Ami and Rey were sitted in a bench in the Game Center, in front of a Sailor V game poster. Luna was over Ami´s lap. They were waiting for Usagi who was having a tutorial class with Mamoru.
Meanwhile, Rei was seeing Ami studying and doing some exercises.
- You´re a genious, Ami. How can you solve such complex questions in so short time? - asks Rei.
- Well, for me studies are just like games, you see?
- Thats why Ami is the best student of her school - praises her Luna.
- Don´t need to exaggerate, Luna.
- You know I´m not exaggerating - insists Luna with a soft smile.
Then Rei approaches of one Sailor V game machine and starts playing it.
- I always heard about this game, but I never though it was so interesting - she says - It is very personalized, and shows monsters like we see in our fights. It is like our lives were taken from this game.
- Sorry, Rei, but this is not a game. This monsters are very real - says Luna.
- I know that, Luna. But even then, I still ask myself if there is any connection with us and this game.
At that moment Usagi and Mamoru finish their class. Mamoru says goodbuy to Usagi and she goes to her friends.
- I finished - says Usagi, slipping her notebook into her briefcase - Really. I hate math. I´ve will of rip my math book - she protests.
- But math is very important. I could show you some math games that you could play in your cellphone. It could motivate you - says Ami.
- Thanks, Ami. But I really don´t wanna do anything else of school after school - she says, trying to sound as respectful as possible, but not hidding her aversion of that idea.
- Usagi, we´ll talk about this later - says Luna - Now that you´re three Guardians working together, you must unite forces. I think is better if we go to a secret place to talk about your mission.
- I think is better if we go to my shrine - advises Rei - Its private, discreet... and I´ve something to tell you that I prefer to do in there.
- Good idea, Rei. Lets go.
They follow Rei until her Hikawa Shrine and they sit together in the main room, in front of the fireplace.
- So, you already know that your mission is to defeat the enemy, to find the Moon Princess and the Silver Crystal - explains Luna.
- But what are these monsters, Luna? - asks Ami.
- Unfortunattely, I´m not sure what they are myself. But I know they are an evil force that belong to the Dark Kingdom.
- The Dark Kingdom?! - exclaims Usagi - Are you saying our enemy is a very big entity?
- Is exactly that what I´m saying - affirms Luna - And just like us, they wanna find the Silver Crystal and use it to rule the world. You see, the Sylver Crystal is a resource of unlimited power.
- Are you telling us that if the enemies get the Silver Crystal before us, thats the end? - asks Rei.
- It is terrible, but yes - confirms Luna - Thats why we need to find the Moon Princess and the Silver Crystal before them. Its likely the Silver Crystal is in the possession of the Princess. It means if they find it, our world and the princess will be in danger. You´re the guardians who must protect her.
- But we still don´t have any clue of her whereabouts - says Usagi - And you pass all the time walking around there, and you still couldn´t find anything.
- Usagi, this isn´t so that easy. I believe her power is sealed for protection. We still need to keep looking for clues - explains Luna, turning to Rei right after that - Rei, when we´re about to come here, you told us you had something to tell us, right?
Rei turns slowly to her fire, and starts meditating.
- Yes. I´ve been feeling something weird nowadays. Something similar of what I felt when the buses disappeared around here. I believe the enemy is about to attack again.
Both Usagi, Ami and Luna look surprised to her.
- Are you sure? - asks Usagi - How do you know it is the enemy? - she asks again, a little more frenetic.
- Usagi, I know what I´m saying. I already sensed their energy before and is that same energy I´ve been feeling lately.
Usagi shut up quickly, noticing that Rei didn´t like her incredibility over her. It was not exactly that Usagi was doubting of Rei. It was more because of how that prophecy of hers was making her feel very uncomfortable and anxious.
- Do you know when its gonna happen? - asks Ami.
- Honestly, I think they are already here. But I still can´t find where and what they are doing - Rei explains.
- And what are we gonna do now? Like this we´ll be around there without knowing what to look for, or even if they are near of us - says Usagi even more frenetic.
- USAGI, THEY ARE BEHIND YOU! - shouts Rei.
