The game show continued on.
Obi-Wan number 2 got another question.
On Life Day last year, what did Peppermint give Obi-Wan?
The fake Obi-Wan waited until he heard a whisper from the cloaked figure in his mind.
"She gave him- I mean me..." said the imposter. "A custom made tea set."
"What did it look like?" Peppermint asked to be sure.
"Light blue with white flowers."
The others were confused. How did he suddenly know the answer?
"I don't know how he knew that." said the real Obi-Wan. "But I can prove it is me. Ask me any random question."
Gabby jumped in with a question.
"What did you give me for my third birthday?"
"A pink panda bear." Both Obi-Wan's said.
"What's my middle name?" Carmine asked.
"Amadeus."
"What did I dress as for Halloween three years ago?" Anakin asked.
"Prince Charming."
Obi-Wan's Jedi friends started asking random questions too. Questions about his childhood, his favorite things, things only he would know about his friends. But every time, both Obi-Wans got every question right.
The fake Obi-Wan got in touch with the hooded figure again through his mind.
How much longer must I do this?
"As long as it takes." Said the figure.
The others looked at each other, unsure what to do.
But then, Qui-Gon had an idea.
"Obi-Wan." Qui-Gon stepped up. "When you were twelve years old, you were excited for your first pilot simulation class, but you ran out crying. Why?"
One Obi-Wan remained silent as his cheeks turned very red and he looked like he wanted to disappear.
But the other one responded differently.
"I ran out crying because I'd thrown up right after the simulation. Ha!" He smirked.
Carousella tackled that Obi-Wan and the fake Obi-Wan was cuffed.
"What?! I just told you the answer." said the fake Obi-Wan.
"Yes," said Qui-Gon. "But the real Obi-Wan was so embarrassed, he vowed never to utter a single word about it ever again.
Now the real Obi-Wan was the one smirking.
"My old master was the only one I ever told." The real Obi-Wan said, standing by his friends.
"Now let's see who you really are!" Lamenta said, walking up to the fake Obi-Wan and tightly holding his shoulder.
And as her eyes glowed, Lamenta began to see a vision of how this fake Obi-Wan came to be.
Sometime within the last few days...
Former Prime Minister Almec and a few Death Watch soldiers who'd managed to escape after Bo-Katan and her army of Mandalorian soldiers came and defeated their forces were sitting around, minding their own business.
They were all furious that their forces has been defeated and all were bent on revenge against the duchess, especially Almec. He'd gained so much wealth and power in his secret acts of corruption within the black market, and as the saying goes, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. And he fell hard.
"That blasted Duchess." Almec growled as he carved a random piece of wood he'd found.
Then all of a sudden, a green and black butterfly landed on the piece of wood Almec was holding, and a glowing green butterfly-shaped light appeared in front of his eyes.
"Hello, Prime Minsister Almec." said an echoey voice.
Almec suddenly saw a face in front of him. The face of a cloaked figure, whose face was hidden, but he could see a pair of emerald green eyes shining from underneath, and the voice sounded female.
"I am Mariverde." said the figure. "You were wrongfully denied the power you deserve when the duchess Satine came and had her sister defeat your forces."
"She's taken everything I worked for." growled the former prime minister.
"Well, what would you say if I told you I could make sure she couldn't take your power this time?"
"How would you do that?"
"In a few days, Duchess Satine will be married to Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, thus making him a legal ruler of Mandalore. However, if it were you who married her, then you would rule Mandalore legally, and no one could stop you, even if the duchess were to be killed."
"And how, pray tell, would I get her to marry me?"
"I can give you the power to appear as the one she loves so you fool not only her, but everyone around her as well, and I shall grant your army the strength to assist you in capturing the real Kenobi. All I ask in return is that you retrieve for me a possession of the royal family of Solaris."
Mariverde showed Almec illusions of the Enchanted royal family member's crowns, the jappor snippets, and Lamenta's moon necklace.
"Any of these possessions will do. Take them from the royal family and bring as many as you can grab to me, and all you desire shall be yours forever. Do we have a deal?"
Almec didn't give it a second thought and said, "With pleasure."
And the wood Almec held transformed into a voodoo necklace of some kind.
"Simply get Kenobi's blood into this amulet, and you will take on his form. You will marry Satine, become the duke, and then you will bring me the Solaran relics."
The day of the wedding...
Obi-Wan opened his door, thinking Qui-Gon was coming back for him, only to be jumped by Death Watch guards.
Obi-Wan tried to fight the guards, but he dropped his lightsaber somewhere, the guards held him to the floor.
"How nice to see you again, Kenobi." said Almec with a smirk.
"You?!" Obi-Wan said. "How did you get here? And more importantly, how did you escape?!"
"What's truly important now is that there's been a change of plans in the wedding." Almec said.
One of the guards held up Obi-Wan's hand, and Almec had the amulet bite Obi-Wan's finger and draw blood.
Obi-Wan cried in agony, but the Death Watch soldiers gagged him.
