Maria Robotnik Potter

Beginning AN: here it is a new story. this time it's Maria Robotnik that is given the spotlight. and before I get comments about why choose her when she dies when she has her pivotal moment here's my line of thought. since I'm going to allow Harry to keep the horcrux in his head Maria will survive her pivotal moment because the fatal gunshot wound would destroy the horcrux. and in regards to her terminal illness I'll have Gerald Robotnik inject her with Black Doom's blood which has the consequence of turning her into a yellow female hedgehog with blue streaks and Shadow's abilities will be her own in addition to her innate magic. now on with the story.

Prologue Chapter

It's 1991 and Voldemort has attacked the Potter family because of a prophecy that states his downfall.

when Lily and James noticed his arrival James says "Lily it's him take Harry and run I'll hold him off."

and so Lily takes Harry to his nursery and sets up a trap for Voldemort who has a short duel with James and wins.

when Voldemort barges in the room he says "Stand aside and let me kill the child and I'll let you live."

Lily says "Never, I'll never let you kill my son kill me instead."

Voldemort says " very well since you're so eager to die I'll oblige you, Avada Kedavra." he recites the killing curse but what he doesn't know is that by killing Lily he's entered

into a magical contract that states that if he harms Harry he'll lose his life.
Voldemort does it anyway determined to make sure his future enemy not live to become a threat and he fires a killing curse that hits Harry on the forehead but there's unexpected consequences of the action taken by Voldemort.

first off the killing curse is sent back to Voldemort and it kills him but thanks to the horcruxes he made over the years he's reduced to a wraith on the plain of the living and he leaves but a small part of his soul goes into the lightning bolt scar that appeared on Harry's forehead.

second Harry is turned into a baby version of Maria Robotnik everyone's favorite blue eyed blond that plays a pivotal role in the Sonic franchise before the first adventure Sonic ever had.

and lastly the now female harry is sent to the Space Colony Arc fifty years in the past and appears in front of Gerald Robotnik who adopts her as his granddaughter and names her Maria Robotnik and her magic accepts the new name.

Meanwhile in England

Rubeus Hagrid and Sirius Black arrive at Godric's Hollow and are saddened that Lily and James are dead but they don't see Harry anywhere in sight so they assume he's alive somewhere and go their separate ways with Hagrid going to Albus Dumbledore to tell him what he saw while Sirius tracks down a traitorous rat of a man called Peter Pettigrew also known as Wormtail by the marauders.

Sirius corners Wormtail and the cowardly rat of a man tries to catch Sirius off guard by blowing up the street and killing thirteen muggles but Sirius doesn't fall for it and knocks him out with a Stupefy.

Bartimus Crouch Sr. and a team of Aurors see everything and it's decided that Sirius will get his day in court and he reveals that hell would freeze over before he could betray the Potters because he did the godfather ritual which means he would be dead already if it was him.

when it was Wormtail's turn he confessed that he was the one to betray the Potters and he even reveals the names of Voldemort's inner circle and all of them are sent to Nurmengard which has tighter security than Azkaban because Gellert Grindlewald is imprisoned there.

the Wizarding World name Harry the Boy Who Lived but that moniker would change when their hero would show up at Hogwarts.

meanwhile in the past on the Space Colony Arc.

ten years have passed for Maria and she's grown up to what she looks like in Sonic Adventure 2 and is the best friend of Shadow the Hedgehog.

trouble is happening on the Arc because the governmental agency known as G.U.N has betrayed Gerald Robotnik and are there to arrest him and destroy his research.

Maria takes Shadow to the escape pods and sends him to earth but not before a G.U.N agent shoots her in the chest fatally but potter luck awakens and has the horcux that is in Maria's forehead die instead of her.

while Maria is knocked out from the experience Gerald is allowed to see her and he puts a finger to her neck and feels a pulse and he says "she's alive! I don't know how but she's alive."

one of the G.U.N agents says "how are we supposed to save her she's still fatally injured and will die if we don't do something."

Gerald says "I have an idea bring me some leftover blood from Black Doom and I'll inject her with it and it should save her."

and so the G.U.N agents do as requested from the death row bound scientist and he does the injection.

the introduction of Black Doom's blood in Maria's bloodstream has a side effect of turning her into a Yellow hedgehog with blue streaks and granting her the abilities of Shadow but otherwise does the job of healing Maria and it even has the bonus of curing her NIDS problem.

Gerald says "it's done but she's not out of the woods yet quickly put her into a cryostasis pod to help her fully recover. I think it will take forty years from now for her to be fully healed."

and so Maria is put in a cryostasis pod and is sent to Prison Island where she sleeps until she's back to full health.

Ending AN: that's the chapter. this story is in response to Sonic X Shadow Generations which apparently has Maria Robotnik return in Shadow's portion of the remaster which is actually a new game that is a companion to Sonic Generations and it's called Shadow Generations hence the title Sonic X Shadow Generations.

Next Time: the events of Sonic Adventure 2 begin but with Maria being present for the adventure.
