"Where the hell did you go?" Joey hissed throwing her oar in the water like a spear her eyes like fire. "You leave without a word and now your back?"
Pacey pressed his lips together turning his head in the direction she had just passed, not responding.
"Answer me!" Joey screamed using the oar to stand up in the boat, glaring at her friend.
"Why should I? Its not like you care anyway." Pacey snapped throwing up his hands and backing away.
"Pacey!"
Pacey shook his head snarling. "I was a blip on Dawson and Joey's radar, not anymore." Pacey barked, turning and walking toward the house, ignoring Joey calling after him.

"Ok what was that?" Jack asked as Pacey stepped into the house, his brow raised.
Closing the door behind him Pacey sighed, curling his arms around him. "An old friend…" When Jack gave him a pointed look he added. "Jack…I grew up here."
Jack's eyes doubled as he slid into the nearest chair. "Go on."

"Dawson!" Joey yelled pushing open his bedroom door her eyes bugging seeing Dawson and his neighbor girlfriend half naked on his bed. "Jeez."
"Don't you know how to knock?" Dawson barked covering up Jen's naked upper half before turning back to Joey. "What do you want?"
Joey rolled her eyes crossing her arms at his antagonistic attitude. "Hello to you too…just wanted to let you know Pacey's back in town."
"Oh, the magician reappears." Dawson replied sarcastically sitting up ignoring the inquisitive look that took to Jen's face. "What'd he have to say?"
"Not much since we ended up in a fight."
"Ahh."
