viridian forest is a place where you can find bug type/grass type Pokémon even flying type Pokémon, Ashley is now in the forest looking for a great place to train more, she also sees a few bug types, she sees one she wants it's a Weedle.
She grabs Pidgey's ball and said I choice you Pidgey! he comes out of the ball in a red beam of light he appeared, and he sees the Weedle and he gets in a battle stance.
Pidgey Use gust attack!
Weedle tried to dodge it, but it was too fast for it.
the Weedle is now knocked out she takes a poke ball out and throws it and the ball taps the bug on its head and it went inside the ball, and it wiggles

she takes Dex out and scans the Weedle

Ashley grins and now she has Eevee, Pidgey, Pikachu, Magikarp, Weedle.
she was walking down the path now and she hear a battle cry all sudden she dodges a boy with a sword she blurred out view and appeared behind him and kicks his legs from underneath him and puts her foot on his chest as Eevee and Pikachu charged up an attack.
Ashley looks at the boy and says Why attack me from behind if you wanted to fight me so bad I would have done so she stated with a frown.
the boy glares up from the corner of his eye and she smiles down at him promising pain if he tried to boss her around.
Let me go he said with a glare.
she lets him go; she smirks at him as he stands up glaring at him. he takes out a poke ball and said I choice you Pinsir.
Ashley frowns but said OKAY Eevee I choice you.
Eevee jumps down from her shoulder and falls into a battle stance she leans down a bit started to snarl.
the boy said my name is Joe Bugman, Pinsir lets teach this girl a lesson she will never forget start off with vice grips
Pinsir rushed at Eevee and tried to grab the Eevee, but she dodged it, and Ashley calls out an attack
use quick attack then follow it up with a tail whip.
soon she was nearby Pinsir and then she tails whips him nearby he is feeling his defense is now lowered. Ashley then says use swift attack than follow it by an headbutt.
it hits its mark and makes the larger Pokémon stumble backwards then Ashley said
Quick attack to knock him down, soon the bug Pokémon is now on its back knocked out and the boy was upset, come on man he stated with a frown.
Ashley shakes her head and says learn from this lesson she mocks him because he was supposed to teach her a lesson.
he glares and returns his Pinsir and said I choice you Rattata
use tail whip than follow it up with a quick attack.
use quick attack as well Eevee but follow it up with hyper voice
soon the Pokémon clashed with Quick attack and then the Hyper voice hits the Pokémon knocking him backwards
than Ashley says use Swift attack. the attack hits and knocks out the Pokémon, Ashley is grinning now and said thanks for the battle, this was fun as she recalls Eevee back towards her and the kid frowns because he lost big time.
Joe stares at the girl and said yeah thanks, next time I will be the one who wins, and I will get stronger and win our rematch he stated with tears as he returns his Pokémon than runs off in a fast pace.
Ashley shakes her head and starts to walk towards the exit of the forest she is wanting to get a badge but first she needs to train more.
as she walks around she finds more trainers and decided to battle them, a few minutes later she found a big pond in this forest and decided to spend a couple days training in this area but first she wants to fish so she decided to cast out her good rod she had saved her money to buy a few things for her journey and she had some poke balls ordered before she begin this journey.
she casted her line out and waited for a few minutes then she gets a bite, and she pulls the rod, and she has a Krabby on the line so she choices Pikachu she gets on the ground into a battle stance and Ashley says
Pikachu use thunder shock.
the attack hits and knocks the Krabby out, and she threw a poke ball, and the ball taps its body and the Krabby went into the ball, and it wiggles

Ashley grins and lets her out of the ball and heals her and told her they will be doing mock battles so they could get use to battling. as the day going on they trained harder than ever Eevee gains more levels she is now level 17 and Pidgey, Pikachu is now level 16 and 18 which Pidgey evolved to Pidgeotto, Weedle evolved to Kakuna.
Ashley grins and now she lets Magikarp battle the water types in the pond, a few minutes later Magikarp is level up from level 12 to 18. they must had been high levels for her to level up like that so now she is setting up her tent and she also started to make dinner so she can stay for another day, a couple hours later she feed her Pokémon, and she also had something to eat.

it was a wonderful day to be out at sea, a ship is coming into Kanto as it slowly cuts through the water, the passengers are grateful for coming to Kanto to see another country sights, after they docks in the port they were let off in the middle of these passengers, was a young man with blue hair, he is 14 years old, he is grinning as he can't wait to see new things his teacher told him that he will meet someone here in Kanto he may fall in love with a girl. he didn't believe his teacher because he will have to see for himself which his teacher didn't hold it against him and he is now walking towards the Pokémon center so he can heal his Pokémon.
soon he arrived at the Pokémon center he enters the center, he walks up to the desk and said hello Nurse Joy I need my Pokémon healed and checked out, also can I have a room I will be staying here for a few months he stated/asked with a smile and nurse Joy smiles at him in return and she nobs and gives him a key card to a room. he also puts his poke balls with his Pokémon inside them on the tray as the Chansey takes them to be healed and checked out to see if they are okay on the healthy side of things.
back with Ashley.
Ashley is soundly asleep, dreaming of meeting her soulmate as she dreams of him, she has a blush on her face as she dreams of him.
her Pikachu is watching over her trainer in a battle stance so is Eevee is watching over her trainer they both decided they will sleep for a while and keep guard, so nothing doesn't attack their trainer. such a bond is very great in this world of creatures that could kill you without knowing it happened.
however, the Pokémon find it troublesome to kill a human, they leave the humans alone and they get caught and trained to do battle against one another how ironic. Ashley askes her team if they want to do battle because she wants to start a new thing for Pokémon and their trainers to do something besides showing there looks off.
the next day Ashley gets up and yawns and worked out to knock her kinks out of her joints, then she did a few punches and kicks to wake up so she can get ready for training her Pokémon so she will get them ready for the battles ahead.
