosses the robe he had picked, at Chris. Chris struggles to sit up, trying not to scream in pain. When he finally gets on his feet, he gets the robe on, it practically engulfs him, and heads for the door.

"Let your sister know, I'll be seeing her by the end of this week." Sergei calls after him.

"You-" Chris starts to say, but stops, '.. There are no threats that will work.'

Chris leaves the room in silence, but as soon as he gets to the end of the hall, he collapses. "Damn it!" Chris had known, he wouldn't get back to his room in his state, but had wanted to father away, from Sergei's room as possible.

"Get up." his escort said, clearly not caring about his injuries.

"Leave him alone." a woman's voice said. They turn, watching as a man and woman come up to them.

"We'll take care of him. Go about your duties." the woman says.

"We're under-" the leader tries to protest, but she gives him a look.

".. Fine, Lupo. You and Beltway, had better be glad your in Hunk's unit." the leader said, taking his men and leaving.

Beltway get near to Chris and squats down to his level. "Mr. Wesker? My name is Beltway. I'm going to pick you up and take you to your room. Hunk will be there as well as a colleague that is a medic. Mrs. Wesker will be coming, another one of our group is getting her as we speak." Beltway tells Chris.

"Wha- What about Austin?" Chris asks about his son. He didn't his son to see him like this.

"He has been taken away by his nanny. She was told not to bring him back until later." Beltway said.

"O-Ok. Please get me to my room." Chris said, relived that Austin wasn't there.

Beltway picks Chris up as gently as possible, trying not to aggravate his injures too much. When Chris was settled, Beltway and Lupo take him back to his room. Inside, was Hunk and a woman with a mask on her face.

"Place him on the bed." the woman orders. Beltway did what she said, but before she could approach Chris, Hunk grabs her by the arm.

"Don't do your usual thing, he's been traumatized enough." Hunk orders her.

"Fine, take the fun out of it." she said, as he lets her go.

She gets over to Chris, "My name is Bertha, I'll be taking care of you." she introduces herself, before she starts.

As Bertha was treating Chris, the door opens, revealing Claire and another woman. Claire goes right to Chris' side, "What happened?!" she asks, upon seeing his damaged body.

"Sergei. Four Eyes, thank you for brining Claire here. Now, go check in with Spectre and let me know, if there's any changes." Hunk order the woman, calling herself Four Eyes.

"Yes, sir." she said, before leaving.

"Why did he do this?" Claire asks, she knows her brother wouldn't get into trouble right now.

"He most likely has some lingering feelings for Alex Wesker. Years ago, he had been smitten with her." Hunk said.

"So-ow! That's who the she was, he was talking about." Chris said, wincing in pain as Bertha finishes treating him.

"Yes, however, she had no interest in him. From what I heard, he tried everything he could, to get her to be with him. From asking Spencer to trying to court her, but she refused all his advances. The last time I heard, he tried to get her to go out with him, was at a big time party of Umbrella's, but she completely rejected him, in front of everyone. After that, he kept distance." Hunk explains.

"That's no reason to take it out on Chris. Alex clearly made her own choices." Claire said, angry that Sergei did this to Chris out of spite.

"Yes, but Sergei, after finding out that Alex had married him, clearly felt offended, that she chose a lesser man." Hunk said.

"So it's his pride that got damaged.. Claire you need to be careful. Sergei said, he'll call on you at the end of the week." Chris said, warning her.

"No.." Claire is dismayed that Sergei was going to touch her.

"I apologize." Hunk said, shocking everyone.

"I had you brought into my unit and under my direct wing, in hopes that it would deter Sergei's interest, but I was wrong." Hunk explains.

"It won't matter, if I complain to Sergei about the treatment of one of my men at his hands. He respects me, but he still sees me as a soldier. The only one, who has more authority than him, is Spencer himself. And I was told he won't be here for a few months." Hunk finishes, trying to think.

"Claire, do you have any birth control?" he then asks.

Claire blinks, "Yes. The funny thing is, I had got my prescription filled, the day before the island was attacked. I had grabbed it before I left my room, the day of the attack." she said.

"Start taking it. As I said, I can't protect you. We'll have to rely on preventive measures, until Spencer returns or Sergei leaves." Hunk orders her.

Claire doesn't like that idea, but sees that Hunk was serious. Shallowing her fear, she says, "All right. I'll take it as soon as I get back to my room.. There is one problem, we don't know when Spencer will return and I only have a sixty days of the pills."

"Bertha?" Hunk asks.

"I see to it, that birth control is smuggled in and give some to her." she promises.

"That's now taking care of. Now, I'll get in touch with the Wesker siblings and we'll figure out how to get Spencer back here sooner or get Sergei to Russia." Hunk said.

Claire and Chris look nervously at the others but looking at Lupo's face, what can be seen, tells them, they are not surprised by Hunk's words.

