It was a hot day in August. More like a humid day of both heat and rain together. Madison was already on her bead, enjoying the cool breeze her new room. Just about last month, she and her family have move to a new house that is close to the capitol town of her state. Her parents bought a one-story house with less stairs that they won't have to worry about climbing more stairs from the old house and most of all, no more dealing with heat since the old air conditioner is broken. There are a couple of rooms in the new house that her parents have planned, but also have one spared room for in case anyone could stay there for a day or more, but mostly it'll be like Alex's room.

He was more than welcome to visit, ever since Madison's parents took him in like their own son, but they still allow him to be the boyfriend of their daughter. Madison have felt relief about the situation, but also tried to make excuses on like how the house was so neat and clean or how she or Alex arrived so fast. It was really hard, but sometimes... she wasn't so sure if or when to tell them.

While Madison was staying cool in her room, playing video games, she got startled as she heard the alarm from her phone. She looked at her phone to turn it off as the title of the alarm says, "Feeding Time". Once she turns the alarm off, she quickly got off her bed and head to the kitchen that is close. Madison opened the fridge to find some leftover pieces of meat and quickly took it out.

As she got back into her room, Madison opened Zor's den and placed some into the Bearded Dragon's bowl. Zor let out a whiff of the meat scent and quickly got out of his hideout.

"Steak again?" Zor questioned as he looked at his mistress.

"That's all we have, Zor. But next week will be chicken." Madison reply.

"I'm fine with that." he said as he starts breathing fire on his lunch as he was warming them up. "In fact, I don't care about the other diets that Bearded Dragons can eat. Or in fact, I could be the first dragon that eats fruit or vegetables."

"Yeah, well that whole fruit and vegetables thing is what I'm concern about. After all, you're not really a Bearded Dragon."

"I know. But... that was just curiosity." said Zor as he took a bite of a piece of steak until something else came to his mind. "You know..." he said with his mouth full and then let out a gulp. "You know what I'm craving for. Fish!"

"Now Zor, my family and I aren't fish people. Well... except dad eating shrimp and sushi. But I'm not sure you could eat those."

"Hey, sushi is fish, right?" he said as he took another bite of his meat. "Raw fish I mean. And shrimp do come from sea. I would so eat those."

Madison smirked as she rolled her eyes as she got back on the bed and went back to playing her game. Then again, the whole fish thing did make her think of a movie she remembered watching. She saved her game and changed to a different channel that connects to firestick. She reached the small remote on her nightstand and went to Disney plus. Once she clicks on her profile, Madison continued to search on the movie she wanted to see and there it was. 'Finding Nemo'.

It's been a while since she saw that movie, but she did enjoy that when she was little. Once she starts playing, Madison gotten cozy on her bed as the movie starts playing, even Zor starts watching as he was still eating his lunch. Through the scenes, Madison and Zor watched every single moment of Marlin losing his wife and been overprotective on his son, Nemo getting taken, and Marlin meeting Dory and then the sharks.

"It doesn't make sense. Sharks are meant to eat fish. It's their diet of nature. But these three... trying to not eat fish, it must have been very difficult for them." said Zor.

"They're trying not to unless they smell blood." Madison replied.

After the Bearded Dragon finished his meal, he continued watching the movie with his mistress. Seeing the fishes underwater really made him hungry, but mostly how they reminded him of the time when he turned into a fish and a shark since he and the animals from Swan Lake help rescue Odette and Madison and also fighting the alligators.

While Madison was still watching, she started to think of the times when she was a mermaid in some of the adventures. Especially her mermaid powers. She's started to think like if she was in that world as a mermaid again, she could be small as a fish. But then it came to her. Now that she's been learning magic and all, she can go there. Even open portals.

"Zor... what do you say we go to the ocean world? You can be a fish again and when it's like a fighting scene you can be the shark again."

"I would say... no thank you."

"Great! I'll just get my necklace ready and..." Madison paused as she heard the last words from her little friend. "Wait, what?"

"Do forgive me, mistress. I mean I really do enjoy going on adventures with you. I really do, but I thought maybe just once, I could take a break from them."

Madison was surprised to hear that. She never leaves her Bearded Dragon at home or to be alone. Of course she did leave him twice back at Shrek's world, but that's different. Madison started to feel concern as she brought Zor out of his den and looked at him.

"Are you sure about this Zor? I mean, are you alright to leave you alone? Should I bring extra food to you? What about Alex?"

"Do not worry, mistress. I'll be fine. Of course, you could leave some little extra meet. As for the master, if he comes, I will explain him about your traveling again."

Madison was silent for a moment but then softly smiled and kissed his little head.

"Now I want you to be behave here okay. And if my parents come home, don't say a word."

"Understood."

As she placed her friend back in his den, Madison went back to the kitchen grabbed a few more pieces of steak meat and went back to her room. After putting every piece in Zor's bowl, she reached to her nightstand, grabbed her necklace and starts putting it on. Madison took a deep breath and walked close to her TV.

She placed her hand on the screen and notice that it was creating a wave as she moved her hand around. Madison smiled and then turned to look at Zor.

"Wish me luck, Zor."

"Please, be careful mistress." the Bearded Dragon said to her.

"I will." she replied.

Madison looked back at the screen and placed her hands on the screen. And as the screen on the television began to glow, Madison starts pushing her way through the screen and everything turned white.

Zor looked away from the bright light for a second, but as it died down, he looked to see that she was gone. The Bearded Dragon looked at the screen of the fish characters. He let out a sigh and pray to himself on hoping that nothing goes wrong with his mistress.