Almec put the necklace on, and within seconds, he was transformed from head to toe with the appearance of Obi-Wan Kenobi in a blue wedding suit.
The soldiers put a cloth bag over Obi-Wan's head and started dragging him away.
"Now, if you will excuse me," said Almec in Obi-Wan's voice. "It is time for me to become duke of Mandalore."
Back in reality...
Lamenta looked under the imposter's shirt and found the very necklace, which she yanked off his neck, and the fake Obi-Wan transformed into... Almec.
Everyone gasped.
"YOU?!" gasped Satine. "How did you escape?"
"Nevermind that. She said I would get back my power if I married you." Almec said. "But she never told me I would get caught so easily."
"You won't be needing this anymore." Lamenta said, smashing the amulet, the green and black butterfly flying out of it.
Anakin tried catching the butterfly in his hands, but it was too fast. But Gabby summoned a jar and caught it.
"What was that about?" Anakin worried.
"Can we maybe not think about that until after we take care of this current matter?" said Lamenta, motioning to Almec in the vines.
Almec and his men were all arrested and taken away to be imprisoned.
"Where did this butterfly even come from?" Boba wondered out loud.
"I thought we defeated Lady Morpha." Omega said.
"I don't think this is one of Morpha's moths." Gabby said, looking at the butterfly in the jar. "This one's green and black, not gray and black. But at least this one can't cause any more trouble."
Gabby decided she could analyze that butterfly later. For now, they had a real wedding ceremony to commence.
"Not looking like that." Peppermint said, looking at Obi-Wan's messed up outfit and messy hair.
"I think we can fix that." said Roya, snapping her fingers to summon up her sewing supplies. "I never go anywhere without my sewing kit."
A little wardrobe mending, a healing kiss from Gabby for Obi-Wan, and a quick fix-up of his hair and cleaning up later, and the same for Peppermint's saddle, as she'd messed it up while messing with Almec on her back earlier, the real ceremony commenced.
This time, the real Obi-Wan stood at the altar as his old master walked Satine down the aisle. Unlike Almec when he was posing as Obi-Wan, the real groom could not take his eyes off his bride. Pure love and happiness shined in his eyes as she walked towards him.
The couple looked into each other's eyes with love as the preacher went on and on for what felt like forever.
"Do you, Obi-Wan Kenobi, take Satine Kryze to be your lawfully wedded wife, to care for, to love, and to cherish until death do you part?"
"I do." smiled Obi-Wan.
"And do you, Satine Kryze, take Obi-Wan Kenobi to be your lawfully wedded husband, to care for, to love, and to cherish until death do you part?"
"I do." Satine said.
"May we have the rings?" said the preacher.
And Peppermint bowed her head and presented the wedding rings from her horn.
And as the couple placed the rings on each other's fingers, they heard the magic words.
"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Duke and duchess. You may seal this eternal bond with a kiss."
And without hesitation, Obi-Wan leaned forward and kissed his beautiful new wife ever so passionately.
People cheered as Obi-Wan and Satine exited the cathedral together, husband and wife at last.
Everyone was so happy for the couple. Anakin was especially happy to see his master so happy with the woman he loved at last. He remembered how happy he was when that was him and Padme exiting the church together on their wedding day.
"Nothing sweeter than when true love triumphs." Peppermint smiled as her rider and his wife kissed once more, and continued to do so endlessly.
Rose petals flew through the air as the bells rang, and the people cheered louder as their duke and duchess walked by. Love filled the air, and it appeared that one more of the Jedi found his happily ever after.
Satine tossed her bouquet, and Gabby jumped up and grabbed it.
"I caught it!" Gabby cheered.
Obi-Wan kissed Satine more and more, giving more passion than he would've ever thought possible before the Jedi Code was changed.
"I love you, Satine." sighed Obi-Wan happily.
"I love you too, Obi-Wan." Satine said, kissing her husband once more.
Meanwhile...
"Hmm. Perhaps recruiting that man was a mistake." said Mariverde. "The royal family is smarter than I initially thought. But rest assured, I will gain their power, and Solaris will belong to me!"
Obi-Wan held Satine closely as they danced their first dance together.
Peppermint stepped up to the microphone as Carmine and Remix drew up a beat.
"This song's for you, Obi-Wan and Satine." Peppermint smiled.

The newlyweds kissed each other once more.
Obi-Wan and Satine found a moment to themselves.
"So... this is what happily ever after looks like." chuckled Obi-Wan.
"I believe it is." Satine smiled. "But just the beginning."
Satine and Obi-Wan looked at their friends. Anakin was having a little dance as he held his baby daughter Leia in his arms, Gabby doing the same with her baby brother Luke.
"Someday that will be us." Obi-Wan said. "Having many little bundles of joy of our own."
Satine smiled and said, "That will be sooner than you might've thought."
Obi-Wan was confused at first. And when Satine placed his hand on her stomach, he was overcome with shock.
He felt like he was going to faint at that moment.