- WHAAAT! - shouts Usagi, jumping from her seat and looking back - WHERE... WHERE ARE THEY? - she keeps shouting, looking madly to everywhere. She looked scared and with will of ripping their face at the same time.
Ami and Luna were seeing her "show" completely astonished. Meanwhile, Rei was looking to her with a devilish smile and with her arms crossed.
- Oh, Usagi! You´re so funny to scare - says Rei, touching her shoulder - Don´t worry. There´s nothing there. But I don´t know anything else about this. My prophecies don´t show to me everytime I want, much less with pressure - she says calmly and with resignation.
Usagi looks at her with baby eyes.
- Rei, you´re so mean! How could you scare me like this? - she cries.
Ami couldn´t avoid giggling a little with her mouth covered. However, Luna was not with so much humor for that.
- I appreciate we stop with this kindergarden - says Luna with seriousness - What we can do now is waiting patiently that Rei can get more informations.
- And we need to pay a lot of attention to everywhere we go - continues Ami.
- Thats right, Ami - agrees Luna - You need to pay attention to all the signs around us. And if Rei finds something else, she´ll tells us. Right, Rei?
- Of course - accepts Rei - And Usagi will be the first one that I´ll scare with that - she says with a devilish smile.
Usagi makes a grumpy face and sticks her tongue out at her.
- Before we end this meeting, I wanna give you something - says Luna. She makes a loop in the air and makes appear three small rectangular things - From now on I want you to communicate with each other and with me by these communicators.
Both girls grab a communicator and they look carefully to it.
- But we could communicate by cellphone - says Usagi.
- Not anymore! The cellphone is not safe or discreet enough. The communications about our missions must be restricted to us, and those communicators will assure that.
Both understood what Luna was saying and both keep the communicators.
After their meeting, Usagi, Ami and Luna understood it was time to leave. Rei follows them until the end of the stairs. They say goodbuy to each other, and Usagi and Ami follow in different directions.
Luna was walking next to Usagi and was seeing her somekind of unsettled.
- Are you alright, Usagi? - she asks.
- No! I´m scared. I can´t believe in this. Now I´ll be scared all the time, because the enemy is about to attack, but we don´t know when or where - she says freneticly.
- Usagi, compose yourself. You already defeated many enemies and many of them appeared by surprise. So whats the difference now?
- That doesn´t mean that I´m not still scared of them. And I don´t have any problem of admiting it. It makes me feel better - assumes Usagi with relax.
Luna didn´t dare to say anything else. She knew that even if Usagi was still scared of her enemies, she always finds some guts to defeat them.
Meanwhile they pass by a place where they see a poster on a wall. They look closer and see it was about a woman with long red hair. Her name was Eiko and it was mentioning that she could talk with spirits. It was also mentioning when and where was gonna take place her session.
- Don´t tell me you´re thinking of going to see that scheme! Thats only a fraud - says Luna.
- Of course not! I´m scared of this things. And today I had enough of scary things - says Usagi, grabbing the poster and smashing it maniacally. She was not seeing how Luna was astonished with the maniac way that she was smashing the poster. Then she throws the poster to a garbage can.
After that, Usagi and Luna continue with their path.
In a big tent in the middle of the street, a woman with long red hair was looking to the seats in front of her with proud. Then Jadeite approaches of her.
- Eiko, I see you´ve everything ready - he says.
- Of course, Jadeite. This will be a show we´ll never forget. And this locations is perfect to attrack many persons.
- Good. We must take advantage that people like to see morbid things to get energy from them.
He then vanishes from there, leaving her alone again.
Usagi and Mamoru were walking together by Dreamland, an amusement park that opened a week ago and Usagi was euphoric to go. In the previous day, during their tutorial class, Usagi noticed that Mamoru was more tired than usual so she suggested him to go with her to that park that afternoon to relax a little. At first he seemed undecided since those things were not his style, but then he though what it would be like to go to an amusement park with "Odango Atama", and he agreed. Not that Usagi cared about his motive. She was more than used that he call her that.
When they arrived there, Mamoru was only seeing Usagi running euphorically from a place to another, and enjoying all the attractions.
- Hey! This is so fun! - she exclaims with enthusiasm, while she was riding a carousel with horses.
