"Guys up ahead, I see something!" Ash shouted.

Today we find our heroes on their way from Lentimas Town to Reversal Mountain on their way to Opelucid City, but it seems their plans were interrupted by a sudden rainstorm.

"This definitely wasn't part of our planned path." Rosa groaned, her and Minccino's hair soaked.

"This place looks abandoned." Elliot commented, noticing the disarray of the building.

"Okay, one problem at a time, we split up and look for towels or something to dry off, and once this storm let's up we'll figure out where we took a wrong turn." Ash decided.

"You mean where you took a wrong turn." Rosa pointed out.

"Fine, where I took a wrong turn." Ash relented. "Just try and find something to dry us off that isn't Darmanitan."

Rosa and Minccino

"This place looks so creepy." Rosa said, as she and Minccino entered a kitchen area.

"Min Min." Minccino said, hopping out of Rosa's arms, trying to clean the dust off of the table only to create a larger cloud of dust, causing the two to sneeze.

"Sorry Minccino, I don't think cleaning is an option here." Rosa said apologetically.

"Min!" Minccino responded angrily.

"Well let's see, maybe there are some towels in one of these cupboards." Rosa said, opening some to see some old and damaged dishes. "Okay, none there, maybe over here."

Rosa opened the other cupboards finding more dishes, ranging from plates and bowls to cutlery, to even cups and chalices.

"Just our luck, a full dining room set, but not even a napkin to dry us off." Rosa groaned. "Come on Minccino, let's hope the boys found something."

Minccino hopped onto Rosa's shoulder as she went to the door back to the main area, finding it completely locked.

"Hey guys! This isn't funny!" Rosa said, wiggling the doorknob.

"Minnnnn." Mincinno said, trying to get Rosa's attention.

"In a second Mincinno, maybe this door is just stuck. Herdier come out!" Rosa said, sending out her other Pokemon.

Herdier howled, looking past Rosa as she exited her Pokeball.

"What is going on with you oh my Arceus!" Rosa exclaimed, seeing all the dishes and silverware floating to spots on the table. "Herdier get us out of here with Return!" Rosa exclaimed.

Herdier leapt at the door only for chairs to scoop her and Rosa up, pushing them into the table.

"Mincinno it's up to you, go and get help!" Rosa begged as the normal type leapt off of her shoulder, squirming through a hole in the wall to find Ash or Elliot.

Elliot and Porygon2

"Of course, not even any power here for us to look up our location on my computer, I should remember it more before we leave town next time." Elliot said, opening a door to yet another bedroom. "Seriously this is like the sixth stripped down bed in six rooms. This is more rigid than the rooms at Blueberry Academy." Elliot noted seeing the small amount of furnishings in each room. "Come on Porygon2, maybe there's a hall closet to check."

Elliot turned around, opening the door and turning to see several mattresses standing up further in the hall where they'd come from.

"Very funny Ash, did you find any towels or blankets?" Elliot asked, walking over towards the mattresses. "Ash, come on at least answer me."

'Shh, shh, shh.'

Elliot turned around to see another group of mattresses blocking his other way down the hall.

"Okay, not Ash." Elliot said as the mattresses closed in on him and Porygon2. "Klink come out and use Gear Grind!"

Klink spun out of it's Pokeball, slicing at the mattresses, trying to break the trio free from the closing mattresses.

"Porygon2, go in my C Gear and find Ash to come and get me, quickly!" Elliot exclaimed, as sheets snaked out from the mattresses, wrapping him and Klink tightly.

Ash and Pikachu

"Hey Pikachu, you know what this reminds me of?" Ash asked, as he ducked under a flurry of books in the library.

"Pika Pi!" Pikachu exclaimed, jumping across several of the flying books.

"Exactly, back when we met Haunter for the first time." Ash said with a laugh. "Floating objects, no real danger, but it's all played for the scares."

"Pi!" Pikachu said, jumping onto a bookcase as it began floating into the air.

"Hey wait for me!" Ash said, gripping onto the bookcase as it flew around the large library. "You know we should focus on checking on Rosa and Elliot, if they're going through anything like this, they're probably freaking out."

Meanwhile

"WHY ARE THEY DANCING?!" Rosa exclaimed, watching the dishes spin around in sync with each other around the large table.

"This is the most comfortable I've been ever and it's terrifying!" Elliot exclaimed as he was in a cocoon of blankets the room lined with the mattresses.

Back with Ash and Pikachu

"Woo!" Ash exclaimed jumping off the bookcase before it crashed into a wall. "Alright as fun as this is, we do need to find a way to check on the others."

"Pika Pi." Pikachu said in agreement.

"There! An exit!" Ash exclaimed, pointing towards a set of doors, the two rushing to it, only to have the rug literally swept out from under them three seconds later. "Hmm, let's try that door."

Once again a few seconds later their path was blocked.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking Pikachu?" Ash asked.

Pikachu nodded hopping onto Ash's shoulder.

"Climb the bookcase!" Ash said, grabbing onto one for two seconds before leaping off as it began to spin.

"Pikachu chu!" Pikachu said pointing to a window as Ash rushed towards it, stopping two seconds later as the window closed shut.

"Future Sight." Ash commented. "Just as I thought. You know Pikachu as fun as this is, it's no fun without our friends."

"Pi Pi." Pikachu said in agreement.

At that the rug flicked and rolled sending Ash and Pikachu right out the door into the main foyer. Ash spun around to see a blanket unfurl as Elliot and Klink rolled down the stairs and two chairs flew out from another door carrying Rosa and Herdier. Moments later Minccino was ejected from a vent and Porygon2 came out of Ash's C Gear.

"Okay whatever your ride was Elliot, I call next." Ash said excitedly.

"No!" Elliot exclaimed. "I just want out!"

"Seriously Ash, this place is haunted." Rosa said. "I watched silverware do a full ballet."

"Really, I was attacked by beds and you get a show?!" Elliot exclaimed.

"Pikachu and I rode a library." Ash commented. "And this was fun, not scary."

"Speak for yourself!" Rosa and Elliot exclaimed.

"I'm not." Ash said. "You had fun too, didn't you?"

"Who is he talking to?" Rosa whispered as a small green blob floated down from the chandelier.

"What in the?" Elliot asked in confusion.

"It's probably been a while since you had guests, and just wanted to play, huh?" Ash asked, looking up at the blob. "You played chase with me and Pikachu, tag with Elliot and even gave Rosa a show."

"He thinks it was playing?" Rosa questioned.

"But you're lonely here aren't you." Ash said softly. "No one around to play with, so you went a little overboard."

"Losis." The green blob said sadly.

"It's alright, I'm not mad. I was telling the truth, Pikachu and I had a blast, and you have to be really powerful to have done all that at once, aren't you?" Ash asked.

"So So!" The Pokemon said proudly.

"But you know, me and my friends we have to get going. We have an adventure of our own to go on, and new fun to have." Ash pointed out.

"So!" The Pokemon exclaimed, slamming every door and window at once.

"Ash! What are you doing?!" Rosa shouted.

"So, wanna come along?" Ash asked, spinning a Pokeball, the doors and windows slowly reopening.

"Solosis!" The Pokemon exclaimed, rushing right into the Pokeball.

"And look at that, even the storm cleared up, come on guys. We can get going now." Ash said, putting the newest member of his team's Pokeball away.