"They already know about the plan, they will be leaving with me, when it's time to leave Umbrella." Hunk said, at seeing their faces.

They relax as they see, Hunk's unit are allies. ".. About Sergei.. you say for Claire to take birth control.. because his goal is to get her pregnant?" Chris than asks, wanting conformation.

"Yes." Hunk confirms.

Claire trembles, "Why? Why would he want to impregnant me?"

"To get at Albert Wesker. I see you never heard, but they had an intense rivalry, ever since Sergei joined us. It was as talked about as much, as my rivalry with Nicholai Ginovaef was." Hunk said.

"So, to have me conceive and birth his child, because I'm Albert's wife, is his way of getting revenge on him." Claire said.

"Unfortunately. He is resorting to petty revenge, because he has no idea, where the siblings are. Again, I'm sorry that I didn't consider this." Hunk said.

"It's fine... We will endure." Claire said, even though she was scared, but was determined that she would survive.

"Yes. We know we will be free someday from here." Chris said, feeling the same things.

"Good, stay strong. Bertha, go find Miss Evans and send her back here with the boy, then get back to the medical wing. Lupo, Beltway, take Claire back to her room and tell Vector what's happened." Hunk orders.

"Yes, sir." all three said.

They all leave expect Chris, it was his room, awaiting his son and nanny.

June 16th, 2001

Claire was being escorted to Sergei's room, she was dressed in a red nightgown with a robe over top of it. It was a gift from Sergei.

She hated it and wanted to burn it, when she saw it, however she knew nothing good will come of angering Sergei. Thus very reluctantly, she puts it on.

She was brought to his room and went inside, she hears them locking the door. She sees Sergei, laying on the bed, clad in nothing but a bath robe. "Come." he orders, patting the other side of the bed.

Claire stays where she is.

Sergei gets up and goes to where she is, "I suggest you don't test me, if you don't want your daughter being taken away." he said, shedding his robe.

Claire gives him a look of defiance, before shedding her own robe and places it on the doorknob. She turns back to Sergei, who was now in front of her.

"I'll tell you the same thing, Chris told you. I'm not doing this, willingly. I'm protecting my daughter and my loyalty is to my husband, Albert, and my lover, Alex. What happens in here, is rape. Pure and simple. Mark my words, you will get your just deserts." Claire said, showing fire in her eyes.

Sergei laughs, "You and your brother, so alike!"

He then stops laughing, and looks down to her. "You will find me, quite enjoyable." he said, with promise.

Claire snorts, "I doubt it."

Sergei seems to have had enough of small talk, he picks Claire up and takes her to the bed.

Claire lays on the bed, panting in humiliation and exhaustion.

"You may leave now, though if you wish, you may stay here." Sergei offers. Until he gets what he wants, he wouldn't mind bedding her again.

Claire refuses that idea and gets up, going over to the door. She puts on the robe, that she left on the doorknob, and when it was secure, she hears Sergei speak, "I will call on you soon. Be sure to wear the next outfit I send to you."

Angry, Claire said, "I understand."

She was allowed to leave the room, she hears her escorts snicker at her state, but ignores them. After all, she has taken the measures to ensure, Sergei won't get his complete revenge.

'The stuff I'm taking is strong. If it can keep Albert from knocking me up, then it can apply to Sergei.' are Claire's thoughts. She makes sure that anger, remains on her face.

She leaves for her room, humiliated, but with an air of satisfaction.

June 20th, 2001

Albert and Alex were seething with rage. Hunk had got into contact with them and gave them bad news. Sergei has taken an interest in their lovers, the intimate way.

This was why, they didn't want Sergei near their family. They knew, Sergei would want revenge on the both of them, but they could admit, they did not think he would go this far.

Hunk took the appropriate measures, ensuring that Claire won't get pregnant, but that is all he can do.

The sibling had to agree, Hunk is, right now, a soldier of Umbrella. There was nothing he could do or say, with Sergei in charge. They can accept he is doing all that he can.

Of course, their lovers are left venerable against Sergei. Hunk said, he would continue to protect them as best he could, but there is only so much he can do. He has his own plans after all.

The two of them had been thinking how to help Chris and Claire, from where their at.

"Alex.." Albert said, upset.

"I know." Alex said, just as upset.

They finally came to the conclusion, that Spencer had to get back to the estate. With him, their lovers are safe from Sergei. For he would not want Spencer to know what he has been up to with them.

Spencer however, was a man who had seen everything and has his own spies. He would find out, one way or another, as to what Sergei has been up to.

Needless to say, Alex and Albert, were not happy with the idea, but the villa has had only ten percent of it's armed forces moved. There is no way for them to rescue their family, without repercussions.

"Come Albert. We will find a way, to get Spencer back to the estate." Alex said.

They leave the room and work on something in the lab.

Sergei is such a dick!