Luna was walking next to them and seeing everything with embarassement. She looked to Mamoru that was seated in a bench everytime Usagi was enjoying an attraction. To Luna´s surprise Mamoru was always keeping his normal and serious expression, not bothered with Usagi´s euphory. She couldn´t believe how he could be so patient. And even if he looked serious, he seemed being enjoying his time in there.
After buying some clothes, Usagi buys some food that she eats with devotion. She ends eating an icecream.
- Be careful with all that food. Otherwise you´ll look like a pig in your clothes - says Mamoru.
Usagi looks at him with annoyance. This time he was to much provokative and she didn´t like it.
- You´re sush a jerk sometimes.
She was about to leave, but before she could he touches her shoulder and pulls her to his side.
- Come on. I was just kidding. But I see I went too far this time. Forgive me!
Since Usagi could feel he was seriously regret, she forgot that moment. Both continued their visit, with Mamoru resting his arm over Usagi´s shoulders.
In the middle of the park, they noticed a big tent in the middle of a big space. It was like a circus tent and there was a lot of people getting in. There was a guard ( Jadeite ) at the door that was printing a tattoo in their hands before they get in. When the queue finishes, the guard closes the tent.
Usagi and Mamoru got curious about it an approach of it. At the entrance they could see the poster of the new famous medium Eiko.
- I remember! This woman was about to do a spiritual session in here - says Usagi, approaching - I see they decided to build this in the park instead of build a normal horror house.
- Are you sure you wanna take a look? Weren´t you scared of these things? - asks Mamoru.
- And I am. But I´m also very curious.
Usagi deviates slightly the covering and looks inside. Mamoru and Luna do the same thing. They could see the medium in the middle of a stage, and a big crowd seated around her.
The environment was very dark, with just some weak lights illuminating it. Then the spotlight turns on and iluminates the medium. She looks to the ceiling, closes her eyes and opens her mouth. Then she starts talking with a man´s voice. Everyone looked shocked to her, talking with a completely different voice. Only her mouth was moving, her body was completely still. Everyone could hear the male voice saying he was missing Ginko so much. One of the girls gasped and jumped from the seat.
- DAD! - she shouts - IS IT YOU?
- Yes I am, dear. I miss you.
- I miss you too, dad - she says with tears in her eyes - Where are you?
The medium loses her strengh and falls on her knees. Then everyone hears her voice again.
- He left... - she says simply, looking to the floor.
- NO, DAD! - shouts the girl desperated.
Then the medium rises again and starts talking with an old lady´s voice.
- This is very scary - says Usagi, hugging Mamoru´s arm - She makes sush a face when she does that - she continues, seeing how the woman´s face was looking creepy everytime she speaks with a different voice.
- I can feel something weird about this, and is not good - says Mamoru with a serious expression.
- Lets get out of here - insists Usagi, pulling him by the arm.
Soon they arrive to Mamoru´s building and he says goodbuy to Usagi while he was going up the stairs. After that, Usagi walks from there with Luna by her side.
- Usagi, I hope you know you can´t have any distractions in your mission - says Luna suddently.
Usagi turns to Luna with a grumpy face.
- What do you mean with that?
- You know what I mean. I know you´re very attached to this boy. But you can´t let that be a distraction for you and for your mission.
- I don´t know what are you talking about. Stop talking nonsenses and lets go home - says Usagi, turning her back on her.
Usagi knew that Luna was talking about her approach to Mamoru. But she didn´t wanna talk about that. Neither she knew what to think about it.
In the tent, everyone was still focused in Eiko while she was talking again with a different voice. They didn´t notice that their energy was being sucked by the spotlight in the middle of the tent. The spotlight was also sucking the energy of those who left the session and had the tattoo in their hands. In another dimention, Jadeite was receiving that same energy with satisfaction.
The next morning, Usagi was walking in the direction of Hikawa Shrine. She couldn´t sleep all night since it came to her mind a particular moment from the previous day. Something she didn´t give importance at first, but now it was stuck in her mind.
" I can feel something weird about this, and is not good " - those were Mamoru´s words about the spiritual session they saw yesterday. Not only his words were so firm, like his expression was so serious, more serious than usual, like if it was something really wrong about that session.
