Daemon of Wrath - Is it that easy to figure out? But, yes. [Ruler's Authority] is much more powerful than it seems, especially when it has the strength equivalent to a black hole's gravitational pull.
ProjectIceman: It could work if they did it when Izuku was not only physically weak but emotionally vulnerable. Sadly, it's too late for them. The chance of them succeeding is close to zero.
AnimeFan13579 - Izuku's status window is not visible to anyone, so they don't know much. Not to mention, the lack of information results in them to resort with theories using all the evidence they have.
Junior High School
Musutafu, Japan
Bakugou can be seen grumbling as he holds a tray of food, trying and failing to hide his cough from anyone. He could feel the judging stares from every student in the Cafeteria. His eyes twitch violently as he hears all the whispers from the students.
"To think the new transfer student will be the victim of the Sludge Villain."
"I heard that he got injured from the attack and ended up injuring his lungs."
"So that's why he coughs nonstop since this morning. It's kinda funny how he tries and fails to hide it. At the same time, it's kinda sad."
"I heard this is his second transfer because he snaps at someone from his previous school just for getting better grades than him."
"Geez, how insecure is he?"
Bakugou wants nothing more than to lash out at those 'extras.' He saw those people as nothing but cowards, talking behind his back. And he made sure he remembered each of the 'extras' talking behind his back and put them in their place, like how he always did to Deku.
Speaking of Deku, he heard he almost died when he was attacked by Sludge Villain. At first, he felt an unusual amount of fear, thinking that Deku may have followed his 'advice'. He admits to himself that he has taken too far with those words, but he wouldn't admit it out loud to anyone.
But that fear was immediately replaced by anger and disbelief. When he heard from his 'old hag' that Deku not only survived but made a full recovery without any sign of scars. To him, it was 'unfair' since he got an everlasting injury while Deku was fine and dandy.
Talk about irony.
When he returns to Aldera Junior High after a two-week stay in the hospital, he finds out that Deku is no longer coming to Aldera Junior High. To Bakugou, it was good news since the nuisance was no longer part of his life, and he believes that Deku had fully given up on being a hero, especially after the injury. His anger towards Deku is replaced with satisfaction, thinking he has won.
Then, a few weeks later, it had become the worst day of his entire life. Police came to the school and started arresting every teacher of Aldera Junior High while the students were brought along. Bakugou never felt so scared in his life, even more scared than when he got attacked by the Sludge Villain or when he found out Deku almost died.
His fear increased two-fold when he heard that he got a black mark on his school record along with all the students in Aldera Junior High. His parents were called and Bakugou thinks that they will get him out. But, to his shock, he saw his parents didn't protest about it, letting the police drag him to the police station.
Then, not long, he got out of the police station, but not without any punishment. He was given two chances if he wanted to get into UA while also getting house arrest. He will be under supervision by a Hero to prevent him from illegal quirk usage. While at school, he will wear his quirk-suppressing handcuffs.
Death Arms chooses to supervise Bakugou, while also helping Bakugou to train for UA. People think Death Arms did it because he feels terrible for taking too long to rescue Bakugou, and keeping an eye on him while guiding him to the right path is a way for him to atone for his sin.
In reality, Death Arms did feel terrible, but he was conflicted by how he felt about Bakugou being a bully towards an innocent Quirkless kid. It didn't help that his advice fell on deaf ears, and he kept hearing Bakugou slowly losing his sanity toward the Quirkless kid.
Death Arms wanted to quit, but he was threatened by the HPSC to revoke his license for his incompetence. He wonders why he has to do it, and HPSC says that Bakugou is a 'possible' asset and that if he officially turns to villains, it will be bad.
He thinks Bakugou is a lost cause and the HPSC didn't think this through. But, at least he can keep the boy from doing too much damage. So, to keep the Quirkless kid and everyone around him safe, he decided to stay.
As for Bakugou, his respect towards Death Arms diminishes little by little every day. He first believes Death Arms to be a respectable wannabe All Might, slowly rising in rank and respecting him. But, his respect disappears when he sees how useless the hero is, standing at the sideline and doing nothing to get him out of trouble.
He slowly resents the hero as he tries to stop Bakugou from 'putting extras in their places,' stopping him from using his quirk, and 'yapping about useless shit.' Bakugou didn't like how it felt as it felt like he was a dog kept in a cage.
Then, Death Arms somehow made him pissed even more, saying how he meet Gang Orca yesterday and told him that he has taken in interns his age and how 'talented' they are. He was angry, believing that Gang Orca had made a mistake and it should've been him, not them. To make it worse, Death Arms reveals one of the intern's names, Izuku Midoriya aka 'Deku'.
He felt like his blood boiled when he heard that and wanted to yell, but he couldn't since Death Arms was right in front of him. It didn't help that his parents knew about it and kept it a secret from him.
He felt like he was 'cheated,' his 'perfect origin story' was ruined, his 'freedom' was stripped away, and the 'pebble on his path to greatness' somehow got all the luxuries that he deserved. He wants nothing but 'justice,' wanting to 'put Deku in his place' and takes everything he 'deserves'.
When he hears Deku still plans to go to UA along with his fellow interns, he comes up with a devious plan. He will bid his time until he gets into UA, and when he blasts through all of the competitors, he will get his chance to 'put Deku in his place', which is beneath the dirt!
So, he'll decide to focus on his 'mission' and ignore these 'extras,' making sure that he focuses on his 'mission' rather than entertain these 'clowns.' But, it was easier said than done as these 'extras' were testing his patience, looking down on him because of his getting punishments. They know that Bakugou can't do anything unless he wants to get arrested, so they do whatever they want without worrying.
Bakugou silently laughs at how pathetic they are. These 'background characters' are worse than Deku, and that's saying something. He just needs to be patient, staying for a few more months until UA's entrance exam and he will be out of this scum of a school.
Bakugou Katsuki will be the 'greatest hero of all time', and no one shall stop him from achieving his goal. Not even Deku and his band of misfits.
Splat!!!
Bakugou froze as he felt something wet and sticky hit the back of his hair. He reaches for it, and his eyes widen in anger. It is a wet paper ball. His face burns red as veins pop on his forehead, steam comes out of his ears and nose, and his entire body shakes violently. His vision slowly turns red as he drops the paper ball.
To make it worse, the entire cafeteria stares at him with the biggest shit-eating grin before they laugh at him. Bakugou had never felt so angry in his entire life besides dealing with Deku. He bit his tongue, drawing some blood from it before leaving the cafeteria fuming.
He keeps telling himself that getting into trouble is not worth being banned from UA. He keeps telling himself that these 'background characters' will pay but not now.
He also tells himself that he'll just get to the top of the Hero Rankings and make them regret ever humiliating him before crushing them under his boots like a swarm of ants they are.
