Four blinked a couple of times. His vision blurry and dizzy, he slowly sat up. Two poked Four in the eye.

"Graaaa!" He almost smacked Two away, but then realized who it was. "Oh. Two."

He sat up fully and grabbed Two in his arm. He flew out the small crater he made from the landing and looked around. Golfball was standing just outside the hole, looking worried and impatient.

"Four! I made a discovewy!"

Four rubbed his head and sat down, still holding Two.

"The area is still under influwence of the Time-Weversal Way! So it'll start to affect you too, soon, but more impowtantly...It'll keep reducing ouw ages until we no longer exist!"

"Oh goodie. More problems to deal with. Can't you take Two and let me find the rest of them? Or X?"

"I would, but they seem to have grown attached to you."

Two was hugging Four, asleep. Golfball suddenly had a blank stare on her face, then sat down silently. Four walked to her and poked her, and she started crying. Four screamed, Two started crying, and Four nearly fell back inside the hole. He grabbed her, made her a binky, and tossed her down the stairs to her underground laboratory.

Four was alone with Two now, and went out to find the rest of the tPoT cast himself. Two slept, still hugging Four's arm and snoring softly. Four noticed Yellow Face when he nearly stepped on him. Yellow Face was still trying to eat his foot. The product seller looked at Four's foot, then bit him. Four screamed a kicked Yellow Face to the distance out of reflex.

Four sighed. "Oh, Two. If only you would work with me, maybe this wouldn't be taking so long..."

As he walked along, he started to feel a bit tired. He fought to stay awake. He closed his eyes for just a second...

...

He jolted awake when Two nearly slipped out of his arm. He grabbed the host by the wrist, and that woke them. Two cried again.

"You are impossible to help! All you do is sleep and cry! And cry! And CRY! If only you hadn't been time-reversed! I can't teleport anyone, because you just teleport them further away, I can't fly there because you'd fall and die! I can't walk too fast or you wake up and won't. Stop. Crying! Argh!"

"F..."

Four froze again, staring at Two. "Was that you?"

"F-Ffff..."

Four grabbed them off his arm and looked them dead in the eyes.

"Four!" Two said clearly, excitedly waving his arms.

Four was struck with an overwhelming feeling of happiness, then was confused as to why. He shook it off and ignored Two. He heard sobbing in a bush and followed the sound. He found Tennisball, distressed and sobbing. He grabbed Tennisball and cleaned a bit of dirt off his head.

"Stop crying," Four yawned. "I'm taking...you back to...the hotel..." Four smacked himself awake and teleported Tennisball into Golfball's laboratory. "Now for...the next," he yawned again, "competitor..." He dozed off.

He jolted awake again, lying on the ground. Two was giggling and smiling, and they were back at the hotel.

"Hnuh? What?!"

"Four!" Two said happily. They stuck their arms in the air, kicking their feet, and drooled all over themself.

"That's disgusting." Four hopped to his feet and scooped Two into his arms. He wiped the drool off with his arm. "Did you take me back to the hotel?"

"Bdgabafranmb..." Two mumbled, eating their hand.

Four was finally struck with realization. Two wasn't crying to get on his nerves, Two was crying because he was hungry and Four's name was the only word he knew how to say.

Four sighed. "Fine."

He walked inside the hotel with Two, and went to the kitchen. He put Two on the counter and checked the fridge for anything Two could eat. Two crawled over to the blender and turned it on.

"Aah!" Four ran over and grabbed Two, pulling them away from the electronic device. He turned it back off and unplugged it to prevent Two from doing that again. "Don't scare me like that! Gosh..."

He went back to the fridge, alert and on-edge. Two sat patiently for a bit, watching Four dig through for anything that wasn't an ingredient. Four grabbed a gallon of milk.

"That could work. Just to get them to stop cry-yelling at me, is all."

Four poured Two a glass of milk and handed it to them. They licked the glass, then drooled all over it. They clearly didn't understand the concept of a glass cup.

Four grumbled to himself and grabbed Book (who was just crawling around on the floor of the kitchen the entire time) and opened her. Luckily, it was on taking care of young children (she was always the most helpful book at the most convenient times).

After flipping through a bit of Book's pages, he shut her again and decided to fix Two's milk situation. Four created a bottle lid, slapped it over the top of the glass and handed it back to Two.

"Gbgmmnblbptth." Two was eating their hand again.

"No, you're not edible," Four took Two's hand out of their mouth and held up the glass of milk, "eat this!"

Two smacked the glass out of his hand. Four caught it before it hit the ground and held it back out to Two again, keeping a tighter grip to prevent Two breaking the cup.

"Mmnah!" Two pushed the cup away, grumpy.

Four beat up his forehead on the counter a few times, letting out a long, exasperated sigh. He thought about Two, from a new view. He decided to make them something he knew they would eat. (Meanwhile, Book started crying because she fell of the counter.)

Four picked Book back up, teleported her to Golfball's lab, and started to gather ingredients.