" How could he feel that?" - she asks to herself - "And does this means what I´m thinking about that medium?"
Luna was walking next to her. She could see that Usagi was very thoughtful and she was already guessing the motive. But since she was gonna talk with Rei about that, Luna decided to wait to have the information completed.
In that moment, they see Rei running in their direction with urgency. She stops suddently when she sees them.
- Good morning, Rei! Where are you going with sush a hurry? - asks Usagi.
- I need to check something. I think I know where is the enemy.
- Let me guess! It is that scary medium that is doing spiritual sessions in Dreamland, right?
- How do you know? - asks Rei, surprised.
- I just guessed - she lies, not with will of telling to everyone that was Mamoru who helped her to create that suspicion. She didn´t want to involve him - I just came to this conclusion today too.
- And I think they are operating from outside of that place too. Right now two boys fainted in front of the shrine and they had some weird tattoos in their hands. Those tattoos were made to them when they went to see that show.
- I remember that! They marked some tattoos in their hands before they get in to see that show - continues Usagi.
- And they are stealing people´s energy from those tattoos. I could feel the negative energy that those tattoos irradiate.
Meanwhile, they hear their communicators. They press the button and see it was Ami.
- Good morning, girls! I think I´ve a clue about the location of our enemy. I read in a magazine that many persons have disappeared in Dreamland. And those who disappeared where those who went to a Spiritual Session in there - says Ami.
Usagi and Rei look to each other with agreement.
- Very well, girls! Both of you arrived to the same conclusion - says Luna - You need to go there right now!
Both Usagi, Ami, Rei and Luna arrive to the tent.
- Its clear. The focus of that negative energy is here - says Rei.
They approach more of the tent and look inside. It was taking place a spiritual session in there again, but now everyone was fainting in their seats.
Ami turns on her laptop and starts searching.
- The energy from everyone is being stolen by the spotlight in the ceiling.
- Girls, we need to stop this! - demands Luna - Transform now!
Both agreed. Usagi rises her hand in the air, and Ami and Rei rises their pens.
"MOON PRISM POWER! MAKE UP!"
"MERCURY POWER! MAKE UP!"
"MARS POWER! MAKE UP!"
Eiko was seeing with satisfaction how everyone´s energy was being stolen.
Suddently a golden disk passes by them and breaks the spotlight. Eiko had jump from her place to not be hit by the peaces of the spotlight.
- What was that? - she asks with rage.
Sailor Moon grabs her tiara and puts it again on her forehead. Mercury and Mars were next to her with her arms crossed.
- Taking advantage of the pain of those who lost someone to attrack them and stole their energy. We´ll not forgive your for that. I´m Sailor Moon, the warrior of Love and Justice.
- And I´m Sailor Mercury. The Sailor of Love and Wisdom.
- And I´m Sailor Mars. The Sailor of Love and Battle.
- In the name of the Moon, we´ll punish you! - both say at the same time.
Eiko reveals her true demon form, with horrible red skin. She snaps her fingers and everyone around the girls get up like zombies and start chasing them.
- Oh, no! They are everywhere! - exclaims Usagi.
- I´ll try to distract them - says Mercury - "SHABON SPRAY" - a fog is spread by all that space.
The girls could see that the zombies lost their track.
- It worked. They´re disoriented - says Mercury - Now we´ve more time.
- Not so much time, Sailors - says the demon, snaping its fingers.
They hear exhausters around the place and the fog starts disappearing. Then they see the zombies almost over them.
- GIRLS, COVER YOUR EARS! - says Sailor Moon.
They do as she says and Sailor Moon touches the red disks that were covering her Odangos. A strident sound comes out from there and all the zombies faint.
- DANM YOU! - yells the demon, that jumps from its position and flies to them.
The demon tries to attack them with its nails, but the Sailors could avoid it. Sailor Moon tries to destroy it with her tiara, but gets surprised when sees the tiara not puncturing it.
- Your attacks are useless. My skin is a complete armor. Nothing can distroy it.
- We´ll see that - says Mars. She shoots a jet of fire, but sees the demon resisting it.
