"Today, the Sunuvral Republic announced that it will begin selling war bonds to anyone who wishes to purchase them. This has been done in order to pay for the Republic's offensive against the Union, which, while gaining some captured loot from their merchant raiding endeavors, has mostly been a money sink for the young government. Millions of these bonds have already been sold in the last half hour to citizens and noncitizens alike, with millions more expected to come."