- I told you it was useless!
The demon runs to them again, but before it could reach them, Mars throws an amulet to its forehead. It made it stand still in that same position.
- Its still. But what can we do now? - asks Rei.
- You need to unite powers - says Luna - In that way, your power will be stronger and you can distroy the demon.
Both agreed with trust in Luna´s words.
"MOON TIARA ACTION!" - Sailor Moon shoots her tiara.
"FIRE SOUL" Mars´s fire surrounds the Tiara.
"SHABON SPRAY" Mercury´s fog gives the last touch to the tiara.
They see how the tiara breaks the demon´s skin, distroying it completely. Both Sailors look with relief to the place where the demon´s dust falls.
Mars feels another attack approaching.
- SAILOR MOON, WATCH OUT! - shouts Mars, deviating her, seeing the bomb of energy coming in her direction.
Both look in the direction from where it came the attack and they see Jadeite in the middle of the stage.
- I´m so tired of you, warriors. Now I´m gonna finish with you.
He throws another bomb of energy and they avoid it. Then Mars jumps in the air and shoots a huge jet of fire in his direction. They can hear Jadeite yelling in agony while was being burned.
When it stopped, the Sailors couldn´t stop feeling horrified with Jadeite´s look with all those burns around his body.
- Sailor Mars... you´ll pay for this... - he threats, agonizing in pain. He then disappears from a black hole.
Sailor Moon approaches of Mars.
- Thank you for saving me, Rei. You´re amazing.
Sailor Mars smiles to her. Soon they see everyone waking up and they leave from there. They didn´t notice that Tuxedo Kamen was seeing everything from the top of the tend.
" Usako! Next time, I swear I´ll protect you" - he says to himself.
Beryl and Kunzite were seeing how Zoicite and now Jadeite (completely burned) were recovering on their coffins.
- Now we´ve another one that is wonded. You don´t stop disappointing me - says Beryl - What are you gonna do now that Jadeite can´t summon demons?
- We´re really sorry, Queen Beryl! - says Kunzite - But before all of this, Jadeite summoned many demons that are conserved. We´ll use them until he recovers - he explains.
- I warn you, Kunzite. My patience is ending.
After all of that, Usagi, Ami and Rei were on the park, seated together in a bench. They we´re seeing how everyone in the tent we´re being assisted. They also found a hidded place in the tent where were all the disappeared persons from that park.
- I was just curious if that medium Eiko could really talk with spirits - says Usagi - I know it was just an evil scheme, but her session sounded so real. She could summon voices from deceased people that she didn´t know.
- I don´t think we´ll ever know the truth - says Rei - Maybe she could do it and was not using well her gift, like many people do - she explains.
- Not everyone uses their gifts with good intentions like you, Rei - says Ami.
Rei smiles to her.
- Rei´s gifts are only well intended when they are not used to scare me! - reminds Usagi in protest.
- Come on, Usagi. You know thats the best intention. You make everyone laugh when you´re scared - says Rei.
Usagi sticks her tongue out at her.
- Well, girls! Since our mission here already finished, I think is time to leave - says Luna.
- What are you saying, Luna? After all this fight we deserve to enjoy the rest of our time in this amazing park - says Usagi.
Usagi gets up suddently and entwined her arms in Ami and Rei´s arms.
- Come on, girls! Lets have some fun.
- But I must study for... - says Ami.
- Come on, Ami. Forget about studies just for some hours and have fun - insists Usagi with happiness.
Usagi takes her friends for a walk in the park. They were ignoring Luna´s protests, "saying that they we´re grown up girls with an important mission, that they shouldn´t be losing their time in that place for kids, that they must pay attention to the next move of the enemy... bla, bla, bla". However, they´re not listening her. Ami and Rei were not following Usagi in all the attractions, but they were liking that environment. Ami forgot about her books and Rei could forget of her serious side for a while.
Hi, everyone. Here it is another chapter of my "Sailor Moon Crysta Remake". I know I changed a lot this episode from the original anime, but I think it was worthy. This episode always annoyed me a little because of the constant bickering between Usagi and Rei, and I always thought it didn´t need to be so extreme at that point. Hope you like it!
